Good was amazing, services was so great! I recommend the peachy boba breeze and their sushi it so good! Some things they kinda miss the mark but everything else is really good

PF Chang’s was on my Veteran’s Day adventure for enjoying some great cuisine. Nani was the hostess that provided a friendly smile and welcoming attitude for seating. I asked her about the Chinese character on the wine glass which she answered with confidence. TK was the hostess that explained the lunch specials for honoring veterans. I ordered the hot & sour soup which was included with the Mongolian Beef plate. After a lengthy discussion about the additional carbs I chose the noodles. My choice of drink was a “blue dolphin”. TK also verified “cheers” on the wine glass. The soup was a cup of refreshing ingredients. The Mongolian Beef over noodles was authentic and delicious. Upon leaving I chatted with Amelia B. I was truly amazed with the atmosphere, food services and hospitality provided by her staff. Thank you PF Chang’s for recognizing and supporting the veteran community.

It has been a while since we dined at P.F. Chang's. A few of the menu items had changed, such as the Dan Dan Noddles and the chili paste. Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wrap is still delicious. Salt & Pepper Prawns are a bit too salty. Ma Po Tofu was delicious.

I had mold in my strawberry lemonade ice. I showed and told the waitress she offered to get me a new one but I ordered a bottle water instead. The food was not great the service wasn’t great and the price of the food was terrible for what you get. The fried rice taste like dirt. The fried crab Rangoon taste like old oil, the restaurant actually smells like old shitty oil… and the kitchen doesn’t look clean. The bathrooms definitely were not clean. The whole experience was awful. For a restaurant on the “better” side of Fresno you would think the restaurant wouldn't be so mediocre. This was my first time at this location and i honestly don’t understand how they’re still in business.

Google
Very nice. My wife is a vegan and this was our first time to try this restaurant and it had many vegan options that looked very appealing for my wife and they didn't disappoint. Our server could have been a little more attentive but overall we had a wonderful evening. Definitely going back when we can.

Google
Today I had en excellent date with my wife. Terrence was our server and was so amazingly attentive. My drinks were refilled before I ran out, he gave me recommendations for food and was correct in suggesting a minor food change. We came hungry and devoured our food and it was delicious food. Terrence, you made our lunch date a perfect small get away from the kids. I wholly appreciate your effort and you should know you did an excellent job. Please have an excellent holiday.

Google
Went to Changs yesterday for a paint and sip dinner and has the best time! Perfect date night and food was delicious per usual! My husband and I love the ribs!

Chris R.

Google
Great food, good value and nice atmosphere. From spring rolls with sauce to the tasty $8.99 drink specials, all good. Had no room but would have liked to try the desserts which also came in smaller mini versions, including a flight option, next time! Also saw several birthday celebrations with sparklers. Definitely need to return again.

Yelp
After settling in to my hotel (Doubletree by Hilton) I need to eat. Unfortunately, there were no options for dinner in the downtown (city gov't center) area. I asked a hotel staffer and she told me I need to drive to the shopping area. Thank goodness for Google Maps. A 15-minute drive took me to large shopping center and right on the corner, a PF Changs. It was still in the high 90s and I was hot, tired and hungry. So it was a welcome sight so far from home. Again, I was so tempted to order an adult beverage, but with training the next morning, I opted of OJ. I had the pork egg rolls (nice!) and the black pepper chicken (hot!). The chicken was much more spicy than I thought and I tapped out halfway through. This guy can handle a little spice, but if I were to order it again, I'd ask if they could reduce it my 50% (not sure if it's possible). All in all, everything was good. I did eat like a tourist. PF Changs always satisfies. I would definiteley go back. Here a few pics for you viewing pleasure.

Yelp
Stopped by PF Chang's for Veteran's Day meal. Nani was the hostess who explained the Chinese characters on the wine glasses. T.K. was the food server who learned about the "Blue Dolphin" &!CBD drink. T.K. also confirmed "cheers" on the wine glasses. Ordered Mongolian Beef over noodles. Thank you PF Chang's for recognizing & serving the veteran community.

