French Laundry, PF Chang’s Among the Businesses Granted Stimulus Loans | Eater

"Listed as receiving a sizable PPP award in the $5 million to $10 million range; its appearance on the publicized list exemplifies how large restaurant chains have continued to obtain substantial funding through the SBA program despite criticism and calls to prioritize small businesses." - Elazar Sontag

We have dined here as a family many times now. We have received great service each time. We have a family member who has a gluten allergy and has never experienced any issues. They even offer a gluten free dessert! The food is hot and not overly salty. The prices are reasonable. The bathrooms are clean. The decor is a nice modern look with deep colors and Asian themed sculptures. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed. I look forward to visiting again!

My family and I ate dinner on Tuesday night. It was not crowded at all, and the service was very good. Some of the food was very good- the lettuce wraps and honey shrimp. Some of the food wasn't that great- the honey chicken and the crab Rangoon (there was no cream cheeses at all). The Boba tea was good and came with free refills. The banana bites for dessert were amazing.

Google
This location was very nice. Parking is accessible. The food was delicious (although I think the broccoli beef has too much ginger). Unlimited refills on non-alcoholic drinks. Prices averaged around $22 an entree but they offer a three-course special that makes it more affordable to eat well.

Tonight we had Kyle as our server and he was so good to us- great service! We ordered the lychee martini and Sapporo beer for drinks- both were great. For apps we ordered the 1/2 order of crab wontons and 1/2 order of pork dumplings. The dumplings are by far their best app. For entrees we did the Teriyaki trio and the kung pao chicken. We both usually always do the spicy changs chicken. I was choosing between my usual, kung pao or spicy orange chicken, Kyle pointed me in the direction of the Kung pao and I was pleasantly pleased. One of my favorite items is their chili sauce- so if you like spice like me make sure you order a side. To finish off we ordered the Great Wall chocolate cake! In total with tip it rounded up to be $130. So worth it and will be back.

Google
We love this restaurant! Our server, Tarai, was knowledgable, professional, and efficient. He checked on us in a timely manner, refilled our glasses without being asked and was perfect in every way. The food was incredibly good. Highly recommend coming here for dinner.

Google
Excellent service during lunch. Our server, a guy had 7 tables of varying sizes and did an excellent job. He kept our waters filled and checked on us often. One of the best experiences. Tried the new orange chicken, and it was very good! I’d recommend. My daughter got her usual and was not disappointed. Side salads were okay, dressing in the side. I love their crab rangoons, however, I wish they’d offer as a side item instead of salad, wontons or soup, especially for lunch. Of note: I believe because our server was so busy with many tables he didn’t recommend or speak about the specials, including the Feast or $10 take home at the bottom of menu. Suggestion: if server is busy, have the hostess or manager be sure to mention. Nice way to upsell! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Food: 5 Highly recommend. I have atmosphere a 4 because during lunch it is dark inside, more like dinner mood lighting. Many PF Changs are bright and airy for lunch, not this one. Pic: Added lighting to take pictures.

This place is amazing!! Diana was our server and was so so sweet and full of a bright positive energy, I loved it! It was my birthday and she went out of her way to get an extra cake and overall just a great environment!

Where do I start… the overall visit just wasn’t good. To the point we won’t be back. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 waters and apps to start with. The drinks came out super quick and were brought by the bar staff. The was the best part of the whole visit. Half of our food never came out, we had to ask 4 different times to just get our initial drinks. They finally came out about 10 minutes after our food. Our appetizers never made an appearance. Our waitress seemed very flighty, like she had no idea what she was doing. Or if she was coming or going. I asked if I could sub a veggie (any vegetable) for the rice and was told no but I could pay to upgrade to stir fry veggies. So I said ok, I paid $5 for rabbit food. It was shredded carrots, edamame, and broccoli. Had it been a good mix of the three it might have been worth it. But it was more shredded carrots than anything else. My husband ordered fried rice, and there was hardly anything “fried” about it. More like mush, with a couple specs thrown in. Ordered the Mongolian Beef and thought it was cooked well. It had zero flavor at all. I could have stayed home in wahoo walked around the corner and gotten far better food with way more flavor. And paid less than half of the $85 we paid for 2 people to eat here. Never again, nothing was even mediocre at best.

