My First (and Worst) Date Was at a Kenny Rogers Roasters | Eater

"Described as a big, comforting chain located out at the Summit Mall that the narrator found appealing because "everything about it was big: the portions, the flavors, the tables," offered as an example of an acceptable, even enjoyable, restaurant choice for a date." - Rebecca Flint Marx

This is a Chinese restaurant attached to Summit Mall. We offered the lunch special which included an appetizer, entree, and choice of rice. The size of the portion was smaller than a regular portion but definitely large enough to fill up most people. One person in our party purchased the regular entree. He ended up taking almost half home for later. Our server was attentive and kept checking back on us.

I ordered Singapore noodles and beef rice. The noodles tasted sour and salty. To be honest, the taste was just average. But the taste was not worth the price. It would be 100 times better than eating at any other store. The beef was really salty. The sauce was free, right? I couldn't taste anything else but salty. Don't come to this restaurant unless there's nothing else to eat in the world.

P.F. Chang’s never disappoints. Food is always top notch and service is great. Our server was Les and she was very kind and personable. Side note - if you order fried dumplings, save the sauce! That stuff is good on anything.

Had an amazing dinner today at PF Chang. I tried sweet and sour chicken….yum!!! Our server Marissa was fantastic and brought me enough root beer that I thought my guts were going to burst! This was a great escape from a busy Wednesday at work for the wife and I.

Google
The food was great, but the service was even better. The atmosphere was warm and fun as well. Lesli was fantastic with her service. It’s always impressive to have your order taken by memory alone. She was super friendly and accommodating with my kids. Summit Mall location in Akron Ohio.

Paid over $20 for this meal with what was supposed to be extra meat. The beef was terrible and hard, felt like I was eating pebbles. Ate here before and it was good but not a great experience this time.

Google
I have tried this place twice. The first time was lunch via carry out, I had their spicy chicken. It was good, but the portion sizes were small. There were only about ten chunks of chicken and the spirng roll that came with it wasn't big either. I dined in today with a couple relatives to see how entrees fare. I tried the orange chicken, and like the first time the food was delicious. This portion size was bigger and filling, and the decor and service was enjoyable. Our waiter was alert and on top of things, and the layout is unique and neat. This is more fancy looking than your typical chinese eateries usually are. But it is dimly lit in the back area where we were seated away from the windows. I do recommend eating in here, but the lunch orders are not worth it in my opinion for how much they cost. It's a better value to just go with an entree. I will be back in the future to try other options.

Google
Today was my first ever experience at P.F. Changs with my cousin for dinner. The food and service were amazing and my server Christian made us feel like regulars who come in weekly! Having a passionate server really makes a difference when dining. My cousin and I split the chef special and it was the perfect amount of food for us. Unfortunately my cousin spilled her soup everywhere (and I mean EVERYWHERE) but our server so gracious helped clean up her mess. I can’t wait to come back soon 😃

Yelp
I enjoyed an excellent meal that was well prepared and tasted really good. The service was fast and friendly and the restaurant was what I've come to expect from this establishment - classy and comfortable with an upscale but not stuffy feel.

Yelp
Let's start off with Ambiance. Get ready for a loud music environment that alternates between techno and alternative. Our waiter was very nice however, he forgot the sauce for the ribs that he recommended. Nothing major. All 3 of us opted for the $19 three course special. The Egg Drop soups were very nice. The Cheese Wonton weren't to my liking but my daughter devoured them. The Dry Rub Ribs were amazing and very very tender. My wife liked her Shrimp Lo Mein and my daughter likes her Chicken Fried Rice. Now let's talk about my Honey Shrimp. On a range of 10, I give this dish a 5. The Shrimp were super soggy and the shrimp had no crisp whatsoever. The super sweet sauce may of had honey but it was slightly tangy like the same sauce General Tso's Chicken. Also Not a fan of shrimp that have NO curl. Yes, straight tails heavily breaded. The star of the entire meal was the Garlic String Beans. I should have ordered an extra order to go. Now here's my advice. Please watch your check at the end as some previous reviews stated the same thing that happened to us. If you happen to choose the 3 course meal, it is up to your server to key in the order correctly. If not the difference could be $30 more or so. We caught this as the premium selections can escalate your bill quickly and you may not notice. Three stars due to pricing.

