I hadn’t been to P.F. Chang’s in years, but after leaving the shopping center, I decided to stop by on a whim. I came in alone and was feeling a little nervous, but the moment I walked in, the host greeted me warmly and was ready to get me seated right away. I chose to sit at the bar, and my server Fox didn’t waste a moment. He was attentive, friendly, and immediately offered great drink suggestions while I was deciding. He was also very knowledgeable about the food menu, which made ordering easy. I ended up having the pepper steak with Brussels sprouts, white rice, and the Rising Dragon Fruit Margarita everything was delicious. Fox handled the busy bar effortlessly, managing drink orders for the entire restaurant while still making sure I felt taken care of. His conversation was easy and welcoming, and I no longer felt nervous about dining alone. I left feeling relaxed, full of amazing food, and surrounded by good vibes. Fox was an outstanding server attentive, professional, and personable. He truly made my night. So if you come in, say hi to Fox he’s amazing!

I love P.F. Chang’s and I truly hope this locations never closes! It was a part of my childhood and is definitely still worth visiting. My friend and I had a lovely dinner with strong drinks there on Monday, September 14. Personally, I came for the dynamite shrimp appetizer. Johnny took thoughtful care of us and ensured we had a great time! Thank You!

Good ambience, foods were in chinese sweet taste. Service was good. If you are going for dinner after roaming inside the Stoneridge mall, it is best to park your vehicle near the restaurant as the mall gates will be closed after 8 pm and you might need to walk around too much to reach the parking.

We came in for a meal and enjoyed the lovely ambience. The Kung Pao chicken and the egg drop soup were decent, but we ran into a few issues that affected our experience. Be aware that the "Firecracker Shrimp" and "Chang’s Chicken" are very sweet. Even though they are labeled as spicy on the menu, they leaned much heavily towards sugar than spice. If you prefer savory heat, you might want to skip those. We asked for the lunch special ($16.99), but because it was just past 3:00 PM, we were charged the dinner price ($20.99). It would have been helpful to point out the price jump while we were ordering. I found it extremely misleading that the second page of the menu card talks about the lunch special being $16.99 but doesn’t talk about the dinner special charges. After paying the bill I kept contemplating as to who eats dinner at 3 pm? Seems a tad bit early but I could be mistaken. For the higher price, the portion size felt small compared to a traditional entrée. Also, the starter was just a single spring roll on a large plate. A strip of seats is not kid friendly because keeping a high chair is not fire safe apparently. The other side of the restaurant in my opinion wouldn’t be kid friendly at rush hours. Next time you bring a kid please consider your kid an adult so they give you appropriate seating. Had a lot of expectations, is definitely good ambience, servers are kind but is pretty average food and a bit overpriced

Staff were friendly and service was a bit slow, we may have had a new staff member. Three people came to check on us and continually kept us updated on the progress of our order with their apologies for the delay. The atmosphere was nice, comfortable and easy to have a conversation. The food was very good, tasty and fresh. We had the veggie wraps and miso salmon with fried rice. We also tried their new mocktail which had lemonade, pomegranate and mint - delicious and not too sweet!

The staff were very friendly and provided decent service but seemed severely short-staffed. Just saw a handful of servers for the whole place. I suspect the kitchen is similar. While our appetizers and main courses came out fairly quickly, it took FOREVER to get dessert and then get the check settled. Food was quite bad….the main reason we had stopped going to PF Chang’s (which we used to love). The Kung Pao beef was hard and rubbery and seemed greasy. The taste was also missing. Just doused in some sauce. And prices were fairly high (almost $30 for main dishes). Appetizers were OK and the cocktails were decent, albeit small for $13-15. Not worth a return.

I have mostly dined at either the PF Chang's at Sunnyvale or the Stanford Mall. After moving to the east bay I wanted to try out the one at Pleasanton given that the one in Fremont had permanently closed. I went out there for our anniversary dinner with my wife and daughter. We had a great server who helped us in ordering Pork Egg rolls, Singapore street noodles and Chang's spicy chicken. The pork egg rolls were a delight and an absolute recommendation. The noodles and the spicy chicken went very well together and tasted perfect. The portion sizes are quite proportional to the price. I think during busy dinner days it's better to reserve before heading out. Overall, a great experience.

