P.F. Chang's

I stopped in around 2 PM on Sunday 2/15/2026 and while the kitchen ran a bit slow with about an hour wait, the relaxed atmosphere made the delay easier to overlook. The highlight of the visit was our server James, whose attentiveness and professionalism really stood out. He handled a mistaken dish with grace and removed it from the bill without hesitation. My entrée was enjoyable, though I expected a bit more vibrancy and vegetable presence in the noodles. Even so, the ambience and service made for a pleasant experience, and I’d return to explore more of the menu!

This is the second time I have been here and the service was top tier. Our waitress kept checking on us making sure things were great, she also went above and beyond expectations! The food was very delicious,hot, and fresh. I would recommend this place 100 percent. Best experience ever!

Decided to come to P.F. Chang’s on wine night and my sister and I had a wonderful experience! Our waitress Liv was so sweet and Attentive. She was super friendly and helpful with any questions we had. All of the appetizers, entrées, and dessert came out at a timely matter. The atmosphere was great and gave a really cozy vibe. Will definitely be back soon!

Food was absolutely fantastic. Crab Rangoons had a bit too much crab, which I know sounds crazy, but cream cheese is usually the star of the show. The sauce it was it really made up for it though. Best egg rolls I’ve ever had. Split the chef feast and the hot and sour soup was gas. The Mongolian beef and lo mein was amazing. Highly recommend.

Very flavorful food! The dining room was very quiet. Our waitress was training a new server. I wish she would have taught her to refill water glasses. They did a check back when we got our food but didn’t see them until they brought the check. They missed that one step.

1st time ever eating at a P.F Chang...never again!!!Sat down at 6:06 didnt get our soup until almost 6:50, salad was after 7. We never received our entrees until 7:50 to which my chefs feast meal was wrong. I ordered the Mongolian trio, which by the way I paid an uncharted for, as well as an appetizer upcharge...I will provide a Pic of what I received and what it looks liked online. I told the waitress my order was wrong and she proceeded to tell me it was right but she wasnt sure because she didnt plate it and she was new! Now what if it was something I was allergic to! Anyway I again told her again when she came back I thought it was wrong as I ordered the Mongolian trio, what i got looked nothing like what i looked up and i showed her the picture...this was was fried and dried out , no broccoli in it. I tried one bite and it tasted off to me. She got the manager and said it looked different because I somehow got a gluten free meal which I didn't order. I told her at this point I didnt want another and she insisted they put in another order and it would be right out. Also she apologized for the wait thus far and said it was because they had a lot of to go orders. I would think you having customers sitting there that you would take care of them first...no such luck. At the point we were in the 8:30 range again I asked someone else for the manager amd said I didnt want the meal we all just wanted the bill and to leave..the 4 of us had over an hour drive home. The manager never came back at that point. A girl, not our server brought my food in a to go bag, and said the manager would take things off our bill and come back. 20 more freaking minutes, she came over, drops us a bill down and says I comped the chefs feast. So our chefs feast was about $49 right, she took 37 off the bill but then charged me for the Mongolian trio that was in the bag I didn't even want. My other 2 friends got 2 of those 18 dollar meal things and we all got water. My wife got teriyaki chicken as part of my 49 meal feast...bill was somehow still over a $100. We went to pay and we were trying to figure this bill out and the manager very snotty said I can tell by your face that you still aren't happy! We voiced our concern on the bill she grabbed it and our card and left. Came back it was $88 bucks and she said I could tell you weren't happy so I took more off...merry Christmas....hahaha wow thats customer service! She then told us our waitress was in the back having a panic attack and probably wouldn't be back out and or probably wasnt coming back out at all! The poor girl had a bunch of complaints over kitchen. Tonight apparently and was taking the brunt of it. Thats quality management if the poor waitress is getting yelled at for the kitchens fault. Bit of advise if you have takeout, maybe have dedicated cooks for just that! As for pf changs in destiny I will never eat there again, and I hope you take a look at what management is doing to that place as im sure your going to have more complaints than just mine tonight and in the future! Oh and your bathroom is filthy and there were no paper towels or soap to wash your hands, so I would hope waitstaff was washing them

Why do you offer and advertise curbside if you don’t follow through? I placed an order, received the text message and followed the curbside instructions. I called the restaurant and they said they don’t offer curbside and they never did. Said I had to come in to pick it up. The worker seemed dumbfounded of the photo I showed him of the sign. I ordered from there probably a few months ago and they brought the order out. Not sure what changed. Wasn’t worth a tip. Portion was small too. Poor service and wouldn’t recommend. Also, when I came out there was another car waiting for their order. Probably should get that fixed.