Yelp
My favorite P.F. Changs location. Food is always fresh and tastes wonderful. Ambiance is great and restaurant is always clean every visit. They have revamped their menu and have new items to check out! I do wish they would keep their sushi selection, they only have two rolls available now. Crab wontons are our favorite and the chicken is great quality chicken as well! Love visiting here.

Yelp
Stopped in while at the Mall doing Xmas shopping. I sat at the bar (because there was no one at hostess desk) and was served immediately. Loved the Happy Hour menu and got 2 martinis and lettuce wraps for $21. Everything was delicous. Great decor and plenty of seating. I felt bad for the bartender as she was busy making drinks for all the servers tables and then had a full bar with tables all on her own (Many being walk ins that the hostess wasn't checking in). Manager and another server came in to help but the poor girl was in the weeds. On top of that there was an older female waitress openly and loudly complaining about her job and the bar service. As a former server the manager needs to hire more people for xmas season when they are going to have an increase in traffic from the mall. And Their hostess needs training on keeping better track of walkins vs. who she is seating.

Yelp
I've always loved P.F. Chang's, but this location doesn't quite hit like it used to. Two of my family members got sick after eating here this year, which was concerning. On top of that, the prices seem to be going up, but the quality hasn't kept pace, which is a bummer because I used to come here all the time. This visit, I got the Mongolian Beef with white rice and the cold cucumber salad. The Mongolian Beef wasn't bad, but it feels like the quality has slipped over time. The cucumber salad was super bland--basically just cucumbers with a little soy and sesame. I even grabbed two sauces to try and save it, but it didn't really help. I still think P.F. Chang's could be great again if they focused on consistency and quality. Hopefully, they'll get back on track because I'd love to enjoy it like I used to!

Yelp
What happened?? What is going on with PF Chang? Mongolian beef is my favourite. The portions are much smaller, however it costs more. Not sure how that works. The meat must be an inferior grade now, because it's chewy. You could almost choke on it. The meat I had tonight, quite a few pieces appear to be raw still which is bizarre. My husband had the same. The salad was okay but some of the lettuce looked "expired" and considering I'm now running to the bathroom non-stop, I'm thinking it was. For two people, getting the chef deal which includes appetizer entree salad/s soup We still walked out of there spending $100. No alcohol, no desserts. I have no idea why it cost $100 for subpar food with smaller portions, and possible food poisoning when this used to be a great restaurant for under 70.00. The service was fine, no complaints there. They did appear to be understaffed though. Again, that's not the server's fault That's whoever is in charge. What a shame, this restaurant has been ruined.

Yelp
I went to PF Changs on a wednesday afternoon. It was very easy to be seated for our party of 3. Ample parking was available. The menu was different and less than what I generally find at PF Changs. I ended up getting the sesame chicken which was kind of bland. The other orders on my table were general tsaos chicken and the tofu which both tasted the same as the sesame chicken? I was very underwhelmed by the taste. The service was good but I would not go back.

