Visited for dinner for two. Had the mongolian beef and honey shrimp and orange chicken. Soooo good! Paula was our server and she was amazing! Great energy, service, and a smile. :) Tara was friendly and took great care of us - checked on us a few times and had us laughing. We can’t wait to come back!

Google
Service was exceptional. Our server Vanessa was awesome. Totally made our visit great. The food came out timely and Vanessa made sure to time our kids food to come out with our appetizer. Everything tasted delicious. Again, Vanessa came by to check on us regularly without being too present or a ghost. Definitely gave us good reasons to return and most definitely ask for her again. Her cheerful spirit and overall enthusiasm made it a pleasure to dine.

Google
The restaurant was not busy maybe every 3rd table had customers. It took well over an hour and a half for my wife and I to get our food despite multiple promises from our waitress that our food was only 1-2 minutes away. The waitress had lots of excuses but the one that stung the most was that the kitchen was running behind because of takeout orders. When the food finally came out it was barely warm and tased TERRIBLE like they fished it out of the toilet. It took an additional 15 minutes for the totally clueless “manager” to come out who was very clearly out of her element and way out of touch with how terrible her restaurant was being run. I would not recommend this horrible excuse for a nice restaurant.

Google
This restaurant location is usually always on point. The management and staff are kind and attentive even on busier nights. We walked in without a reservation on a busy Saturday evening around 6 pm and were seated in less than 5 minutes. Our waitress, Hilaree did a great job with making sure we were happy and satisfied. My girlfriend ordered the Mongolian Beef which is often consistently good; however, the Beef was a bit overcooked and on the crunchy side. It wasn’t enough of an inconvenience to request another entree be made. The temperature and flavor were great as expected. I ordered the Orange Chicken and we shared Fried Rice on the side. Definitely recommended! Don’t forget to join their rewards program for a complimentary order of Edamame and a free gift on your birthday. The Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie was as good as it gets! Order two because they are about 4 bites per serving.

Google
Our first visit and we’ll definitely be going back! Michael our server was great making suggestions, friendly and attentive without being annoying. Love shared plates concept, that way you get to try everything without over eating. Highly recommend the Brussels sprouts! We even had room for the desert flight. Pictured is the white cranberry cosmo, delicious!

PfChangs on forte apache 10/29/25 its 615pm sat to order 630 received the cauliflower appetizer 645 received the firecracker shrimp 700pm left waiting/food never came out fully 715 waiting on manager with bill because I want to pay for what I owe. Got a comp on the Mongolian beef and lo mein noodles that never came they package them to go after an hour of waiting Review- cauliflower was heavily sauced veggies chopped to large bland flavor Firecracker shrimp- flavor was off in a way rather bland not yummy 😒 The beef and noodles- the noodles dry no flavor home made ramen $1 is better The beef was hard dry not seasoned and fried hard. Reminds you of jerky in a bag. I used to go a lot now every time I go in I regret it. The manager said the to go orders were being fixed first and we had to wait till our tickets came up before our in house food was made. 🫠

Google
We had the pleasure of being served by Hillaree who provided exceptional service throughout the evening. She was attentive to our dietary needs and insured we were comfortable, all while keeping the atmosphere light and enjoyable with her friendly demeanor. Despite a busy night, Hillaree efficiently brought our food and the bill in a timely manner. It’s service like hers that ensures we will continue to return to this establishment.

Yelp
Always a Las Vegas favorite!! Food is delicious and fresh. Presented on nice platters. Service is 'On Point' and feels very well taken care of. (Tip your server, they work very attentively for us as diners). Beautiful decor and nice restrooms. I will always return. As a Vegas Local, you always have my business and support! Thank you for serving us the best Asian Fusion. I dined at location in Summerlin, Charleston and Fort Apache. See you next time

Yelp
I chose this restaurant to celebrate a special occasion with family members, because of its tofu options. For an appetizer, I had the Veggie Lettuce Wraps made with tofu. For an entree, I had the Mongolian Tofu, which was too similar to the appetizer. The option to have brown rice instead of white rice was not available. Therefore, not a great choice for folks who follow a healthy plant-based diet. You can do better at an upscale Thai restaurant. Better yet, Chef Kenny's Vegan Dim Sum, if everyone in your group is okay with that. The Rising Dragon margarita was good. The dessert menu had no vegan options, which is the case at restaurants in general. That said, the Banana Spring Rolls and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cream Pie were good, but nothing to write home about.