This P.F. Chang's looks really nice and has a pleasant atmosphere. Shannon and the new bartender was attentive to our concerns, very helpful with the menu and made our visit great experience.

Got the fried rice meat combo for takeout and it was dry,lacked sauce or flavor.The corner takeout spot has a better fried rice combo for less than this price!

I haven't been here in awhile and I wanted to visit for my birthday reward. Everyone working was friendly and helpful and my server, Marquel had amazing customer service. I got the lettuce wraps...I love the crunch of the water chestnuts and the romaine lettuce was perfect. My chili green beans were ordered mild and they were perfectly cooked with just a hint of heat. My birthday dessert was the fried banana in a spring roll wrapper with ice cream and fruit. It was delicious and refreshing. Service was excellent and the food came out quickly.

It was nice service. Food was pretty good. Everything just tasted a little different than traditional Chinese food. We ordered the combo platters and didn't realize it was a very limited menu. Got the egg drop soup, fried rice and, the Beef with Broccoli. They up charged me for the fried rice and Beef with Broccoli $10. Didn't realize and waitress unfortunately didn't let me know. Still great service and friendly employees but I will still go to my local Chinese restaurant. It's much less expensive.

Came here with 3 other people on a women's weekend getaway. Service was good, food was good, only weird thing was there were shrimp in the wonton soup!! I don't eat anything that ever lived in the water so I thought it tasted funny but didn't think anything until I brought a spoon full of soup up to my mouth and saw the shrimp! I don't think I've ever seen shrimp in wonton soup. And I don't think the menu listed it in the ingredients..? I know some restaurants use fish sauce in wonton soup but not much. One higher end Chinese restaurant where I live goes heavy on the fish sauce in every dish so I don't even go there. But if someone was allergic to shrimp.......? The server got me a new bowl of soup though and it was all good. Love the soft lighting. This was my second visit, the first being about a year ago on the same trip. I'd come again.

You normally have to go to a fine dining restaurant in order to get the type of service that we received. Fiorella was phenomenal! The restaurant was fairly busy, but she made us feel like we were the only table there.

very overpriced for mediocre not authentic chinese food. the honey chicken was so breaded, we also thought there'd be broccoli on the side but it was just overly breaded chicken, barely any honey taste, and there was a tiny shrimp in one of my chicken covered in many layers of breading. luckily i didn't mind but this is not safe for someone who is allergic to shellfish. The chang's lettuce wrap was pretty good except very little lettuce, and it was very salty too. the bbq spared ribs was very tasty - the sauce was super delicious. but the spare ribs lacked meat in most of them and one literally was just bones - no meat, covered in sauce. the tempura calamari wasn't bad either - wish there was a different dipping sauce. and it was also very oily in my opinion. our server was what redeemed this experience because she was super lovely and kind. and was efficient. we came here one other time last year and the service was awful then, but much better now except the food was disappointing and underwhelming.

Stopped here for dinner after visiting the zoo. No wait to be seated. Everything is nicely decorated and clean. The hostess and server were very friendly, helpful and nice. Our orders were taken quickly, and drinks came out just as fast. The Kyoto Bloom was my favorite part of the visit. It took quite a while for the fried dumplings to come out even though the restaurant wasn't very busy at all. They were ok, not the best, not the worst. Our entrees came out about 15 minutes after the appetizer. For the price, the portions seemed a little small, but on the plus side, there were no leftovers to take back to the hotel. My salad was pretty good, the chicken nicely cooked and seasoned well. Our server was wonderful, she was worth the extra star on this review.