Yelp
If I could give 0 stars I would. Here is some context: I used to love P.F. Chang's but moved somewhere that didn't have one, so it's been 6 years, but from everything I could remember it was one of my favorite places. We recently relocated to the area and I was thrilled to see a P.F. Chang's near by, so my boyfriend and I decided to go for dinner tonight. So, my boyfriend is very particular about his Chinese food and I convinced him to stray away from our local place and go with me. Well wow has it changed. Our waitress, as nice as she was, needed more training. We were a little sticker shocked looking at the new menu and were trying to figured out the right way to order what we were hoping for (and what I used to) and her suggestion to get a side of shrimp lo mein was to order an entire entree... after she said "I'm not sure". We ordered but then promptly and politely asked to just cancel our order and decided we couldn't justify it and were t even sure what we were getting after all the confusion. We went to the hostess as to cancel the order as soon as possible, hoping to have not made the kitchen waste/make the food. The girl got our waitress, I said I was happy to pay for the cokes we had, which is it like 6 bucks? She said yes. She brings back the check for 10 bucks. Really, 10 bucks for two cokes we barely touched. I mentioned this asking the hostess "is this right, I mean $10 for two soft drinks?" She then replied (with a very rude attitude) "yes it is, all our prices are on the menu, I'll show you" and leaves to get a menu. At that point is when I was upset. There was no need for an attitude and that is not something I'm ok with. I could've just as easily got up and left without saying anything! But I chose to do the right thing and wanted to pay for our drinks and tip our server at least something for her time and still got this kind of treatment. To top it all off the (I'm assuming) manager came out with just as much attitude. Rather than calmly asking what was going on he was on the defensive right away. Absolutely unprofessional and not how a manager should behave. At that point I asked them to void the checks as my mind was made up. He shoves the unsigned credit card slip at me and says "fine, looks like you made up your mind". I took the slip and left and that's the end of it. In summary, don't go here unless you want to be verbally abused and made to feel like a dollar sign from a rude blond girl with glasses and a manager who needs to go back to basic hospitality school all while having the pleasure of paying for overpriced mall Chinese food while doing so.

Yelp
Food was all right but the lettuce wraps awful and I mean awful. They tried to give us little lives of lettuce you would put in a salad and call it a wrap. Honestly just unacceptable and they also didn't even tried to comp it.

Yelp
Enjoyed a wonderful meal out with my soul mate for our 12th anniversary at P.F. Chang's. It was awesome. Angel our server catered to Thom and I had all our dishes made in a special Wok for gluten- free. The Mongolian Beef was fabulous, the shrimp fried rice was fresh and juicy, and always my favorite is the chicken lettuce wraps. She surprised us with a Gf chocolate molten cake! Check out my fortune cookie. She added the cookie is not GF but the wish is. Excellent service!!

Eric G.

Yelp
The food was good as usual. The service was slow but our waiting was good though. My wife always gets the lettuce wraps and they didn't disappoint as usual.
google avatar

Kevin M.

Yelp
I once again, placed a carry-out order and asked for the the lettuce and rice sticks to be packed separately for my lettuce wrap so they would not get soggy on my long drive home. When I picked up my order, the lettuce and rice sticks were packed together with the chicken. I asked the staff member if they can pack the lettuce separately and provide new rice sticks and they indicated that it would be no problem. I waited 10 minutes for the staff member to return only to find the lettuce packed separately and no rice sticks. When I asked about the rice sticks he indicated that they could not do that, and I at this point I have had enough of this nonsense and just asked to pay so that I could be on my way. Customer Service (not).

Yelp
Visited P.F. Chang's recently because my daughter brought home some food, which I ate as leftovers the next day. They were very tasty, so I vowed to visit the restaurant soon. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated. A few minutes later, our waitress arrived and took our drink requests. Then we put in our appetizer requests followed by our dinner requests. The pot stickers were delicious as were the lettuce wraps. I'd definitely request those again. For dinner, I requested Kung Pao Chicken. Shortly after, our meals arrived. My Kung Pao Chicken tasted just okay. I was not impressed. I ate the entire dish, but I found it to be lacking flavor along with the fried rice. I tasted all of the dishes at my table and none of them had the level of flavor I was expecting. The orange chicken was decent. I was a bit disappointed because the prices were high, but the flavors were lacking. I guess we should just order a bunch of appetizers next time. Our waitress, Hunter, was excellent.

Edward Q.

Yelp
The restaurant was so cold that our party of 12 had to wear their winter coats during the entire meal, despite numerous requests relayed by the server to the manager to change the temperature. Our food arrived about 1 1/2 hours after we ordered it, with the restaurant saying that with a large party it was difficult to coordinate the simultaneous delivery of food. We had only sporadic visits from the server. Not a very pleasant experience for a birthday party. Will never go back.