Yelp
Our server was horrible as a server if you see the drinks are empty you should be offering another drink. Well our server would not after she would pas and pass by our table we finally asked her for another drink. We could see our drinks sitting in the bar station and she would still not bring them to our table. When we asked to speak to the manager she was just as bad she just came and said she was sorry and that was it she literally didn't bother either.

Yelp
I have been to Chang's once when friends invited me to the one at Paris Las Vegas. A friend asked me if I wanted to loin her for lunch and she suggested the PF Chang's on Rampart which is close to me. We met at 1 PM. My first time at this location. We looked at the choose your items lunch specials. We ended up starting with hot and sour soup, she got lettuce wraps with chicken for the main while I got Chang's spicy chicken. For dessert, she got choclate peanut butter cream pie and I got the Key lime pie. The soup was excellent. Rich base with a fine mixture of vegetables and tofu cubes. I had two of her lettuce wraps. She's had them before and she instructed me how to hold them properly. I had the spicy chicken and we both got white rice. The server mentioned that the chicken was a little spicy. When I told her I like a lot spicy, she noted it and said she'd have them make it more spicy. Great server! The lettuce wraps and the chicken were very good. My chicken had some very good zing to it. I had some leftover chicken from the lettuce wraps for lunch today. The lunch specials are a good value and a quite flavorful. The seating is pleasant and I was impressed with the lunch. Having gone by there since it was built, I never stopped. I am glad I went there at my friend's suggestion.

Yelp
Food was great, service not so much. Made a reservation after receiving a bogo entrée email offer, came in and was seated right away. Server came and took our order and that was the last we saw of her...food came out, we ate... no drink refills and no server in sight... finished our meal still no server.. after about 15 min of sitting flagged down the manager.. she was apologetic but didnt appear that she found the server either... this experience ruined a good meal.. paid for our food and left..

Yelp
Good food, decent service, and when you sit at the bar you usually don't have to wait for a table. Noodles, rice, appetizers, and main dishes are consistently good. Sometimes the Mongolian beef can be a little on the dry side but we began asking for extra sauce on the side so we just end up pouring it over everything. The food portions are generous and we always leave full. Service is ok but sometimes the bartenders disappear to the other side so waiting for refills can happen. In general we like this place.

Yelp
The service was great! Our server was very attentive and friendly. His service was 5 stars. Unfortunately, the food didn't match up to the service. PF Changs used to set the standard but now it's below standard in my opinion. I had a veggie egg roll and teriyaki beef. The veggie egg roll was just okay. The teriyaki beef was good but nothing spectacular. Needless to say, I won't be returning to PF Changs again.

Yelp
In town not just for the holidays, but for my mom's birthday. She picked P.F. Chang's and that's where we ended up. Hadn't been to this location since back when I lived in Las Vegas. Not quite a blast from the past because I didn't remember it when I walked in. No bells were ringing. Not even when I pulled into the parking lot. Starting with service. Excellent. I believe Amber was her name. She and her team took care of our party of nine with zero issues. Attentive. Friendly. Nice. The type of service I appreciate but don't really experience regularly any more. As for the food - see pics of what I ordered. KFC. Spicy String Beans. Hot and Sour Soup. Beer and a Japanese Old Fashioned. Ordered too much. Ended up taking it to go. Had something to snack on later. Was just as good when served fresh. The chicken that is. I inhaled the soup and beans at lunch. The inside of the restaurant doesn't remind me of a Chinese restaurant. I know it's supposed to be "fancy", but the vibe is for me came across like a setting trying to fit into the "Las Vegas" feel. Not a bad thing. Just not what I'm used to having spent a lot of time in China. Not sure why I'm bringing it up but just am. Not that it impacted how the experience was because it was great. I'll just say that if someone wanted to go back again, I would. However, it wouldn't be options I'd offer if asked for recommendations. Already been there and done that.

Yelp
Always a great experience here! Our server recognized us and that is always great! The restaurant was not busy and it was cozy at it was raining. We ordered chicken lettuce wraps, chicken Lo mein, combo fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken. We actually ordered hot tea and the peach ginger tea as a suggestion from our server! Everything was delicious and will always go back!

