Stopped in for a mid-week lunch at P.F. Chang’s. The garlic noodles and Mongolian Beef were okay, but nothing noteworthy. The Baby Buddha’s Feast didn’t really match the menu description and wasn’t a hit. Portions felt smaller than pictured, and the service was just average even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. Overall, not terrible, but definitely not as good as we had hoped.

The best margarita of Jacksonville, the food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented But what really made the night special was our server, Cal. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Cal went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. Great service like that truly elevates the whole dining experience. Highly recommend!

We came for dinner. The service was excellent, Cal was our server and did a great job! The dinner special was a good price, portions seemed smaller than the regular menu items but it comes with a soup or salad. We got the refreshers as well which you can add vodka to for $17. The food was good, not great but I didnt love the atmosphere; we were sat in the middle of the room and it was so crowded. I would dine again but probably get take-out. Huge shoutout to the military discount, we were given 25% which is fantastic. Ya know I would probably come back for that fact alone. Thank you PF Changs!

Outstanding Service from Cal! Our server, Cal, was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. Every detail was taken care of, and his positive attitude made the experience even better. We had an amazing experience at P.F. Chang’s thanks to our server(CAL)! He went above and beyond for us the entire time. Every request we made was taken care of quickly, and he checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. His personality made the meal feel even more enjoyable. Shared a meal with my husband this evening at the P. F. Chang’s at the St Johns Town Center in Jacksonville FL. Great atmosphere. Food was good. Drinks were great and our server Ania was excellent. Very kind, friendly, amazing. We weren’t expecting to eat here this evening so it took me a little longer than normally to order. Very patient with me and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend having her as a server. Thank you!

Cal was an excellent server. The food was awesome. Very flavorful. Some of the best Chinese I’ve ever had.

Food is reliably good, especially love the walnut shrimp and lettuce wraps. Service is good and the vibe is real cool.

We haven't visited for lunch before and we were NOT disappointed! I had a lunch portion of spicy chicken and fried rice and I couldn't finish it. We did enjoy an appetizer of chicken lettuce wraps. Whatever is in that sauce is delicious! I am gluten free and PF Changs has always provided a great range of options. Our server was fast, knowledgeable, and cheery. This location has a high ceiling and is a little loud but it's very nice. We will be back!

Order the Mongolian beef for $22 and the amount they sent didn't even fill the BOTTOM of the to go container.

It was standard PF Changs nothing special. The food was good but was a little better than Panda Express. I think You're paying for the ambiance.

Disgusting. The Fried rice was saturated in sauce. It was literally inedible. I called and manager said they would send me a gift certificate. I told him to keep it and threw it in the trash. I wouldn't even feed this to a dog. My first and last time. What did I expect from a chain tourist restaurant. Smh.

Very expensive, the up sell for fried rice was an additional $5. The bathrooms were very tired looking, the music was terribly loud in the bathrooms as well. Staff was great but had to ask for less spicy sauce which they had to make for us. No duck sauce. There were few tables occupied but they still sat us near the open kitchen, noisy.

I'm not a fan of sweet drinks but This pink lotus Cosmo is balanced and divine. I'd definitely order again. We had the Mongolian trio and orange chicken. Everything was delicious. I decided to sit on the patio which was a perfect choice in the cool night air. Our service was outstanding. We'll be looking for Josh next time.

Lunch today - friendly hostess seated us quickly. Love the variety in with the menu. Order a couple of yummy apps and also a great meal special. Yummy food!!

I haven't been to a PF Changs in a few years so I was excited to come back! I dined here with my sister tonight and I'm sad to say that we were extremely disappointed. For the cost, you have certain expectations and would at least assume that the food is good... it really wasn't. We really enjoyed the chicken lettuce wrap appetizer! However, when we recieved our entree, which was the lo mein (with beef added for an additional $4), it was less than underwhelming. First problem is that as lo mein typically does, it contains a variety of veggies, which we had no problem with, but the vegetables were extremely hard! It seemed as if they didn't even sauté them... biting into a big crunchy piece of celery just wasn't enjoyable in a noodle dish. If they were properly cooked, it would have been great. Secondly, we spent additional money to add beef to our lo mein. I wish I would have taken a picture because I couldn't believe that in the entire dish there was no more than 5 little beef chunks... really? A dollar a piece? Third, there really was no flavor at all. After adding soy sauce to attempt to make it better, it still lacked. It was seriously like a bowl of ramen noodles with veggies thrown in. Despite all of this, our waitress was so kind and understanding when I brought up the issue. She was very attentive and made sure everything came out at a proper time. However, after mentioning that we were unimpressed with our food, she did not offer a discount or anything to help the situation. We should have just sent it back but it was crazy busy (as I would expect a Saturday night at town center to be) and we did not want to hassle her. Overall, I'm sad to say we won't be dining here again. $70 down the drain for a meal we didn't enjoy. There are lots of restaurants in this area... choose something better for your money.

