Ugh we came here to eat and relax and I had mixed feelings about my recent visit. While the food was delicious and the setting was nice, the hostess's attitude and demeanor were off-putting. She appeared annoyed and mad, and her facial expressions were unwelcoming. 07/13/25 At 4 o’clock . This made our conversation uncomfortable, and I couldn't help but feel a negative vibe. Our waiter is nice though ,he has a tattoo on his face (Lucid) . Our favorite were the lettuce wraps and dumplings .

We came for lunch and it did NOT disappoint. Consistently delicious. The lunch special was a nice suprise and MICHELLE took excellent care of us. We'll be back for our Sundays out for sure!

Food was okay. Not as great as I remember. Waiters were nice. The hostess looked like she didn’t want to be there.

I have NEVER in my life ate so rushed like I did last night. DISCLAIMER: I am aware that PF Changs closes at 10 PM. However, as someone who ALSO works in the service industry, you treat the LAST table with the same respect and service as the FIRST. Backstory: Celebrating my birthday yesterday, and it went a little later than normal, before heading home, my family (my husband, my 3-year-old, and I) decided to go for a quick bite. We made a RESERVATION at 9:45 PM and arrived at 9:40 PM. We waited for about 3 minutes up front until a Male Blond Server approached us and asked us why we were there... As if I couldn't see our reservation over the counter clearly there. We said we have a reservation at 9:45 for 3 people, and he proceeded to seat us. As soon as we were seated, WITH NO hesitation, he said I need to put your orders in by 10 because we close at 10. I said no worries, we're only here for a quick meal, and plan on leaving soon, and if we could have at least a couple of minutes to discuss the menu. He stood there and stared, saying again What would you like without even listening to me asking for water to start, so that we can look over the menu while he grabs them. We quickly chose the first thing we saw on the menu and ordered, and waited. With every dish brought out essentially being thrown on the table without even looking at our faces. NEVER acknowledged the fact that we were celebrating a birthday, never even refilled water, or asked if we wanted a dessert. I completely understand and agree with business hours, not judging there, but DO NOT ALLOW RESERVATIONS AT 9:45 if you plan on being rude, badly tempered, and rushing. Close the reservations at 9:30 or 9:15 even. Disgusted with the Server's attitude. Ruined the day for me.

Food taste was okay. Portion was decent, but feels like fancy version of panda express. The server that we had was very excellent, attentive and persuasive, know how to tempt us to buy dessert and gave very good recommendations. He also checked us time to time. Very good service.

Food was great! Recommend the lettuce wrap appetizer, pork dumplings & crap wontons! We got full before our meal arrived! We did the chefs feast!

Google
9.2/10. nothing here tastes bad. Our server was Alex and was really helpful with our food restrictions and orders. Long version We are vegetarian and have someone with a gluten allergy as well, and the menu has quite a lot of options that are both vegetarian and gluten free. We ordered: Korean style cauliflower: 9.3/10 This was amazing. The sauce was perfect, if slightly too oily for my tastes. I think it could be a little crispier, but it was really tasty. Cold cucumber salad: 7/10 The flavor was good, there just needed to be more of it. Maybe a bit of spiciness + some more of the flavorings could help, but it was still refreshing and tasty. Changs lettuce wraps (veggie+gfo) 9/10: This was so good. There's enough for a party of 7 to go around, the filling was so good. Fried tofu lo mein (without mushrooms) 9.5/10 I thought it was slightly oily but it was seriously so tasty Bhuddas feast 8/10 It was fully cooked but it kinda lacked flavor. Had slight tinges of ginger which was very nice, and the texture of the veggies was great, it just wasn't seasoned as much as I would have liked. Veggie fried rice: 9/10 A bit undercooked, which was probably intentional, but overall good. We got a complementary brownie (birthday) with cranberry sauce and vanilla ice cream and it was easily a 10/10. I usually don't like cranberry sauce but the vanilla ice cream made it so so good and not too sour at all. Mongolian tofu: 10/10 Phenomenal very tasty. It's clean with good service, spacious tables, and comfortable seats.

A groups friends celebrating a birthday on Mother’s Day Weekend. Wonderful food and service as always. This is our favorite location and where we go for all major milestones celebrations.