Yelp
We came in for Happy Hour and sat at the bar. Our bartender Emily was super friendly and cheerful. My wife loved the Pink Lotus while i enjoyed the Ha Chi Pilsner Beer. For food, we ordered Lettuce Wraps and Orange Chicken. We also liked the $10 takeout option for Fried Rice; we brought that home for the kids. The interior is decorated nicely with pop music playing in the background. The only small thing that could important is bathroom. Maybe it just wasn't clean promptly because it was busy.

Kelley S.

Yelp
We used to love PF Chang's and now I don't know why we keep giving it another chance, but no more. They keep changing their menu items and they aren't consistent. They used to have the best two kinds of tofu. And really good fried rice. They also took off the items my husband liked. Now they use bag carrots in their fried rice and they have cut their tofu so small that they are fried pieces of crunch. Gross! They are obviously made by people who done eat tofu. It's really unfortunate.

Yelp
We ordered online for a pick up at 5:00. When we got to the rest. The gal (Kayla?) upfront said they didn't have it. After more investigating we found out that the previous server at the pick up station had given our order to someone else. That is weird, don't people come in and give their name for the order and doesn't it get checked before handing it to someone? The gal we were being helped by was very apologetic. We had problems with this location before. They made it up by offering a free meal. Since we didn't want to take a chance on that happening again we decided to drive and pick it up. They remade the meal for us and made up for our trouble and sent a gift card. This was handled very professionally by Kayla (?). Btw I tried the new butternut squash pot sticker and it was DELICIOUS!

Yelp
Today's dining experience at PF Chang's has been one of the very worst I've ever had. I noticed straightaway that the quality of their food has gone down significantly. The P.F. Chang's I used to know seems to be long gone. I decided to order one of my favorite dishes which is the sweet-and-sour chicken but sadly there was hardly any chicken in it. Most of my dish was more breading than chicken and I ended up picking my plate apart to try to find some chicken meat. Not only was there hardly any chicken but was way overcooked and slapping extra sauce on there didn't make it any better. I kind of wonder if they think that people will not notice these kinds of changes in the food. I'm not quite sure what happened but either their recipe has changed or their new cooks don't know what the heck they are doing. I'm so beyond disappointed and desperately want to forget this horrible meal ever happened. I strongly recommend y'all stay away from this joint. It was genuinely that bad and it's not the PF Chang's it used to be long ago. I give PF Chang's in Summerlin 2 thumbs way down for ruining my evening dinner.

Yelp
Yes, it's a chain but some of the basics are still quite good. I love the lettuce wraps and Chang's spicy chicken are perennial favorites. In a pinch, this is one of those places where you know what you're getting and it's reasonably priced. The weekday lunch special is also a great deal.

Yelp
Food: small portions for high prices; the flavors are there, though -Not sure what type of grain rice they are using but the fried rice I had was so mushy C'mon now; don't add too much water to the rice pot -lettuce wrap had so little chicken -dumplings in chili sauce: decent flavors with fried or steamed -overpriced -Other than that the food have flavors Service: good friendly staff Ambience: good clean atmosphere They don't have to be this expensive, though. Yes, I know I know, location, location, location

Yelp
This review is for their happy hour. Mon-Friday from 3-7 pm and it's throughout the restaurant. I can't believe all things are $5! We tried crispy green beans, shrimp and pork wantons. Everything was so delicious! Our server Dee was super sweet and so efficient.

Yelp
We visited as a large group, mostly veterans, and the service experience wasn't great. Given the size of our party and the need for two large tables, we all anticipated delays would occur, but the level of disorganization was disappointing. Both our drink and food orders were mixed up, several drinks were forgotten, and others were incorrect. It appeared that the staff was attempting to rush the service, which led to confusion in managing the orders. When the food & drinks came, the servers were unsure who ordered which items, and they were talking over the restaurant noise to figure out the correct orders, which created a more chaotic atmosphere. Two servers were assigned to our table after we had informed the restaurant in advance, there was a noticeable difference in the quality of service between them. The male server, whom I believe was named Jesse(????), was friendly & patient, but the female server seemed frustrated and impatient. At one point, she even expressed dissatisfaction, blaming "Jesse" for an error with an ice request in one of the drinks, saying, "I told him no ice! Ugh. He is new!" They even spilled sauce on the coat of one of our friends & didn't say anything until someone noticed & brought it to the managers attention. The manager was accommodating. She said she would pay the dry cleaning bill. While I understand the challenges of handling a large group, the rushed approach seemed to contribute to the issues, resulting in mixed-up orders and slower-than-expected service. Additionally, the food did not meet my expectations. I ordered the fried rice, but it tasted overly sweet and mushy, more like boiled rice with sugar and soy sauce. The fried green beans were overly greasy. However, I have had their kung pao chicken before; it was good. The dessert was the best part of everything and well worth the mess. Lol!!