Yelp
We walked in and had about a 5 minute wait. Once seated we could see it was busy but our server Terrance continually communicated he would be right with us. We ordered the lunch specials. Food is obviously delicious. Mongolian beef is really really good. Terrance had recommended a hot green tea that was very nice. The restaurant is beautiful. Even though it was busy, seating isn't on top of each other. It was a great experience and we really appreciate our server being so nice and communicating especially when it was super busy. Great customer service from everyone.

Yelp
On Mother's Day my husband and daughter took me to P.F. Chang's for dinner. We have not been to this restaurant for a long time. One dish I really like is the Chilean Sea Bass. It is served with sautéed spinach and white or brown rice and a wonderful sauce. When I made the reservation for dinner, I asked if they still had this dish. I was disappointed that it was no longer on the menu! However, the hostess making the reservation said that while it's not on the menu you can make a special order. Apparently the entree is made available,by request, on special occasions. I asked for two servings of this delicious entree. My husband likes it too. P.F. Chang's a beautiful restaurant in the River Park Shopping Center. I was impressed with the service and friendly staff. Upon arriving we were seated for our dinner. (Making a reservation is a must!). It's such a beautiful place! With exceptional service. I can't wait to go back!

Yelp
Greeted and seated by our hostess, although the mist was on the outdoor patio, our party opted for indoor seating. We ordered our favorites, and our server offered the helper chopsticks for our party's diners with the kid menus. We enjoyed the quiet and dim dining area. We plan to return to try new dishes and celebrate with a 'sparkler' dessert.

Yelp
If you plan to go teat here, i recomend going on a Saturday early afternoon. Not Friday night, on Fridays it seems like theyre short staffed, waiter took forever to check on us. The drinks didnt taste like when we were here on Saturday. Very disappointing, not planning to go back any time soon. Also even if you have a rsvp they still make you wait for some reason.
google avatar

Jorge Luis G.

Yelp
Capri was the BEST bartender ever! She was so nice and attentive. I will be back for sure.
google avatar

Nalleli P.

Yelp
This was our second time coming here in like 1-2 years. Came on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't busy. I would agree that the music doesn't go with the ambiance of the restaurant but I don't care about the music , only the food. Lol Food was okay. Nothing amazing and I hate to say this but I would have rather ate Panda Express (I love their Kung Pao Chicken) or at a small business... The rice as well was okay. Dumplings were good! Orange chicken was good. I would say portion size , it is great. If you come here with family/friends , you could definitely share a lot.
google avatar

Zulema G.

Yelp
I had never been to a P.F. chang's before. We were told the food was good and to give it a try. I didn't like the bright lights at the table. The music that was playing didn't go with the atmosphere. It needs a vamp up. I could see this place being more of a moody vibe with the red paint. Our drinks were good! Enjoyed the sangria. The server told us the food portions were family portions so we ordered an entree (spicy orange chicken) and the side (fried rice). The portions weren't family size. It wasn't much food. Yes a bit more than what would be in a regular plate but definitely not family size. We ordered the Brussels sprouts and those were delicious. I don't think I'll be back but I'm glad I gave it a try.
google avatar

Midori M.

Yelp
I'll start off by saying. That the food tasted great service was good. My only gripe is that it was sooo expensive. We ordered the chefs feast. It was around $25 per person. We each got either a soup or salad. We shared the lettuce wrap as an appetizer. Then we had the lo mein and the spicy chicken. My guest had fried rice which was like. $5 up charge. . But it seemed everything we ordered had an up charge. My guest had 2 pomegranate lemonades We had the feast meal and it costed OVER $70. I probably would not go back at that price.
google avatar

Bill N.

Yelp
A long time PF Chang's customer, we decided to stop for dinner on the way home. $100.00 later we left very disappointed. The portions were generous but lacking in the expected flavor. The Spicy Chicken dish lacked any hint of spice and tasted like Orange Chicken. The brown rice was white, maybe a very light tan from a sun lamp... bland. The crab wantons (picture) were over cooked (dry) and lacked any hint of crab. (Sauce was still ok). Overall, as returning long term customers, we were very disappointed. It will be a long time before we try again.
google avatar

Katina M.