Yelp
I love this look of this restaurant, it's dim and moody; so anyone visually impaired please make sure to bring a light. The food is consistent. This makes me want to come back every time. The flavor is great and they have a great spectrum of spices. The servers seem to love working here.
google avatar

Sydney Z.

Yelp
I will not be coming back. My food came out cold. The rice was dry and cold as well. They replaced it, however, the "cooks" should actually be working and not serving out hours old food. That's vile and disgusting. A health and safety concern to eat here. The only good thing about this experience was the waitress and the manager.
google avatar

Yelp
I went on a Tuesday evening and it wasn't busy. The server was great but the food was sub par at best. I started with the shrimp dumpling steamed. What came out was a dumpling that was all dried up and covered in sauce and not sure where the shrimp went. They were terrible. I then paid $4 more for the combo rice. The shrimp inside was not cooked appropriately and almost raw. The rice was overdone and seemed to be day old or reheated. Not sure where the few leaves of pork or chicken went. First time ever I wasn't able to finish fried rice. I wouldn't waste my money on this location until the quality of the food gets way better.

Yelp
Chang's offers an appetizer or dessert to people in the Rewards program during their birthday month -- which provides a good reason to visit. My wife & I had a delicious lunch there last week and we were also impressed by the service from our waitress Olivia. Besides that, the restaurant decor with dark wood and Chinese art objects makes for a pleasant atmosphere. I chose the Chicken Lettuce Wraps for my birthday gift. We noticed that the sauce accompanying the Wraps had changed since our last visit. It is now a sesame-based sauce which we liked (we liked the previous sauce as well). For entrees, we got the Chef's Feast and ordered Honey Chicken and Lo Mein Chicken with a side of Crispy Green Beans and House Salads. In short, the food and service were great!

Yelp
Reading a list and putting the correct food in a bag doesn't get much simpler. If this is an issue, consider yourselves burdens to society. Avoid issues and get food from people with comprehension abilities.

Yelp
What has happened to PF Chang's? Quality and taste of food is far from what it used to be. Mom wanted to go for her BD and we were all so disappointed in the food. We ordered crispy honey chicken. Sauce wasn't as sweet as it usually is and it was far from crispy - it was soggy. We had lettuce wraps to start with and they tasted burnt and smoky. The hot and sour soup was the best part of my meal. Was very flavorful. Also had Mongolian beef and it lacked flavor so much that my Dad wanted salt and pepper. We also had the Chang's spicy chicken. This was the worse one out of all of our meals. Flavor was off - didn't taste good at all. My Mom had to ask for a side of sweet and sour sauce to put over it so it would be edible for her. We had the NY cheesecake and we were all underwhelmed. Not very sweet and seemed dry. Wish they would have drizzled the sauce on top of it for more flavor. Service was good. Casey was attentive. Ambiance was fine. None of us will be going back. Better fast food Asian options than this not so good meal!
google avatar

Mary K.

Yelp
We are obsessed with their Mongolia Beef and Crispy Honey Chicken. This is our 3rd time going this year already if that tells you anything. Absolutely incredible entrees and we are very pleased.

Yelp
We came here with a group of friends for dinner. Our waiter was knowledgeable with the food & drink specials to start. The Mai Tai is refreshing, not strong at all. The Japanese old Fashion has a cool presentation & is tasty! We tried Changs Spicy Chicken Noodle soup that's loaded with flavor, a good amount of chicken & surprisingly mushrooms.... The Crispy green beans were tempura battered and a little oily. They were really good at first, but then I preferred the green beans that didn't have much batter on them-they were a little heavy. The sauce on the side was spicy & went well with it. The Ginger Chicken & broccoli was bland. Red pepper flakes would've been a nice additive. Pepper steak was really good & my favorite of the night!