They don't have like a 3 or 4 item option. You have to buy full plates of a single item? So I finally settled on the chefs special (I think it was called?). You get a soup or salad, an appetizer, and a dinner. Menus says "must have 2 or more people to order", what it doesn't say is it has to be pairs of people. Being I was the 7th person, it was kinda frustrating (being i wasn't all that excited about the order anyway, but finally settled on sweet crispy chicken something or other, then ...) to be told I couldn't order it. So I got the "dinner" option. Pretty similar, just no appetizer. So I got egg drop soup. And firecracker shrimp. First, they never offered tea? I was half way through my meal when I notice. My sister actually remembered, but they give you tea bags, not brewed? I would expect something a little more traditional with the prices. Second, my entree came with fried rice, so i felt like an idiot, because the "dinner" option gives you the option of white rice, lo mein and some other items, but you can also pay extra for fried rice. So I unknowingly paid extra for a second serving of fried rice, that I never ate. Knowing I could have gotten something else, was really frustrating. It was unnecessarily confusing, which seams to be PF Changs theme? The egg drop soup was good, but it's easy to make so that's an easy bar to pass. I'd eat it again. The firecracker shrimp, bland. It's shrimp, bell peppers, red pepper🌶, and fried rice. I expected a butter sauce, or a sweet fire sauce, or anything. But, it just dry shrimp mixed with red peppers🌶. I'm not one to typically drown my food with soy sauce, but it just needed something more. I will give it to the staff. They were great, we were greeted and sat before we could take our jackets off. Food was brought out rather quickly. Was steamy, and looked awesome. My family is used to sharing, so my nephews shared their plates with me. The Honey chicken was not very "honey-ey". Over all, it's watered down Asian food. Not terrible, but it is over priced. Won't be back.

My company had a team lunch after meeting at our Dublin office. I was glad our boss chose PFC. It reminded of the night before my first day of day at the new job. I had dinner at PFC in Fresno. It was good and I was looking forward to gorging myself again. Sadly, I was not able to take many pics as our team dived into the plates as soon as they were set by our server. I did not want to be the guy running around the table trying to snap pictures before someone served themselves. However, the food was excellent as everyone at our large table was happy and smiling as dish after dish after came out. Service was also good as our server kept us fed, refilled our drinks and checked in on us. My goal is to return as soon as I can to get some proper photos. This PFC is definitely worth the drive. Only one photo this time. Cue the trombone.

Only returned to use a gift card -- and that was mishandled too About a month ago, I visited P.F. Chang's Dublin with my mom. One of the appetizers was extremely salty--to the point that neither of us could eat it. This was especially concerning because my mom has medical issues that make overly salty food unsafe for her. Everything else was fine, and after my mom emailed, management issued a $25 gift card, which we appreciated. The only reason I returned yesterday was to use that gift card. On December 17 at 12:33 PM, I called the Dublin location directly and placed a pickup order for their lunch special (fried rice, pork egg roll, and teriyaki beef). The woman I spoke with was polite and stated this was the Dublin location I was ordering at, the order went smoothly, and I was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I headed over immediately. When I arrived around 12:55 PM, I was told there was no order under my name. After waiting about 10 minutes for a manager cause the hostesss couldn't help me, I was informed that my order was never entered, despite me speaking directly with someone and calling the number listed on their website. They offered me to wait another 15-20 minutes for my order to be prepared like what?( I told them to cancel it all and I won't be back. I was truly puzzled as when the person who took my order specifically said this is P.F. Chang's Dublin and said when it would be ready I have the call log for the times and the #) Because of this, I missed my lunch break, wasted time driving out of my way, and wasn't able to eat--ironically while trying to use a gift card issued because of a previous mistake. Two visits, two serious issues. The fact that even a return visit meant to fix a prior problem resulted in another failure is extremely disappointing. I expected much better from this location. I eat out pretty frequently, and it honestly doesn't take much to make me happy--good food and basic customer care go a long way. Unfortunately, on two consecutive visits, this location failed to do even that. In the end, I will just be going to another location cause this is ridiculous at this point.

Came by to kill traffic time and haven't been here for forever plus there was a sushi limited items I wanted to try. I have to report, the sushi wasn't worth it. It was ok and pretty much an item you can get at any sushi spot. When we came in I had noticed there was a happy hour menu that was only served at the bar area. I was with my kid and they wouldn't let her sit at the bar but only at the table that was near the bar. When nothing on the happy hour menu wasn't what we wanted we opted to get the food to go. The bartender was kind to get out from the bar area to serve us and he did a lot of walking around since he got us waters and then brought out to go order to us. I wanted to use and email discount but it was for a certain time frame only so I wasn't able to but I did have a free edamame app available from my rewards and the bartender included it for our to go. Parking is always busy at this mall which is great because most malls have been dying out yet they still have traffic.