We came here to celebrate Christmas with our company. Our boss made the reservation so everything was already set up when we got there although the restaurant was super busy our servers were very attentive and one point. Cocktails were made to order and they were delicious and so was the beef and shrimp with fried rice. The downside is that the restaurant was super busy and crowded so the spacing between our guests were very tight with no wiggle room which made it difficult to eat. Overall, it was a good experience and I would definitely be back !

Our waiter was superficially friendly, but I got the sense that they would rather be anywhere else. We noticed a waiter at a neighboring table literally rolling their eyes at their customers. We did the 3-course meal deal, a couple lemonades, and one additional appetizer, and while you do get a lot of food, that comes at the cost of quality. My egg drop soup was conspicuously lacking in egg. It was also absolutely scaldingly hot. My partner's soup was edible as soon as it arrived, but I nearly boiled my insides with mine. They also didn't taste great. The crispy fried green beans were okay, but it's now obvious to me why there are no pictures of it on their menu. The batter was a hackjob and there was no seasoning whatsoever. I could make better than this in my air fryer at home. The crispy shrimp and Chang's spicy chicken were actually decent. The lo mein was also okay. My fried rice, however, tasted of nothing except maybe a bit of bean sprout. You can look at my account and find that I don't just go around dishing out one-star reviews, but this was shockingly bad for $89 (over $100 after tax and tip) in 2025. Half the quality of Panda Express for double the price.

Third day of stomach pain and being upset from this experience. If it doesn't seem right, it's probably not.

We haven't been here for years since there are so many choices at Town Center. The decor is black and red with table and booth seating. Lighting is from large pendants throughout the restaurant. The restaurant is huge! Our server was Cal who introduced himself and promptly brought our menus and told us about the lunch specials on the weekends. He was very professional, friendly and engaged. Since it was a very hot day he kept our beverages full and suggested even a drink to go. This is remarkable since it was Father's Day and the restaurant was packed. As I didn't ask and he kept the drinks full. After looking at the varied menus we selected Mongolian beef. The weekend special included soup or salad, an appetizer and entree for $20.They also have weekday specials starting at $12.99. My husband ordered the green bean appetizer before seeing the menu. I ordered lightly fried pork dumplings which we shared. They have won ton, hot and sour and egg drop soup. No miso or plain onion soup The Mongolian beef had lots of tangy beef and green onion tops with choice of white or brown rice. This had far more beef than I could eat so my husband took half. I could have made 3 meals of it but we had to buy groceries for church dinner on Weds involving multiple grocery stores and Costco run. The restaurant was full of families taking fathers to lunch. It was nice to see everyone dressing up and enjoying themselves

This experience was amazing. I came here with my Mother In Law . We ordered a host of things and were not disappointed. The portions are big , so you will have food to take home .

Emily was excellent and our food was perfect We were seated quickly and everyone we encountered was friendly my 9 yr old grandson enjoyed his food as well !

My sister and her daughter visited from the Tampa area for my birthday and, of course, we shopped at the Town Square Center until we dropped. Dinner was called for and they had already made a reservation at PF Chang's (such a super sister and niece!). My daughter and granddaughter had driven down from north of Atlanta and surprised me by joining us there (such a super Daughter and Granddaughter!). We ordered what we wanted and shared! I was somewhat limited in what I could order but ended up with the Buddha's Feast which was delicious. The chefs were careful to tell me what was safe for me and our friendly server double-checked. You get a free dessert for your birthday (even one that feeds the whole group) and I chose the key lime concoction. Scrumptious. We had a great time and everything was tasty! (Be careful of the glazed cauliflower, though--spicy hot! LOL)

I thought I took more photos but clearly the happy hour was too great! We have a phenomenal server named Grey. They were helpful, patient and professional. Grey made our girls outing super fun with her happy demeanor. I had the chicken handmade dumplings and crispy wontons with a lychee cosmo and a red blended wine. The cosmo was the best of my life and it's my fav drink. Never had this version before but it is must try on the happy hour menu. The apps were cooked perfectly and could not have asked for them to be done better. My friend ordered the wraps and loved them as well. Not one complaint. Highly recommend this location and it was my first time here. I have only ever dined at the one in Orlando. Will be back!