Makayla H.

Yelp
We got takeout and were very disappointed. The soup and crab wantons had an odd taste. The entrees were just okay and the chicken was not very crispy.

Yelp
My husband and I travel from Lincoln to have the Shrimp in Lobster Sauce. This was both of our favorite dishes and no one made it better than PF Chang's. Unfortunately they got a new manager who removed it from the menu. I understand the much loved Lettuce Wraps are gone as well. Our waiter was very kind and helpful. He gets 5 stars. The options we chose were good but not great. It is frustrating to expect a true treat for a special occasion and then to learn it is no longer available. Guess we need to find somewhere else to go for Chinese meals.

Yelp
I have always been a fan of PF Changs. This time our party of three decided to eat there for lunch on a Friday early afternoon. We did get some edamame for an appetizer which was very good and warm. My Audrey was the orange chicken which also was very good another person in my party got the Mandarin chicken salad and they loved it and the other person in my party got the Buddhist delight which is a vegan dish.We all left full and happy. Our waitress was just fine and I will certainly go back in the future. The only tiny tiny gripe is that when the hostess sat us down at a table and I suggested if we could be moved to a different table she seemed slightly annoyed and didn't respond even after I thanked her. I just don't like it personally when restaurants seat me around huge crowds when there are empty tables everywhere else in the restaurant. Sometimes I just want a slightly quieter meal, with less people around me. At times places are all noisy and I have a hard time hearing my party when we talk....that's all.
google avatar

Rob F.

Yelp
I usually love PF Chang's but I had the worst meal there ever. The seasonal meal - crab and pork belly fried rice should be called parsley rice. I had 2 bites and proceeded to go to the bathroom and throw up my entire meal. I had the server tell the manager and they don't even bother to come over to check. I have no idea how a meal can be so bad that it results in an instant puke fest but P.F. Chang's accomplished it. I probably need to call the health department as something was definitely wrong.

Yelp
I was on such a roll of great dining experiences and food, then I went to PF changs today alas my streak has come to an abrupt halt. First off I'm a firm believer in giving honest and courteous feedback which I did after I left the restaurant so not to cause a scene with my colleagues. I phoned and talked to the manager about my firecracker shrimp lunch. 1) not spicy 2) used very small, previously frozen shrimp and 3) overcooked the hell out of them making them even worse. Manager says, "we don't serve large shrimp any longer" (would have been nice to know because that's what I expect at a restaurant and wouldn't have ordered it) and said, "I will bring it up with the chef so she can address it with her line" - didn't really say much more than that, didn't really care to ask me how he could make it better or offer anything to entice me to ever come back so, I won't. I can tell you for a fact I can go to a store, buy a bag of small shrimp and make a much better meal than I just paid for. PF Changs used to be good at this location that is a major fail today.

Merl N.

Yelp
Their food has seriously gone down hill. I ordered pick up and was surprised at the small portions and nasty food. The beef and broccoli barely had any sauce and it tasted funny, plus the meat was basically just one huge chunk of beef and not cut up. Never going back.

Yelp
Such a great place to eat! Great atmosphere, delicious food & amazing drinks & desserts!!! Our favorite server is Diana! She's outstanding and knows the menu well!!!

Yelp
P.F. Chang's is an upscale Asian restaurant (primary focus is traditional Chinese) that also serves other Asian cuisines (Ramen, etc). They have very clean facilities, good service, and a large drink menu. From a pure food perspective, I thought the food itself was fine/average. It's fairly standard American Chinese cuisine, not really any different than your local Chinese restaurant. The standard Chinese dishes are primarily focused: beef and broccoli, sesame chicken, orange chicken, lettuce wraps, etc. I thought the food itself was fine. Overall, I wouldn't go back to PF Changs but I can see how this might appeal to people who want to get drinks and dine at a nicer atmosphere than your traditional Chinese American restaurant. The value comparatively is horrible- expect to pay $15+ for a meal you could get for less than $10 at Panda Express. The quality isn't much different.

