P.F. Chang's

Went here on Mother's Day and had a very nice time. The food is top-notch, and they do have some dinner specials. I got the 16.99 deal where it comes with a starter, side, and entree. You can't go wrong on the orange chicken or Mongolian beef. The dynamite roll was very good, too! Loved the wonton soup! The atmosphere and service won't disappoint. I definitely recommend 10 out of 10!

Allen the bartender / server was great! Makes a wonderful $5 margarita, too!! All day happy hour in the bar and patio with $5 select drink specials and $10 select apptizer specials. Crispy green beans and chicken Lettuce wraps are ALWAYS great! Shrimp fried rice was tasty. Chicken Pad Thai (I order it no tofu) is SUPER! I always have leftovers for lunch the next day, too! Joined the rewards program - got some credits to use for next time, and a coupon for a free appetizer. Lots of parking available at this location, too. No cost. Win!

This was fabulous!! Food and service!! Absolutely fantastic - I can’t say it enough We both had **CUP OF HOT & SOUR SOUP My friend had CHANG’S SPICY CHICKEN W/Lo Mein I had the NEW TERIYAKI BEEF w/BROWN RICE!! So perfect Then she brought me my birthday treat “key-lime pie” perfect and light! You can’t go wrong!!

We ordered takeout. Service was friendly. The food took 10 mins longer than the promise time. It was Valentine’s Day, and a Friday, so it was understood. The Singapore Street Noodles had a little too much curry and not enough shrimp and chicken. I would order something else on my Next visit.

Ordered the two dinner special. Both of us had egg drop soup, and chicken lettuce wraps. I had the chicken teryaki, was a little too sweet. Order too a little bit longer than expected. He said they were backed up in the kitchen

We had a wonderful experience. Everything was fresh, Nicholas was so kind and helpful and a joy to interact with. Dominic, the manager is charming and a great addition to the PF Chang experience.

PF Chang’s never disappoints. You know the food is going to be exceptional. However, what brings a place like PF Chang’s up a whole other level is servers like John Michael! He was engaging but not interrupting you mid-chew asking how everything turned out. Make sure you ask to sit in his section when you come here.

Came here with neighbors & friends from Golden Vista & Lost Dutchman resorts for lunch. Also celebrated two birthdays & an anniversary on this visit. I had a free appetizer coupon, courtesy if Dominick, so I used it on the Golden Honey Shrimp. Very, very tasty! For lunch, I did the special with egg drop soup, & low mein with teriyaki chicken. Very good & enough food for 2 meals, which I took the rest home for dinner. I then had the chocolate peanut butter cup for dessert. Just the right thing to cure my sweet craving! Extraordinary service by our waitresses! Lovely, fun ambiance. Perfect for lunchtime! Thanks again to Dominick & crew for a wonderful dining experience!

Afternoon Yelpers, Our first time at P.F.Chang's, easy to find off the 60 and Superstition. Plenty of parking. The ribs on happy hour weee 1/2 off!! Falloff the bone. We ordered the chef's feast at $19.99 each but plenty of food that was so delicious and served so quick! Not rushed but unbelievable quick Sat is the bar which was quite and restaurant was very clean. I suggest to sign up for the rewards to earn 10%. Yelpers give this great place a try

Food was amazing and atmosphere was great. The manager was helping behind the bar and went above and beyond for I make sure every one was not just satisfied, but that they were happy with their meals and service. The manager Dominick is a keeper. He understands that he business and what it takes to keep customers happy and coming back.

Food is decent for a chain restaurant, the service was great, better than the food actually. Rion was our server, and he was great, super attentive, friendly, and fast.

Ordered from Uber Eats to have lunch at my work and ended up not eating my food. This is disgusting.. I found hair on my food dugged deep under the rice. The food smelled good. I'm hungry. Ugh!