Yelp
I'm so incredibly disappointed in P.F. Chang's. Their food used to be amazing, but those days are over! I ordered their broccoli chicken and I have to mention it was swimming in juice. I don't think they strained the food before plating it. The flavor was horrible and the taste of ginger was extremely over powering. I couldn't finish my dinner. I also ordered spring rolls... again... the flavor was not good and ginger overpowered that dish as well. I have no idea what has happened to P.F. Chang's, but I have nothing nice to say about their food. I think the only good thing is that our server was super sweet and very helpful. The restaurant itself was kind of dim but at least the noise levels were acceptable. Needless to say, we will never go back again. It was a waste of money.
google avatar

Natalie H.

Yelp
I was a bit disappointed with our last experience. We ordered takeout from PF Chang's for a party of 7 that we were hosting at home, and the portions that we received were very small. For the exact same price you get a significant amount more when you dine in compared to ordering out. To be honest, that will probably be the first and last time that we order takeout from here. 200 dollars down the drain and we feel extremely ripped off.
google avatar

Toby L.

Yelp
Are here on a one night stopover in Fresno. Lots of reasonably priced Chinese / Asian style family dishes. We enjoyed lettuce wraps, dumplings, same chicken, general tso chicken, Mongolian beef and firecracker shrimp. Venue is large, service was efficient. All went well, our server was pleasant but maybe could use some chit-chat lessons! Lots of parking, it's on the wedge of some sort of mall.

Stephanie F.

Yelp
Great service, food was amazing Lettuce wrap, spare ribs...Fire Definitely going back
google avatar

Edward C.

Yelp
My expectations weren't high since it's a chain restaurant. Places an order for pick up. The Chang spicy chicken was soggy so that was a 0/10. I also ordered the signature lo mein and that was fire . They also gave me like a house Siracha and it was also probably the best siracha sauce I've had. It was actually spicy with a tiny of sweet.
google avatar

Isabella N.

Yelp
Since we moved to the area, we have been ordering takeout from here a few times in the last 3.5 months. The food is amazing and the staff is very kind and welcoming. I love the sushi and fried rice from here! The sushi is very fresh, comes with their own sauce, ginger and wasabi. They serve a great portion size that's easily shareable with family or friends. My sister loves their teriyaki chicken over lo mien noodles. This place is worth the price you pay as the food has better flavor from other surrounding restaurants that try to serve similar dishes. They also have Korean and Mongolian dishes that are worth trying.

J B.

Yelp
Poped in for lunch a few weeks back. The place was empty and only had a couple of servers working. Looks like this restaurant is struggling to stay in business...
google avatar

Joe B.

Yelp
Never my choice for Chinese food but I wouldn't complain if this is what the group picks. The restaurant is clean and in an easily accessible location. The bathrooms are also clean and that's always a good sign. The service is quick and friendly. The food is good but could never compete with a mom and pop shop. The reason for 3 stars is simple, it's more expensive and less tasty than mom and pop Chinese food. Nothing against P F Chang if you like chain Chinese food.
google avatar

Summer P.

Yelp
The food wasn't that great, the taste wasn't there the beef teriyaki was gross it was like they battered it and then deep fried it and drowned it with sauce the fried rice was super buttery and the popcorn chicken bucket, more that half of the bucket was filled with paper. This place was a disappointment.

Wendy Y.

Yelp
I would never recommend this place to anyone. My first and last time eating here. Service was great, but the food is so disgusting!! The fried rice was so nasty, it shouldn't even be called fried rice. The sweet and sour soup was very thick and nasty too. the honey chicken is basically just orange chicken. The Mongolian beef tasted cheap and nasty. idk...the food here is so cheaply made, I think airline food is better. It's like this restaurant is owned by blind folded non-Asian people with no cooking experience who has no idea what Asian food taste like but like yeah why the heck not just serve it anyway. How is this place still alive ?

Frank S.

Yelp
Had firecracker Shrimp appetizer and orange chicken rice bowl... Both tasted like something that you would pull out of a box in your freezer... Lunch... 50 bucks with tip. Ambience is good service was good food was horrible .
google avatar

Breanna G.

