Blue Moon Dreams Come True at This New Bar | Eater Vegas

"Located in the middle of the Miracle Mile Shops, the Zappos Theater sits front and center on the Strip; I note that Gwen Stefani debuted her new resident show there on Wednesday night, and that artists such as Jennifer Lopez, the Backstreet Boys, Lionel Richie, and Florida Georgia Line also perform their own shows at the venue." - Susan Stapleton

Shania Twain delivers an unforgettable show at the Zappos Theater — energetic, warm, and beautifully produced. Her voice, presence, and connection with the audience make the entire evening feel personal and joyful. The staging is vibrant and dynamic, blending nostalgia with fresh, modern visuals that light up the room. From the opening moments to the final song, her performance is full of heart, charisma, and genuine appreciation for her fans. A truly fun, uplifting night in Las Vegas — one that celebrates music, memory, and the power of a legendary artist at her best. – Maura B.

Google
An absolute amazing Theater with outstanding sound and acoustics for Concerts. My brother and I were recently there for the Scorpions Residency, and had an great time. The venue was great, and the Scorpions sounded incredible in the Theater. Great customer service, with all the staff being incredibly friendly, and very helpful. And they were still serving drinks, and making drinks even after the concert was over. So you could walk straight to the Casino floor, or to wherever you were heading to with a drink in your hands. If there is anything that you would like to see, and they were playing in the PH Theater. Don't hesitate to go, as the Theater is incredible for Sound and Acoustics. Cheers from Vancouver Canada 🇨🇦🍁

Went to the Jeezy TM101: Live orchestra concert. Great venue, good vantage point from everywhere. Seats comfortable, concessions were high but it Vegas.

Google
I had a wonderful time at the 50 Cent concert. The music and visuals were excellent, and every seat offered a great view. Parking was very convenient; I only wished there was a three-hour grace period for local residents, like some hotels offer. Aside from that, the staff were friendly, and we received complimentary champagne and popcorn. It truly made our evening.

Google
Teddy Swims Not sure if it’s his sound guys or the venue …but this was the absolute best sounding concert I’ve Ever seen and I have seen a lot of concerts in my 51 yrs 😊

Google
I saw October London, Maxwell, and Jazmine Sullivan it was incredible! The venue is set up cool. I sat in the very last row in the very back and could still enjoy the show so long as ppl weren’t standing. The acoustics weren’t bad! I will say the traffic getting out was horrendous! It took me almost three hours to get out of the parking garage and I left the show 20 min early and was still stuck at a stand still for over two hours. I don’t recommend parking where they tell you to park for the show.

Google
Came here for a Scorpions concert and had better seats than I imagined. Was first class service and my seat included drink service which I do not drink so was pointless, but it still was a good spot and a good time. I had a clear view and no one in front of me which was awesome. Ugly Kid Joe blew me away and Scorpions did that and then some. They can still ROCK and I would love to see them again! Was well worth the time, price, and scary airplane ride there and back. LOVE YOU SCORPIONS!! You guys put on an awesome show and loved the playlist.

Google
Came here to see falling in Reverse. The venue is absolutely fantastic for concerts. There's not a bad seat in the house and the sound quality was phenomenal. However, the staff was not properly trained or informed on on the VIP packages, meet and greets and the locations. Some staff were flat out absolutely RUDE. Concessions were what you would expect from a typical Las Vegas venue, and the bartenders were really slow.

Yelp
Attended the Jeff Dunham: Artificial Intelligence show here recently. This review is primarily for the Planet Hollywood Zappo Theater which is a great venue for concerts and shows especially if they have a pit open. The stage view is good, seats comfortable, lights and sound great, and staff friendly and helpful. The Jeff Dunham show itself was very funny and entertaining for us. I was worried how it would be to see the show from Section 202 but it was fine since they utilized 3 large screens to show closeups of the show. Parking cost us $25 to park in the Miracle Mile Mall self-parking (no free 3 hour parking for NV residents). Overall, we had another great experience here.

