P.F. Chang's

Had a great dining experience at P.F. Chang's on Westheimer. The Mongolian Beef was outstanding—tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The Pepper Chicken was also really good, with just the right kick. The service was prompt and attentive, and the ambience was warm and inviting, great for both casual and special outings. Definitely recommend!

You call this a dinner portion? Seriously?? It's hardly a lunch portion. It was missing the crispy rice pieces. There was so little sauce that it wasn't even coating all of the chicken. It also didn't even have the right sauce - it had something spicy instead of the normal crispy honey chicken sauce! Why even have this whole divided tray if your portions are so small, that a whole entire section has nothing in it? This is unbelievable.

I had lunch today for the first time at this PF Chang’s location. My previous visits here were always at dinner time. I had heard that the lunch special was a pretty good deal and that proved to be true. The ambience was perfect…calm but lively with the music playing overhead. My server was Logan Ludwick,a pleasant young man who despite his obvious youth was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu items. He offered suggestions based upon what I was in the mood for. I appreciate when servers are pro active about helping me to decide especially when I am new to the establishment. I got the Mongolian beef with fried rice at his suggestion (with added mushrooms and cucumbers also per his suggestion) and the pork egg roll. Everything was perfectly done. He also suggested a strawberry lime and cucumber refresher which was surprisingly refreshing! I could taste all 3 ingredients. I would recommend this place for lunch to anyone wanting a relaxing and tasty lunch that won’t break the bank. And ask for Logan if you want great service to go along with the meal!

Food was great, hot, and tasty! Kelly was awesome! She continuously checked in on us to make sure we were doing good and had great recommendations. Give her a raise! ✨

The staff was friendly BUT too many mistakes were made on all the orders placed. It was an anniversary celebration & we asked for the sparkler dessert special & it was a total fail. It really ruined the experience we were hoping to have. The food was decent but service was very slow although they were fairly empty. Takeout was prioritized over in person dining.

Our server Robert, was excellent! We love this restaurant foods and the banana spring rolls are the best dessert ever! The only problem for us, it’s the temperature inside. “It’s very cold”.🥶

I am highly allergic to shellfish. John (mgr) printed an alternate menu. Logan (server) went over it with me. My food came in a red bowl- another amazing step to be sure there's zero cross contamination. John was amazing- he and Logan made me feel safe (had epi pen ready, didn't need it!), and honestly cared for. What a great first impression! My mother in law was celebrating her 32nd birthday 😉, so we told them. We were ALL amazed at the sparklers. She absolutely loved it! We will be back, thanks to John and Logan ~Shell

This was my first visit to a P. F Chang and it did not disappoint! The food had me dancing with delight with the chicken lettuce wraps!! Special recipe was enough said and is.The honey chicken and pomegranate lemonade followed nicely. I will say I noticed the side rice taste as fresh as its made. For service and atmosphere 10/10 Josh was great at recommending options, attentive with great vibes that are infectious. I love the style and lighting it was a great experience after a long day! John you have a great team, I can't wait to try more of the menu.

Online menu only shows catering choices. Website needs overhaul. When you hit menu you get 15 bad photos of the menu customers have posted.

Love the new addition of an all day happy hour, EVERYDAY. Service was prompt and food was served hot and quickly. We sat at the bar and the bartender was attentive and friendly. The establishment was clean. For drinks, the zen marg and pink lotus Cosmo were refreshing and well balanced. The orange chicken was good- a bit too citrusy but was served hot.

I'm not a stranger to P.F. Chang, the food has always been good and filling. The decor at this location was nice but it was empty, there were a few people but not many. I had the Mongolian beef, the meat was very tender but they went heavy on the scallions. The had a special going 2 course for $20, but certain item you had to pay extra. The waitress was nice and our food came out fast. I'm not if it's the location why there is not a lot of traffic, but the food and drink are always good. I may have to venture during happy hour to if there is a better crowd.

I ordered the sweet-and-sour chicken and the chicken was very hard and I felt like it was overcooked. I have had much better sweet-and-sour chicken at other restaurants. I also thought the price was a bit steep! The crab Rangoon did not have that much cream cheese in them so I thought the ratio of crab and cheese was off. The fried rice did not have much flavor to it. There was also an upcharge for fried rice which I thought was unnecessary. The service was very slow as well. I won't be coming back to this location.