This place can be good IF you get a good server and the kitchen is on point. The majority of the time it's long waits, cold food, having to ask for silverware and plates, waiting for your bill, etc...We gave it more tries than we should because my boyfriend loves this type of food, but the chances are over. Yesterday we were instructed to sit at a bar high top so we found one of the last 3 (they were all dirty.) Server came eventually and cleaned the table/got our drink order/food order/everything started fine. Then app took forever and came out cold. We had no silverware so had to walk to the bar and find someone to grab it for us. Person that brought the silverware noticed our drinks were empty and offered a refill, thankfully. Food took forever and came out cold. Order was wrong. I ordered the new dry rub chicken and it came out covered in sauce. No cucumbers. She said sorry and I offered to try and eat it incorrectly. The other half of our food came later after the first dish. It was terrible with the sauce so I was going to try and exchange it but she never came back again. My drink was empty. We had to go to the bar again for the bill and to let them know we didn't like/eat the chicken dish. Fried rice was the worse I've ever had, the kitchen was obviously struggling. Stood at the bar far too long waiting for servers to stop talking about non-work things to help us. Just consistently pretty bad service here. We came once and the server was fabulous and it was good, but most visits we are sad we even wasted the money.

THE WORST. We have tried many PF Chang's around the country, and we always end up having a decent meal. There are always variables with the experience, from servers to the kitchen, but the food here was not the same as everywhere else. From the moment the food got to our table it looked different. Then tasting it, was sickening, we had to stop our hungry kids from eating. As we were leaving, a server was walking around with a sparkle firework around the tables (no idea why) while leaving that firework smell while people are eating. Granted, almost no one was there on a Friday night, probably because the food is disgusting.

got diarrhea from the Syracuse, New York location. Poor quality I'd rather order from a regular Chinese restaurant from the hood. The restaurant is nice to sit and that's about it.

I used to really like this chain. Did I change? Did the restaurant? Is it this location specifically? Why is the floor SO STICKY?!? The food was so-so. Very overcooked. The broccoli in the sesame chicken was mush. The total for two combination meals, a plate of fried rice, and a Diet Coke was $92. Way overpriced. I won't be back.

They changed the chicken lettuce wrap sauce and few weeks ago and they looked at me like I was wrong for asking if it was different... it's gone hill the last few months in reference to quality and quantity.

I was hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately this was my worst ever at a P.F. Chang's. I was dining by myself on a Sunday (early afternoon). The host and hostess ignored me for about a minute as I stood in front of them. Then they said "it'll be a while. You should just go up there to the bar and eat there". I went T the bar and immediately noticed a foul smell. It smelled like vomit that was smeared around with a dirty mop. I moved to a different seat, but could still smell it. The bartender was pleasant at first, as she informed me the food could take a while. There were only two other people at the bar and they were finishing up. I ordered hot and sour soup as an appetizer and the Pad Thai. It took 40 minutes to get my food and when I opened my napkin, the silverware was dirty. Not just soap residue, but dried on food chunks. I showed it to the bartender and she just took it away without saying anything. The soup was okay, but the Pad Thai was a small portion for the price. The texture was more like baby food than what I was expecting. The bartender never asked for how anything was or checked if I needed anything. One other person came and ordered in the time I was there. She received her food much faster than I did and when she asked for her check, I tried to ask for mine too, but was ignored. The bartender disappeared for 8 minutes and I had to raise my voice to get her attention. I paid my bill and left a tip, but honestly, it was a terrible experience and I regret going there. I often eat at P.F. Chang's when I travel and I've never felt this bad about my experience. Spare yourself the disappointment and eat anywhere else.

My husband and I were at PF Chang's on August 10, 2024. Our server was Daquan. He was superb, efficient, friendly and just plain nice. Our food was great, good portions and tasty. We are from Binghamton, NY and don't have PF Chang in our area. We definitely will be back. Thanks for your good service and Daquan.