Yelp
Great venue to see a show! Located inside the miracle mile shops, this venue is very nice on the inside, and the acoustics are great! It is pretty easy to access one you scan your ticket, and the seats and sections are pretty straight forward to find. The downsides of this theater are the lack of concession/bars. They had 1 open on the bottom and 1 on the top. The lines were huge and you had to miss a good portion of the show if you wanted to get a drink. This venue can be tricky to find if you park in the parking garage, as you have to walk half way through the mall to find it. The parking garage was a nightmare to get out of as well, since they are doing construction right outside the garage due to the upcoming F1 race in February. Overall it's a decent place to see a show!

Yelp
What a great little venue to see a concert. We visited pH live to see the Scorpions residency. Somehow we ended up directly center stage in level 200. The seat was perfect and comfortable. I like that the seats had a drink holders in front of them Venue was well organized. The drinks were too pricey. A basic bottle of water was $10.

Yelp
Came to see Jeff Dunham at such a perfect time! The theater doors opened at 6:30 when the show starts at 8. There was already a long line of people waiting. Being early gave you benefits to participate with the comedian if he chose your question. People started lining up at their sections and the doors to the sections opened at 7, so it gave us a good 30 minutes to get our merch, drinks, and popcorn. Cocktails seemed overly priced for how simplistic the concoctions were and the beer was the same price. They were generous with the alcohol in it though. Staff was nice and got everyone in at a organized manner. Thankfully the show went on for however long Dunham wanted to go. The show wasnt cut short when he felt he was going over time. Overall, its a big organized spacious theater that we enjoyed watching Dunham in!

Yelp
I came here to watch Shania Twain in December on her 2024 Vegas residency. The workers were very organized and efficient. They got the line moving fast. Bag check was fast too. The concession stands had some food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. The ushers were very helpful. They helped everyone find their seats. The theater was clean and had a great sound system. I loved seeing Shania Twain perform. She put on a great show and gave it her all... I would definitely come back here to watch more concerts in the near future...

Yelp
"I've visited the Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood multiple times, and it's always been a fantastic experience. The Bakkt Theatre is impressive, with plenty of staff available to assist with any needs, making everything run smoothly. The organization is top-notch, ensuring a seamless experience from entry to exit for any event. My latest visit was to see Shania Twain--this was my third time seeing her show, and it was absolutely incredible! I won't spoil it with photos; you simply must come see it for yourself. She just keeps getting better and better!"

Yelp
We are so happy we bought the tickets to see Counting Crows at PH Live! The venue was very easy to enter and exit. Staff was very helpful, bartenders were super friendly, and the merch people were great too! Concert tickets are so expensive these days, we choose more carefully than we used to - this was definitely worth it. Overall a great experience!

Yelp
Came to this theater for the first time over the weekend to see King Gizzard and the Wizard Lizard. I will say, I liked that the seats were wide, with plenty of legroom, and built-in cup holders on the backs of seats. Lighting and sound was also great! The in theater restrooms were also plentiful with tons of stalls. The theater itself felt like an old movie theater, with old carpeting and the smell of popcorn filling the air from the concession stands in the lobby. Kind of a weird vibe for a concert venue. My biggest qualm were the outrageous concessions. They were more expensive than T-Mobile Arena, which is wild. We definitely purchased less drinks than we would've because of these crazy prices. $19 for a can of hard seltzer or beer. $9 for a bottle of water. $11 for a tiny container of popcorn. $26-$27 for a (approximately 8 oz) cocktail / $33-$34 for a (approximately 12 oz) cocktail. Completely mind blown by the prices. This was a decent-ish place for a concert, but unless there's a band we really really want to see, we'll stick to other venues.

Yelp
This is a great venue with great acoustics. 50 Cent put on an amazing concert. I highly recommend it.