The good... ambience - relaxing and immediate attention by the server. The food availability was fast. Ordered the lunch special firecracker shrimp with soup. The bad... the extra charge for fried rice... which was never mentioned that there is additional charge added to the supposed $13.99, all inclusive lunch special. However, appears ...was charged for $16.00 which I thought was for dinner. I was there 12:30pm? Expecting $20 for lunch ended up spending $35... including tip of $5.00. Otherwise... good experience with the service.

My husband, circle of friends and I are big fans of P.F. Chang's !!! We have always had great service and great food...a very nice dining experience. The server on our most recent visit was Ashley. She was fantastic! Had a great personality and demonstrated that she cared about the service she provided us and made us feel like valued customers! She greeted us shortly after we were seated and offered us drinks. We were waiting for a fourth joiner, so she just brought us water during our wait. Her timing was perfect and she allowed us the opportunity to visit without feeling pressured to hurry and order. The manager stopped by and said hi, and we shared with him our approval with the service and food. The atmosphere is nice as well. I would recommend P.F. Chang's in Pleasanton to anyone.

We had a good time at this location of P.F.Chang's . We sat outside and it was mostly quiet as it was just the 4 of us. We shared the Korean Chicken , BBQ ribs, rice, chili green beans and chicken lettuce wraps which were enough for all of us . Family member even brought his tiny dog which was ok. Food was fabulous . We even shared dessert. Yummy

They don't have a option for 3-4 different items. You have to buy full servings of each item you want? Finally decided to get the chef special, it says 2 or more people. What it doesn't say is it has to be even numbers of people. Since I was the 7 person, I was told I couldn't get it. Really sucks when you've settled on something your not really excited about, and then get told you can't even get it. Food is ok, but I won't be back!

We came to eat at PF Changs after many years and it did not disappoint. Laura, our server and she was awesome. The food is as good as it used to be and we all enjoyed everything. Their classics are still classics :) lettuce wraps, fried rice, black pepper chicken, ring of fire sauce.. try it out.

This is probably the best P.F. Chang's I've ever been too. We loved it here! We actually intended to go to Cheesecake Factory for dinner, but the wait was about an hour long, which was absolutely ridiculous, so we just walked on over here. We were able to get a seat almost immediately. We got a nice roomy booth for just the two of us and our waiter Johnny was the absolute best! He was super friendly and charismatic. The service was wonderful. We ordered the pork dumplings for our appetizer. They were super flavorful, juicy and had a nice kick to them. As our entree we split the crispy honey shrimp and their new sesame beef, both with white rice. The honey shrimp was crispy on the outside, but soft and pillowy on the inside and cooked perfectly. They were both sweet and savory. The sesame beef was crunchy, but in a good way and packed a lot flavor which was great eating with the rice. We devoured our whole meal here. If we lived closer we would definitely come here more often!

Middle-of-the-road dining at Stoneridge Mall in Pleasanton. There was a very long wait at Cheesecake Factory next door, so we went to PF Chang's instead. We were seated in less than 10 minutes, but it took much longer for the server to stop by to take our order. We ordered drinks and a variety of appetizers, and finished up with dessert. Favorites: - northern style spice-rubbed spare ribs: tender and flavorful. Wish we'd ordered more of this! - key lime pie dessert (small individual portion): light and tasty. - great wall of chocolate dessert (large family-size portion): rich and decadent. Met expectations: - crab wonton - pork dumplings - Asian pear mojito Not impressed: - Korean cauliflower: not what we expected; we all took one bite, then stopped eating it. - chicken lettuce wrap: back in the 90s, we used to go to PF Chang's for this unusual dish. Sadly, the meat tasted burnt and smoky, and they were chintzy with the sauce and the lettuce. If they can't nail their signature dish, they're in trouble! Service was transactional - looked like they were understaffed. The bill was about $130 before tax and tip. Won't be coming back anytime soon.