Hayden B.

Yelp
the service here was amazing! Devine really made my first ever trip to this restaurant a favorite along with the amazing food!

Shelly F.

Yelp
We used delivery for food. It was just as good as dining in! Deliciously prepared and packed correctly.

Jules S.

Yelp
Not a great holiday experience last night for dinner. The table they sat us at had a pile of raw food/vegetables under it. I had to find someone to clean it up. 2 of our favorite appetizers were not available and the one we ordered was completely cold. The waiter kept trying to push a second bottle of wine when we said "no" already and were clearly done and ready to leave. Then it took forever to get the waiter to come back to run our credit card. We provided a pretty decent tip on an over $200 bill considering it was the holidays, but basically not a great holiday event for us.

Chad B.

Yelp
They were out of a lot of things. Also the food was not tea good compared to other Chinese food I have had. Would not go there again
google avatar

Ali S.

Yelp
I came here for the first time in a while, and I've realized just how much I've missed their food. Although their menu items aren't necessarily unique or special, the consistent quality I've received over the years warrants a great review. I really like their Kung Pao Shrimp and yesterday I tried their Lo Mein with chicken for the first time. I'm usually not a fan of Asian style chicken, but the chicken was absolutely delicious and had an amazing char from the wok. I was pleasantly surprised, this meal was genuinely a lot better than I was expecting. Our server was great and I'll make sure to visit again. Some of my friends haven't had as great of an experience here and I think a lot of it has to do with what you order. Some of their menu items such as their pad thai really don't match up well to other spots. So make sure to keep this in mind and discuss with other people when choosing what to order.

Darryn H.

Yelp
Service was super super slow. We didn't receive refills but once. We would ask for lemon and it took a long time to get. Received our food, I ordered what is the "new" orange chicken and it looked bad let alone the taste. I ordered it spicy and all I could taste was breading. Local Chinese places have better orange chicken. I tore breading off to show the service but it was not even aesthetically pleasing

Buddy O.

Yelp
Oh no, what could improve? Everything. After being seated for :50 minutes without our apps or salads the bartender said they should be out soon. Finally got the soup that sits in a pot I'm sure, and salads that the 2 minutes to make we left. What's the point of ordering apps?? The bartender said "we're very busy". I would guess 50% capacity no more and I see why. As far as chain restaurants go I would not recommend PF's especially this location.
google avatar

Lisa C.

Yelp
Hadn't been here in a while and decided to check it out. Service was excellent! Really enjoyed my entree; tasted great but I thought the scallion pieces were too big and the rice noodles slightly undercooked. Dessert...delicious! Loved it! Just the right size too. Cake was moist and ice cream tasted fresh. Also enjoyed the hot tea. It was great having three choices of tea. Highly recommend the ginger peach.
google avatar

Danielle F.

Yelp
Not sure why this location has a lower rating. I've been here at least 20 times, and it has always been delicious, on point, and consistent flavor. Service is sometimes a bit slow, but we're not taking about frozen fried chicken fingers. I love this place, the food, etc., even when they make menu changes. Thank you!

Nechelle G.

Yelp
Not a fan of the new menu. The items removed make no sense. It tells me you're reducing waste to increase your profit margins ignoring taste and quality.

Katharine K.

Yelp
MADE ME SICK. I ate the honey glazed shrimp, pot stickers with spicy sauce, friend green beans, one fortune cookie, egg drop soup, and one piece of glazed pork. I have a very high tolerance for eating a lot and this made me have pain beyond imagination. Will not eat this food every again.

Charlene P.

Yelp
The food was not up to the same standards of those in other cities. Takeout service was ridiculously slow.
google avatar

Kelly D.

Yelp
Had a good experience here! Don't come here if you're expecting super authentic Asian food...it's definitely Americanized. But, it's good! The menu is expansive and creative, offering traditional-ish Chinese food dishes, ramen dishes, and sushi. They make everything from scratch too...or so they say. The kimchi fries were just okay; probably won't order those again. I appreciate the variety of low-Cal and vegetarian options. I'd definitely come back!