Yelp
There's a reason I don't like going out on "special" days. Valentine's Day, New Years Eve...Mother's Day. You get the B team working, if you're lucky. My son had taken me out to a fantastic dinner on Friday at Mala Chili and an incredible lunch at Bitelo on Saturday, but we decided at the last minute to grab a late evening bite at PF Changs on Sunday. I normally love PFC. I'm a rewards member and have been eating at various locations at least once a month since the 90s. Walk in and place is mostly empty, because it's 8:30 on Sunday. I ask if we can sit in a booth - as I can see literally ten of them empty - and am told no by the hostess. They're all reserved. You're telling me that you have ten reservations between 8:30-10 that have specified a booth??? Um....okay. We do get led to a wonky "booth" in the back. They were benches covered with food crumbs & had cushions so worn they felt like a dog bed. Gee...thank you! I always get the same thing - Chang's Spicy Chicken, extra spicy. There have been times it's been better than others, but generally it's pretty solid. Not today. We ordered the Chef's Feast - something we have never done, but the kid saw $20 for 3 courses and got excited, so I played along. I had my usual and my son had the sesame chicken. We both started with the egg drop soup, which was abysmal. It literally tasted like dirty dish water. We added a ton of soy sauce and that made it almost okay. The egg wasn't stirred in but like long strips of egg white. No seasoning. Not good at all. 1/10. Then we had the chicken lettuce wraps. They're a $3 up charge. The chicken was fine but they changed the lettuce from iceberg to small, slim romaine. The portion was also much smaller than usual. 7/10. Nobody came to check on us but at numerous times during our meal there were 3-7 servers congregated around the back stand just talking and laughing. Our dirty dishes sat at the end of the table as servers and bussers walked by. Finally got our food. My son's sesame chicken was awful. Heavy vinegar flavor and gummy (not crispy). He never sends back food, but sent this back. 2/10. My chicken was also awful. Gummy. It's like the chicken wasn't properly fried before being sauced, so all you tasted was an undertone of raw flour. 2/10. Sent that back. When I say sent that back, we had to flag our server down, since she wasn't checking in on us. We told her our dishes were awful and instead of saying she could remake the food or offering something else, she said we had to speak to the manager, Ernie. We weren't asking for anything to be comped and we weren't asking to speak to him - we just needed different food - yet we had to wait and chat with him. We both felt awful about it, but it just wasn't good. My son swapped his out for Orange Chicken, which he enjoyed. 7/10. Very obviously a different cut and fried w different coating. I opted to just have mine remade. It was brought out by Ernie himself, but neither he nor our server came back to check how the new food was. Believe it or not, the second batch of my food was worse than the first. It was so so so salty - something I've never experienced w this dish - that it was inedible. Literally. Again, nobody was coming by to check on us, so I just sat there and drank my wine while my son ate. Our server finally came by and I asked her to get the manager again. When he finally came, I asked him to please try it. He wouldn't but said he'd talk to the chef. 0/10. By this time my son had almost finished eating. I asked to sub for Mongolian Beef. Both the Mongolian Beef and Chang's Chicken were a $4 up charge. The Mongolian Beef showed up and was fine. It was a bit overcooked but the flavor was good. The portion, however, was tiny. Less than a lunch bowl. 6/10. Again, nobody showed up to see if this was any better. By the time I actually had food, my son was finished eating, so I ended up taking most of mine to go. Someone walked by and left a card for a free app on the table without explanation. No discount, didn't comp my wine, which I didn't get to enjoy with my food. Overall this was a comically bad experience. Sad ending to an otherwise great weekend, but I did have great company! If this weren't my first really bad PFC experience in decades, I'd just never go back. Still not sure when I'd be motivated to again. Just a lousy meal, lousy service and lousy value (over $80 for this). It felt like we were putting everyone out simply by being there. And it was clearly a young man taking his mom out for Mother's Day. Zero effort all around.

Yelp
My star rating is not for the service due to the service always being great. I gave this recent trip 2 stars due to the meals purchased being gross. I ordered the vegetarian lettuce wraps and Mongolian tofu. The Mongolian tofu was so chewy with little to no tofu. It seemed to only have breading. I couldn't eat it. $20 + wasted As for the other meal (veggie lettuce wraps), this one didn't even have a good flavor. I would never order this again. I love vegetarian meals (especially tofu) so i was extremely disappointed that both of these expensive meals were inedible.