Yelp
Maria was our server and she was friendly and attentive. I love when the server makes great suggestions. She's the reason we opted for the chocolate cake over the red velvet. We took full advantage of the $20 (per person) 3 course meal. First course was the egg drop soup. True to tradition it needed a little salt. For the appetizer to share, the chicken lettuce wraps was an easy choice. Very delightful. I'll always get these when I return. For my main course, I went with the sesame chicken. Very good. Full of flavor and not overcooked. The white rice needed a little soy sauce but it was a perfect accompaniment for the sesame chicken. It was a slow night for a Saturday but that worked in our favor because we didn't have to wait to be seated. But the restaurant was clean and sanitary and the bathroom was beyond satisfactory. Great value for a Saturday night out.

Yelp
Great tasting food. Can be hit or miss. But probably some of the best Chinese food in the area. Even though it's a chain

Sherry Gordy P.

Yelp
1 Star PF Changs on S Rampart in Summerlin Our group met for lunch at noon, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The server had a poor attitude from the start, took other tables' orders before ours, and ignored repeated requests for drink refills. We never received the soup that came with our lunch specials, and one meal was overly greasy. Despite asking for separate checks at the beginning, the billing was incorrect multiple times, and even the manager handled the situation poorly. It took 40 minutes just to receive our check, and we didn't leave until 2:30. After speaking with several friends, we learned that they've had similar negative experiences while dining at this location. This location used to be my favorite restaurant pre- pandemic. Sadly, the way we were treated made us feel that racism may have played a role, which made the situation even more upsetting. Unfortunately, none of us will be returning.

Yelp
Came here for a late lunch early dinner and were seated right away. Staff were friendly and explained the menu. We ordered the cranberry mojito which was light and refreshing. We shared the pork dumplings which were yummy and the dynamite shrimp yum. We had to ask for plates to share these items. For my main I had the chicken lettuce wraps and the edges of the lettuce were brown. It came with a peanut sauce that was okay. Spouse had the Chang's spicy chicken with an upcharge side of noodles. It was okay but the chicken was not spicy. We had to ask twice for to go containers and for the bill to be corrected due to a free birthday appetizer.

Yelp
Paula was amazing! Food was yummy. Our kids loved the chow mein. All kids entrees came with dessert which they loved. Will be back!

Yelp
My family and I just moved to Boca Park Summerlin, and we have gone to this P.F. Chang's three times now I'm writing this review because I am completely impressed with one of the employees that works there. It's a server named Ceasar. Ceasar is very impressive with his work. Ceasar goes above and beyond is call of duty to help his employees and the guests. The three times that we dined at P.F. Chang's Boca Park. We noticed that Ceasar actually stays after his shift for quite a while just to help his employees out and it's the staff. All the staff is wonderful, but Ceasar really goes above and beyond is call of duty too, make sure that everybody has a really good experience. Ceasar fills Waters up. He checks to make sure everybody's OK. He is a great market person sells those alcoholic beverages and other foods like no other. Ceasar has recommendations that are so concise he listens to special orders and the nice thing is is I can ask Ceasar's opinion on certain foods and certain flavors and I will get an honest answer from him Ceasar has a real passion for this business. My mom is owned restaurants for years in California. We just came out to Vegas. My mom was retired and believe me if my mom still owned restaurants I would actually ask Ceasar to work for her. P.F. Chang's is very very lucky to have an employee Like Ceasar. The food is outstanding. I can't complain. They have a happy hour with nice portion sizes. We've been going to the happy hour cause my mom likes to have Chardonnay daily so we nibble on appetizers and they're all just so fresh so filling great portions. I love them Mongolian beef too . The flavor just bursts in our mouth Next time you go to P.F. Chang's, Boca Park ask for Ceasar I'm telling you you will get service that will make you feel like you're appreciated and that you matter My name is Steven and I thank you for reading my post and I hope your dining is an experience like mine was

Yelp
Food sucks false advertising of the food and drinks. The manager has an attitude. Save your money and go elsewhere!