Yelp
I love this venue for concerts! We saw 50 Cent tonight. He was amazing. The employees here are so friendly and helpful. Drinks are nice and strong

Yelp
Venue was larger than I thought, but it was very disorganized to try to get in. The line wrapped around the mall and we ended up getting in to the venue about 20 minutes past when the show was supposed to start (Shania). The balcony seats didn't have the best view, so it's worth paying a little more for a better view. The acoustics are good however. With the construction, it was kind of a mess trying to find the Uber pick up and there was quite the back up with everyone leaving the concert at once. 2024 #23

Yelp
Bakkt Theater is located at Planet Hollywood. My mom and I were attending a concert at the Bakkt Theater. We ended up parking at the Miracle Mile and shopped at the stores before going inside the Bakkt Theater. There was a line assembled and several team members from Planet Hollywood organizing the check-in process for all of the people attending the venue. It was a pretty seamless process. There was a bag check and detectors before going into the showroom. Once we entered the venue, we noticed several shops where we could pick up merchandise for the concert and, we were able to buy some drinks. The only snacks that were offered was candy and popcorn. The showroom was nice! All the seats were elevated and had cushioned seat covers. Towards the bottom or the showroom, there were table seats as well as a section where you can stand and watch the concert. We had several ushers help us to our seats since we had a floor table seat! It was a great experience! The visual effects and sound were amazing! We could see the entire stage and all of the performers easily from our seats!

Yelp
Flew in for 50 Cent's Exclusive 6 Shows, and It Was Absolute Fire! Stayed at Planet Hollywood and didn't even feel the need to leave the hotel--so many amazing accommodations right there! Now, about the show... I purchased VIP table ticket, and let me tell you, it was worth every penny. Having a table was perfect for me since I don't enjoy standing for an entire concert. With the table, I got the best of both worlds: the option to walk right up to the stage for close-up photos, videos, and dancing, and then head back to my table (still close to the stage!) when I needed a break. Also, provided waitress services with full bar. It was not overly crowded which is perfect for dancing and getting good photo and video opts! The VIP package also included complimentary champagne, which was a nice touch, but as someone who doesn't drink, it didn't benefit me. It'd be great if they offered an alternative for non-drinkers--just a thought! As for 50 Cent, wow! The performance, graphics, videos, and audio were on point! He delivered all his top hits and even one from his Power series, which I absolutely loved. I flew in specifically for this show, and it did not disappoint. Thank you, 50 Cent, for an unforgettable night of music and entertainment!

Yelp
A perfect sized venue. I've attended a few VIP Concerts here and have enjoyed each and everyone of them. With my favorite being an Invite Only Event - Don Henley. The music carried well and sounded amazing. Up close and personal is how it felt. The snacks and drinks were reasonably priced and lines moved quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again when in Vegas.

Yelp
Came to the Bakkt Theater to see Shania Twain's residency concert. The show was amazing. A must see especially if you love Shania's music. The staff was organized. They were available telling us where the end of the line was. We got in the theatre quickly. Ushers helping everyone find their seats. The venue is a good size for a concert. Acoustics excellent

Yelp
I attended the Maxwell, Jazmine Sullivan, and October London concert, and I did not like my seat. I sat in the center balcony section, where I had an obstructed view ( I am not sure if the obstructed area serves as handicapped seating or an alternative Deejay setup; all I know is it blocked my view! The venue has big screens so I could watch the show. However, I highly recommend staying away from the balcony middle section, no matter how much of a bargain you get on tickets. Some venues, such as Dolby Live and Pearl inside the Palms, provide an excellent view from the front to the balcony back row. However, PH Live is not one of those venues where every seat is fantastic, so choose wisely! Aside from my seat, I enjoyed the show, and the staff and operation seemed organized. If I return, I would have to have a seat on the bottom floor or nothing at all.

Yelp
I came here for the Shania Twain residency! The show was awesome, and the seats were reasonably priced. Getting into the concert is a bit chaotic. There's a line that wraps through the mall, and the staff working the concert were yelling at concertgoers to move faster. You go down a few stairs to get into the theatre, and as we were entering and exiting the show, it felt like there was going to be a stampede.