Walked into this establishment and was immediately seated on a busy Saturday evening. The place was packed. The restaurant appeared to be clean but there was a dirty wrapped silverware on my table that had green residue on it. It was replaced by the server. This was my first time eating at PF Changs. For appetizers we had the crab wontons -6 count! By far the best crab wontons I've had in my entire life. Real crab meat!! Also, heads up the serving sizes are enough for 2-4 ppl. We ordered a shrimp fried rice which was shared and I had the salmon while my partner tried teriyaki chicken. The food was delicious I probably could've used a tad bit longer cook on the salmon but it was delicious. The service wasn't the top notch best but it wasn't the worst. I just think maybe because they were so busy. I do recommend this establishment

Who hasn't had a lettuce wrap from PF Changs? If you haven't you just have to. It's such a simple thing but . I tell everyone to go try these with a noodle dish or a rice dish and everyone I know is obsessed now Florida weather can be really heavy in the summer time so walking around town center and shopping you have to keep it light with food to keep the shopping up and not get tired . Lettuce wraps, shopping, and a drink with a flower will always be a great way to spend a really hot summer day in Jax.

Last time we ordered their food was fresh portioned, and delicious. Ordered the same thing and they gave us whatever was left over from the Mongolian beef, which was dry. Pathetic. Must be new management, standards have gone really low around this area. Thank you for ruining PF Changs.

If I wanted to go clubbing, I would have gone to a nightclub. The music was so loud the server didn't hear we ordered fried rice instead of white rice. Not an enjoyable lunch. Ordered the Teriyaki Chicken. The photo implied a grilled chicken. Nothing on the menu indicates whether grilled or breaded. It was breaded. Disapppointed.

My family and I visited the restaurant on the weekday after 7 p.m. and were seated within minutes of arriving, as it wasn't crowded at the time. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind throughout our meal, which made the evening even better. I came with my husband and our 3-year-old daughter, and we were all very satisfied with our choice of restaurant for the night. We ordered grilled salmon, shrimp, and gyozes, but I especially want to highlight the KIDS MENU!!! The chicken served to our daughter wasn'ta typical fast-food option--it was chicken, noodles and broccoli. So much appreciate to have normal food for my toddler! Another special touch I appreciated was their non-alcoholic drink special with unlimited refills. They brought me three glasses of lemonade during the meal, which was refreshing and a great bonus! Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience for the entire family, and we'll definitely be back!

Had dinner with a friend on 7/21/24 --- as always, the food was wonderful, but what was especially nice was the warm, efficient service provided by Santana!! We spent two hours eating and chatting and we never felt rushed, but instead were attended to with drink refills and the periodic check to see if there was anything else we desired. It was also nice to have the temperature at a level that didn't require a sweater!! The restaurant is clean as are the restrooms - always a required stop before driving home after several glasses of beverages. Looking forward to having Santana serve us again soon. sorry, no phots this time ---

Came here to celebrate a friend leaving town. The service is absolutely amazing and attentive and is definitely a reason to come back. The pepper steak was super tasty and had a nice warm heat. The souffle was not very fluffy,it was more like somewhere between a brownie and fudge.

Once in awhile I will crave for PF Changs. First time I tried PF Changs was in Richmond, Virginia... I was obsessed with this place and always love their decor. This particular PF Chnags, there is no wow factor unlike other places. My ultimate favorite here is the chicken lettuce wrap , changs spicy chicken and their pan fried noodles (they discontinued this food) that was my ultimate favorite and every time we eat here it was amazing. Sadly, for the past visits here I was not impressed, it was just okay. not great just good and every time we eat here I always tell myself not to go back here. Their quality of food is just not the same anymore and the service here is just okay and for the price I am paying here I better get a great quality of food and service. I know for sure I will still be back here but not in the near future.

The Ambiance is the same as always striking statue at the entrance, nice and clean inside. I stopped by right after 3 pm in hopes of a nice happy hour. I sat at the bar and was soon greeted by a female bartender (Madison may have been the name?). I asked about the menu that now shows $10 all day happy hour vs the special that I'm used to with many food & drink specials for $3,$4 and $5. Unfortunately that menu no longer existed. A little disappointed but still hungry, I ordered a glass of wine, crab wontons and chicken lo mein. That was the end of my service. Someone from the back brought out wontons that were tasteless and like warm. And another brought out the lo mein which was okay. After trying one of the wontons, I pushed the plate away because they were inedible. I ate half of my lo mein. At no point did the bartender/server ask if I needed anything, wanted water, or another glass of wine or asked how the food was. She placed my receipt in a glass in front of me. And I placed my card on top of the receipt, tipped appropriately to the service I received and left. Never again...