Ordered take out from the Westheimer location as we have done many times before at 5:30 ~ 5:45 last night. Online delivery updates from 6:30~6:45 then 7:00pm. They called at 7:05 to say they were "out" of one entree so we had to order something else, we did. Approx 7:40 ~ it was apparently been picked up and on the way ~ 15 minutes out. Looked online ~ 8:10 ~ said "problem" with the order ~ CALL, we did. Put on hold for 10 minutes (maybe more) and during this time the online system said the order was "cancelled". We didn't cancel it. They said they didn't cancel it, claiming Uber might have "stole" it, right!!! We have had enough of this mass incompetence and regret even calling them . We officially cancelled the $80 + order and learned a lesson to never call them or eat there anymore. Disgusting service and communication.

It was a over cast day about 5pm pull up to the spot and I walk in of course there's nobody to greet me so I make my way to the back and find the Togo spot I was confused on were I should stand because it looked like they had an area at the restroom to where we could order but who know that was confusion everywhere. So Im guessing the manager ask for my name and went to the back to get my food. I was pleased with my order. So I went home to eat my food I got the teriyaki beef bowl it was OK better than most and pork egg roll which wasn't too bad. Tasted it was a 7/ 10, the pork egg roll was a 6/10. In conclusion, I wish they had some more sides and more choices on food option. This place wouldn't be my first choice it's high food ranging from 15-40. Teriyaki beef bowl 7/10 Pork egg roll 6/10

Comparatively to other P.F. Chang's, this one is a bit lackluster. The service is sweet, but a little slow. The food felt a bit old, and it tasted a bit too salty. The Mongolian beef was sliced a bit too thin and was inconsistent between bites, the chicken lo mein was good, but lacked any depth, and the shrimp in lobster sauce was a bit too salty and we unfortunately had to send it back. I want to emphasize how sweet our waitress was, but unfortunately the food did not match. Cheers!

I went with a small group of three people and we were one of the first tables seated right when they opened at 11:00 a.m. We were greeted promptly and were able to select a table of our choosing. Our server was friendly and very knowledgeable of the menu. So I give them five stars for service and ambiance. Unfortunately, several things went wrong after that. We ordered appetizers, and our server wanted to also take our main course order while he was there, which made sense. However, our entrees were brought out very quickly, and it was sometime later that our appetizers were brought to the table after we had already begun eating our meal. At most restaurants I eat at this is the reverse order of how food should be served. I couldn't eat right away because my silverware and Chopsticks were wrapped in a dinner napkin that smelled strongly of mildew. I asked for a replacement because I did not want to eat with that silverware and especially with the wooden Chopsticks in contact with the mildew. They brought several replacements, all of which smelled strongly of mildew, until I asked that they just bring me the silverware in the chopsticks and hold the dinner napkin. My stir-fried eggplant was very tasty, but there were large chunks of burnt and charred pieces that threw off the pleasantness of the dish. Overall, I have to give this review 2 stars because of delivering the appetizers when we were already well into our entrees, and especially because the charred pieces left such a strong burnt taste, and how off-putting smell of mildew was. It's a shame because it would have been a nice lunch experience otherwise.

It's definitely Americanized food. But it's decent. My son really liked their orange chicken. The crab ragoons (or they call them fried wontons) were ok, not my favorite place to get them, prob wouldn't order if we ever go back. I had the Mongolian Beef and thought it was better at the hole in the wall down the street from my house. Overall, I just feel like its expensive chinese-style cuisine. It lacks a lot of the veggies/flavors I feel the small local places have. My mom just loves this place, but she's pretty basic and picky. The service was great, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant so we didn't have to wait for a table and food was out quick.

This is In regards to delivery issue we had on 11-3 with Uber picking up the order and then cancelling the order so food was never received. My credit card was credited and John called and apologized and is sending gift cards for the trouble. We will eat there again or pick-up. Not sure I want to have delivered. We had delivery in the past with no issues, but this experience makes me not want to have delivery again. We do enjoy their food so we will continue to be a PF Chang's customer.

Customer service was great. Krystal was our server and she did not disappoint. Lunch menu was solid. Ambiance was very nice and clean despite number a lot of customers were present. Would come back again for service from Krystal.

Just walked in. Not many customers. Nobody at the hostess station. We wait. Waiter walks up. Totally ignores us. Grabs something out of the cabinet and leaves. We see many staff members. Waiter and hostess walks up talking. Totally ignore us while they are talking. When domes hostess seats us. We wait and wait while staff members are all around us. After awhile we decide to leave, the a waiter comes running up. We just left. No service - no money.