Yelp
I had an amazing opportunity to catch one of Miranda Lambert's shows at Bakkt Theater thanks to the Yelp Elite team!!! (Yes, you read that right...being a Yelp Elite--which is free--gave me an opportunity to win two VIP tickets!) The venue itself is fairly small, but the lighting and special effects were still on par with what you'd see at larger venues. I took one of my friends with me to the concert and she was absolutely shocked at how close our table was to the stage! Loved the pyrotechnics and confetti, too! While it was really awesome being able to sit so close up front, it was kind of annoying having to peer around people who were standing in the floor pit area. Definitely would have made it easier if the tables were slightly higher up/elevated off the main pit floor. Another thing I noticed--the chairs felt slightly wobbly...something to be mindful of if you are heavier set. Sitting at a VIP table granted us pit floor access, too. It was nice being able to go back and forth, and our stuff was safe and secure since the tables section is roped off and also has dedicated ushers watching over the section. We only had a couple of beers and drinks. I'm not sure if they served food or snacks since I didn't even look at the menu, but I would assume they probably offer general concessions? All-in-all, Bakkt Theater was a fun, intimately-sized venue to catch a country concert at, and I would gladly go again for future entertainment and shows!!!

Yelp
"Art is the stored honey of the human soul." Theodore Dreiser Shall we believe in magic, if you believe then magic should make your heart sing. This is the first visit for us here. This theater is located in the casino of Planet Hollywood right in the middle of all things Las Vegas. Many acts have played this theater too. On my most recent visit it was the Indie Rock Road-trip. Give it up for some Weezer, which was the headliner for the roadtrip. As you approach the theater the crowd gathered awaiting all the music in store. Many ushers are available and security was tight. For all their higher safeguards there were many flaws that could have been avoided if an incident did occur. They shuffle everyone in the auditorium one by one, but when the show ends it's a stampede for the doors. All the hallways feed into the bottom of the entrance. You feel like sheep as you try not to step on the individual in front of you. If there was a safety problem then you have three seconds to think it over. The flaws of leaving shouldn't discourage you from coming out for your favorite artist. As you await the band to come on stage let's address the sound quality. In the front is the GA floor seats, with the rows that continue back. Being front and center is the best option for seeing the best of all options. They have seating in the upper deck area too. The front seat options are stellar with the security giving you a wrist band to identify you being in that section. In many theaters you are not encouraged to get up because you might take the view from others around you. Many signs from the minute you come into the concert are posted that jumping, dancing, and singing are going to occur. As Weezer came to the stage everyone was up and out of their seats anyways. Dancing and singing to their tunes that played live. Live music is incredible and important. Get out and see your favorite artists play live music for you! Get up and get involved in the world of joy that music brings to your soul!

Yelp
Located in The Planet Hollywood complex, the Bakkt Theater was hosting Miranda Lambert's residency. The theater itself is nice with tons of seating. Like many places there are different levels of seating at various price points. While they do serve adult drinks and water - the prices are insanely high. $10 for a bottle of water was shocking!

Yelp
I made my triumphant return to "Bakkt" Theatre after a 9+ year hiatis tonight. Last time I was here I was working as an usher and I think the venue was still named after Zappos. I came tonight as a spectator where I could sit and enjoy the show. My show of choice tonight was the 2023 Halloween Hootenanny starring Alice Cooper and Rob Zombie. Unfortunately, as I was getting in line I was told that Rob Zombie had to cancel due to laryngitis. What a bummer. But Alice Cooper kept up his end of the deal and allowed the show to go on. 1.5 hours of straight music and stage antics. All the props and no talk. I only wish I could have seen more of it. Bakkt Theatre is actually quite big. 7,000 capacity if I am not mistaken. So when you go for the cheap seats like I do, you end up kind of far from the action. I also found out that the upper rows tend to be colder than a stage prop corpse at an Alice Cooper concert. The ceiling is awfully low from the upper deck putting you right beneath the AC vents which will blow down your neck all night long. So if you sit up there, plan to bring a light jacket at the very least. Also expect some unusual seating arrangements. There are a few support columns up there and so there are rows with seating gaps so that nobody has an obstructed view. They got that part right but those columns can still be distracting. If you are coming to Bakkt Theatre for a show, be prepared to wait in many lines. First the line to get into the theatre which seems to extend half way around the Miracle Mile Shoppes. Sort of poor planning when you think about it. Next you'll wait in the main lobby for a while before they open the balcony level lounge. Then wait again until they open the theatre. Alas, you will be waiting some more until the show begins. Then sit back and enjoy your evening.

