D.C. Finally Gets a P.F. Chang’s After Nearly 30 Years | Eater DC
"Opening Friday, June 3, I found P.F. Chang’s To Go in Dupont Circle (1120 20th Street NW) is a compact, 1,315-square-foot takeout-focused spot that seats just 12 diners and operates daily from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. Born during the pandemic in 2020, the To-Go offshoot emphasizes online ordering, takeout, and delivery rather than large dining rooms, and slots into the area's existing full-service P.F. Chang’s locations in Arlington, Fairfax, and McLean while banking on a return of 9-to-5 office traffic. The familiar menu includes appetizers and categories for chicken, beef, seafood, and veggie entrees—highlighting Chang’s spicy chicken, Mongolian beef, wok-fired lunch bowls, and Chang’s lettuce wraps—plus rice and noodles, family meals, a kid’s section, desserts, and non-alcoholic drinks; bowls start at $12 and most mains run around $20. The broader chain, born in Scottsdale, Arizona, now has more than 300 restaurants across 22 countries and several other To-Go outposts in metro Texas, New York, Colorado, Florida, and Illinois." - Tierney Plumb