Went to PF Chang's out Westheimer towards Hwy 6, to celebrate my daughter's new job. I have to say. It was so beautiful! So serene inside. The service was amazing. The food was delicious. My husband told them ahead of time that we were celebrating her new job and they had a congratulatory card on the table signed by everyone. We started with the chicken lettuce wraps. One of my favorites. I liked the Wagyu steak. The Mongolian Beef was excellent. I love the egg rolls. My husband ordered the dumpling's and he gets them pan fried. I like them to just be steamed. But they were really good. Very soft. The desserts so good. The chocolate soufflé was so creamy and tasty. And the apple crunch eggrolls. Amazing. I was so full by the end of this dinner. we got the fried rice that had everything in it and it was really flavorful. They had pretty cold chopsticks on the table. That place settings were so pretty. The whole experience was just wonderful. If you want to go and celebrate a special occasion just beautiful setting. Head over there. I believe our waitress was named Anya. Very accommodating. Love this place.

I want to express my gratitude and appreciation of your server Kyle when he attended to my family during the closing hours of the restaurant this past Saturday. My wife and I had our little grand daughter with us who is quite playful and accident prone. We appreciate the great food but he also exemplified a positive attitude with multiple visits to the table bringing play items(plastic chopsticks and catering to her need specifically after she carelessly broke about three chopsticks). This is the type of service that will keep us coming back and I thought it was worth mentioning to the restaurant manager/head that he turned what we thought was going to be an embarrasing showing to something playful and meaningful for our daughter. Food was great but the service was superb. Thanks again.

This is purely a service review before you continue to read a basic corporate food review. Amy... she's creative (just look at the separate thank you Guest note), super sweet, and attentive - without it being overbearing. On top of Amy, the entire staff from the hostess to the MOD (Manager on duty) were polite and super helpful. If anything pop in for a quick drink and appetizer to say hello!

I enjoy all the food here. I can come here and enjoy family meal, it never a fail. Taste is yummy and well cook.

One of the best place in town for Pan Asian food. The sushi and food bowls were an instant hit with family from abroad. Ambiance is always beautiful

We made a reservation for our daughters birthday, called to confirm and were all set today. We went to another PF Chang accidentally, but drove 20 min to this location, so as not to let them down with an incorrect reservation. Big mistake. There is one person serving the entire place and one manager. They made no effort to make this occasion special, service was poor because waiter had so many tables. Manager offered platitudes, a little too late. We will never go to a PF Chang again. There are MANY good Chinese restaurants in town. This is the last place to choose.. one star is too many.

Been going to PF Changs for years, but first time at this location. Always get the Changs spicy chicken and have never had it like this. It looked and tasted like 4 day old buffalo bites that had been refrigerated and reheated on two separate occasions. WTF!?? Won't be going back to this location, not sure if I'll ever be going to another P.F. Chang's after this god awful experience.

A group of 10 made reservations for dinner. We were pushed back to 7:30 so they could accommodate our group. When we arrived, they weren't ready for us. Since there were several empty tables, we suggested they simply push 3 tables together. With some reluctance, they arranged the tables. On the brighter side, we had an excellent waitress. Very attentive without being overbearing. And she managed to serve all i our dinners while they were still hot. I ordered beef a la Sichuan. My wife ordered chicken Pad Thai. For a side, we tried the Kung Pao Brussels Sprouts. The portions were larger than I expected, justifying the slightly higher menu prices. They also don't play games with rice, served in large bowls and no extra charge for brown rice. We left with plenty of leftovers. I enjoyed my dinner. The flank steak was almost like a soft jerky. Not tender, but great flavor. The Brussels sprouts were disappointing. Greasy. & burned. Regarding the Pad Thai, I'm not an expert on Asian noodles. Perhaps they're supposed to have the texture of rubber bands. Again, good flavor. But I've never tasted noodles so chewy. Bottom line? We had a nice night. Decent food. Just not great. And seriously, no fortune cookies or even mints. The horror!

I love PF Chang's but was so disappointed with this meal. All but two pieces of my beef were fat which I've never had before. The bottom of my rice was so greasy I couldn't finish my meal. I ate maybe a few bites and P.F. Chang's is not cheap.