Positives: 1. Open until 11 pm on Fri, Sat and Sun. If you picked up someone hungry from the Amtrak station on a train from Albany arriving at around 10 pm this is one of the few places you can sit and eat before driving back. When we got there there was hardly anyone and it was nice and quiet. 2. Humongous portion. Bring your containers to pack these raw ingredients (see below, negatives 1). You can pack out about a little more than half the food and cook a better meal at home out of these with more seasoning and flavors, and have a nice meal next day. That's exactly what I did. I hope they are composting. Note: I see other people in this forum complaining their portions were too small, so now I think the reason why our portions were so huge may have to do with the timing of our visit right before closing. 3. Nice staff and servers. No problem there. 4. roomy and cushy seats Negatives: 1. Food. I ordered vegetarian Buddha's Delight and the veggies were halfway done. Poor seasoning, almost none. BYO containers to take home to make a better meal next day at home out of raw ingredients they offer. My son ordered fried rice and it seemed to have hardly any ingredients in it other than yellow rice. Huge portion though. 2. Kind of expensive for mediocre foods. 3. Mock Chinese foods. Your corner Chinese place makes a lot better foods. 4. Ambience. It looked like a night club more than a place to enjoy a meal. Dark, red lights, in perceived oriental theme, etc. PS: BYO containers to pack out leftovers to avoid annoying single use trash!

I am speechless. I know it is my fault as I should have known better than to go to a Chinese chain restaurant, but I didn't realize how bad it could be. I order Kung pao chicken which is supposed to be chicken with various vegetables. There were no vegetables and FOUR pieces of chicken for $14. I was still very hungry after, as I was not about to fill up on the mounds of rice. My daughter's kid's meal had more on the plate than I did. Ugh, this place is not recommended. I added one star because the server was a sweetheart.

Our server was very good . But the food was absolutely the worst Chinese I've ever had . We had their Shanghai street noodle dish with chicken , curry and shrimp . It was so salty it was actually inedible . Also the sesame beef which was fried to a crisp and saturated with oil . No beef flavor and Just terrible! Our server offered it with lo mein noodles but neglected to tell us it was $5 extra for that . The wonton soup was the opposite , very bland and had shrimp in it . To top it off it all was very expensive. Absolutely never will return , there are far better choices .

We had a reservation and were sat right away. The staff was friendly. Our waitress was very attentive. Their Long Island Iced Tea was $11 and tasted great. The food was quick to be served and everything tasted good. Their food quality is consistently good every time I have visited.

My first experience at this well known chain. There is definitely a reason it is so popular. The food was outstanding..

Went here for a family dinner. Ordered the Asian pear mojito and it was really refreshing. It doesn't have any pear in the ingredients so it intrigued me to try it! We love the appetizers here, there isn't too long of a wait (this is probably the 2nd time we chose this over the 1-2hr wait at Cheesecake Factory) and while waiting we went to the bar so time flew by fast. Kind staff, same quality food which is great! I did notice the honey walnut shrimp is gone, completely off the menu so I was a little sad about that as it's such an amazing dish here but also understand it probably wasn't as popular enough to keep restocking ingredients for. We will be back again soon!

food was alright DONT recommend the teriyaki chicken it's soggy and taste weird no one in my party liked it lettuce wraps are good edamame was also good.Service was amazing waiter was nice and attentive overall good service.Atmosphere good very crowded.

We came in for lunch during the week, we were greeted and seated promptly. The waitress was fantastic her name was Cindy. Cindy was very attentive and extremely friendly. She says she has been doing this for a long time and PFchangs is her all time favorite place to work. Cindy has such a great attitude she should be the trainer. I hope the take care of Cindy to retain her, she is an asset to this restaurant. Cindy was very helpful at explaining some of the menu options. We started with the lettuce roll and calamari. The lettuce rollswas simply amazing, the taste of the chicken is wonderful. The calamari has always been my favorite from here, in my opinion it's better than any seafood or Italian restaurant. The calamari is fried to a nice crispy outer with a tender inside. So delicious, if you like calamari this is a must try. Now for the main meal. We shared Mongolian beef with lo mein, Kung pow shrimp with fried rice, and the Sea bass and brown rice. Sea bass was recommended by Cindy. This Bass was cooked so perfect and was on a bed of spinach leafs, it basically melted in your mouth. The Mongolian beef was also perfectly cooked and had a fantastic taste. The shrimp was a little over cooked and some of the peppers were a bit dark with char, not what I prefer, but I'm sure some people love it. All the side dishes were absolutely perfect with the perfect amount of seasonings. We had a great experience, I would recommend people eating here. Especially if you get Cindy as a waitress she is fantastic. She even noticed my coworkers Milwaukee shirt and told us her husband loves the brand. Thanks Cindy and the PF changs crew for giving us great service and a great meal. With a great ambiance!