Yelp
P.F. Chang's is always gonna hit! The crispy fried green beans are amazing as well as the spicy sauce that comes on the side. My favorite thing to order is the chicken and broccoli and Chang's spicy chicken not to mention the house salad with the peanut dressing. The ambience is great. I love the booths and the service is always great

Bella R.

Yelp
Food tastes like it's been frozen. Serviced is eh, and it's always loud inside the restaurant even when there's no customers somehow.
google avatar

Padeshe G.

Yelp
Haven't visited in many years I was totally shocked the menu changed drastically I used to have the fried shrimp prawns which had the vanilla batter back in the day was soo good. Spent $154 on nothing for slop- had a mixture of different kinds of dishes, WOW, nothing appealed To me really being Chinese food. Sorry, can't do it again. A total waste of money. Please note: They don't have pork, pork, pork Pork fried rice or sweet and sour pork, definitely not a real Chinese food restaurant, very big turnoff.
google avatar

Caitlin A.

Yelp
I ordered the Family Bundle for 2 for takeout. I have always loved P.F. Chang's lettuce wraps, and they were as good as I remember! For entrees I ordered orange chicken with white rice and Mongolian beef with lo mein. You can upgrade from white rice to fried rice or lo mein for $2 per entree. I loved the Mongolian beef and lo mein but would try a different chicken option next time. Overall, good value!

Troy P.

Yelp
Good food. I had Mongolian beef with Hot and Sour Soup. Service is good. Food was tasty. I had the lunch bowl special. Just the right amount. A Iittle pricey, but good atmosphere.

Josue G.

Yelp
Service was great , but the food wasn't it's not the way it was cooked but the ingredients the chain it's self needs to invest in better quality food

P M.

Yelp
The Rising Dragon is a show stopping cocktail with Casanova Blanca Tequila, pomegranate, lime, agave, and a rim of black lava salt. The smoky rosemary sealed under the lid adds a dramatic, aromatic twist that hits before your first sip. It's refreshing, slightly sweet, and full of flavor with a smoky finish that lingers beautifully. A must try if you love a cocktail with personality and flair!

T.J. G.

Yelp
Delicious but pricey. Great service, wonderful ambiance. I have enjoyed P.F.C. many times since it is a quality restaurant and not the usual Chinese eatery.
google avatar

Cheri L.

Yelp
We think this is the best Chinese food in town. The atmosphere is high end and the food and service are superior. This may not sound great for some people but their portions are reasonable size, not so huge. We go often.
google avatar

Mari P.

Yelp
I just ordered gluten free meal from of change it used to be the best. My pork fried rice had no pork or egg/ taste like white rice with veggies in it... so disappointing and costs are high!
google avatar

Danielle M.

Yelp
First of all, I blame my husband. Secondly, this was through door dash, which always sucks more. However , from someone who has ordered lots of DoorDash recently due to a broken ankle and having a husband and two young children.... PF changes might have been the biggest rip off . We ordered 3 entree. Shrimp with noodles (husband), and I ordered the tofu stir fry and Kung pao chicken with white rice . The stir fry was maybe $1 worth of veggies. I PAID +$20 ! I hate myself ... shame one me. The kung pao... yuck. I would recommend Panda Express 100% of the time now. Do better PF and I'll try and be less injured and cook from home because this is BS.
google avatar

Kevin L.

Yelp
Haven't come here in over a decade, but decided to try it for lunch. We ordered the Dynamite Shrimp, which was awesome. We also ordered the pan fried pork dumplings, Street noodles and lettuce wraps which were good. Definite curry taste in the noodles. The place wasn't particularly busy, but the service was just mediocre. The downside to the whole experience was getting the bill. With tip, this was an $84 lunch for two and all we had to drink was an iced tea. It was good, but unless I have money to burn, I am probably not heading back to this place.
google avatar

John T.

Yelp
Crazy how P F Changs always gets bad reviews. We ate here as a group of 4 and we all loved it the service was great and the bartender had the best pours I have ever seen. We all picked something out and shared my two favorites were the sweet and sour chicken and the Mongolian beef the potstickers were also good. The place it self is pretty cool inside with lots of sitting. We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Barbara S.

Yelp
Had a very good lunch today. Tried the Express lunch. Great waiter, tall bearded fellow that provided excellent service!