Renu N.

Yelp
went wirh family- appetizers crab Rangoon and veg spring rolls were ok. For main course shrimp kung pao was super salty in some parts and overall no flavour or spice. Chang's spicy chicken was not good at all- it had sweet sauce coated chicken! like orange chicken. We ordered a different dish as we didn't like that, they were sorry about that but charged full amount for both dishes. they did give us a few coupons for free lettuce wraps though but we are not going back.

Stacy D.

Yelp
What they lack in flavor they charged in price. It was obvious they were going for a high end Chinese restaurant (especially from the high prices) but it was just ok. Also- the subpar fried rice is an extra $4 charge. There is much better Chinese food out there. I wouldn't recommend.
google avatar

Greg C.

Yelp
Another nearby restaurant had an hour wait and so we decamped to PF Changs. I've eaten in other PF Changs and the upside is you know what you'll get and this one was no different. Food was good, service was courteous and prompt and the price acceptable.

Yelp
Visited this establishment a couple times and was happy with the food and service. The second time we visited with a another couple. One of are friends ordered a dish to try for the first time and it wasn't what they expected. The management was so kind that they didn't charge are friends for the dish that they ordered. Very nice of them to give it to them.

Yelp
I gor back and forth between 3-4 stars. The food is always co sostant and the service is good. I went recebtly during covid for dine in and I think they are ha inf that really well (clever way to allow customers to see the menu with a qr code), all staff wearing masks, etc
google avatar

Sherri S.

Yelp
Forget that it's over priced, focus on that it was fairly crappy. I guess I have gotten to an age that I expect when I pay for professionals to prepare a meal for my family and I, I expect it to be better than, or at least as good as I can cook. was in the mood for veggies so I ordered the signature lo mein. What veggies?? It was just lo mien. if I only wanted pasta, I would have asked for that. There were a couple julienne carrot pieces and some other small thing, but was HORRIBLY disappointed. Spouse said the spicy tuna was good and son said broccoli beef was OK. Chicken Lettuce wraps were still pretty good. But I still can't get over that a veg entree has no veggies. Just messed up. The sauce was nothing to discuss.

Sara B.

Yelp
Food was ok, was not hot and could tell it had been sitting under a heat lamp. Our server, Diane, was not a good waitress at all. She didn't ask us how our food (wonder if she knew it was cold) and forgot to bring our pan fired dumplings out. Then she took a plate that I was very clearly still using and almost spilled soy sauce all over me. The host also seemed annoyed when we came in. The floor needed swept and the music was way too loud. Over all I don't see myself coming back to this location for awhile.
google avatar

Kurt S.

Yelp
I went to P.F Chang's last month with a group of friends and everything was great. We sat down, ordered our drinks, ordered our food and it came out pretty quickly. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. The service was accommodating, friendly, and fast. If I'm in the area again, I would go and get some tasty grub.
google avatar

Yelp
Pf Changs use to be one of my favorite restaurants in town. Every year I came here for my bday, but over the past 5 years the menu has changed and I can't say the food consistency is the same it used to be. I'll highlight the best, the worst and the unique below: The best: CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS!! This is hands down the best item on the menu and definitely worth a visit! Also, the ramen and egg drop soup is very good. The worst: the salmon in my salad was very fishy and bland. If coming here to eat, I'd stick to lettuce wraps, ramen & soup. The entrees just aren't what they use to be. The unique: the atmosphere transports you to an Asian culture, and is somewhat romantic with the soft lighting!
google avatar

Hillary P.

Yelp
PF Chang continues to offer what you would expect on their menu. No recent updates or changes. Service is good, food tasty, very pricey for what is offered in the portions.

