We have visited the Summit location multiple times over the past decade. In fairness, the service was not always up to par. We decided to give this place another try. P F Changs is offering a lunch special starting at 13.99 and dinner starting at 16.99. We arrived for the dinner service, we were immediately seated. We had the pleasure of being served by Joshua. He took the time to ask if we had any questions, checked in on us several times and refilled our drinks more than once. What makes a great server is when they engage. At the end of the meal, we decided to order a dessert to celebrate a special occasion. Joshua delivered 🙌 with service 👏 of kindness and grace. On to the food, it's great to know P F Changs is delivering an affordable option on their menu. As part of their special, you have a choice of a starter, salad, soup, or an egg roll. We chose the hot sour soup and salad. The dressing on the salad was exceptionally good. It was a great version of the sesame vinaigrette. The hot sour soup 🍲 was served hot and not to spicy. We chose the rice option to accompany our entree. For entrees, we selected the Miso Salmon and the Firecracker Shrimp. There was an upcharge of $1 for our entree selection. The rice was served steaming hot. If you are a rice 🍚 conisour, you know it's appreciated when it is served right. The entree portions are just right for one person. The favorite dish was the Salmon served with the broccoli/ spinach/mushroom stir fry. The flavors of an Asian Stir Fry were present and not laden with a bunch of oil. The firecracker shrimp, the amount of sauce was just right, it covered the shrimp with the heat from the chili pepper and did not drown the dish with heat. As you can read, it was a great dining experience.

Our experience was so great! We came out for a celebratory dinner and the hosts were able to give us a booth even though we didn’t have a reservation. Our server Justin made our experience a 10/10 with his fun personality and excellent recommendations. We had the spare ribs, margaritas, and miso glazed salmon that he recommended and they were all amazing. We will definitely be back! (Also pictured is my cherry blossom martini)

It's been around 10 years since our last visit to p.f. chang. We were immediately greeted and seated in a cozy two person booth. Unfortunately it took 15 minutes for someone to ask if we were waited on yet. It was Friday around 5:30 the restaurant was half full. We ordered the chicken lettuce wrap appetizer which was good. Also the pork eggs rolls, they were OK. Our entrees were pepper steak and teriyaki chicken. The pepper steak had a good flavor with plenty of peppers and onions. The chicken was below average. The kitchen did get our food out quick. 65 bucks was pretty high for Chinese food i can get at a local place for around 25 bucks that is just as good. Overall average dining experience.

⭐☆☆☆☆ P.F. Chang’s: The Racism Was Louder Than the Service What I experienced at this P.F. Chang’s wasn’t just poor service—it was a quiet, calculated performance of racism dressed up as business as usual. I walked into a mostly empty restaurant. Four people seated. No rush. Yet somehow, I was met with uncertainty—multiple white staff looked at me and then looked away, clearly avoiding the task of serving the Black man who just walked in. After a silent shuffle, they sent the only Black waitress in the building to my table—not out of hospitality, but as a racial assignment. “You take him.” She approached me without a greeting, without a smile, barely looking me in the eye. She dropped my drink on the table without a single word, like I didn’t deserve basic human decency. It was clear she didn’t want to be there either. And maybe she’s learned not to care—because in this place, it looks like caring about Black customers isn’t part of the job description. Then came the cold, rubbery Mongolian Trio, tossed at me like an afterthought. No seasoning. No effort. No pride. When I spoke to the white manager—calmly—I was met with the same cold indifference. No apology. No concern. Just another dismissive encounter from someone who likely never expected me to speak up. This isn’t about one bad waitress or one bad plate of food. It’s about a culture that makes it clear: Black customers are not valued here. I left that restaurant feeling dehumanized. Not because of a bad meal—but because of the subtle, daily racism that so many of us are expected to tolerate in silence. We’re supposed to “be the bigger person.” But I’m done being silent. To P.F. Chang’s: Until your staff learns how to treat Black people with the same respect they give their white customers, you don’t deserve a single dollar from us. This place isn’t just bad. It’s racially offensive. And I won’t be back.

Food and service are always excellent. And the home made cheesecake is outstanding! Only issue was the bathroom was a little sloppy.