Yelp
I came here for the Pass the Mic event which was soo good. The sound quality and visuals were amazing and the event area was pretty spacious. Only negatives were that it was a bit disorganized getting into the venue and the drink lines were messy.
google avatar

Annie Y.

Yelp
Beautiful venue to see Chemistry...an intimate night with Kelly Clarkson. The entrance is adjacent to Planet Hollywood and Miracle Mile Shops. Kudos to their strong and well ventilated air conditioning. It was 108 outside and we were beyond comfortable with at least 6,000+ people packed at the concert. The sound system and lighting was great. Similar to other Vegas venues, several bars selling overpriced drinks and plenty of bathrooms. I wish they had a better system for purchasing concert merch. There was no organizations how people should line up. It was like a herd of bodies stacked on top of each other pushing their way to the counter. That was awful.

Yelp
We went to Bakkt Theater (formerly Zappos Theater) inside Planet Hollywood to see Weezer, Spoon, and White Reaper on 9/1/23. I've listened to Weezer's music going back nearly 20 years and I was so hyped to watch them perform live. Past residencies here at Bakkt Theater include Shania Twain and Gwen Stefani. It's a smaller theater, kinda like Dolby Live inside Park MGM. Getting to the theater from the valet/rideshare lot was super easy - go up the escalators, turn left and around, and boom, it's right there. We were in section 305, which was accessible by going up a flight of stairs by the entrance. Excellent balcony seats, no obstructive views whatsoever! Leaving the theater after the show was also easy, since the exit was literally right there by the stairs. My boyfriend was hungry and bought himself a bucket of popcorn as a light snack in between bands. Heck, I was getting hungry as well and also bought a bucket. The popcorn they had was actually pretty good! I also got myself a bottle of water and I cannot believe that they cost $9 here. I think that's the highest I've ever seen an average sized water bottle go for at a venue, which was unbelievable. Restrooms were clean and they had an attendant inside making sure that they stayed tidy. The usher that guided us to our seats was super friendly too! Weezer blew the roof off this theater and closed the show with their song Buddy Holly. I purchased the tickets six months in advance and we had a great time here!

Yelp
This is a good theater with great sound & no bad seat. Medium size, almost intimate. Miranda Lambert put on a good show. I missed some of my favorites but I like her ballads best. There's no reason to arrive real early. I think they recommend that to sell the tall cocktails for $33 wow!!! Tall but not real good. Premixed I think. Don't be fooled, have a drink out in the casino first. The ushers were extra friendly for this show. Thanks for the hospitality!!

Yelp
January 4th 2025 - 50 Cent Concert. The venue itself isn't very large but it was clean and comfortable. There were a couple areas set up to my the artists merchandise and a few spots to buy food and beverages. With how the screens were set up for the concert, if you were too far left or right, there were parts of the stage you couldn't see. Not sure if it's the same set up for other events here but keep that in mind when you're booking seats. The employees were checking tickets and helping them get to their seats. During the concert, when it was dark, they used the flashlights to help patrons see when ascending and descending the stairs. I'd come to see another show here.
google avatar

Nette B.

Yelp
I've seen 2 concerts in this venue. Granted, the name has changed. This time around, I watched Miramda Lambert. The accommodations were great. I don't think there's a bad seat in the house. All the workers I came in contact with were very nice. The 4 Stars is because the drinks are too expensive. Crown on the rocks and a bottle of Aquafina water cost me over $50. It is a rip-off, and next time, I know not to order drinks. I'll drink outside at the bar located right in the front.
google avatar

Briana S.