Yelp
I think the last time I ate at a PF Changs was probably over a decade ago, but we decided to go for lunch on a Wednesday and they have great lunch options for $12.95 PP that come with a starter, entree and side! We tried: 1. Firecracker Shrimp bowl with lo mein and hot and sour soup to start - soup was way too sour but the shrimp bowl was excellent (not spicy tho) 2. Beef Teriyaki bowl with lo mein and hot and sour soup to start - same review on the soup but teriyaki bowl was also excellent 3. Changs spicy chicken bowl with rice (GF) and pork roll - pork roll was good and the chicken bowl was delicious again. Definitely worth coming for the lunch specials during the week!

Yelp
Had a birthday dinner here for my son today. We live PF Chang's so much. Now they have a Chef's feast for 2, starting at $20 pp. The three of us ordered and split it and added on an additional entry, which was not needed. So much food!!!! It comes with a soup or salad for each person. Plus an appetizer for sharing. Our entree's were Chang's Spicy Chicken, Honey Seared Chicken, and Ma Po Tofu. All three were great. The pork dumplings we chose for dessert were so yummy. You get 6 so we easily split them 3 ways. For dessert the three of us split the Great Wall of chocolate. OMG it's huge! We love us some PF Chang's.

Yelp
I'll start by saying national chain restaurant reviews may always differ. I've visited this location on several occasions and the food is always good and high quality. That's always evident. I've had good experiences with the service as well. Absolutely no complaints. The decor is dark and the chain has good taste in decoration and ambiance. Portion size and price leave a lot to be desired. Some people will say it's authentic Asian food and some say it's not but I know for the amount it costs the portion size is very small. They serve coke products here as well. Overall if you want a nice quiet place to have a small portioned but tasty meal this place will be good for you.

Yelp
I took my wife on a date a couple nights ago to the Arboretum location. The restaurant wasn't very busy but we chose to sit at the bar top. The gal who was serving us was outstanding. She was so kind, very attentive and had some good recommendations. We started with a couple appetizers (Hot & Sour Soup, Fried Green Beans) and then for an entree we shared Sesame Chicken with steamed rice. The food tasted so good! The chicken was tender and had a great sauce that was a bit spicy and a little tangy. The only issue on our visit was the bathrooms. They definitely needed attention. Otherwise, great experience!

Yelp
My family came here for dinner and this was the first time I've been here but I've had their food catered at other events before. The interior was pretty and for a Friday night, it was fairly busy but not enough to not get a seat. They were short staffed because our server told us that he was handed another section on top of handling his and he had only been with the company for 2 weeks! He gave great service and I did all the ordering for my family. Everything came out in a good amount of time and the food tasted really good! We ordered just enough food to clear all the plates and not have to take anything home! Overall, pricing was good and service was good! I'd come back here for friends dinner or date night any time I'm in Austin! They can host large groups as well which was nice- we had a group of 7 and needed a table for my grandma who can't sit in a booth and they were very accommodating!

Yelp
No complaints here!! Our server Callie was so attentive and nice. The food came out promptly and it hit the spot. Our green beans to start were very filling and tasty. My miso glazed salmon had wonderful flavorful and came on a nice little bed of greens with rice in a bowl on the side. They had a lunch special that promised you'd be in and out in 20 min if you sat at the bar...sounds intriguing!

Yelp
Generally speaking prices for alcoholic beverages are extremely high. An example of this is: $20.00 for a rye Manhattan. I wanted a classic drink, not the island (original purchase of Manhattan was $24.00). The rating would be lower if not for the friendliness of the bar staff.

Yelp
Upon arriving at the restaurant, the hostess at the front seemed to be very put out. We came at an off hour, and there was no one else to be seated, but we stood there while she finished up her business and did not even look us in the eye or say anything other than asking us how many were in our party. Aside from that the building is very nice. The inside is very nice and it has a pleasant atmosphere. Our waiter was helpful, courteous and attentive. The food while presented in an aesthetic manner was not good. I tasted my wife's meal and was happy I did not get that as I could not even finish eating it. The egg drop soup and the hot and sour soup were both tasteless. This is some of the worst Asian food I've ever had. We were up charged for the fried rice on the lunch menu even though I looked and did not see where it said there would be a charge if you did not choose the white rice. I would not come back to this place because the food was just that bad. I opted out of ordering dessert in fear of it being just as bad as the main course. It's a shame, we recently ate at the P.F. Chang's in Dallas and it was very good. I don't know what happened here, but it seems this particular restaurant has gone downhill. This was reiterated by the wait staff who said no one comes in here anymore. Well, now I know why, the food is barely palatable. I would think a hostess that would smile and be happy to see customers upfront along with a new cook could turn this place around. While I do believe a second chances I will leave it to others to see if the change takes place later cause I will not be coming back here to find out, my experience was that bad.