Antonia C.

Yelp
Food is horrible I ordered soup and it came last. It tasted like water, they just put won tons in the broth. Wasn't even tasty . We only ate the fried rice because noodles dish did not taste right. They took a long time to serve us. Place hasn't been redone in at last 30 years Looks a little worn around .
google avatar

Yelp
Compared to the town square location the food was much better than the last experience. The inside is more similar to older decor but still very nice. The dumplings were good. Our server was to the point and said he'd stagger the meal so prevent over rushing through the meal and get things still came out fairly quickly. The sangria was strong had a good punch. Most things were made with more care I noticed than last eating at the town square location. I like that they made the small desserts available similar to the verrines they did way back in the day. A shame they don't give an incentive to order all 3 with a discount but they are all a la carte pricing. Overall solid all.

Yelp
This has never happened! Cesar is new to Management and didn't handle this well. The restaurant advertises a lunch special that includes 2 beef dishes, however it was identified 30 minutes into a 1 hour lunch. Then 15 minutes later, I had nothing to eat. We did have soup and egg rolls but no entree. I asked for fried rice and was brought the small portion reserved for the beef. We asked for a 2nd order of ribs but the server said she didn't hear us. Did I mention Cesar informed me for a 1205 arrival and their lunch service begin at 11 the restaurant ran out of beef. Cesar stated the reasoning for this happening was because they had several catering orders this morning that absorbed 99% of the beef that should have been delegated for on site orders . It was a single encounter but disappointing. The Manager Cesar came back with a check, oblivious.

Yelp
We had a group the food was dry and on the dinner special $17.99 you added $2.00 for rice and noodles which it doesn't say on the menu is extra Only had one waiter for about 20 people (they knew we we're coming for two weeks)he was overwhelmed Anyway we will not return but you should know your short coming s

Yelp
We had an amazing dining experience at P.F. Chang's! To start it's a Beautiful ambiance. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked--everything from the lettuce wraps to the Mongolian beef was spot on. But what really made the night stand out was the exceptional service from Kyler. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. His recommendations were on point, and he made the whole experience feel special. Will definitely be coming back soon--thank you, Kyler!

Yelp
After all these years , this was my first time going to a P F Chang's. My son and daughter in law wanted to go and I was meaning to try them for a while. I've tried the frozen meals in the grocery store and figured they had to be better in person of course. The restaurant was clean and I really liked the decor. We were seated right away and greeted at our table for our drink orders and such. We got the Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Crab Rangoon as appetizers. For the main dishes we got Chang's Spicy Chicken which is supposed to be like their version of General Tso's Chicken and Pepper Steak. We also got a side of Chicken Fried Rice to share since we were told the two entrees came with a small bowl of white rice each. My son also got a piece of cheesecake for his birthday which he took home to eat later. The Chicken Lettuce Wraps which are one of my favorites was very plain. The tiny little cup of sauce we got was enough for 2 wraps. We asked for a larger bowl which they did bring us , but it seemed like a totally different sauce. One of the other waitresses told us it wasn't mixed properly and that is why it seemed different and they brought us out another tiny bowl of the first sauce. It is holds about 2 teaspoons of sauce and we had 7 lettuce wraps. The first sauce tasted about right but was very weak and watered down and the second sauce was more of like hot sauce and who knows what. The 2 main entrees came to the table and we were so surprised at how little they were. These are meant to be shared , but was more like a snack for someone. I've never been to an Asian restaurant that brought you so little for your main entrees and I've eaten at a ton of Asian restaurants especially in Las Vegas. The Chang's Chicken was okay , nothing special. The Pepper Steak was okay also and tasted better if you ate a piece with a piece of bell pepper. The first time they brought out our Fried Rice it was Shrimp Fried Rice and we ordered Chicken Fried Rice since I don't eat seafood. We waited a few minutes for the new bowl , but began eating the main entrees with the white rice so our food didn't get cold. The Chicken Fried Rice was the only dish that seemed the appropriate size for an Asian restaurant. The Lettuce Wraps were also a good size portion and the Crab Rangoon was 6 pieces. My son and daughter in law liked them. The bowls of white rice that they brought out for each of the 2 entrees was like one handful each ! Also my son ate the Cheesecake the next day and said he gave it a 2 out of 10 and he loves cheesecake. All in all it was a major disappointment. If the food matched the decor it would be great. The food was I would say just a hair better than Panda Express , but more expensive and smaller portions. We all agreed we will not go back to another P F Chang's.