Sergio C.

Yelp
Place sucks, bar was close due to bartender quitting. Restaurant had plenty of tables but couldn't seat one person due to waitstaff shortage. Seems they dont want business
google avatar

Yelp
We paid 58 dollars (that includes tip) for a lunch that was so bad we did not finish it and left hungry. We stopped here Saturday, I don't know what P.F. Chang's normally tastes like but ours was terrible, I will never come back, mall food court would be better. I can't imagine they will stay in business if what we were served as typical. It started off bad with a dirty looking restaurant and a dirty plate on our table. We should have left then. We got fried green beans for an appetizer, they were not great and kind of mushy. We both got rice bowls, Chang's spicy chicken and orange chicken both with fried rice. The rice was not fried rice, it had nothing extra in it to make it fried rice (carrots, egg, etc). It was very... wet. So maybe they put soy sauce on it. Also it cost 2$ extra. Both of the chickens were soggy. It tastes as if they pre-cooked the chicken, let it sit around for a while, then just dump lots of sauce on it. It came with no vegg... just soggy rice and chicken chunks in sauce. Also I got a pork egg roll, it was tiny and had so many layers of wrapper that it had layers of raw egg roll wrapper. They also stated that they are using a new pay system, we had to scan a QR code with our phone and pay by credit card. Although I don't personally have an issue with this it seems like this could cause trouble for someone not wanting to use their phone as they've made it the default way of paying (should be an option but not the default) I can't imagine why anyone would eat here more than once. Asian Chao is right next door, tastes 1000% better, and is half the price.

Yelp
We stopped in last night for dinner and we should have walked out when our feet stuck to the floor as we walked to the table. The floor was so sticky and dirty that it felt like we were walking on tacky glue. I do want to say this...our waitress was very nice. Any complaints I have were out of her control. She was lovely. She was very attentive and her service was fantastic. We have been to this location, and others, many times over the years and this was the worst experience we have had. The food was not hot even though the plates were. The crab wontons were so salty (and over priced). I remember liking them in the past. Maybe it is a recipe change, but they did not taste great. I ordered the Singapore noodles. I have had them in other places and have never gotten a bowl filled with cherry tomatoes and noodles. That was a surprise. I think they were trying to make the plate hearty with a filler vegetable. Tomatoes do not belong there! Yuck! My husband had a tofu dish. It was fine. I cannot imagine him ordering it again. The bowl was hot, but the food was warm at best. The broccoli was not cooked. The saving grace to the dish was the fried rice, but I expect that to be good. Overall the experience was disappointing. Look, I know P.F. Chang's in not fine dining, but for 2 dinners and appetizer, I did not expect such a high bill for bad food in a dirty restaurant.

Whimsy F.

Yelp
This was an old favorite from living on the West Coast, but sadly it has gone so downhill. We ordered curbside pickup and had an advertised three-course meal for $20 per person. This really did not turn out to be the case as almost every main dish or app had an extra fee. On the positive side, we used a two-person meal to easily feed three adult-sized people (but it's not going to feed three big men). The food was hot and ready when I arrived, and the host was friendly and helpful. Here's the super sad part--- the rice was stale (girlfriend, it was chewy), the honey shrimp was soft and soggy, and you are really going to need to avoid the pad thai (no peanuts, no sprouts, and the cook dumped in the eggs but did not scramble them?!). Did we like anything? Yes, the pork rolls were on point and the side salad with the crispy topping and peanut dressing was tasty. The meal wasn't worth the $55 because sadly Panda Express is about at the same level as this restaurant. We'll skip this place next time.
google avatar

Dianne M.

Yelp
We had a lovely meal! The server was very personable and knowledgeable about the menu. Great Dynamite Shrimp, Lo Mein, and hot and sour soup. And our meal came so quickly! So different from a lot of recent dining out experiences.
google avatar

Missy G.