I had a wonder server named Dylan! They were very attentive and so personable. He made sure our food came out in a timely manner. Can't recommend them enough!

Dumplings were great. The beef in my lo mein was deep fried. Tastes fine. Texture is bad. I'm a chef and I would fire that line cook. Big no no. If the beef was velveted, couldn't tell ya. Which it should be. Best of luck.

Visited on a week night. We were seated promptly. Wait staff was very attentive. Restaurant was quiet and welcoming. We ordered lettuce wraps and hot and sour soup for appetizers and Mongolian beef for the main course. Everything was delicious. Portions were large and we ended up bringing some home. I really enjoy this place and will return.

The worst tasting vegetable fried rice I've had in my life. Did they actually add sugar to the recipe? The taste was completely at odds with either real Chinese fried rice or americanized fried rice. If anyone tasting said that the corporate-level top chef can cook better chinese than a me, a regular American- I'd be shocked. I'm not even chinese, but find myself crying for the chinese ancestors who must be outraged. They even f'd up the taste of the brocolli somehow. Really, that rice was so unusual and also sweet-tasting that it blew my mind. I'm not actually even trying to be sarcastic - their recipe is so bad that I threw it out. When a person wants chinese, they either want the traditional taste of the corner chinese place that has mostly American customers, or the traditional taste served to real chinese people. But PF changs has made up its own 3rd style - um, you're not qualified to innovate. Who the hell dus they teste the taste on. I mean, it has to be the most expensive chinese place near my house - CRAZY. The most expensive serves the worst food??!! Oh, but the drink was actually very good.

Went to celebrate a graduation was disappointed with the food, all the food tasted mediocre, service was slow but our server did her best to serve us our drinks and food. Was hoping for a better experience for this special event. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

If being ignored is your ideal restaurant experience, P.F. Changs is for you! Set a reservation for 6PM, arrive at 5:55, be told "ten minute wait" only to remain standing in front of the front desk at 6:30 PM when multiple parties of two (some even as walk-ups) have been seated in the meantime. The lack of respect treated to those who properly reserve a table and wait respectfully left me utterly speechless. Syracuse is home of many great restaurants. Head elsewhere if you want service to actually treat you with respect.

Incredible service, Jedesiah was our waitress, and an excellent one. Food was delivered fast and tasted great. I love crispy green beans.

First time at this PF Chang's location. Interestingly, they practice Covid safety by enforcing masks which is fine, however the place was less-than 1/4 full and they placed all customers (and us) within close proximity to each other, with no plexiglass between any of us. We found it odd that although masks are definitely required in this restaurant (which we fully support) they make no attempt to keep the customers even the least bit separated. Now for the food and service. I ordered the crispy honey shrimp and my wife ordered the crispy chicken. Food arrived timely and hot and with a large bowl of our choice of white rice. Food was excellent and plentiful, no issues whatsoever. The service was also excellent. The staff was very friendly and accommodating at all levels. The table was clean. We sat in a booth. With regards to Covid safety, menus were only electronic, which were easily accessible via a QR code they provided. Again, another successful attempt at Covid safety but I'm still confused about where the host placed us and all other customers. All close to each other with no attempt to keep us separated when there was clearly enough room to do so. Yes we could've asked to be seated differently so that's on us. Not my first day, and I'm not a fanatic but I am a realist, and I am aware of the reason why they keep us close together, but, during these special times, there should be some consideration for this situation. Just my opinion. One more thing. We ordered two glasses of ice tea. Each glass was $3.50. $3.50 each??!! These are not big glasses just regular beer glasses. I didn't check to see if there were free refills but come on really, $3.50 each for ice tea?? The tea was good but wow sorry guys, knocked off 1 star for that alone. So, food quality excellent, service excellent, cleanliness excellent but I just can't get over the distancing thing and the cost of the ice tea. Will we be back? Absolutely. This restaurant chain (at this location) is a great place to get great food.