Yelp
Some days they are on top of their wok! This was one of these days. Everything was perfect: the California rolls are better than any other place I know - soft and melt in your mouth. Chang's spicy chicken and Kung pao are both good choices. They discontinued their calamari, unfortunately and also their steamed miso bass. Oh well
google avatar

Yelp
The trio sauce which is so good and why people order lettuce wraps and other things has been replaced with this gross sauce. I ordered a lot of mead and trio sauce through uber eats and I get this. Food is shit and sauce is shit now!

Patricia W.

Yelp
Two stars is not a reflection on our server. The young man deserves five stars! This was not my first time dining at a PF Changs, it will be my last. I wish I had read the reviews before my friend and I decided to have lunch at the Arboretum location today. We had an order of Crab Wontons, split an entree of Sweet & Sour Chicken and two sodas. Definitely not worth $48. I've had much better, and less expensive food at Fire Bowl. The main reason for two stars was the condition of the restaurant. The red fabric on the booths were dirty. Especially along the top where one's head may touch. The lowest point of lunch was when water dripped on my friend's head and discovering there was quite a large wet spot on the not so clean red fabric. We pointed it out to our server guessing the water was from the AC system. He said the whole line of booths across the back area had water drips from the ceiling. Seriously, this place should be closed for a thorough cleaning of all upholstery. A total remodel would be better. For sure get someone to check the AC system. A recent reviewer said their "wonky booth" had cushions so worn they felt like a dog bed.

Yelp
We celebrated a friend's birthday over lunch this past week. She's gluten free and they had many options to choose from! It got pretty busy while we were there, but the waitress did a good job getting us what we needed timely. After we finished our meal, she brought a chocolate desert with a snazzy sparkler for the candle effect for our friend.

Bailey C.

Yelp
Was a little shocked to see this portion size for Dinner+ ExtraBeef. Thankfully I called back and Ernie handled this quickly and professionally!

Cherlynn L.

Yelp
We really like this place. Sat at open bar and I ordered wine. Then ordered appetizer. Then my husband ordered wine. Didn't come. Ordered dinner. I said Kung pao chiken, then corrected myself and ordered Kung pao shrimp. He ordered fried rice beef cuz they don't do pork. Ack. Had to ask for his wine again. The bar was not busy. Saw Michael make a drink and he ran to the back and came out with an empty glass...there are no customers in the back. So I received Kung pao chicken then Kung pao shrimp showed up. Lots of food. Then when the bill came it wasn't our bill, said we owed zero. OK, should have walked out. But no, we asked for our correct bill. So I would say while nothing was too bad, disappointing, again, as this restaurant was one of our favorites. Food is good but service bad.

Yelp
I have been eating at this restaurant since it opened. I used to go about 40 weekends out of the year, but over the years things have changed - and went from great to good to bad to better to now mediocre. My favorite dish on the menu used to be the Beef Szechuan ; it was described as crispy yet tender with all the right vegetables in it that I like. And spicy. Was great and consistent for many years . Then 10 years or so ago they changed the cut of meat (cheaper no doubt) and now it's hit or miss. As a matter of fact, it's not on the menu any longer because I think this dish takes more preparation than others, but you can still order it. Every time I order it, I emphasize extra extra crispy.. maybe five extra crispy ...rarely is it. The dish I ordered last night was floppy and not anything like the dish was originally intended and described. I lived with it...I was starving. My sister ordered the Mongolian Beef medium rare. ( you can't pick your family I know ... I've never known anybody that orders their meat medium rare in a Chinese restaurant but they say 'absolutely' when she orders it, which means they honor it...) and it was well done and not to order. They did replace it. Our other dining companion got the Chicken Pad Thai and she said it was fine. We also ordered the Chicken Lettuce Wraps as an appetizer and they were delicious. Service was good, however, when the server came to our table, she wanted to place the order entree at the same time, and after explaining that we will order our entrées after we get our appetizer, she came out again right before the appetizer was coming out to tell us that the appetizer was about to come out and do we want to order our entrées? No, I like to enjoy my appetizer with conversation before we place our entrée order. I also always order the plum sauce with my Chicken Lettuce Wraps because I like that sweet savory thing, but I have yet once in the last 10 times I've ordered it that the plum sauce comes out with the appetizer and then I have to ask for it again. Sometimes it's corrected promptly, but many times it is not. I think wait staff should realize that when you order your food with 'extra' this or 'add' that, typically you will not start to eat your food until you get everything you ordered to go with it. I blame this not only on the kitchen, but the expediter and the waiter/waitress. The drinks were fine, although on the weaker side. I always order a Hendricks and tonic, and for a premium drink you would think a 'heavy pour' would be gracious, however not so. Doesn't justify the $12 cocktail price. Finally, the ambience; while the restaurant decor is fine, the booths and the chairs are dated. We were seated in a booth that had a huge tear in the seat where I had to sit (see photo). Coupled with the fact that the restaurant is not particularly clean anymore - I don't know if there are not enough bus people to clean up after tables, but I clearly see stuff on the floor...and dudes beware - that bathroom floor is as slick as owl****...this is not a one time experience. For the price justified I'm afraid P.F. Chang's needs to clean up their act. I am somebody that has eaten there consistently over decades - probably more than most - and have seen the trends in and out. Trending downward.