Took our daughter here for a 16th birthday dinner. Original reservation was for 10 but we only had 6 show up and they accommodated us with no issues. The service was good minus when we asked about our soup/salad the response was.....well you never ordered it but it was part of the 20.99 special we were offered so figured the waitress would have asked before we had to ask for it.....after our dinner arrived.

The food was great! My group had the beef and broccoli, Mongolian beef, and spicy chicken. Perfect temperature, great taste, and good portions is what we all experienced on this visit. Our server Amara, did a wonderful job ensuring we had a great visit. Our orders were taken promptly, drinks were never empty, and she was such a happy-go-lucky person who truly loves her job. I wish all the restaurants we visit had an Amara. She was terrific. The atmosphere was lovely. It was nicely lighted, perfectly spaced, and the room temperature was just right. Definitely a place we will visit again in the near future.

Service was terrific and the food is always consistently good. Noise level was OK this time.

Went on a Tuesday and it was not crowded. The food was very good and the server was nice and attentive. We ordered family style for 5 people, two appetizers, 3 entrees and rice and noodles and there was plenty of food. The fried green beans were delicious. We ordered the lettuce wraps and they served iceberg lettuce, which is not really conducive to wrapping. I would not order the wraps again. For our entrees we had Mongolian Beef, honey shrimp and sesame chicken. They were all well prepared and tasted great. Have always enjoyed this restaurant and they have been around a long time, and they are usually fairly consistent.

The food and service were amazing!! Our waitress was the best we have ever had at any restaurant!! She was so kind and attentive!

This is our second visit this week! Great location with excellent food. We are visiting from Southern NJ and PF Changs is consistently good. We had Victoria on the first visit (she was awesome)! We had Cal this visit - he is an amazing server and super attentive as well. My daughter is Gluten Free and Cal was so accommodating with her dietary restrictions. We had another great meal! You can't go wrong here!

Have gone here a few times and it is consistent. There is main dining room seating or bar seating. The bar area includes the bar itself as well as high tops. We normally sit at the bar as there is just 2 of us. The bartender is social and k owns the menu and drinks. The egg drop soup is always fresh and different than most restaurants. The portion sizes are always big and we normally split a chicken and broccoli. It is always light and full of flavor and plenty for 2 even off the lite menu. If you are a fan of PF Changs or this cuisine then I recommend as it never disappoints.

we visited PF Chang's recently. Having gone there before, we thought it might be the perfect spot for a birthday celebration. unfortunately the evening was spoiled by very carelessly prepared food and service The hot and sour soup was inedible. Wonton soup was ordered instead and that was tasteless and cold....fried rice again barley warm and tastless..kung Po chicken and teriyaki chicken were also served lukewarm... utensils had to be asked for ..a ruined evening...we will not be returning...

I have been twice finally! We had Buddhas feast and the other time their version of general tso chicken. The krab wontons were ok for an app. The deserts are delish ! Key lime and the peanut butter chocolate are both great. We also enjoy their lemonades and boba. The service is always wonderful even when busy! And I like the decor even though initially I thought it was a franchise nightmare. The place is pretty and the veggies are fresh well prepped in the wok!

We had a nice experience here... the service was good, as well as drinks, and the food. We love the gluten free options! We ordered Old Fashioned and Organic Agave Margarita (not too sweet and tastes fresh!). For appetizers our table got bbq short ribs, Spicy Tuna Roll, and GF Lettuce Wraps. We also ordered GF Egg Drop Soup, Wonton Soup and Hot & Sour Soup. For the meal, we ordered Mongolian Beef, tofu & veggies, Spicy Chicken, GF Pad Thai and GF Mongolian Beef. The only negative was that the tofu was missing out of the veggie dish and took a while to come to the table after the server was made aware. Still not a deal breaker :) Will definitely be back as this is just a good go to and everyone liked their meals. Also the portions are good sized.

The new teriyaki chicken is breaded and sweet. It's absolutely horrible and tasted like it had been soaked in sugar for 90 days. I literally walked outside and threw up.

First time here and just like I thought the place is nice, sober decor and good service. The food is nothing to write home about. My wife got a cup of sweet and sour soup that tasted like pure beef bullion nothing Asian about it. My shrimp was lacking flavor and the only good thing was the lomein noodles.