We went on 12/10/24. Fairly average Chinese place. We ordered the lettuce wraps as an appetizer. They were 4/5. The meat was good and the lettuce wraps fresh but one person liked the peanut sauce and the other did not. I order the orange chicken which was very orange-y without being too sweet making it a 5/5 for me. My partner got the Singapore street noodles which were 3/5. They weren’t the worst but the sauce was quite vinegary and too strong. The noodles were the right texture though. Decorations were nice but floor very slippery. The waitress popped by a few times when we needed without needing to be flagged down.

P.F. Chang’s offers a stylish and flavorful dining experience with a perfect mix of Asian-inspired dishes and modern ambiance. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Signature dishes like the lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef, and honey chicken are always fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Portions are generous, making it great for sharing or date nights. The cocktails and desserts, especially the Great Wall of Chocolate, are must-tries. Prices are fair for the quality, and whether dining in or ordering takeout, the food is consistently excellent. P.F. Chang’s delivers great taste, service, and style every time.

Google
Had a great experience at P.f. Chang’s today. Our hostess was transparent in informing us that the restaurant was short staffed and was kind as we waited. Our server went above and beyond to frequent our table, refilling our waters constantly and our food was brought out in a timely manner. The lettuce wraps are always phenomenal and the pan fried dumplings were a hit with everyone at the table. The lunch portions of the honey chicken, eggplant, and chicken and broccoli were plentiful and we left with leftovers!

Yelp
The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. It can get very busy and a little rushed at certain times. The waitstaff is good and they are very busy serving a large number of meals. Patience pays off. We like this place very much.

Yelp
I had the lunch special of Chang's spicy chicken and a house salad. Salad was fine. The spicy chicken was very dry and luke warm. It needed some extra sauce or something. I wouldn't order it again. I sat at the bar because the wait for a table was way too long at 2:30 pm. They needed two bartenders at the bar because he was slammed the entire time. He mainly was filling drinks for servers in the dining room. Ambience was pretty good. Not extremely loud. Good lighting. Energetic. The food is not as good as it was years ago. We used to come here every week. I got here at 2:15 and now it's 4:00 pm. I only had a lunch entree and a Diet Coke. I still don't have a ticket to pay and get out of here. Not sure I will be back if it takes almost 2 hours. Should have been at most an hour.

Yelp
Well, it was a good run. I remember when the PF Changs at the summit opened. Was the best food around as far as upscale Chinese goes. That was then. I first noticed food quality taking a hit with my take out orders, but wrote it off as an anomaly. Then decided I shouldn't take it out and just go in, maybe that'll make a difference. Well, bad news, it turns out that they revamped the menu a while back, and with that, changed our favorite recipes (honey chicken, Changs chicken, Mongolian beef). The flavors are different and the food quality is definitely different by being, noticeably, a few grades below what it once was. What was once an energetic popular restaurant, is now a depressing example of how cutting costs can ruin everything. My friends have confirmed this as well, so I know it's not just me. The excitement has left the building. So farewell PF Changs, I enjoyed the ride, and am sad it had to end this way. I will remember the old times fondly and try to forget what it has become.

Yelp
P.F. Chang's isn't quite what I remember it to be. A to go order was placed for curbside pickup, however, I decided to go in so the staff did not have to walk in the rain. No one was at the to-go counter when I arrived. It took 7 minutes to have an individual assist and another 5-10 min to officially receive my order. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps (free bday reward) and the mongolian beef lunch special (extra spicy) with egg drop soup. The quality and flavors weren't to the level I was once used to. The food wasn't bad... it just gave me no reason to retun anytime soon. I will compliment the packaging for the order and the server who checked my order with me infront of me without me having to ask. The soup and extra sauces were individually packaged and tied to alleviate and mess if there were to be a spill. More plastic, but less worry for a clean up situation.

Yelp
The ambiance was pretty nice. And the servers and staff were nice. The food was a little bland. If it weren't for sauces, I don't think I would have liked my food. Our drinks were pretty good though. A decent margarita. I don't think I'd go back, unless it were just for drinks.

Steven L. B.

Yelp
Saturday at lunchtime. 40 minutes to get served after we were seated. When the dood came the Spicy Chicken was served hot. The sauce was sweet and had a tiny bit of heat. The House salad came after the entre and was a disappointment, a very bland vinaigrette. Wait staff was inattentive. I wouldn't consider eating here again.