Went here with some friends, had a pretty good time Made reservations for dinner and were seated promptly Staff was very polite and efficiant Food was good as was the ambience Only odd thing was we got this seat next to a thin passage way that was the only way in and out of the kitchen so not only a lot of people walking by constantly but the waitress actually had to pause taking our order to get out of the way for the busboy Avoid these seats if you can or hopefully they will arrange the tables a little better

**Our waiter Richard was the best and truly made our dinner experience enjoyable.** Richard was positive, courteous, and professional, yet he also made you feel like you were eating dinner with a friend /family. He had just the right amount of attentiveness. One of the best waiters we've had! We enjoyed our dinner. Everything was good quality, fresh, and tasty with just the right amount of flavor and seemed like it wasn't loaded with salt or msg!

Meh I usually LOVE PF Chang's, but service & dining has been off lately. I completely understand short-staffing & issues with hiring, but we waited 15 minutes to see a hostess, who didn't even look at us when seating us. We received our drinks after our entrees... our fried rice was badly charred, but the sushi was delicious! We'll try again another time, but they definitely had a case of the Mondays

More like PFFFT Chang. I was dismayed when my friend Chris took me here after a recent concert in Syracuse. This is one of my least favorite chains, and the Chinese food takes like something out of a toilet. It's not even as good as the chinese-american crap at all of the little Chinese takeaways around America. It's also three times the price of that and I just don't get it. But then I don't get STDs either and that doesn't stop them being such a big deal across the nation. Conclusion. PFC = HPV.

I dined at PF Changs in Destiny Mall while I was Christmas shopping. My family and I had a wonderful server. Her name was Cindy. She greeted us warmly and was extremely attentive throughout our entire meal. I've dined at PF Changs a few times in the past several months and am always pleased when our table is assigned to Cindy. She suggests items from the menu and answers any questions we may have. The chicken lettuce wraps were delicious. Cindy always has a smile on her face, an upbeat attitude and her laugh is contagious. Cindy is an asset to the PF Chang establishment. Excellent service is the reason I keep coming back.

I finally made it to the famous PF Changs's on a recent Sunday night and felt I experienced enough with our table of 8 to write a review. We were seated quickly as the restaurant wasn't super busy - a good start as waits at Destiny for the popular dining spots can be a detractor on occasion. Our server was very upbeat and made good recommendations on the menu for my wife, who was having trouble deciding what to have. We ordered the crispy green bean appetizer along with some edamame. Both were good and the standout was the dipping sauce for the beans. I decided to go with an old favorite for dinner, chicken fried rice. The rice was good but a bit lacking on overall flavor. It may not have been the best meal to order to fully experience what Chang's has to offer, but it was a standby for me and one I knew I should like. My wife liked her curry but said she didn't get much shrimp, just veggies. I noticed this in my dish as well, the chicken part of the order was almost non-existent. As mentioned, service was friendly and on point and the price wasn't too bad all things considered. If I had to choose a dinner spot at Destiny in the future, Chang's would be further down the list and would only get another visit if I was really craving some Chinese.

Worst service ever never coming back again the manager not a good helper. She look like she didn't want to do anything except for look around and criticize people.

I came here with my family for dinner and the food was amazing. However, the table we were seated at was dirty, my mother asked to have the spots wiped and the waitress gave her a towel and told my mother to wipe it up. Our appetizer came out quickly but our food took a little while. It also took our waitress a while to take our food order. We had to stop her and tell her we were ready to order.

Been a while since we have been here. Brought a friend for his birthday because we wanted cocktails to celebrate and PF Chang has a good variety of Asian foods as well. Great decision! Our waiter Fonya was as fun and humorous as he was polite, available and efficient. The food was excellent, and the 6 layer chocolate heaven was huge and delicious for dessert. Tempura calamari was our appetizer served with a very good wasabi aioli. I had the Sea Salt and Pepper prawns with fried rice and the Asian Pear Mojito which was amazing. Birthday guy had Sesame chicken with a Tokyo Mule, all of which disappeared. I had leftovers saving room for dessert. We barely dented the "Great Wall of Chocolate" so he took the remainder home. Was a fun and enjoyable meal. When we return we will ask for Fonya again! SO I forgot to finish this review and we returned for my birthday and Fonya was again our server! Such a fun and enjoyable experience that did not disappoint. Best chain restaurant in CNY! Park across from the front of the entryway on Destiny Drive and walk up the ramp and right into the entrance of PF Changs without having to cross through the mall.