I recently have been going to P.F. Chang's often for happy hour and the service has always been good and the food is great ! The prices are amazing for happy hour. I enjoyed my happy hour experience so much. I wanted to go for Valentine's Day with my husband. I love that. I can conveniently book a reservation on OpenTable. We did the chefs feast and it was an incredible deal for so much food. My husband talked about it many of times after the night of going out to dinner. I told him what a great deal the lunch menu is also so we will definitely be back for that. i've been telling EVERYONE to go to P.F. Chang's because it's good food and great prices!

Came here for lunch and had the chicken wrap. So good and fresh. Also ordered the spring rolls. They came out extremely hot . Need to wait I few minutes to cool.

P.F. Chang's has been a staple in a lot of communities for a very long time. I enjoy the updated look on the inside with the red booths and the black ceiling. It's always clean on the inside and the service is always very good. They have quite a few different options and everything still taste great.

Chang's is a favorite of everyone. Fun upscale Chinese atmosphere! Great for gatherings. * Bar and adult beverage service. * Friendly table service. * Great menu selections. * The food is always delicious. $$/$$$

If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, this is a must in your dining rotation! They will ask your specific allergies and print a paper packet of the dishes that are free of those allergens. Easily the best place I've been for food allergies in the valley. They rival Disneyland which is also amazing for food allergies. My parents joined me on this visit for a quick weekday dinner. We enjoyed various dishes, and had a few we wouldn't order in the future based off preference. We also found a few favorites that we could see ourselves returning to the. Especially since the service was fantastic and we enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. Great place for vegetarian and allergen-friendly options!

It's been a few years since I last visited a P.F. Chang's. This is the first visit for me to this location. Let me compliment Ethan, the manager. He catered to my wife's many allergies, and put together two dishes and a wonderful dessert we both thoroughly enjoyed. The Mongolian beef and the chicken rice lo mein were perfect in avoiding allergens. It was as a nice intimate low key birthday meal we won't soon forget.

My daughter's treated me for my birthday. I remember when food was good at this location. My samon and honey chicken were substandard, almost bad. No flavor. Was given a key lime pie "slice" for desert. It amounted to a table spoon size portion.....insult!! Overall a bad experience. Not would ever to recommend anyone go there for food.

Not impressed with this PF Changs. Went with a group the other night and while the service was ok (not great, but not bad either), the food left a lot to be desired. I ordered the pork egg rolls which were the best thing I had that night. The kung pao chicken was better served to a dumpster. It tasted like wet cardboard and had absolutely no spice or heat to it. My white rice arrived 10 min after the main course. And my bill included someone else's appetizer. Overall, I would have been better off staying home and eating a bag of cold spam

Ordered crispy, honey chicken, and it was very underwhelming. We had it ordered for delivery and you would think that rice would be in one container and the chicken would be in another. Nope they put it all in one container that was meant to be separated, but it was all on one side of the container, so it did not fill the container up at all. There was rice and about six pieces of chicken on top. Why did I pay almost $25 for this? To be fair I did order from GrubHub. I know they add a fee, but for the amount of food we got I was told it was the dinner plate not the full meal. Again, why did I pay so much money for this? The food did not justify the price. I was told to order directly from P.F. Chang's and the only reason I ordered from GrubHub is because I don't get delivery where I live unless I use GrubHub. I can order way better Chinese food where I live and I will do that next time. I don't even choose to go to P.F. Chang's when I'm in town, so not sure why ordered from there tonight. Bottom line... Way overpriced. Even for GrubHub.

The food was good, the service was awesome and fast. The ambiance was very nice. Our server was attentive.

The food is always fantastic and the atmosphere and waitstaff are wonderful. We always have a great time eating at P.F. Chang's.

My husband and i came in for our anniversary. We have a very nice dinner and food was great. I wanted to be sure Cassandra gets a pat on the back! She was so sweet and attentive and made our dinner even better than we expected. Only complaint from me was that you took the ahi tuna off the menu! Thats the reason i chose to go there. But over all we had a really nice night out.