Yelp
Yelp we back! WE LOVE PF CHANG'S! And, we really love this location. P.F. was our first restaurant as a married couple. We go Way back and you have not changed in 20 years. Food, DELICIOUS. Of course we love it all, so we get lots. Today, we shared green beans and chicken lettuce wraps to start. Bae got his staple , combination fried rice; chicken, beef, and shrimp. This stuff here good. I got the new Korean fried chicken, really good. I loved the pickled onions, but the pickled cucumbers were too salty. And, before I forget, the sauce tray is a hit.. Service was solid in classy, professional Chang style, she did an Amazing. TY lady. And of course, your decor is cool and sleek with just the right holiday flair. Christmas is definitely in the air. You all ready know I'm happy, So, I'll be back.

Yelp
First time visiting PF Chang's for a work happy hour. Great drinks, appetizers, and service. Entree was typical chicken and broccoli. Very casual weekday atmosphere. I'd go back for happy hour!

Yelp
Went here for lunch with my wife. The food was good, but the ambiance was like walking into a club. The music was really loud to the point that I felt like I was getting a headache. The service was good though a little odd that the hostess wouldn't seat us for a few minutes because she just sat two tables and wanted to give her waitresses a chance to catch up. It was a little odd because there were two managers leaning against the wall and the waitresses could be seen just chatting with them some, yet by the time we left, there were about 10 people waiting to be seated and a whole bunch of tables empty. Maybe they were short staffed, but if the managers have time to lean against the wall, they can go wait tables and help their staff out. I've always like the food at P.F. Chang's, but this will be my last time there.

Yelp
When P.F. Chang's first opened it was a pretty good. The service was good and the food was satisfying. Life happened and we didn't go to P.F. Chang's for a couple years. Our second visit was ok.... Not awful, not great. The place was very crowded with Church goers piling in after Sunday services. Lot's of screaming kids on top of the normal noise of the kitchen, and loud conversation. We stayed away from Chang's for a couple years and when we did drop in for dinner one evening it was just chaos. Seating was cramped, service was slow and food was way over priced and was not something you would write home about. I hated to see what it had become, because initially seemed to be a nice place to have an evening meal with a loved one or friends. We've not been back and probably will not ever go back again.

Yelp
Man okay first let me start off by say the service here was great the staff was so nice and accommodating. Our waitress was so nice and on her game. 10/10 on service. The inside and outside of the restaurant was so gorgeous. I loved the paintings and the color skeem of it all. Just beautiful 10/10! With that being said that's where all the niceness stops. Let me put it this way if you're a person that has never had authentic Asian cuisine of any kind then this is for you you'll like it. HOWEVER if you're a person that has had authentic Asian cuisine of any kind or find yourself "cultured" then this is not a place for you. Don't believe me then go try it for yourself. Chang's Lettuce Wraps: these were not very good if anything just okay. Under seasoned and the protein we chose was chicken and yet there was little to no chicken in it. The saving grace was the sauce that we dipped it in. But we personally wouldn't order again. 5/10 Pork Egg Rolls: these were probably the best thing we had the whole night. These egg rolls were very good, hot, and fresh tasting. Would definitely eat again! However the dipping sauce for them was so bad we were afraid to try it twice it was very strong with an acidic vinegar taste that was extremely unbearable! Egg rolls 7/10 the sauce 1/10 Vegetable Fried Rice: we ordered a side of vegetable fried rice only to receive it with no vegetables, the most it had was little bits of carrots here and there. On top of that it was so dry as if it was days old and extremely lumpy and clear as day had huge hunks of white rice where it wasn't properly cooked and evenly coated. 3/10 Sesame Chicken: was okay at best I have eaten sesame chicken for years and this was not standard. Like I said it was okay just had an off flavor. I actually ended up eating and enjoy the broccoli, onions, and peppers more then anything. 5/10 Beef With Broccoli: this was actually pretty decent flavor was there but it's weird it's called beef with broccoli and yet we only received like 5 pieces of broccoli on the plate. You'd think there would have been more right? 7/10 Chocolate Souffle: this one was weird the raspberry sauce was the worst part it didn't pare well with anything very strong and tangy it was off-putting to the tongue. The chocolate souffle was very dense and fudge like and I wasn't very into it. If it wasn't for the vanilla ice cream we probably would have stopped eating it. It was almost as if it was uncooked. Not sure if it was supposed to be that way but it wasn't what we expected. 2/10 All in all I'm probably never returning back here again. It reminded me of an overpriced Panda Express and I hate Panda Express. It's over priced and was not worth anything! Food: 5/10 Service: 10/10 Atmosphere: 10/10