Yelp
I was kind of surprised that the space was so nice. Service was pretty good and the server was helpful and friendly! The food was pretty good as well. My favorite was probably the dynamite shrimp and shrimp dumplings! Perfectly crispy and well seasoned. Recommend for a nice dinner date but there are definitely better chinese places.

Devesh S.

Yelp
This has been a go to place for years and we like the flavors. We almost always order one of these items: Kung-pao Chicken/Shrimp, Sesame chicken, Veggie lettuce wraps, Mandarin salad, Dynamite Shrimp and Oolong/Ginger peach Tea The reason they do not get a perfect rating is that they use too much salt in their food which is not healthy. I wish they would reconsider using slightly less over a period of time. The service is usually good and fast and the ambience is nice too.

Lili S.

Yelp
In summary, good food, bad service. The hearty egg drop soup and vegetable spring rolls were good. The pomegranate lemonade was refreshing. My family and I came here for Mother's Day. We made a reservation for that evening and were seated quickly. We asked to switch tables and received a curt response from the hostess. Our waitress seemed distracted and we had to get her attention multiple times. She did not check on us often and when she did, we had to thoroughly explain what we needed and even then we were met with a blank stare. My biggest complaint is when she left a tray of dirty dishes (not ours) right next to our table and didn't collect our finished entrée plates so we could have our dessert. As a result, we had a special guest, a very pesky fly swirling around our table. We ordered two desserts and they were brought out one at a time 20 minutes apart. We were disappointed by the manner in which we were treated.

Yelp
Overpriced mediocre food.Definitely would enjoy the food a whole lot more at mom and pop shops in Austin but my girlfriend was wanting PFs. Only decent here was the dumplings. Everything else was not too good and at the end the bill was outrageous for the service and taste. Would have rather spent that kind of money at a good sushi restaurant or invited friends out to an affordable good Asian spot.

Suzie Q.

Yelp
What's happening over there? The food has plummeted in a major way! It used to be the consistent place for birthday lunches, but now - little to no confidence in what will come out from the kitchen. So sad.

Aaron S.

Yelp
Togo order apps sauces were like vinegar and the crab rangoons tasted old. (Spit back out bad). I would also suggest training the staff that food tampering is a federal crime.

Laurie C.

Yelp
I ate at P.F. Chang's on Monday May 12. Ordered Lettuce wraps and Won Tong ate them there (very good) and order black pepper chicken to go. The black pepper chicken didnt taste like chicken, it was breaded like the frozen chicken bites in bags at Walmart and not freshly cooked. Taste like it was cooked the day before. Just awful. So bad, I had to throw it out. Should have check it out before i left, didnt figured I needed to since the food I ate was good. Done with this P F. Chang's, food cost too much to not be able to eat it.
google avatar

Yelp
I got curbside order of chicken lettuce wrap. Lettuce leaves were not the freshest. Sauce and chicken I felt was high in sodium. The girl with dark curly hair did not say hello or thank you or bye... was kinda awkward, I guess she pretends not working there. I still have some balance on my gift card to use, but honestly I don't care for food or service here, probably will gift it to someone.

Michael W.

Yelp
I used to eat here every week. The quality of the food has dropped so much. Tiny machine cut pieces of meat over breaded and overcooked. It's like a bad Chinese buffet now. It makes Panda Express seem gourmet.