Whenever I drop in it's been yummy. I normally suggest the patio for the fresh air but the bar comes through as well. The personality of staff & lively banter with Alan (bartender) is a nice pair up with them Lettuce Wraps Don't sleep on P.F.C esp with the ongoing HappyHour

Have been back since this incident and all has been good. Changing my 1 star review to 4 star. I have not ordered take out again so can't comment on that

Not impressed at all. I don't mind to pay for good food and services but this place is expensive and nothing special at all. Small portions,over cook Mongolian beef (25.00) another 5.00 to upgrade to fried rice. Our server was great but not the host lady who looked like she was mad of be at work. After all 120.00 dinner for 2 with 2 beers was a little too much for a cheap Chinese food.

What a bummer. I used to love PF changs. The food was so good and for the first time in a long time I ordered food today. I ordered pick up chicken lettuce wraps which are my favorite. I make the order, they tell me it will be fast so I am there 10 minutes after. Food was not immediately ready but I didn't wait long at all. I get home, finally start to eat and the chicken mixture is mush. No flavor, no white noodle crisps, and mush. Just tastes and has texture like it's been sitting for days. It's so sad that no matter where you go or what you get it's like nothing is made well any more. I mean, the chicken lettuce wraps should be fresh and light. This tasted soggy and old. Hadn't been in so long because I continue to leave disappointed and yet again, I'm let down. No reason so try again in the future. Oh yeah and I wanted a soda for my to go order and it was $5. No thanks!

They always get it right when my mom and I come together. They seat us fast, the service is fast, they always get our order right and everything is always clean. It's always a good sign when it's busy on a weekday. I've come by myself before as well and sat at the bar. The bartender was great and my drink was great. Keep up the phenomenal work, PF Changs!!

Came here on a late evening during the week. There was a noodle on my chair and wet drink rings on the table from the previous party glasses that ate at our table. Mongolian beef was room temperature. $5 extra for fried rice that was overcooked. Waitress was always in a rush and would start walking away while speaking to her. Took forever to get our check. Not really impressed.

We live in Ahwatukee, but We are trying new areas for good restaurants. This one was great ! We were greeted in a friendly manner and felt welcome right away. Our Server , Josette , was amazing. She helped me decide on the egg rolls appetizer ( excellent! a) and I opted for the fried rice with chicken. My husband had the sweet and sour chicken and really enjoyed his meal. Our food came out quickly and was hot and tasty. When I told her it was his birthday, she said pick a dessert , on us. Next thing I knew, here comes the crew with a sparkler in a wine bottle and a mini dessert, pb pie. Which I might say, was delicious ! Josette made us feel so special. We will definitely be back and request her.

Have always loved PF Chang's since I was a kid and I have to say, this location, the store manager, floor manager, and our server made it amazing. The chef absolutely crushed it today and everything was spot on. Will definitely be back. Chill vibe, great food, on point. Made me remember why I love it here. Javier is awesome and an excellent server.

I was surprised and disappointed with the experience on all levels, from the customer service to the food quality and taste. P.F. Chang has always been a sure bet meal, and while on vacation, we decided to order for our family and take out. The staff didn't greet or ask us if we were dining in or taking out, and we had to actively inquire to confirm our order was ready for pick up. On top of that, we ordered three plates, one of which was the Pad Thai "new recipe," as claimed on the site. Don't get me wrong, for amazing pad thai, we have our go-to spots locally and are always blown away, not to mention we've been to Thailand a few times, so we know authentic tastes, but this pad thai was underwhelming on so many levels from lack of flavor, to dried out noodles, to breaded chicken vs. grilled chicken strips, to no sauce, it disappointed! On top of that, the plate was $21.99. I don't think I'll ever go back to P.F. Chang after this experience (certainly not that location). It's incredible how quickly an establishment can lose a customer, bummer!