Great stop in Syracuse! I always loved PF Chang's, so there were no objections to today's visit for my graduation dinner. The beginning of the visit started rocking while getting the runaround from the hostess desk and the bar (annoying), but we finally got a table after the 45 minutes wait. Still giving 5 stars because we had a delicious feast with our waiter Dusty, great service! We ordered delivery from this location on our girls trip in NY. We ordered the meal for 4 which included soup, a side, rice and 2 entrees. We had the lettuce wraps, bang bang shrimp, Mongolian beef, orange chicken, chicken fried rice and white rice (we added to the meal). Everything arrived fast, hot and was delicious. The food was more than enough as we had food left over. Overall I would recommend eating her whether it be dining in or take out.

Horrible service, particles found in our food and table next to us, asked for a extra plate to share my food with child and was told there were no plates! Asked for manager and got yelled at.. literally.. and told that they are understaffed and have no plates or cups left. Very creepy staff - everyone here hates life. Weird vibes. Food no longer tastes life of changs.

Our first visit last month wasn't the greatest. Our meals weren't hot and the chili peppers in my Kung Pao meal were burnt. We decided to visit again for lunch last weekend since we were at the mall shopping. We ordered the house-made pork egg rolls and vegetable spring rolls. Even though I had to take out the mushrooms, they were both amazing with the sauce they came with. My husband ordered the Spicy Miso Ramen with chicken. I ordered a side of white rice and Sesame Chicken. I asked if I could get the chicken crispier. Both meals were excellent.

Portions are big which makes it perfect for sharing, food is American Asian. The kids loved it. I forgot to take a pic of the Cali sushi roll but it was really good. Service is quick. Our fav dishes were the chicken lo mein and Mongolian beef. We even have left overs to take home.

Location was clean and friendly. Service was fairly quick and food was on point. My only complaints are that they have a drink and dessert menu, but make you scan for the food menu online. And then when the bill came, they make you scan another code and pay online with a card.

Food: The dish I got, Chicken Noodle Soup was delicious. It has a flavorful broth with a delightful kick of warm spice. It is perfect for a chilly night. They add a few blistered grape tomatoes which sounds odd but it works. My friends got lettuce wraps and honey chicken. The lettuce wraps were not a good as they have been at other PF Chang's but still decent. The honey chicken was more breading than chicken. I always feel bad leaving negative reviews but this place (at least on the night I was there) deserves it. Dirty silverware, dirty glasses, dirty plates, extremely slow service. To top it off when we were ready to leave, we waited 20+ min to get the check apparently our server had already cashed out and didn't tell anybody else to wait on us...so yeah. There are other chain restaurants around here, I recommend you consider one of them.

Honestly was not very good service, also the food came out cold and some food we ordered was undercooked. I will definitely not go there again. While the presentation of the food was nice, it was terrible and under cooked. My friend ordered the noodles, they came out uncooked and they were like plastic.

Was really wanting great Mongolian beef but was sadly very disappointed! Staying across the street at the embassy suites so places a pick-up order. Everything with the pick-up was easy but the beef just did not have barely any sauce! Sort of sad but I guess I shouldn't expect too much from a chain restaurant.

Food was great, typical PF Changs quality with the exception of the water which may have come from a dirty sink. Service was bordering on awful, the place was nearly empty on a Monday night and everything was slow. As we finished apps the plates piled up on the end of the table, they were never cleared and by the end of the meal there was a stack sitting there. At one point another waitress tried to bring other apps to our table and said "these are yours, right?", um, no. We had a gift card the waitress couldn't figure out how to use and had to ask the manager for help, it took probably 20 minutes before she came back and said the manager couldn't do it either. No problem but the manager should have been the one to come over and apologize. Overall, very disappointing. Other than the food, only other positive was the cheerful bartender who brought our drinks to the table.