My chain restaurants reviews continue with P.F. Chang's, first time visitor and as I said to my girlfriend's dad that lives in China, "You aren't going to find this food in China." We can round up here from a 3.5 since the service was pretty good. This spot likely benefits from those not willing to brave TCF next door that constantly has lines, even at 6pm on a Sunday evening. I had no expectations from P.F. Chang's other than what I see on Instagram since they seem to be doing a heavy social media marketing blitz where I see tons of videos on the Golden Feast and Lunch Specials. Let's start with service - very good and our server was always hovering around, they try to be a pretty high end restaurant in terms on plating and presentation which I enjoy. The food... it was good, nothing spectacular and nothing that reminded me of traditional chinese food, but they have Sushi, Korean Fried Chicken, and Caesar salad on the menu so what do you expect. The famous lettuce wraps were pretty good, decent flavor and no complaints. The Mongolian beef and kung pao shrimp were whatever, saucy and nothing at all close to what you would get from a typical chinese spot, but... it wasn't terrible, had some type of flavor and went well with rice. The Golden Feast... big pass here, the boneless KFC was not the way to go, this had to be a frozen, pre-battered, chicken nugget type thing, or at least I hope it was since it had the thickest batter ever compared to actual meat. Maybe the bone-in was the way to go but I asked for what the server recommended so it is what it is. Presentation was still solid and you get tons of sauces as well as golden chop sticks to keep. nothing wrong with that. I know, this sounds like a 2-3 star review, but this is P.F. Chang's, the bar is considerably lower, no offense to them, and based on the crowd people are down for this chinese food.

Super delicious food. My server Kieran was super thoughtful and went above and beyond. Great ambience and experience overall!

disappointed me last week on a date night. salmon was horrible tasting and overcooked. also my husband's portion size of mongolian beef was smaller than ever before with extra green onions. boba drink was gross and over sweetened. i really used to love p.f. chang's. do better.

We have been coming here regularly, consistency is key, this restaurant has consistently good drinks, appetizers and main course meals The service is consistently good as well Location is clean and reservations always help especially on Friday and Sat evenings

Exceptionally disappointing. I used to love PF Chang's. Tonight, I ordered the Mongolian Beef, which used to be 10/10! On the website, it shows a 'Dinner special' with a full dinner plate for $23. You know those appetizer containers that barely hold 2 eggrolls? That's what I received. 6 pieces of beef, literally a spoonful of brown rice. For $23! I called the restaurant and they said that management has cut the dinner size in half but kept the price the same. Great! Love the cheapness. The six meager pieces were also super tough and chewy. The 10/10 is now a 1/10. Sorry PF Chang's - you lost a customer!

First timers at this establishment. The family decided to finally try them out after shopping. It wasn't too busy. The place was covered in red and black colors. According to my son, it felt like a movie set. We were greeted when we arrived. We waited about 10 mins for our table. Pros: waitress was kind and was helpful. We had a peanut allergy at our table - the supervisor provided us a nut free menu(super thankful for that). Cons: the flavor of the food tasted the same. We ordered: orange chicken (it was a bit spicy), Brussel sprouts, ribs, and chicken wings. Overall, we're not too sure we would come back.

Walt reporting for Walt's Adventures and I am at PF Changs at the Stoneridge Mall. What better way to beat the heat than to be a mall rat? Well, if you find yourself at this particular gathering of establishments, I recommend this eatery. We were sat in one of their two outdoor seating where we further cooled off via their ceiling fans. Their prices might be a tad on the heavier side but what you pay for is quality. 4 of 5 for the elongated time between refills. If you want fine Asian food, then look no further than Stoneridge

Order some take out orange chicken and lettuce wrap GF and it was not it chow mein and sweet and sour soup not picture but not it I know it's not for everyone's taste buds but I had PF Chang's before and this wasn't it teriyaki chicken was too sweet and the GF lettuce wrap is not a good substitution but if you must have GF then so be it. Service was good order online pick up and it was user friendly. The chow mein was a little bland the sweet and sour soup was too sour and watery. Hopefully my next experience would be better