We've been here before and it's P.F. Chang's, the food is usually good and the service usually falls in line, however tonight was not great. It's a Sunday night and slow as can be. We ordered my sangria at the the same time as the app-pan fried potstickers. The appetizer came out 15 minutes later. DELICIOUS. No sign of my drink. The app has come and gone, still no drink. I used the restroom and the bartender was chatting and laughing with a coworker, no biggie but like work and chat at the same time. I kindly asked the bartender for a sangria since it seems it'd been forgotten. After the second time ordering, my drink finally came out right away. The potstickers were fantastic. Sangria was tasty. Changs spicy chicken and the brussel were delicious, just wish the service was more up to par especially for being so slow :(

I haven't been here in years. I was surprised by all the less than rave reviews lately. My wife and I came here for our anniversary as we try to pick somewhere special we don't usually frequent. We were greeted and seated immediately. The waitress came shortly afterward. She gave us menus and took our drink order. We ordered when she returned with our drinks. I ordered the beef lo mein. And asked for a small bowl of chili sauce. My food was out in minutes. My actual comment was, "I didn't know this was fast food". The food was hot. The noodles were cooked perfectly. The thin slices of beef were tender and juicy. The sauce ti was cooked with was good, but I added a little chili sauce to give the dish a little kick. The lunch prices are more reasonable so we will return here for lunch one day.

The prices went up significantly, and the serving sizes went down. Most of their entrees come with ZERO sides. So you're paying $22 to $30 for just meat. That is a bizarre food offering. Why don't they offer vegetables with their entrees like a normal restaurant? There were tiny pieces of celery and peanuts with my chicken, but that doesn't really count. 2 spring rolls cost $14.50?! Come on. 6 little fried wontons cost $15?! Which sometimes are burnt to a brown crisp. The food is decently good, but the value isn't there. The amount of meat they serve in each entree is small, probably 6 oz. And remember, no sides. So you may leave hungry if you order a single entree for yourself. Their brown rice is disgustingly undercooked, like hard rocks. And the white rice was partially soft and partially dried and hard. I don't know how they can mess up rice this bad. Plus they serve way too much rice. It's okay at PF Chang's, but not great at all.

Definitely a favorite place for excellent fresh gluten free food. I love the GF Pad Thai it's perfectly cooked. There was plenty of chicken and shrimp. The spices are just right. Great kick and seasoning. The wait staff was great today. Greeted and thanked. Ordered on the app Awesome easy and accurate. I highly recommend this location for good food atmospheres and service. Then I ordered the kids crispy honey chicken with carrots, fruit cup and brown rice always a perfect meal as well. Todays lunch was definitely a success! Thanks P.F. Chang's see ya soon.

Not impressed, we loved in in NorCal but time have changed. Cocktail where very weak.

Our food was delicious, but I wanted to mention waitress Val was just a delight she made our experience great!!! She was so friendly , helpful, and efficient !!!!

Okay I have always been a PF Chang's fan, but I can honestly say that they did something to their menu. It doesn't taste the same. The noodles are dry and flavorless like if they opened a pack of ramen and stirred fried them without flavor and put them in a fancy dish. The Mongolian beef comes in a bowl with rice and a vegetable and they barely put any meat and the dish is over $20.00 the orange chicken was okay and I did order the chicken lettuce wrap and thankfully that appetizer still taste amazing. Everything else was surprisingly disappointing. To spend over $150.00 and eat what we just ate- they have to do better. I used to love PF chang but their food quality has gone down. :( it pains me to write this but I hope they can make changes and bring the food quality and quantity back up.

Went today got the $20.99 special, got the egg drop soup, bad taste nothing like the soup also just warm, eggs rolls ok, teriyaki chicken extremely sweet and rice cold. Fried rice not very tasty had to,put lots of soy on then all,you get is a taste of soy. Service was just going through the motions no real interaction, was given boxes to put leftovers in and was quickly given bill, no thanks for coming in, bad experience not wanting to ever go back.

Omg someone needs to hire a a manager here because I do not remember the last time I have had such bad service! The food was really good but our waiter consistently had to bring out the wrong thing first or come back and ask us again what we ordered. Never got the fried rice or the egg on the ramen. Easily took at least 30 minutes to get a drink with each one ordered. Our server Kevin was the absolute worst. He had his cool guy waiter vibe going but didn't listen to ANYTHING we said. Luckily there was actually a cool guy waiter named Ryan that was picking up the slack and made our experience tolerable. If u do come I highly suggest the Glowing Red Lantern cocktail and the pan fried dumplings! Yum!