Claire S.

Yelp
Ordered pickup for tonight. Get there and call their number yo let them know I'm in spot 2 to pick up and they say it will be right out. 20 minutes later still no food so I call again. Once more I'm promised it will be right out. 10 minutes later no food so I hobble in with injured foot. And the food is sitting on the shelf in the to go area. Ridiculous! Food was cold and dry. Where is customer service?? Oh yea and no fortune cookies.

Techiie 0.

Yelp
The food was okay slash below par.... Their portions are terrible though for $20. ‍ It was like getting a child's portion. And how do you mess up fried rice Service was good though. The waitress was top notch. Ambiance was mediocre.

Yelp
We came here for a large family meal to celebrate my parents' birthdays. We had a party of 15 and made reservations quite a while in advance. We did have to wait a little while after we got there for our table, but after we were seated, the service was absolutely fantastic. Our server, Justin, was really warm and helpful. He was attentive to our needs without feeling at all overbearing. The food was excellent, and the whole experience was wonderful. My parents loved their dinner and the whole family enjoyed the food and the am ambiance.

Marisol G.

Yelp
As we all know the economy sucks and everything is more expensive. I got on my favorite app because it said that I would get free delivery which I really appreciate since it does help. P.f Chang's site says bigger portions. The only thing bigger was the containers. The food came in. One of my containers had an empty side. I had ordered lo mein which cost me an extra $2 and got the chicken and broccoli on top of it. It wasn't even 8 oz of chicken if that it was little nuggets pieces here and there and I paid over 20 some dollars for it. The cake I ordered look like a cupcake. In the past I've ordered a chocolate cake that almost four people could eat off of for the price that I paid for this one small cupcake looking dessert. I also requested Chinese fortune cookies chopsticks so I could eat my food which was not in my bag which is sealed by being stapled which I thought is great except for missing items and the unbelievable and small amount of food I got for almost the $60 order.

Yelp
Egg rolls were good but $9 for 2 was a bit high. As for the lettuce wraps, $14 for not much filling and feel there were less ingredients and very few noodles in it with very little sauce offered in a tiny bowl. The lomein was tasty as I remember however the meats were tough and chewy. My husband had the kung pao and said it was good but again it seemed as though the portions were very minimal for similar dinner prices or so it seemed and $80 later including tip for lunch. I would have been better off going to dim sum!

Yelp
Service by Tristan was amazing. My drink and food were very well made. My old fashioned wasn't too sweet and I could taste the bourbon.

Yelp
Ten minutes to get water, and the restaurant is mostly empty. I have eaten at Chang's before in Las Vegas and it was very good, but this one is substandard.

Yelp
I ate here while on business, I don't typically patronize chain restaurants but this is where my work but he wanted to go. The food was decent, nothing special... The service was the same, not bad but nothing memorable. If PF Chang's is your thing you'll probably like this one too, the food tastes like it does at all the other P.F. Chang's.

Yelp
I was back in town, so met my friend here again. A superb experience. They were very attentive to my shellfish allergy, and service was top notch. I had to order the dandan noodles and the hot and sour soup. Wonderful!

Yelp
Service so bad especially if u order to go...I sat on the chair for mostly 10-15 before someone greet me but today i sat for a good 20 minutes and had 4-5 servers passed by me and looked at me but not one person ask if I need help. Had to go to the host to ask her to check on my order, and turned out it's been ready but no one brought it out. Came here few times and same problem every time, even for dine in, slow service. I love PF.Chang but this location is disappointing

Yelp
My husband and I Love dining at P.F. Chang's in Waco, Texas. We were dog sitting our granddogs in Austin yesterday. My husband recently had a Birthday. We decided to dine at P.F. Chang's to redeem his free appetizer. We were SO excited. The egg rolls were greasy, the rice was cold, the honey chicken was not up to par. our waiter asked if we needed a to-go box. No, thank you was my response. Our waiter, Zach, was kind and attentive. Out of all of the restaurants in Austin, we will not be back to P.F. Chang's.

Yelp
This time, we had dinner at The Arboretum outside of Austin Texas. Late night, great service, delicious food and cocktails we know we will find at any location whether in Florida or Texas. Must haves are the dandan noodles, green beans, and Asian Pear Mojito.