Yelp
My favorite Chinese restaurant is PF Chang's. Their Vegetarian Lo Mein is the best. It has all the right vegetables and the right amount of garlic. It's a perfect meal. This restaurant does " take out" exceptionally well. And the folks who work here have not forgotten about good Customer Service. They are a step above the rest. Dining in is also a pleasure and the atmosphere is perfect!

Dee H.

Yelp
I use to eat here in Calif..tried this for first time in Ohio now and was very disappointed, Green beans were sooo greasy..My Pet Peeve is always hot food. I'm just curious what happen, plate was hotter than the food. I was told the lettuce wraps were out then as we packed up our meal..the potstickers came out and manager came out with lettuce wraps.. I was like No thanks.. it wasnt what I remembered in CA for sure. Server was nice but totally felt ripped off. I'm making brownies now to make up for the disappointment. Get it together PF Changs.. I came all the way from Kent for this...should have stayed home.
google avatar

Hilary T.

Yelp
We ordered togo from PF Changs and it was ok. The food was overall good, but not the best. The wait staff was nice, but I didn't have much interaction with them. The restaurant was not very busy when I was there, yet our order was not ready on time. The fried rice was good and you could tell it was made in house. The kung pao chicken was ok, but I wasn't expecting the chicken to be fried. The duck was pretty good and the egg rolls and spring rolls were pretty good as well. I was hoping for a bit more of spice in the kung pao chicken, I'm used to it being spicy and this wasn't. For anyone wanting to know procedures during the pandemic. Masks are not required, from customers or staff. Bar tenders, waiters, hostesses and I'd assume cooks were unmasked, which I wasn't used to now a days. I might try this again, but it isn't at the top of my list of places.

Zara S.

Yelp
Extremely slow service... food is fine... would not recommend unless you have a lot of time on your hands.

Cathy B.

Yelp
Never again. As we walked in our feet stuck to the floor. That's when we should have walked out . We were seated and no-one came to our table for 20 min. My husband finally went to tell someone we were waiting and they said our waitress didn't know she had our table. Then we waited an hour for our food that we ordered. The food finally came and in my sesame chicken was a big taste of chemical lemon taste. So that was nice. Then the waitress didn't bring our change because she figured the extra 15.00 was her tip. Unbelievable . Possibly the worst experience I've ever had.
google avatar

Leslie A.

Yelp
I ordered the honey shrimp and my husband ordered the spicy chicken. Both were good. The ice tea was delicious and my husband enjoyed the ginger beer We also ordered the Great Wall of Chocolate, which was amazing
google avatar

Yelp
PF Chang's is a good and reliable chain. I had the lettuce wraps which are always great.

Yelp
Great service and good amount of Gluten free options. Best place in Akron for high quality Chinese food .

Yelp
The P.F. Chang's near Summit Mall is a fantastic location. It is very clean and has great service. This was my first time trying a P.F. Chang's. I decided to try one of their drinks- a coconut milk based drink. It was refreshing and delicious! Something I would want to try to recreate at home. My fiancé and I ordered a dumpling appetizer. We both enjoyed it and took a few minutes to contemplate ordering another plate of them! Our meals came out quickly and looked so appetizing I forgot to take a photo! I ordered the orange shrimp and absolutely loved it. There was enough food on the plate that I took what I didn't finish home for lunch the next day. I would definitely come back to this location! It's perfect to shop then come grab a bite to eat.

Skye H.