All right peeps let's see who is on the chopping block todayyyyy!!! Yes it's P.F Chang's Let's dive right in peeps because I know y'all are dying to hear what the Dendingers have to say about this place. So to start off this restaurant is located in the outside part of the mall. Which you know for a fact that parking is going to be hard to find. So we arrived to this restaurant and yes we found parking and it was right next to the restaurant so yes we did not have to fight other people for parking space as soon as you walk to the place it's clean clean so yeah its neat clean and straight. We automatically saw statues on the outside what caught my attention was the big sign that said "chef feast 23.99 per person" I looked at my wife and said don't mind if we do. So in we went, we went through the round doors which was fun. When you walking inside the establishment you were just in awe like wow!! So much art so much RED! it was amazing we where immediately greeted by the hostess and asked how many we said 2 and was sat down on a table for 4-5 people so much unneeded space but it's okay. Everywhere you looked there was art it was amazing. Now the food so like I said we went in to try the chef feast so here is what we ordered. For starters Wife- house salad came with regular salad with amazing friend wontons or what I think was broken wontons and peanut dressing which was amazing. I had the hot and sour soup. For the appetizer we had pork dumplings which we ordered extra crispy. Can I just say OMG!!! On this dish and the soy sauce it had it was so good I almost ordered 3 more orders to go. No this is where it went downhill. We were excited to start eating our entrées. Wife-sesame chicken with white rice Me- teriyaki chicken with white rice. When I say that the main dish was and tasted so horrible I mean horrible. My teriyaki looked like someone had it in their mouth and spit it out with so much mucus on, it was so slimy it was just horrible. As soon as I took a bite my wife saw my face and said "that bad?" I said to her it's very slimy like the sauce was slimy chunky like when you thaw out sauce and when you leave it for super long with out moving and just put it in your dish it was horrible. Now my wife's dish she said it was okay and she continued to eat it she could not stomach it at all. She had to stop and say "this was very disappointing" I looked at her and said yeah this really sucked. We just stopped eating the main meal and just finished off our white rice which was good. For drinks wife had a coke I had the peach popping bubba lemonade which was soooo good. Our waiter started off good but same as the meal ended up bad. We waited for refills on our drinks he came to check up on us if possible 3 times after that it was playing finding Waldo but instead of Waldo our waiter. We finally got his attention and asked for our check. I asked my wife if she was taking anything home she said yeah I'll take my left over I looked at her and said "are you really eating that?" She said no so I looked at the check and notice that the waiter had charged me two lemonades when I had only ordered one plus a free refill. We had to go to the front to get this resolved as I just wanted to get out of there my stomach was not feeling well at all after the slimy meal. Total was no more that $70 no we did not stayed for desert. Wife wanted to make it up to me by taking me inside the mall for dessert. Now lady's and gentlemen is this restaurant dendinger approved???? Unfortunately NO it's not. Sorry but to start of on a high note and end in the worst way possible was a major downer for us. Don't get me wrong the salad the soup and the potstickers were amazing 10/10 but the main meals were just horrible. If I could say a few things: 1) if your guest have to be playing where is our waiter while trying to get refills you have completely lost track customer service. 2) if you start off with a high note finish in a higher note.

Food was all finger licking! Lo main noddles were 3/5 I'll try the fried rice next time! Sesame chicken over regular rice was all flavorful and chicken was juicy 5/5 Ribs (kid ate only) left only bones 5/5 Lettuce wrap best ever had 10/5 Had the chef special which included 3 items for under $30 All servers we had went above and beyond for all our needs! We sat outside which was enjoyable since it was a warm day!

For the price, the food needs more flavor, care, and effort. The food was definitely overpriced for the quality. (Ratings on the food down below) Surprisingly, Panda Express has more flavor with their steam trays than this PF Changs. Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely go to Cheesecake Factory (which is next door) instead. Note: Their All-Day happy hour menus are only if you're seated at the bar. They didn't tell us this until after we were seated in the main dining area and had placed our appetizers. Ratings for what we ordered: - kids chicken teriyaki: 3/5 - tasted more like orange chicken - crab wantons: 2/5 - lacked flavor - wanton soup: 4/5 - different than your regular wanton soup. Great try if you like water chestnuts and mushrooms - Mongolian trio: 2/5 - didn't taste fresh (was more like something out of the frozen section of a grocery store) - definitely overpriced

I returned with my boyfriend for the Chef's Feast deal and our server Ashley was amazing. She made sure we always had water, and checked in on us often. We ordered the Hot & Sour soup and noticed it was darker than usual, looked burnt but didn't taste noticeably different. I'm curious as to why it looked so dark.

Never got to the food last night. The hostess was great and seated us promptly, but after that we were completely ignored. Multiple servers walked by on a not-busy floor and never once checked in. After 25 minutes, we walked out. Awful service.

I usually enjoy dining in at P.F. Chang's, but I decided to do takeout this time and try something new. I went with the bowl, and honestly, for the price, I expected a better protein to carb ratio. At $19-$25, you can definitely find better portions elsewhere. I still like their family style dishes at this location, but the bowls feel a little skimpy. I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for value.

