Yelp
for cleaning the table did a subpar job, merely pushing the food particles onto the seats. Fortunately, my fiancé observed the inadequate cleaning and took the initiative to clear the food from our seats before we sat down. Additionally, the accumulation of dust and dried food behind the booth was unappealing.
I ordered the Japanese Old Fashion, which was palatable. We also ordered the beef with broccoli and the Mongolian trio. The house salad arrived, and the dressing was pleasantly light. However, when the main courses arrived, I was dismayed to discover that the food appeared to be frozen, lacking any freshness. The sauce was overpoweringly sweet, causing discomfort in my throat. The Mongolian trio was similarly unimpressive, with the same sauce, albeit less overpowering.
I asked the waitress regarding the composition of the Japanese Old Fashion, and she replied that she didn't know, but would find out. Unfortunately, she failed to provide a response.
On one occasion, she spilled water on the floor while refilling our glasses and neglected to clean it up, posing a potential hazard. It was evident that she prioritized utilizing her phone at the hostess desk over attending to her duties. Her behavior was unprofessional, and we were thoroughly unimpressed.
We would never go to P.F. Chang's in the future. The subpar quality of the food and service fell significantly short of expectations. If I desire frozen food, I would opt to get it from HEB or Trader Joe's, which I suspect would offer more authentic and fresher alternatives. My throat still hurts, and the overall experience was exceedingly disappointing.