Yelp
June 12,2024 Noon Came here for lunch after shopping nearby. Once inside we were directed to a table to the furthest end of the restaurant. The hostess must not be aware as my friend is handicapped and it was very difficult for her to walk. Also we were seated in a booth with a busted seat and cushion. Glad I took photos as who could believe this otherwise. We ordered from the lunch menu and the prices were very reasonable for the amount of food that you are served. There was so much that we both took left overs home to eat. We both ordered General Tao orange chicken my friend had brown rice and I had white rice. Also we both ordered an order of spring rolls. The dish on the table had a hair ie see photo to believe with your eyes. This place needs to be renovated as well as their hostess and staff to be better trained. Next time we go shopping we will eat some where else. Too many choices to suffer in silence.

Heather

Yelp
This use to be my favorite meal! But the quality has changed so much. It taste like hospital food.. not even remotely close to what it use to be. The chicken is chewy like it was frozen, the rice is crunchy, thick and has a really weird taste.. had to throw it away.

That D.

Yelp
We were excited to eat here until we walked through the doors. What a mess. Trash and dirt everywhere. From the entrance, to the bar, and throughout the dining room. What a shame. Someone should be embarrassed and then fired. My only wish is that I could post this with 0 stars.
google avatar

Frank H.

Yelp
This was by far my most disappointing dining experience in a very long time. Outside of our server, the food was way below standards you would expect when you're spending $20 an entree. To be served crusty sauce pieces for chicken is ridiculous. I had to send mine back and the beef was so tough. The lo mien noodles had no flavor and looked so plain. I haven't been here in a long time and I see why. There's a lot of work that needs to be done.

Yelp
It's been a number of years since I've been here but the hubs & I decided to stroll down memory lane and come back for lunch we missed the crowd so it wasn't that busy our server greeted us took our drink orders once he returned it'll be another 10 minutes before we saw him again & he'd just pop up out of nowhere like whoodini lol nevertheless we ordered lettuce wraps which were very good my husband got Mongolian beef which had great flavor but he had a scoop of rice or more green onions than a garden I had the sesame chicken with lomein the chicken was crisp & fried to perfection but the dish lacked sauce & flavor overall we were a little disappointed & it may be another number of years before we return

Harley A.

Yelp
Very good food, though I wish they didn't remove the dan dan noodles from the menu. The new black pepper chicken is recommended. Decent service though you have to know to ask for the trio sauces that they used to automatically mix at the table for you. Lovely atmosphere with a nice view towards the rear of the restaurant.

Yelp
Came herè with famt. Enjoyed everything... Food great service grand atmosphere was terrific

Yelp
The bartender on the evening of 9/11 was absolutely amazing! My food was not so good. I had to send my food back and never received my soup, yet still paid 90 dollars for 1 person.

Yelp
P.F. Chang's used to be my favorite chain restaurant so I've been well over 50 times in different places around the world. This is by far the worst experience I've had with pickup. Receipt clearly says white rice I was given brown, egg roll is stall and un chewable, the portion is snack size, and they weren't out of multiple sauces.
google avatar

Amie S.

Yelp
Is this a chain restaurant? Yes. Did my group have great food and service? Also YEA!! So why not give credit where it is due?! If you've been to any PF Chang's, you've been to all of them so I won't dive too much into ambience-but slightly dim lighting, booths, chairs-standard setup. Our server, Opal, was phenomenal. All of our food came out quickly and hot-all as ordered and tasted great!
google avatar

Butch O.