Yelp
We entered and was seated right away. We were brought directly to the back of the restaurant at 3:00pm ish in the afternoon. I went to the restroom and returned and thought to myself why are we seated so far back into the restaurant. The waitress was fine. I asked to speak to a manager to say this might be a teaching moment. There is a grand beautiful restaurant to seat people and said I would think that you'd want customers to see the better part of it. She said the hostess was trained to seat customers in sections where the waiting staff was assigned. We'll after that I asked can we get a better seat. She said sure and let us pick. The appetizers can and the temperature was warm on the spare ribs but the potstickers were fine. The food can an my guest had chicken fried rice without egg. It was hot and good she said. Myself I had a beef dish and substituted noodles for rice. The beef was fine and the noodles were barely warm. I would almost think it would be better to go across the street to the Cheesecake Factory or go to Panda Express at that point. Hope anyone after this gets seated well or has a better experience than me. I was last at P. F Changs in Phoenix AZ. It was a good experience for me and before that we lived in the Chicago IL area and went to the P.F. Chang in Woodfield Mall. IDK what happened here.
google avatar

Erica L.

Yelp
My husband and I were trying to decide on where we should go for lunch today and landed on P.F Changs. We have always enjoyed their frozen chinese dinners from the grocery store, but realized today that we had never actually eaten in the restaurant!! I wish we had kept it that way... We ordered the sesame chicken, the sweet and sour chicken, edamame, bbq pork spare ribs, the kids chicken fried rice and the chocolate cake for dessert. The chicken in the adult entrees we ordered was mushy and way over cooked. We also felt that they strongly lacked in flavor. I was entirely disappointed. The kids meal was underwhelming. The rice was dry, the chicken could have been mistaken for beef jerky it was so dry and shriveled up, and the fruit side was a JOKE!! It came with one little piece of mandarin orange, 2 slices of old mushy strawberry and one blue berry... what???? The bbq pork spare ribs had decent flavor in the sauce but the ribs were really rubbery and chewy which ruined any good flavoring the sauce gave. The only two items that we received that were even close to decent were the chocolate cake and the edamame. And even then they both were underwhelming. I don't know about any of you... but when I spend $80 on food + 20% tip on lunch for a family of 3, I expect more. I wouldn't waste your money here like we did today. We definitely will not be back!!

DreAnna H.

Yelp
We have noticed changes in the way service is provided, but our server Diana provided extra help and attention with our order and helped make our experience even better. Our lunch was delicious as always! We will return soon.k

Yelp
I'd never been to PF Chang's until this year but have been back twice now. On our first trip, I had the famous lettuce wraps. All the ingredients were fresh but I'd expected more flavor from them. They're also not the easiest thing to eat, so heads up on the mess. I was quite jealous of the kids though. The bites I stole from them were great! The kids ordered their meals again on the second trips and I ordered egg rolls. They had the right amount of filling and tender yet crispy outside It's an more upscale take on Asian food with fresh ingredients. We'll be back in 2021.

Crissy T.

Yelp
My nephew asked me to take him here for his birthday, and I am glad I did! The food was great and we both had a good time. Our server Diana was on point, thanks girl!!!

Josh N.

Yelp
Stopped in for dinner on a Saturday night, despite the early 5 O'clock dining time and COVID the place was pretty busy. They are doing a good job with cleaning, having hand sani available and wearing masks as well as social distancing. I'm feeling old looking at how long this place has been around and to think its been about 20 years since I've been here. I really cannot say the place is great, but I believe it is a good solid option with nice variety and we all enjoyed our meals. They have a good gluten free selection that suits my wife and some fun cocktails on the menu. I cannot help but chuckle that the Great Wall of Chocolate is trademarked. I might have to try it sometime. Who doesn't love a large piece of chocolate cake? Not sure if I'll be back anytime soon but surely at some point in the future.
google avatar

Maddy G.

Yelp
Tried the Sea Bass for the first time here and it's now my favorite menu item! The Chicken Lettuce Wraps are also always a favorite.
google avatar

Celine M.

Yelp
The follow up from PF Chang's after submitting a Yelp review was far below satisfactory. The experience my family had was enough to convince us not to return. There was a bug that was about 2 inches long and the server responded by squashing it on the wall and saying 'oh that's weird' besides the fact the food was sub-par. Really disappointed with the follow up from our experience. It was nothing but in-genuine and a restaurant chain copy and paste. Very disappointed and will not be back.
google avatar

Michele M.