Yelp
Service was good. Food was not good. Crispy green beans and lemonade only good part of meal. Dumplings were not cooked

Yelp
We used to love to come here to eat, ordering apps and entrees, but not sure what has happened. My sister and I came in for lunch and we ordered our favorite Tempura Fried green beans and tea to start. The tea cups had food particles on the sides, so we asked the server for new cups and if she could please bring salt and soy for the beans (they weren't salted out of the fryer). Sadly, our server didn't return with either for more than 10 minutes. It wasn't busy at all in the restaurant (and there was only 1 other table with guests in her section) so I am guessing she just forgot? For my entree, I ordered the sesame chicken with broccoli, which I have ordered several times in the past. I always loved this because there were good sized pieces of chicken breast with the broccoli over the rice. This time, the chicken was thin and small with a ratio of 80 percent breading and 20% chicken. I was lucky if there were 3 pieces of broccoli. Another crazy thing is that the music was super loud. We asked our server right away, and she said corporate picks the music and the volume and she even wished she could turn it down because she can't hear what people are ordering. Is that crazy or what? We were so excited to come here since everything has opened up after COVID. Unfortunately, we were more disappointed we didn't pick somewhere else.

Yelp
Made reservations for 7:00 and got there approximately 10 minutes early, from the confusion on the young mans face, it's obvious the reservation was not in the system, he had to find a table to accommodate the wheelchair. The service was mediocre, we ordered 2 hot sake and waited and waited, about 15 minutes for the drinks, no water was offered. We ordered an appetizer, it was ummm, unique, fried green beans, batter was so greasy it simply fell off of the beans, it was quite different, the sauce it came with was good though. Shortly after the appetizer arrived, the entree's arrived. My wife got Honey Shrimp, she enjoyed it, I got Peking Duck. I absolutely love duck, but this was not Peking Duck, this was over roasted Duck breast, quite dry and complete lack of crispy skin. The drum stick that came with it was delicious, but that was a small part of the meal. The Soft pancakes you place the duck into were completely soaked in oil, more like a deep fried pita bread, so those stayed on the platter. While we were finishing our meal, the server dropped off 3 to go trays and the check. I guess we didn't look like we wanted any dessert, given the first two courses, we probably saved ourselves some disappointment. Not likely to go back, with those prices I expected a better experience, we have visited other P.F. Chang's establishments in other states but this one is not on our go back list.

Yelp
Used to be my favorite place. To make it short, food quality way down. Service always quite good. Lo Mein, my husbands was piping hot. Mine so tepid, it was ice cold before I was finished. Pot of hot tea, luke warm. This was not once, but the last 3 times we went. We are done with them now. Sad.

Yelp
We've gone here to P.F. Chang's @Summit Mall about 2-3X times for take-out ONLY n our family seems to like it. PROs: Overall quality of the food is pretty good. Service somewhat moderately good. I have some food allergies n they comply with my many food restrictions, so this place is good in this respect. CONs: Price kinda costly for Asian food, but well worth it considering my many food restrictions. I'd say, it meets our high standards for Asian fusion type food. Anyway, YES, overall, we were very satisfied n we'll return again soon probably continue takeout bcuz it works for us. (Maybe someday we'll dine in restaurant, not sure yet? Concerned they may take a lil too long if we dine in though.)

Yelp
Not the PF chang's of a few years ago. Egg & spring rolls are of poor quality and took forever. Chang's chicken is now mostly breading and different sauce. Felt bad for server who.was good but the food was not good. I cannot reply to PF chang so I will post it here. I used to love your restaurants. But the last three times at three different restaurants have been horrible. One time the waiter was pissed we ordered from a special happy hour menu, treated us like crap and then tried to present a bill for 3 times what it should have been. Schaumburg Illinois West Chester Ohio food was not good service was horrible. Today Akron Ohio apparently corporate decided to change you recipes to save money and food was awful. Waitress was great but she does not determine food standards. Chang's spicy chicken had both slivers of chicken and huge chunks. Obviously slivers we're nothing but sauce and breading cover jerky and chunks still had pink in middle. Chinese cooking 101 all pieces need to be same size Will not be back no need to contact

Yelp
Standard Asian Fusion. No real surprises. The Northern ribs don't disappoint. Otherwise, no real surprises.

Yelp
Disappointed that we were only given the option to pay for our meal by scanning a qr code. This was very frustrating for the older member of our party. And, I did not appreciate being told that I could use my phone for this as I am not paid to be your cashier. Will not be back. I expect you also lost the business of the table seated next to us, as they were also upset by this new policy.