Yelp
This was my son ((Elijah))'s absolute favorite place to enjoy a great meal with fam and friends. Sadly he passed 5 years ago, and I haven't been able to come by myself to the place he loved so much. Today is a great day. I was in the area, came by, and it was GREAT! Also, shout out to P.F. Chang's for having a great meal associate like Destiny. Destiny perfectly split the fine line of being attentive but not annoying. GREAT JOB DESTINY!...and thank you P.F. Chang's for having such a great great meal and service associate.
google avatar

Cara H.

Yelp
I love love love P.F. Chang's but the service I encountered a couple of weeks ago wasn't that great. The restaurant was very busy and loud, but my party had a reservation and was seated fairly quickly. We constantly had to ask other waiters for things or to get the attention of our waiter. It dampened the experience a little bit, but the food was still enjoyable.

Jason T.

Yelp
If I could leave zero stars I would! The worst experience I've had at this location. We went for lunch. They weren't that busy but we waited over 30 min. for our food. My wife got the lunch special. I got the dinner portion and they were the same size but mine was $10 more. Won't be back!

Janie R.

Yelp
I was so disappointed. The PF Changs in Charlotte is banging and this just wasn't it. The restaurant was dirty. Food was dry-no sauce on stuff which is so unlike Chinese food. Honesty won't be returning even though it's normally one of my fav restaurants.

Joseph Y.

Yelp
Couldn't be better! We were visiting Birmingham and can't thing of a better choice than this one. Food and atmosphere were excellent. Hats off to the manager James who made us feel special.

Yelp
I ordered a pickup order on Sunday. My order was set to be ready at 5:15. I arrived at 5:12 and my order was not at the pickup counter. I waited until 5:25 and decided to say something once the app indicated my order had been completed. Finally someone went to the kitchen to check and it was ready. I get in the car and take the top off the food and I have dried dry shrimp with sauce on the side. I ordered the dynamite shrimp. In the picture online the sauce was already applied. Also the fact that my food was cold after I had waited an additional 10 minutes. P.F. Chang's really needs to get it together. It was so many pickup orders just sitting in the kitchen and numerous other people were waiting. Not sure where this experience leaves me in regard to returning.
google avatar

Yelp
Went for lunch and found they had a chief special menu with all of my favorites. The chicken lettuce wrap and spicy Chang's Chicken were on point. Our server Lola was awesome, she was very professional and attentive. Thanks for great service!

Yelp
It has been ages since I've returned to one of my favorite restaurants. Today it was lunch with Matthew. PFC has been at this location for a LONG time. I'm guessing more than 10 years. Thus their exterior could use a makeover and the "outside" waiting room is badly in need of new carpeting. It also smelled strongly of Clorox wipes when we walked through. I suspect they kept the outside door open to vent the smell. We were seated immediately. Their decor is as stunning as ever with large assertive and bold murals with inviting furniture. Their "open" kitchen is still there for you to observe if you happen to get a table nearby. PFC is still around for a reason. Their food is consistently elevated and they take that philosophy seriously to their fusion of east meets west. Since I haven't visited in a while, I noticed that they have changed their menu. It appears much smaller and simpler. I was disappointed that they no longer had their salt and pepper calamari. It was replaced with their tempura calamari. I was very tempted to try it, but Matthew and I opted for the good ole chicken lettuce wraps. Our server Brandon arrived quickly and took our drink orders. Everything is a la carte for lunch so fried rice or soup would be extra. They serve their "bowls" for lunch so I ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp bowl and Matthew, the Chang's Chicken bowl. The lettuce wraps were on par. Tasted delicious with the fried rice noodles. The accompanying fresh lettuce were noticeably smaller so we ran out of those pretty quickly. But Brandon came to the rescue and brought us more. Matthew's chicken pieces were cooked to perfection. Tender and coated with a wonderful tangy sauce. My shrimp were also perfect. Tossed in a wok with their kung pao sauce with dried chilis and green onions... yom yom yom yom. Both our dishes were served in a bowl on a large bed of white steam rice. More than adequate portions. The extra hot and sour soup arrived first in a large bowl enough for two. Their version has a much darker tint with very strong flavor. Their ingredients are noticeably cooked and served fresh off their line. The taste on my shrimp were spot on with just the right amount of kick. Thanks for reminding me to come back to try the tempura calamari!