Yelp
Was looking forward to going here. Seth was a good server. Food was presented well. Unfortunately my husband ordered the beef fried rice. It tasted bitter. I think maybe the food was tainted from stain/paint/chemical. I say that because I had gone to the restroom and it smelled freshly painted. THEN at the end of dinner there was a bug crawling on our table. I told the waiter and he came over and squished the bug with a napkin. Attached here is a pic with the bug.

Jeanette J.

Yelp
My husband got the crispy honey chicken and there was nothing crispy about it. He said it wasn't very flavorful or good. I got lettuce wraps with very little rice noodles ( sticks) and I asked for extra . The last time I got lettuce wraps the iceberg was disgusting . Did you know they tie up those lettuce bags a week at a time ? So you might get lettuce that's brown . Mine was and they still put it in my to go order. We are giving up on this place. Too inconsistent . I would choose another place if I was you!
google avatar

Yelp
Hadn't been to a P.F. Chang's in a couple years but was looking for a place to go after celebrating a birthday at Top Golf. Was sadly disappointed in the food and service. Service wise - our server was not personable at all, seemed very rushed, and even though the mask mandate recently expired and most of the other staff had masks on, she did not but should have based on how in-our-face she was. Food wise - very unimpressed for the price we paid for the portion size we received. Two of us ordered the Buddha's Feast, and we each only had about 6 small pieces of tofu in our meal and two pieces of broccoli. The main ingredient was the green beans. The kids meals looked pretty sad for the price. I usually get the tofu lettuce wraps but passed on those since they are now $9.50, for an appetizer? Will not be returning to this restaurant chain anytime soon unfortunately, based on our experience at this location.

Yelp
Today was my first visit to PF Chang's. Our favorite server, Jeremy (Chubbs) came here from Red Robin, so we decided to come here for Father's Day. As it so happened, it was a good choice! Also of note, they have a good gluten-free menu here, which we used. I had the hokkien street noodles, with the wife having chicken fried rice. Both of us had the egg drop soup. The hokkien street noodles were very tasty. Each flavor was distinct, yet not one ingredient overpowered the other. With having changed to gluten-free, it was nice to be able to have Asian food again. The egg drop soup was well-seasoned, while not being spicy at all. When I need some comfort food or when I (or the wife) are sick, we will have to order delivery via GrubHub. Because we know Jeremy from before, we knew that he would treat us right, and today was exceptional, par for the course. I think my wife and I have found a new favorite spot. Of note, PF Chang's is a couple notches above Red Robin, which I greatly enjoy. Makes the atmosphere much more enjoyable.

Yelp
This is by far, THE BEST Asian Cuisine that I have ever had. It may have been the best ever I've eaten. Pandemic and all I would 100% recommend anyone to try this.. BUT BE PREPARED to go back for more! IT'S THAT GOOD!!! I am thrilled to know that I can go to a nice place and not have to pay a lot for GREAT food. Large portions & so full of flavor. Once again, I will return and refer!! I don't refer often, but this place deserves it !!

Yelp
Good quality takeout packaging. I try to primarily support locally-owned business, but the chains need love too. Grabbed Bulgogi lettuce wraps (seasonal) and classic chicken lettuce wraps to go. Their rewards program sends you a free app/dessert for your birthday, so one was free. When I ordered I was surprised to see that I could request extra lettuce cups for free and get the crispy rice noodles on the side. Everything was packed up very well so that it stayed restaurant-quality, even if reheated for leftovers
google avatar

Micheal J. M.

Yelp
The server was terse. No menu is available. The beef was overcooked. Self check out very difficult to use. Not returning

M P.

