We had an absolutely incredible experience at PF Chang’s in London! The food was beyond amazing — we ordered the Mongolian beef (so tender and flavourful), the calamari (hands down the best I’ve ever had), dynamite shrimp (perfectly crispy with the right kick), Singapore street noodles (packed with flavour), and the sticky pudding to finish — every single dish was outstanding. A huge shout-out to our waiter, Talha. He was one of the best restaurant staff I’ve ever come across — extremely helpful, polite, and so well spoken. He made the whole evening even more enjoyable with his attentive service and warm personality. Truly an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-notch Asian fusion cuisine in London!

Went here for lunch, pretty quiet at the time so got seated straight away. Opted for the Dali chicken and the buttery prawn noodle. Both dishes were fantastic especially the buttery prawns. Water was nice and cold as well. Service was good, can’t complain. Overall a pleasant experience and would come back again.

The food was absolutely delish and really lived up to the hype. Upstairs it was very loud so glad we got seating downstairs however it was hot and the air was smoky, it was affecting my friends eyes (hence the 3* review). Other than that it was good. Would love to go back for the food.

Second time visiting PF Chang’s and it didn’t disappoint! Very child friendly and great staff on the Saturday we came with our kids, they were very accommodating and helpful through the whole meal

Came with my wife to celebrate our wedding/Nikkah and let’s just say we’re coming back here again! Firstly, Bibek was absolutely lovely, fast paced and attentive to every one of our needs. 10/10 service, made our experience extremely pleasant. The food was amazing too, can’t recommend the dynamite shrimp and Chang’s chicken enough!!

Really nice spot, love the decor and the vibe of the place! Lots of delicious options on the menu and seriously good mocktails. Our server Mahee was incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the fantastic experience!

I was served by Pratima who was absolutely amazing and very attentive. Food was lovely. I had the dynamite shrimp which was nice. I’d say the mains are much better tho, I got the Mongolian beef and chow mein noodles which was delicious.

The food was good, we really enjoyed the dynamite shrimp & tempura cauliflower. The service however, was shockingly bad. We had to wait to be seated (which was fine), despite having a booking. Then service itself was extremely slow. Then we were handed our bill & not asked if we wanted dessert. After paying, we were then asked to leave straightaway, as they had someone waiting for the table. If the service would have been better & quicker (drinks alone took 20 mins each time we ordered), then it wouldn't have been an issue. If the communication was better as well and we'd been told at the beginning to order everything together, again that would have been fine. The way it was handled was poor at best. Definitely wouldn't revisit due to service alone.