Ordered the Singapore noodles $20.50 & the Signature Lo-Mein with Ckn $19.00. The food was not all that tasty. The total was $50. In my opinion, i will never order from them again. Didn't add chopsticks or any hot oil or soy sauce

I walked in the host greeted with a smile and the togo person wasn't anywhere in sight. But I got the attention of a dignified black gentleman to take my order and it was very helpful since I was in a rush. The bar was clean and so was the entry way. I had Kung Pao chicken with brown rice and it was amazing. Fresh and simply prepared as ordered. I came around lunch rush because I know this location is packed after 6pm

It's not hard to give 5 stars when the food is good and the service is excellent! We had Tanner as our server and he was on point! He brought waters before our glasses were empty and was very attentive. He honestly made the dining experience stellar. Plus the Peking duck is amazing! Best dish that I have had from PF Chang's. I will be coming back for that dish!

Dined here on Friday, it was a birthday celebration so the table was set up really beautifully. It was relatively empty when we arrived, and the waitress Magnolia was attending us in an okay manner. We don't get our waters refilled, and when she brings us the chocolate cake slice she doesn't bother to provide us with any forks. I end up having to ask the lovely hostess for forks, and later on if she could get somebody to refill our waters as Magnolia couldn't be bothered to do her job. We ask the kind waiter who refilled our waters if he could provide us with straws, and Magnolia ends up walking by and throwing them on the table as she goes to her other table to actually give them water. It was completely ridiculous, she had lost all her common sense to have any manners. She was really quick to bring the check, not to come back to the table since it was incorrect and once again had to ask the hostess for help. She completely ruined the experience. Good food, though.

Love this location! Came to celebrate my wife's birthday and from the minute we arrived we felt like royalty! The managers, Shannon and Josh were friendly and professional. Even the operating partner, John, came and checked in on us. Our waiter, Saron, was amazing and service overall was outstanding! Appetizers were plentiful and tasted great. We had the Sea Bass, Salmon, and Braised short ribs as entrees with all superbly cooked and seasoned.

I always order DoorDash from here. I have never officially stepped foot in this place. The usuals I get from here are the glazed pork rubs for appetizer and either the spicy chicken or the sesame chicken. I get the chicken with both extra meat and extra sauce for the protein. They prepare their food simple but cooked well and flavorful. The pork ribs are my absolute favorite as they are very tender and seasoned well. I quite enjoy them. I have also had the Mongolian beef once. This is not one of my favorite choices as it was not as tender as I was hoping and had a few too many stirfried green onions for my liking. I will continue to order here often and may even go in and dine in the near future.

No pic of my tempura rolls but they were really good and with 8 on a plate, it was enough my companion and I. The chicken wasn't spicy but moreso it was the sauce. The chicken was seasoned perfectly and perfectly done. The white rice is probably jasmin rice which is one of my favorites so...perfect. The honey shrimp on brown rice. Shrimp were perfect and the brown rice wasn't crunchy so that was good. If you look at the pics of food, those gray bowls were killing me! My fork scraping against it was so fingernails on a chalkboard that I had to start eating with the chopsticks. Until I dropped one one the seat and ended up resorting to stabbing my chicken with one chopstick until I gave up‍ it was good and I'll be back

I went here earlier today and sat at the bar after 10 minute i was greeted by a roach. How dumb of me to stay after that, I stoked orders food. Food comes out what do I find? Yep a roach in my fried rice!!!!! DISGUSTED!!!!! The waitress giggled and apologized.... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Our server was amazing and super sweet!! They gave us complimentary shrimp dumplings , so yummy!! We loved our meal ! The cheesecake is very good.Thank you so much.

Do not come here! Eventhough there restaurant is always half empty, they still never manage to have the to go orders ready on time. I was told my to go order was going to take 40 mins, once I arrived here I was told to wait more and would not give me an estimated time. After 10 minutes of waiting, I was told would take another 30 mins, eventhough the restaurant was empty! On my recent trip there, I waited 10 minutes at the bar for someone to come up to me and ask if I needed help. The bartender was too busy chatting with other waiters. After complaining to the hostess, she ended up going to the kitchen and said somebody would be right out. They yet again did not have my to go order ready on time. I had to wait 10 more minutes and was forced to listen to the extremely loud music coming from the kitchen, much louder than the music in the dinning area. I have never experienced that in a restaurant. I ordered the lettuce wraps and was given extremely pieces of lettuce. Very disappointed.

Love the food here! This was actually one of the best locations, the food was hot and delicious and fast service. It was empty when we visited, but it was an off time before the dinner rush. Wish it was closer to our house, but we'll be back!