Yelp
We ordered takeout, one order of fried rice and two orders of chicken lettuce wraps. We won't be customers again. The fried rice had a plastic/artificial taste with extremely dry chicken. It tasted of fried rice that had been around two or three days. The lettuce wraps also did not taste fresh. They were mediocre at best. In general, we were very disappointed, as P.F. Chang's had been one of our favorite restaurants.
google avatar

Ana R.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I went to dinner last night 2/14 here for our first time the restaurant was very nice for valentines dinner. Like our appetizer the bbq ribs. We also ordered vegetable lo mein, combination fried rice and glazed shrimp. The food portions were great for the price but the food was so flavorless :/ was a little disappointed.
google avatar

Katy R.

Yelp
I travel a lot for work and sometimes having dinner out of town you just want to be in somewhere that's comfortable and you know exactly what you're getting. Having a nice drink and dinner at the bar at P.F. Chang's as always just that. The food is consistently good the service is always decent and the wine is excellent... Well maybe that's just the wine talking.

Diane S.

Yelp
Disappointed that our waiter did not tell us that there is an up charge for fried rice with our meal. When I received the bill I was shocked to see that we paid $9 for fried rice. I asked the waiter and he said there is an up charge of $2-3 and I told him it is actually $4.50. I said I wish he had told us this and he just shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry." Food was delicious but not so delicious that I will pay this again.

Yelp
Well at one time PF Changs used to be really good . . but not anymore. That all went out the door about a year ago. . . they have now switched to frozen food product and also the rice is mushy because it too is all pre-cooked and comes in bags . . . even the fried rice was disgusting . . .nothing here is made from scratch anymore. . .it seems corporate greed has struck . . .so I will not ever come back and eat hard little pieces of chicken they use for the sweet and sour chicken. . . they even cut back on the walnuts that went in the honey crispy chicken. . .so since that's how they want to operate they can eat this crap themselves. . . .

Yelp
Just dined in here with a party of three, and it was amazing! The atmosphere was lovely and everything was very clean. Our server Esther was extremely courteous and definitely made our visit much better. Definitely recommend this place for both the friendly, accommodating staff and wonderful food.

Yelp
The WORST delivery experience EVER. Half our order was missing. The restaurant admitted it was their fault. While one half our meal was getting cold, Sam from PF Changs said we needed to place an order for the missing items again and that Grub hub would not charge us. Sam offered to give us a free dessert, which wouldn't work because we're gluten-free and they don't have gluten-free desserts. When we asked for a gift card as compensation for the trouble, he said they don't so gift cards. In the meantime, Grub Hub wouldn't take the order because our bank flagged our card for too many separate purchases to the same place in too short a time. Sam said no one from the restaurant would drive the two stinking miles to our home to deliver to us. Not the manager nor anyone else. We're home sick with the flu, so going out to get the damned food ourselves is not an option. We did get an order through on PF Chang's website, but...THEN when the 2nd delivery came, it had NO cutlery AND we were charged for it!!!! This whole ordeal took OVER 3 hours from the start of the initial order. This was NOT made right, and we will make sure everyone we know is aware of how far PF Chang's WON'T go to make THEIR mistake right and satisfy a VERY unhappy regular customer. We've been there many times, 3 or 4 times a month. We won't be back. Update 12/13/2019...being thoroughly p.o.'d, I called the restaurant again...my husband was far too ill to have to try to deal with them again. I spoke to Whitney. She said she would refund the entire order and send us a gift card. The refund for both orders was done within the hour. We'll see if a gift card shows up. I was not easy on her after 3 hours of waiting for food and now having cold food and only one set of cutlery. She kept her cool and was very kind and responsive. Kudos to her for handling it like a pro...but I'm still not inclined to recommend PF Chang's again.

Yelp
This is one of our favorite restaurants to go to! We always get the Mongolian beef because it's just that good. This time we added the pepper steak to go with which was a great choice recommended by our server. Even though the restaurant was packed we didn't have to wait long to be seated. Our server, Madi, was so attentive and helpful when it came to ordering. We ended the meal with the Fire and Ice and these are the only pictures I have of the meal. Always a great experience here and always worth the wait!