Yelp
Stopped in last night and had the pleasure of meeting Emily (bartender) The whole experience was great. She made me feel at home. Also recommended a few things I had in mind that oddly happened to be on happy hour. All the food was amazing but it 100% was our interaction with Emily that made rhe whole night

Yelp
I came in for a nice lunch and I ordered a few things on the menu.... The restaurant was virtually empty so I was seated right away and my waitress name was Amber. She was great and I'm in love with the ambience of this restaurant. Just start out I had the veggies spring roll... to be honest it was very lackluster. It was not fried very crisp and I was not a huge fan of the dipping sauce. Next we'll talk about the dynamite shrimp... I was under the impression it would be crisp on the outside, and the sauce would just coat the tempura shrimp. Another disappointment because the tempura is very soggy. Maybe it's just me and I'm just a huge texture person and I'm just expecting things to be crispy when these restaurants can't deliver at my expectation level. Now I will say, I was very pleased with the Mongolian beef, no complaints!!!

Yelp
I am absolutely horrified by my experience. This was hands down the worst dining experience I've ever had. I was served spoiled wine and rotten salmon--yes, ROTTEN. The fish literally reeked of something foul the second it hit the table. Not even exaggerating--it smelled like it had been sitting in a hot dumpster. It was slimy, grayish, and the odor was so putrid I nearly gagged before even taking a bite. I foolishly tried one piece and instantly regretted it. It was sour, fishy in the worst way possible, and felt like chewing decay. I couldn't even swallow it. As if that wasn't enough, the wine they served me was clearly spoiled--tasted vinegary and flat, like it had been open for days, if not weeks. I genuinely feel sick to my stomach and cannot believe this was even allowed to leave the kitchen. The fact that they served this to a paying customer is outrageous. If food safety or basic human decency means anything to this place, they should be ashamed. I'm disgusted, disappointed, and honestly angry. Never again.

Yelp
So I'm pretty upset with this place because I placed a mobile order in advance so I wouldn't have to wait for my dynamite roll. I had my kids with me and they were hungry so I wanted to grab and go. I arrived 15 minutes after putting the order in,3 minutes after the app that said it would be ready. I called curbside pickup and told them where I was parked. They said it would be out shortly. I wait another 10 minutes and no one came in--with hungry kids complaining. So I went into the restaurant, which I wanted to avoid with the kids, which is why I did curbside!!! I told them to check on my order. A girl checked and said it was on the counter waiting to be packaged. I said ok. Then I waited another 10 minutes. And they STILL didn't bring it out and no one was even at the register to accept take out orders. I saw about 3 orders go out to people who arrived after me so I finally went searching for someone to help me. I found a hostess working the regular tables in the restaurant and asked her if she could please go to the back and ask them about my one dynamite roll because I'd been waiting for 20 minutes AND placed my order in advance via the app. She went back and told them I've been waiting for a long time. I could see them talking. Then, one of the workers went to the side of the restaurant and picked up a bag. They had accidentally placed my order off to the side on a random counter! She came and gave it to me. By then, I was as so stressed cuz of the kids complaining about the wait and trying to find someone to help me and the sushi had been out for more than half an hour!!! So, I was excited to eat this roll, but now I not sure if it was even worth the time and stress.

Yelp
P.F. Chang's is always our default place to eat when we really can't decide. We're visiting from Los Angeles and this time wasn't any different. We called at 6 and was able to secure a reservation for 2 at 7:45. We got there and were sat immediately. Our waiter, Jeremy, got us started with drinks and an app. Had the Mongolian beef and honey chicken. Both were delicious (as usual). My only quip is that the guy who brought the food (not the waiter) kind of just threw the food on the table and walked away. We had a small table so we were surprised he didn't offer to take our empty appetizer dish and plates. Over all, it's was to be expected. Jeremy was nice but I feel like the rest of the staff may hate their lives. No one looked happy. ‍