Yelp
There are local Asian food I like a lot better than PF Change. However, the day after Thanksgiving, PF Changs was my only choice. The food was just OK, but about what I expected. Tastes like a chain restaurant. Sticky ribs were OK, but tasted like they were under a hot lamp for too much time. The Mongolian Beef was dry. The Sesame Chicken was not to my liking but the gluten free options were excellent. The Delivery Service was outstanding. The food was warm which is all you can ask. The value when you get it delivered is not as good as when you pick up but that is something to be expected. It will be another long while before I order from P.F. Chang's again. Just my two cents.
google avatar

Jasmine T.

Yelp
I stopped by P.F. Chang's for lunch and it was the bomb dot com! I grabbed a seat at the bar and the waitress was super friendly and helped me pick out some new things to try. Both of these items are marked spicy on the menu but neither was overwhelming. I also learned that the chefs can adjust the spice level to your liking Service was fast and the place was squeaky clean so I can definitely see myself coming back.

Jackson K.

Yelp
Food was mid for the price, service was ok, Ambiance was mid. Over expensive dog shit ass food, if ur gonna charge $50 for 2 meals put some effort into making it worth $50. Would never recommend to anyone. Get ur shit together
google avatar

Mia B.

Yelp
We had the chicken lettuce wraps as an appetizer. My mom had the crispy honey shrimp and I had spicy chicken. Unfortunately, neither of these 3 dishes were palatable. The food was not seasoned and tasted old and microwaved. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but sadly we will not be returning. I suggest you not visit this particular restaurant.
google avatar

Michael B.

Yelp
We had the Fire-Braised Short Ribs w/ Pineapple Rice and Sesame Chicken w/ Fried Rice upgrade. The Fire-Braised Short Ribs were very tender and flavorful and not fatty. The pineapple rice was interesting. Several bites had what appeared to be cream cheese an some scallions that added the right combination and taste. The Sesame Chicken was good but thinly sliced which had a little firmness that I would've liked. Also, the broccoli could've been a little softer. Almost felt like raw broccoli. The ambience for a lunch was very nice. Staff was very knowledgeable of the menu and attentive. All in all, we will be back again and very enjoyable.

Haley C.

Yelp
Came here and had a reservation for 6:30. didn't get seated and waters until 7 o'clock. The service was slow and we couldn't even get a refill on our waters. The food here is usually very good, this time was so bad that i will never be coming back.
google avatar

Ricky D.

Yelp
Somewhat disappointed- Sangria was excellent, so were the egg rolls. The sauce is good but HOT! Be careful! We got hot and sour soup- it was good! I got the Terriyaki chicken- it was almost as good as Marie Callendar, but not quite- the chicken was battened and fried, although there was almost twice as much. The service was excellent as was the atmosphere. Overall, a pleasant experience!
google avatar

Anderson L.

Yelp
Do not make a reservation here because they do not sit you when you make a reservation....Even when they have about 15 tables open. We had a reservation and were not sat for 45 minutes past our time. I understand things can get hectic but the host kept telling us they'd get us in as soon as possible but we were still last to be seated. Their wait system is completely flawed. They didn't even apologize for their own hectic system. Other than that the food is decent although over priced for what you're getting.

Tori K.

Yelp
I ordered the orange chicken meal to go, when I got home and started eating I came to realize there was hardly any chicken it was mainly fried batter with sauce. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

JM M.

Yelp
HARD PASS..... thought my last few visits were bad but this one was worse. Food is cold and a service is non-existent. Took 15 min for drink order then another 20 min for it to arrive. Soup was spilled all over the table with no cleanup and to make matters worse it was cold. Told the waitress and her reply was "OK". That's it, not I will get you another, let me clean up the mess, let me warm it up, take it off your ticket.....just ok. Entrees hit the table 45 sec after soup and you guessed it, COLD. Had to go to host stand to get utensils and had to go to bar to get drinks. Waitress came to table 3 times the entire visit. Order food, bring drinks with no ice and then to say "ok". If you are asking me what can improve,.....EVERYTHING. Start over....train your wait staff, serve hot food, clean your nasty bathrooms, teach support staff to be attentive and pay attention to the basics. You have been warned.....