Today I ordered chicken fried rice and my friend shrimps noodles. We were served shrimp fried rice and chicken noodle. I spoke to the waitress, he took the plates back to the kitchen removed the shrimps from my plate added them to my friend noodles they did the same with hers and added more soy sauce to remove the taste. we ended up with combo noodles and rice. I found shrimps in my rice and she found chicken in her noodles . Imagine if one of us have allergy. This is inacceptable and this is how we are treated at PF Chang.. I am so disappointed I am a customer of this restaurant.

Really great! Curbside order & pick up. Lo menu was fantastic! Love the pork dumplings with sauce. Everything was perfect!

Stopped in for a light lunch. There was hardly anyone there, I came at 2pm after the lunch rush. Sat at the bar, bartender a little distracted at first but finally came over and took my drink order and my lunch order. We ordered the lunch choice special. I had a mandarine salad with a very light citrus dressing that was so good. Love the diced mangos in the salad. I also had Kung Pao Chicken with Brown rice. The size was perfect and didn't make me feel like I was over eating. Service was fast and not too much to complain about.

This was my first visit to this location. I was surprised to see it empty on a Sunday evening. I decided to place my order to go and I was directed to the bar area. The bartender offered me a seat and drink while I waited to place my order. A "to-go" waiter came to take my order and asked if I needed help with the menu. The staff was very friendly. My order can out in 10 minutes and the waiter read my order back to me as he gave me my bag. Once getting home which was about a 20 min drive, my food was still hot and the taste was amazing. Everything was prepared just as I ordered.

Go somewhere else It's pricy, which should presume quality; however, my wife's food was mediocre and my food was so salty that I might dehydrate. Lots of water to come. When I initially complained, the response did not allow any response. I might have been talking to a repilcant. EDIT: the bot who responded to this comment seems like they care, but none if the options for response goes/went anywhere. Long live the mediocre food machines!

PF Changs does a great service to Chinese - reminds me of the Great Wall or Dynasties as a kid - the food at least... tasty - damn cold in the restaurant - I watched people put sweaters on and I'm from AZ - so take it for what it is...

I have visited several PF Chang locations across the nation. I am a fan of their restaurants. However, this one location needs a management review of the serving staff. Previous to my current visit, I sat at the bar. The bar tender was not attentive (though I was the only customer). So much so that he totally forgot my second order of sake. The food and drinks were good. At my most recent visit, I also sat at the bar. The bar tender was attentive, but not very friendly. I was bombarded with very loud noises coming from the servers' station. There was very loud talk, yelling and (worst of all) terrible singing. The majority of the noise came from a tall, male server. The food and drinks were very good. Unless management hires a more professional staff, I will not be back at this location.

P.F. Chang's use to be high end. You could always be sure it was good food. They delivered tonight. Never again. Dry, old and tasteless even the lime was dried up. You're done. Never again.

This location has deteriorated greatly. Why have a bar if the bartender is waiting tables? Is it reasonable able when there are 3, yes 3 other people at the bar that it takes 20+ minutes to place an order? The dining room had MAYBE 10 people. This is the second bad experience in a row. Add to that I ordered lettuce wraps, got a bill but no food, the exact same waiter came back and asked if I was ready to order. I am frankly surprised this location is still open.

I grew up dining at PF Changs since '94. It was my go to spot in Austin from 2002-2008 as well. I ate there 4-5x a week. I recently stopped into the Westheimer location; although the service was stellar, I felt something was lacking in the kitchen (food). I talked to the corporate office and they sent me a gift card which I couldn't find in my emails. So I took it upon myself to call the location and speak directly to the manager. John O' Brien (general manager) listened and invited me back in to try the same dishes I ordered before. I was greeted with a friendly smile at the door and made my way to the bar. John immediately came and introduced himself. He made sure I experienced the service, food, and ambience I remembered for the past 30 years. To say he redeemed himself and this establishment is an understatement. I encourage everyone to stop by and try the new happy hour menu. Tell, John, Scott sent you! You won't be disappointed. I'm leaving here extremely satisfied. Thank you, John and staff (especially the kitchen)! I'll be back soon!!

This was my first time ordering. Decided to order online for pickup. Got kid's meals Chicken fried rice and the vegetable kids meal. Both horrible. The chicken fried rice had maybe 3 little half strips of chicken. No green onions, bean sprouts nothing. The vegetables were hard. No flavor nothing. I had high hopes but was very disappointed.