Yelp
This is a review of what we received through Uber eats. All of the entrées arrived with proteins extremely overcooked, remaining portions cold, and very tasteless. Somehow they overcooked all the proteins and the rice was cold and crunchy, vegetables and side items as well. I even paid for expedited delivery so it's not like it's sat in the driver's car forever, it came straight from the restaurant to us. Had any of the entrées arrived at our table in this condition, I would have sent them back and found somewhere else to eat. Rarely have I felt like I've experienced a restaurant of this caliber send something out the door that was this insanely inedible and poorly prepared. My wife ended up getting sick and going to the urgent care 24 hours later after just a few bites of her chicken lo mein. It's really a shame, most of our experiences with this chain of restaurant have been positive, but I've never ordered from this particular location before. Maybe it's poor management, or there's some other internal issues occurring. If you're in the restaurant, at least you have the ability to taste it and speak to a server, but I sincerely suggest you not order for delivery since you're most likely going to be stuck with whatever nonsense they send out the door.

Yelp
I won't go into the hassle of trying to enjoy happy hour with a group of 8 people. They need to make improvements there. After that debacle, stayed around for another glass of wine and to order some soup to go. Drove all the way back home to West Henderson and opened the bag to find that the won ton soup wasn't won tonight soup but a container full of chicken broth for close to $13! Yes, the manager agreed to refund the cost of the broth but had to call to reach the manager on a Friday night during dinner time but still didn't change the fact that I had no dinner! Clearly the employee who filled the container could tell there wasn't anything but broth in there. Food, quality, quantity and service have been going downhill last few years and it's time to find a won ton and hot and sour soup replacement.

Yelp
We just ate at P.F. Chang's Summerlin location and had the best time, not only because all the food was great, but because the waitstaff (we're looking at you, Paula! And Marilyn! and others!), were so fun, fast, and attentive. It was like having family fuss over you at dinner. Pictured from left to right are our entrees: Kung Pao chicken, Mongolian beef and Singapore noodles. No pictures of the pan-fried pork dumplings in chile sauce or the "northern" (i.e., dry rub) style pork spareribs, because we fell on those two appetizers and devoured them before we thought to take a photo. Oh, well -- it just means we'll have to come back, right? Anyway, thumbs up on all five of the dishes we ordered. And thank you again to our wonderful and fun servers.

Yelp
Decided to meet family for lunch on Friday as we enjoy the food. Took a few minutes to get greeted by the server, not that big a deal because we hadn't seen each our family in awhile. We started with the lettuce wraps of course!! But something was different. The sauce had a weird grainy texture. Tasted ok, but weird. Not what usually comes out with them. No chili, no soy. But the wraps themselves were tasty though. It was still lunch time, so we ordered entrees off the lunch menu(till 3pm). Sizes were great. Bigger than dinner honestly. Server didn't check on us and sat there with empty drinks. When HE did come to check on us, we ordered more n/a bevs. Forgot to bring my wife's. Upon looking around, I noticed he was a bartender. But only 2 guests at the bar and 4 tables in the restaurant with an actual server on the floor. We'll be back, because like I said, food is typically always on point. Service or at least the service we received could be better for sure.

Yelp
I unfortunately am sad to be making this review but this used to be one of our go to spots 10 to 15 years ago when they had real food... felt like it was made from scratch in the kitchen and not sent there in frozen bags ready to be thrown in a pot and stirred up like panda express and then serve to us for a high price They had an amazing $40 deal for two that would get you everything you needed with real portions large ones and the food tasted so authentic and real now unfortunately all the food is breaded excessively and we've only gone three times in the last eight years and we used to go three times a month for years so we decided to give it another try everything inside was nice and clean looking the menus were great. The service was great but the food Will never be the same. We will not go back ever again. Only making this review because it's a sad day for another restaurant that used to be great.... I'm sure people that don't know good food will still keep going eating that highly processed breaded stuff.... Another thing too is there was no vegetables in any of the entrées very little at all very weak and the shrimp were tiny Panda express shrimp are bigger than that... $180 on these tiny little dishes with no vegetables and tons of batter I could've ate at panda express with my family for a third of the price

Yelp
This restaurant is beautiful on the inside and our waiter was great. The food was sooooo bad! The soups, salads, appetizers, and main meals! All horrible!!! $200 for two adults and two kids and it was so disgusting. Every meat/ seafood dish we ordered had more bread than meat!! I was sickened to pay that money for nothing. We always take our leftovers and we didn't even take them because it was so gross. Literally 0/100. Sad because this use to be our go to place but never again!

Yelp
Happy hour. It's pretty small menu. Ok quality. But... out bartender became unhappy as soon as she realized we're here for THAT.