Samantha S.

Yelp
We came yesterday for Mothers Day and it was great! We had a party of 8. We decided to order family style so that we could try several items. Although they were REALLY busy, the service was good and our food came out in a timely manner. My favorite dish was the new black pepper chicken. Highly recommend!

R. L.

Yelp
I hate to write this review but I feel compelled to do so. Restaurants, like this one, have loss their ever loving minds. The food is lacking flavor because they've cut back on the ingredients/spices that we've grown accustomed to; spices that made their food so good. Yes, things have changed and not for the better. Prices are completely out outrageous; portions are smaller. And to make matters worse, a quality glass of Chardonnay, 4 ounces, is over $16. A bottle of the same wine is no more than $32, retail. Is it really necessary to charge that much, are they that desperate? I hope they correct these issues -- soon.

David B.

Yelp
Service good. Food however terrible. Favor and freshness off. Orange chicken dry and lettuce wraps mushrooms in it were chewy.

Justin R.

Yelp
Crab wontons were dry. Sweet and sour soup was mediocre but the best tasting dish. Orange chicken was overwhelmingly sweet. Service was okay. Had to ask for refills multiple times. Table had a stench of a dirty rag.
google avatar

Whitney F.

Yelp
We decided to take my mother-in-law for her birthday dinner and P.F. Chang's set the bar high! Great service again, our server was absolutely fantastic; we had a big group (14 of us and she did amazing with our orders and giving recommendations), she was personable and worked well with everyone! P.F. Chang's decorated our table with gold flower placemats, a "Let's Celebrate" table sign, gold chopsticks and miniature white cranes. We were not expecting that and we were very appreciative for the extra attention to detail. And the food did not disappoint, great family-size portions and delicious dishes (with a great birthday treat for the guest of honor)!
google avatar

Bobby R.

Yelp
So just a real quick review, the experience was Stellar Hands-down, the best food that we have had combination fried rice I don't even know if that's what it's called on the menu was astounding the garlic noodles with the jumbo crispy prawns was fantastic
google avatar

Louise M.

Yelp
Food was OK. Service was quick. We phoned it to go order. It was ready when we got there very friendly.

Piece Of B.

Yelp
Found a cockcroach in my food DO NOT COME HERE. Service was fine and the area is nice but their food is DIRTY. No health standards at all.

Gaby S.

Yelp
Food was good but we recommend going to a local chinese place. The hot and sour soup has an odd taste and the house salad was amazing! Our chicken was fresh but the chow main lacked flavor. It's a nice place serving mediocre food lol. All of the staff was friendly and helpful but we won't be back.

Marina X.

Yelp
First time trying P.F. Chang's! Service 5/5 Crab Rangoons 5/5 (no complaints, phenomenal!) Fire braised short ribs 2/5 (plain, but tender) Pineapple fried rice 0/5 (too soggy) Chang's spicy chicken 1/5 (wasn't spicy, tasted like sweet chili sauce only) Steam rice 5/5 (perfectly cooked, fresh & fluffy) Overall, "dimsum" on the menu isn't really "dimsum". Although the dishes did taste high quality, the ingredients didn't taste authentic in my pallet! Everything is overpriced for the amount of food in the plate. The ambiance was nice and friendly.
google avatar

Nick F.

Yelp
I took my oldest daughter here on a daddy date and she loved it. We went at lunch on a Saturday and it wasn't busy at all. The hostess seated us right away and the server was very attentive. My daughter wanted to come for something spicy and I wanted to come for something a bit nicer. It made for a great meal where we could talk about life. The food was delicious too! I wish the dumplings were and appetizers and wasn't 14.00 for 6 (!!!!!), but that's something I always look forward to eating. My only feedback besides the dumpling price is that my fried rice was a bit dry.
google avatar

Katelynn H.

Yelp
My favorite local chain restaurant here in Fresno. I feel like a lot of restaurants quality went down post Covid and never returned but this location has constantly had great food & service. Their bartenders are always friendly. Clean, spacious environment, great food and home of my favorite red sangria!

Cece K.

Yelp
Service was amazing!!! Dean was super sweet and attentive. Always a good experience here