Yelp
Ever since Covid they have completely gone down hill. Their food pick has a lot of issues with time management for example I had a friend order online for a noon pick up and when she got there they had not even started cooking her food. Do not recommend at all.

Yelp
Just nope. I have a three strikes rule and they met it and then some. Management is already aware of my issues in depth, but I'll lay out some of it here. You cannot rely on the app. Twice now I have ordered on the app and the food not only wasn't ready but it wasn't even started. And before you ask, I ordered hours before pickup so it wasn't because they didn't have enough notice. One time, I was ignored by the hostess and waitress and given a meal where the chef used salt instead of sugar, making the food almost impossible to eat. The manager was of course apologetic on each instance, but it doesn't fix the problem and the "reasons" given make no sense. I will not be going back, despite how convenient the location is when I travel. I'll just go to another place in that center.

Yelp
Waitress was very pleasant. Food was not. Standard of food across board at PFChangs has declined. Everything just feels lower quality. Used to be a go-to for mid-week casual dinner but just isn't good value any more.

Yelp
Lettuce Be Honest, P.F. Chang's is My Bae (Even When I Over-order) You see a pattern I eat here in every city that has one. Always delicious always amazingly well trained staff always enough for left overs.

Yelp
I visited P. F Changs summit for a birthday party of 9. I was a little late but from the time I was seated our male waitress attended to our every need. I ordered the orange chicken with fried rice. The chicken had just the right amount crisp and the orange flavor was not overwhelming. I thoroughly enjoyed my food. They even gave the birthday girl a free desert. A+ in my book

Yelp
We normally enjoy PFC in Birmingham but it has changed. The food is so bland, it just sucks. Even the lettuce wraps are not good, the sauce has completely changed and it is not good. Egg drop sucks, sesame chicken bland bland bland. Service was ok, but not good, we set at the bar. There was a weird soured smell like they clean with vinegar. The meal was expensive and was bad. Service was slow, pour, inaccurate. Two stars is being generous.

Yelp
Delicious food in a beautiful setting. The staff was friendly and were wearing masks and gloves. The menu features all your favorite Chinese foods. Some are a little different than you may be used to. Some typically fried items have no breading, here, making them healthier but no less tasty. My advice is to be sure to read menu descriptions and feel free to ask questions. We started off our dinner with their famous lettuce wraps and they do live up to expectations! Crisp, cool lettuce leaves are provided to scoop a mixture of chicken, water chestnuts, rice sticks and spices with a wonderful spicy sauce for dipping or drizzling over. It's a secret family recipe, so we're told. You can not go and not get these. They are SO GOOD! You can even get these In half orders if you are out by your self. They are very filling so don't eat too many before your main meal or you'll be taking that meal to go. Hot and Sour soup was our next course. It is not my favorite version of the soup but it is tasty. It has a rich tangy broth and is filled with bamboo shoots, tofu, mushrooms, and chicken. Crispy fried noodles are available upon request and I do suggest you get them. They go really well with the soup. When ever my family and I go out for Chinese we each order something different and share. Our main courses were Chicken Lo Mein, Spicy Honey Chicken, and Mongolian Beef. We all got our dishes with standard white rice. The food was fantastic. The chicken lo mein was savory and rich. It had loads of vegetables and chicken. Don't let the word spicy in Chang's Spicy Honey Chicken frighten you. It's just Spicy enough to be good. It's a sweet yet savory dish that is one of our favorites. We always enjoy it. P.F. Chang's is known for it's Mongolian Beef and you will know why with a single bite. Tender slices of beef are marinated in delicious spiced marinade and wok fried with green onion. It's served with rice sticks and is so good that we often fight over the last bit. Last, but certainly not least is their utterly massive Great Wall of Chocolate Cake. $9 for a serving of cake seems awful until they bring this monster out. It's enough for at least two people, sometimes as many as four. This slab of deliciousness is served on it's side with fresh berries all around with a bit more than a drizzle of berry sauce. The cake is so moist that it just seems to dissolve in your mouth. The icing is a chocoholics dream. It's thick, intensely chocolate, but somehow it goes down smooth and sweet without overpowering the whole thing. Y'all, I dream about this cake. I get it every time. I highly recommend this place. I've rarely been disappointed.