Yelp
This is our second visit to the location on Jollyville rd. and we are very happy to have found this restaurant close to home. It was a Friday and we arrived before the 5 o'clock crowd. We sat at the bar and ordered drinks and apps. Our bartender was Brandon and he did an awesome job with our drinks! The Dynamite Shrimp was delicious! Shrimp had a sweet and spicy taste with a tender texture. The calamari was deliciously golden and crunchy yet tender.

Yelp
PF Chang's is synonymous with quality, and this location is a perfect example of PF potential. The atmosphere is very nice, the lighting is original and chill, and the menu is comprehensive yet lucid enough for easy selection. The food is excellent in taste and quality, with options ranging from carnivorous to gluten free to vegetarian/vegan. Service is top tier, as usual at PF Chang's.

Yelp
Nice place to grab decent Chinese food with fancy vibes, but reasonable price! We made a reservation in advance, but it has lots of tables, so I believe you can just walk-in. (But you will definetly get a better table if you make a reservation.) They have great selection of appetizers, main entrees, noodles, salad, fried rice, dim sum, they even have some sushi on the menu. I like their wine, cocktails are also inexpensive, so I ordered a bottle of Alamos Malbec, my husband got Large hot sake and coors light. For food, we got Kung Pao chicken which can't really go wrong! We also got fried rice combo, S&P Prawns as well and everything we ordered was delicious! The total was $104 (before tip) and we normally spend about $50 for take-out Chinese just for food, so I guess it's pretty reasonable. Our server was polite and attentive, all the food we ordered came out very quickly!

Yelp
I haven't been to Pf chang's in over a year. The food used to come out so good and fresh... After eating there today I'll never go back, the food came out barely warm. I told them and they took back and when it came back out it was the same but with a lot more sauce which made it worse. For $20 a plate the food should be excellent and it was far from that! I DO NOT RECOMMEND anyone going there. The food is terrible, Panda express is way better and cheaper

Yelp
Ok my last review of this location was not a good one. We took a chance and visited it again this weekend. It has changed. The manager (the dude with huge glasses) is ever present. He cleaned tables, quietly directed staff, and truly appeared to be having a great time. The staff have obviously responded. I watched many of the staff in action, curious how they performed. To a person they were friendly, engaging, and attentive. Many also appeared to be having fun at their job. If not they faked it well. The menu is about the same with a few additions. The Northern Style pork ribs (smoked) was amazing! Amazing! Quite unexpected from a chain restaurant. I ate two of the six and the entire thing came home with me to add to my ramen later. I took bones and all. It seems the change in management has 100% made a difference. I don't know the back story but whatever happened has made this location a repeat destination we drive 30 minutes for. Crispy Honey Chicken Orange Peel Chicken Hot & Sour Soup Egg Drop Soup Fried Green Beans Northern Style Pork Ribs

Yelp
To start off with the restaurant looks neglected. The booth we sat at had an eight or nine inch rip in the cushion and the wooden table looked awful with lots of scratches across it. I could have handled both if the food had been good but it was the worst meal My wife and I have had in a long time. I really think their food must come pre-packaged in a microwaveable container that is popped into the microwave for a couple minutes. It was absolutely gross and tasteless. We won't be back!!

Yelp
We ordered online we had a bit difficulty on Ordering the Family Bundles with the Coupon we had we called the restaurant and was very helpful saying the coupon code will not work on family value bundles so we proceeded with the order with a standard credit card here is what we ordered and review we ordered the Family Value Bundle for 2 which came with 1 Appetizer and 2 Individual Entrees I Ordered the Changs Spicy Chicken which accidently selected Gluten Free which i have not Gluten issues anyway the entree was good cannot tell what made it gluten free but was very good the second Entree was Beef with Broccoli it was very good as well for the Appetizer we ordered the Kung Pao Brussel Sprouts which they looked very disgusting but when i tried it it tasted better then how it looked it came with red peppers and peanuts which was good when we arrived to pick up the order they were very speedy and came right out when we were walking to the to go station we will be back but may not do the family meal again but order a entree without the appetizer

Yelp
Love the chicken lettuce wrap and Kung pao chicken. The food was really to our taste and for sure we're definitely coming back for another big celebration. Armie R

Yelp
As always great food! I appreciate the process they have for better service. The place is very warm with tall ceilings. This place is great for large groups the tables are big. Ordering ahead is what I recommend in this cold weather, curbside available.

Yelp
This was actually a really good experience, I went with a large group for a work meal. Everybody's food came out perfect, we didn't have to send anything back or make any modifications which seems hard for a group of 10+.