Too salty in the Kung Pao Chicken. But the service is great. the staff are very nice and friendly, Great ambiance.

Love this place! Food is great and I've always plenty of portion. For lunch, we had the honey chicken with with rice and my wife ordered the sesame chicken with brown rice. We also ordered the lettuce wrap (the edamame in the picture was from another visit). Anthony, our server, provided AMAZING service. He was absolutely attentive, engaging, and friendly. He remembered us from 6 months ago, which was impressive. Going to a good restaurant is great but when you get great service, it takes it to another level. Thank you, Anthony for being amazing! % RECOMMEND!

Went to PF Chang's last weekend, I saw they had a lunch deal and I love lunch deals lol especially since I don't eat too much and they're a good portion, it was really nice in there and I hadn't been to PF Chang's in so long since the one nearest me closed but I got Mongolian beef, hot and sour soup, chicken lettuce wraps and lo mein, it was a really good lunch my bf called this place a glorified Panda Express but hey I liked it and I would come back next time I'm at the mall for sure :)

The service was great!!! The food was not so great. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and it was drenched in sauce. You couldn't taste the chicken or the rice. I was really disappointed. My rootbeer was nice & cold. Not sure if I'll be back.

Not quite as much fun as the Sunnyvale location but the drinks are delicious. It is conveniently located at Stoneridge mall they have daily specials 10 dollar appetizer's and 5 dollar drinks no specific happy hour times which is amazing. The food was really good the day we went, the lo mien was good and the lettuce wraps were good, beer and lycee cosmos were refreshing but it was really quiet and slow. I would still go back if I was nearby.

Happened by at 9:00pm For a late dinner that we did not have to cook. We have not been to a PF Changs in over a decade and stopped by this one because it was the only restaurant open. It was fairly busy so we sat in the bar to find out it was happy hour. We ordered a few food items off Happy Hour and also a few entrees. The app portions were substantial and very tasty. The main entrees were not listed as hot but came that way which was disappointing. We were happy overall with the food but what was superior was the service provided by Joseph and Lily. They were personable, professional and had good suggestions. Definitely will be returning. Thanks Joseph and Lily for Making our dinner a success. Bravo

Very nice ambience. Food is okay and good serving size except for the dessert. The chicken in the lettuce wrap is seasoned well and the lettuce is very crunchy. Chicken lo mien has a nice acidity on it and the teriyaki trio is so delicious. Banana dessert is soo good with the ice cream and blue berries

Came here today with my folks for a little happy hour drink and some nibbles. Was around 2 pm walked into bar, wasn't greeted by anyone. They were dead. Maybe 4 tables with patrons in the main dining room. The guy behind the bar with glasses had his head down doing something with the libations and never glanced to even say hi or can I help you. I went over to him to ask about the happy hour menu where he looked up for maybe a second to toss the happy hour menu at me and immediately put his head back down. How rude and completely bizarre. Sorry bruh you hate your job and are having a bad day but don't project it on us. Totally turned us off. I went back to the table and said to my parents let's get the hell out of this place. Ironically we were told to have a good day as we left . Won't be back, ever!

LOVE this place, every time I've gone in I've had awesome service and the food never disappoints. We switched out the side of white rice for chow mein and holy cow it was so good highly recommended the switch!!

Ordered 2 dishes for pick up. Asked for extra sweetn sour sauce. Asked again there at pickup. The receptionist pretended to check and said ya it's ther. There was none. The man who took my order said pork had been removed from the menu so I ordered veg egg rolls they tasted doughy and microwaved. 2 dishes and 3 egg rolls $66.00. The Mongolian beef tasted like jerky from last week with sauce on it. Very disappointing. Has it changed hands?

Our waitress Alexa was a delight even when we didn't care for one of our dishes she was so nice in recommending us a new dish and was very helpful in choosing something different which we ended up loving. Go Alexa! Thank you for your great customer service.