Love this place! I know it's a chain but the food is really good and service is always super attentive and friendly. Most recently we went here for my moms bday and the waiter was so kind and gave her free dessert with a fun sparkler! Love all the food, my only complaint is the orange chicken isn't like amazing but still good. The chow mien is my favorite!

No more relief! PF Chang's didn't want to build a restaurant at Superstition Springs, but the Mesa city council made them a tax relief offer they just couldn't refuse. ( They were trying to compete with downtown Gilbert) Well No more relief! The tax break has ended, but PF Chang's is such a great restaurant I'm sure they are making bank! Give them a try, superb food and service!

April 3rd I ordered over $100 for take out. Since my family drove from San Diego California to Mesa that day we decided to order take out. The wonton soup quart had 3 1/2 soggy wontons, the mongolian beef was so dry and hard to chew. We ordered extra beef but did not get it--thank goodness. The beef was terrible -- thin sliced, burnt ends it looked like some bodies left overs for days. My family always make at least 1 or two trips to p f chang's in San Diego each month and it is delicious. From now on My money would go to Panda Express. Igave a one star review because there is nothing lower.

The lettuce wraps are to go there for. The service is always on point and the food is always happiness!

My husband and I cane here to enjoy dinner for our anniversary. We both love Chinese food and wanted something a little more upscale then the Chinese buffet. We arrived and were greeted immediately and taken to our table. The dining room was moderately busy. Our waitress was by right away after we were seated to get our drink orders and after delivery of our sodas we were ready to order. I chose the honey shrimp and a side of fried rice. After reading some of the other reviews we were nervous thinking we were going to be there for hours because of the slow service. NOT AT ALL THE CASE, our food was out fast and hot!! We were shocked and actually said something to the waitress to line lines of, wow, we didn't know this was fast food! My honey shrimp was hot, crispy and delicious, and the rice was cooked to perfection. Everything was so good, and can't wait to go back! The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was great and our service was top notch. Well done, P.F. Changs!

We celebrated my birthday dinner here last week. It wasn't very crowded for a Sunday night, which was good as we did not make a reservation. There were a couple of items that were 86'd but nothing we couldn't work around. Food was good as usual - steamed dim sum shrimp, Mongolian beef, shrimp w/lobster sauce, and of course a slice of chocolate cake! Our server was disappointed I didn't let him know ahead of time but that's how we roll!!!

Servers Scott and Val are 5 star!!! They are attentive to all the details to ensure an exceptional dining experience. The food was fresh and delicious. The new manager was also very attentive and courteous. Couldn't have had a better experience! Keep up the good work!

The Asian Caesar salad is good and healthy for the new year. I especially liked the crunchy won ton. The won ton was crispy and salty. I could almost imagine it was crispy chicken skin. The salt helped offset the salad. The salad consisted of crunchy romaine, parmesan, toasted sesame seeds, and wonton croutons. The flecks of Parmesan was dispersed throughout the salad. I love Parmesan. To make the salad healthier, not including the Parmesan may be an option, I couldn't really taste the Parmesan much in the salad. I also didn't see much of the sesame seeds in the salad either The best part of the salad was the healthiness of it and the won ton. The Caesar dressing was tangy. The service was a bit slow for getting our meals out. I think it could be quicker, but now I know where I can go if I want somewhere to sit for a while to chat with friends while waiting for our meal. Some friends like to eat quickly and leave. In this way, we would sit longer because we are waiting for our meals.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Checked in on the app came into the restaurant was told 20-30 minutes after 50 minutes I was told it would be another 50 minute wait. This isn't the biggest issue except this is the third consecutive time we have had horrible service at this location. The staff is rude beyond and the service is so slow. The previous time we went we were seated ousted and one of the staff was busier with his family that was visiting than he was working. This location lacks management and it shows

We have enjoyed your resturant for many years. Lately your changes in the food have not been well recieved. Lettuce wraps sauce that was a favorite has changed. Why would you ever change a great thing!! A very unhappy former customer!!!
