P.F. Chang's

We went as a larger group (9 people) and I don’t think the service was that great for us! Once we spoke to someone twice about the fact we’d been sitting for over 40 minutes without anyone taking our drinks or food order they tried hard to rectify it. Having said that, all of the food was very fresh and tasting amazing. I would definitely go back but with a smaller group.

Really enjoyed our visit to P.F. Chang’s. The food was genuinely very good — full of flavour, fresh, and well presented. There’s loads of choice on the menu as well, so it caters well whether you want something classic or a bit different. Service was fast and efficient, which made the whole experience smooth and easy. The venue itself is nice and well laid out, but it did lack a bit of atmosphere during our visit. With a bit more ambience it would have been perfect. Overall though, a solid place for good quality food and quick service.

I’ve been to PF Chang’s a countless amount of times over the years, but I’ve never actually reviewed them. Whenever there’s a special occasion, whether that’s a birthday, anniversary or we happen to be in London, then we usually come to PF Chang’s for dinner. We always get the same items from their menu. For starters we get their dynamite shrimp and chicken dumplings, both of which are absolutely delicious. Their dynamite shrimp are probably the best I’ve had from anywhere in the UK. For mains we always get: Mongolian beef, Chang’s Spicy Chicken and Low Mein Noodles. All of which are super tasty. I’ve had some issues with their Mongolian beef in the past where it’s a little too salty, but the last few times I’ve been, it’s been perfect. My favourite from what we order is definitely the Chang’s Spicy Chicken. When you dip the crispy chicken into the sauce from the dumplings, it tastes phenomenal. The staff here are great also, service is fast and the waiters/waitresses are really nice and make you feel welcomed. They’re very polite and make sure you’re happy. In our most recent visit - Christmas Eve 2025, it appears they’ve changed some of their furniture and have given the place a fresh lick of paint. Great place, will definitely continue to come here. Do remember to reserve a table in advance.

The food was incredible, really lovely food and I think it was priced fairly reasonably too. It is hard to get a booking so booking in advance is recommended. Walk ins do get tables but could be a bit of a wait. I was disappointed when we got our table the first thing the waiter said was you have 60 minutes then we need to clear the table. Which is fair but it then took quite some time for the food to arrive and the waiters were hovering waiting for us to leave. If the service was quicker would have left sooner. It's a very loud environment, so difficult to have a conversation. If you're looking for a quietish restaurant to have good conversations, this probably isn't the one. As mentioned above, the food was incredible so for that alone it's worth a visit.

Atmosphere - when it's just so packed it's giving your fav peri peri chicken restaurant vibes. Try and book for a larger group so you can be seated at the more quieter end where rhe chefs are preparing the food. Other than that the aesthetic was in line with the P. F. Changs chains. Service - we arrived 15mins early. Dont follow suit. They pack the place to the brim and will certainly be seated late as we were. Food arrived quickly. Drinks arrived 20mins after food. It took a while to order drinks after that due to it being busy. We had a cake for a friends birthday, so I asked for 6 plates, 6 forks and a knife. We got 1 plate and 1 knife after 10mins, then I had to ask again for another 5 plates and forks, then after 15mins we received the plates with no forks.... and then after another 7mins (yes I was counting) We received 6 serving spoons. Now mind you it's busy, but it took 6 people 32 minutes to bring these, 2 servers who actually brought the items and 4 who listened and ran off and forgot. Chicken shop level customer service. Food - let's end positively here. Green Beans were delicious. Of course the Dynamite Shrimp was delicatable and in my opinion, though the Mongolian Beef was cold it was still quite flavoursome. The sushi was okay but it's not their forte. I would stick with Shrimp, Beans, Mongolian Beef and a side of noodles. Bulmer cider was £5.75 which is decent for a restaurant. Save your money on the cocktails/mocktails a lot of ice little substance. Overall an okay experience, but would go again for the food when it's less crowded.

We had to wait a bit outside since PF Chang’s was packed, but that’s usually a good sign and it was worth it. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were incredibly professional and attentive. The food took a little while to arrive but every dish was delicious. I highly recommend the Mongolian Beef and the Pad Thai. Overall, a great experience! Mo Eatz Approved!

Great value for price. Food was delicious and well presented - portions very generous (some mains do not come with rice, so you will need to order it on the side). Plenty of space inside - good for groups (we were in 7 and they gather few tables together to let us sit).

Excellent lunch. Very good portions, which were very well priced. At lunch time it was quite quiet and so the service was very quick. Would definitely recommend and return!