I've been going to PF Changs for many years & this particular location for the past couple years since the Emeryville location closed. Our visits are becoming fewer & further apart unfortunately & tonight was another reminder why. We always order the same couple dishes & lately the portions are getting smaller, the prices are increasing, & the quality is going down, too. Service at this location has always been shoddy, especially in regards to the hosting staff. Tonight was busy (& loud) because of the holiday, so we ordered to go. The dynamite shrimp- portion is small & the size of the shrimp has been changing a lot recently. Historically, the shrimp were a good size, recently we had small shrimp, similar to bay shrimp & tonight, the size was larger, but we didn't get a single full shrimp. They were all pieces. Mongolian beef- includes almost as many green onions as beef now. Sauce was very scant tonight, otherwise good. They didn't have the red dragon roll we usually get so we got Kung Pau Brussels which were good, but portion was small for almost $15. & lastly, our favorite Combo fried rice was very lackluster tonight. All of the meats were overcooked, the rice was fairly dry & it was all extremely cold by the time we got home to eat it. We didn't want to microwave it because the meat was already chewy. Think it's gonna be a long while until we're back again.

Had Singapore Noodles. Way overpriced, will not order again. It's been awhile since I have eaten here. Definitely not the same as previous years. Sad to say.

I will start with this: the service was spectacular! The food wasn't. There were three of us and none of us were hap p y with ithe food. We lettuce wrap s which used to be so tast y. But not this time. We all ordered a form of chicken (orange, hone y and teryaki) and when we asked wach other "we all said the same shaking our heads no . . its ok. Not its fantastic or its great. it was j ust ok. won't come back.

My group of 6 enjoyed happy hour bites & drinks on Friday night. We were allowed to have happy hour prices in the restaurant itself. Service was outstanding, food was exceptional. Management was informed of our experience & was delighted. We'll be Rey soon

Mongolian Beef and white rice was alright. Great service with friendly waiter. Very clean and tidy. Immaculate fortune cookies. (I hope it's true)

Food quality is not consistant. One in a blue moon it's good when under higher Position come for control and one time it's bad. Overall just bad food and service. Half the restaurant was somehow full yet I looked around no staff was to be seen. Everyone hiding in the kitchen. Crispy green beans were to salty,magnolian beef to dry and not saucy. Coke was flat and I let the staff know just for them to bring me another flat coke. Nobody asked if food was good. Highchairs for kids super sticky and dirty.

Worst kung pao chicken I've had in my life. Everything we ordered was dry and bland. Service was good but that's about it.

The food was bland and didn't taste fresh at all. We waited far too long, even though the restaurant wasn't busy! Portion sizes were small for the high prices. Overall, a disappointing experience not going again.

As always my food came out pretty fast and service was pretty prompt at getting my order in. And of course the ambience is nice.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The restaurant itself was clean, modern, and classy. I visited today with my family and the service was excellent. Our server was very kind and provided us with menu suggestions and consistent refills. The food was also very good. We ordered crispy tempura green beans that were phenomenal. We had ice tea and there pomegranate refresher that was to die for. The main dishes we ordered was the sesame chicken with brown rice, and teriyaki pork with white rice. One of our sides was egg soup, the other hot&sour soup, both amazing. So good we got gift cards for gifts. Will definitely be back soon!

I'm SHOCKED over the bad reviews! My daughter and I come here often. We love the mongolian beef. The peppers and such I sometimes get added into the mix, and I like that too. The hot sour soup is amazing. I like and prefer the brown rice more.The service is never a let down, and I like the dark lit vibe it gives.

Been craving some crispy green beans ($12.50) and salt & pepper prawns ($27) so I ordered that for dinner. The online website is super easy to use and the food is always ready at the time of pick-up. Pro-tip: pay online instead of pay at the restaurant. You get your food much faster than waiting in line for the cashier to ring you out. It does get busy at the lunch hour so if you're in a rush, best to just prepay for the order. Crispy green beans - 7/10, not seasoned enough this time around but it was still nice and crispy! I do like the chipotle aioli that comes with it and the portion is pretty huge for an appetizer. Salt and pepper prawns - 6/10. Lightly battered and this dish was nicely seasoned. Unfortunately, the prawns were a bit over cooked and dry. The prawns at the bottom of the container were soaked in oil. They do give you plenty of shrimp so that's a plus. Solid 3 stars. Nothing really to rave about and my coworkers do like coming here so I'll most likely be back again with them!

Was surprised when my husband and I went to PF Chang's for the first time. Ambiance was lovely and I was expecting a nice Asian cuisine. I ordered the lunch Mongolian beef and my husband had the chow mien. The portion was rather small and the beef had the texture of beef jerky. My husband said his chow mien was just ok. Very disappointed that a nice place had little to offer in meal satisfaction. That was a one and done for us. Much better Asian cuisine out there.