Yelp
What a great experience here. We watched Miranda Lambert's Velvet Rodeo and I loved how intimate the theater was. I have been to many of her shows but this one was definitely a lot more intimate and a lot more showy! We did have an issue with three girls that sat right next to us. They were rowdy and cussing out this group in the row in front of us. A staff member removed them and I really appreciate when they do stuff like that because people like those girls make it so much harder to enjoy the show. They do serve drinks inside, but it is insanely expensive. Two drinks of vodka redbull was $64, so spend at your own risk!

Yelp
Yelp Review 2023 #139: I can't keep up with the name changes this place has had. Planet Hollywood Theater, Axis, Zappos, and on the day I was going to the Gorillaz concert, the name is now Bakkt Theater. Imagine all the ads for the Gorillaz concert stating it's at Zappos Theater for weeks then, when you check your Ticketmaster app, it says "Bakkt Theater" - imagine how confusing that would be to somebody who's not from Vegas. And even if you're from Vegas, if you ask employees from Planet Hollywood where Bakkt Theater is, they look at you funny and keep asking you what you're looking for. Why all the name changes?! This venue could have bigger entry ways and more security gates to make it more efficient and to make the flow of people smoother going in and going out. I tried to look for bag policies on their website before coming here just to be sure but I found nothing. So, just to be safe, I just brought my phone, ID and a credit card and that's it. They have two booths to buy merchandise from. Concessions for alcohol, and non-alcoholic drinks. I didn't pay attention if they had food because I just ate before coming here. The halls going to different seating areas were really smoky - not sure if this is just how it is, how the artist wants it or what. The seats were comfortable.

Yelp
I just went & saw Kelly Clarkson!!! She was awesome!! I wish they had more TV's around the theater to be able to see the performers better if your not sitting up close. It was nice that they had a sign before going into the performance that it was recommended to stand up during the concert cause lots of peeps were!! There was an annoying camera that kept going back & forth from the ceiling recording the show I believe??? It's in all my videos, kinda obnoxious! We had a couple In our seats by accident & they moved once they realized they were in the wrong section. The guy sitting next to me was using my cup holder to put his tall can in it but his wife next to him was using his. Either their left handed or don't realize your cup holder is to the right of you, not to the left of you, on the back of the seat in front of you!!! lol Sound system is still good, seats comfy, lighting good when getting up during the show to go out of the theater & see your way. I bought a sweatshirt, was $$$$$$ $80 but I'm not a big fan of the t-shirts! And to Pete the super cool bartender!!!!! Thanks for taking care of me!!! They've changed their seltzer brands ...wasn't a fan of the flavors so I went with a Tito's & soda and grabbed a pop corn! His hun was out of carbonation & he told me to go to the bar next to his but I was like "can't you just go over there & get soda water from him?" "Let's finish my sale with you!" So that's what he did! Super nice guy! Wish I had asked when the concert was over cause I might of grabbed a discounted refill of my drink!! lol I've got another souvenir cup to add to my collection!!! lol

Yelp
Came here to see the queen herself KELLY CLARKSON!! Been here before for Backstreet Boys as well! It's easy to locate just a quick walk from the taxi drop off. There was a bit of a line for the security check but it moved really quickly! The line for the bar was LONNGG. Pro Tip: go to the bars on the side outside of the bathrooms! The drink was STRONG. The bartender was very friendly! The ushers were also super friendly! Overall a great experience. And needless to say KC SLAYYYYYED. Witnessed history here

Yelp
This is one of my favorite theaters. I've seen Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, and Shania Twain at this venue. The viewing angles from most seats are very good, which makes the theater seem smaller than the number of people allowed in it. The staff is very good and welcoming. As a repeat concert attendee, many of the staff remember me and greet me every time I go. I was fortunate to get a random Shania Twain concert poster from an usher. He was very nice to call the supervisor to also get one for a friend. I'd recommend this venue.

Great venue for a small concert. Great seats...a bit pricey but worth it to me. Box Office, however, was a $hit show. Went to pickup my collector tickets as instructed by their email. They couldn't find the tickets. Close to an hour later, after they wasted my time by calling their office, they "discovered" that they incorrectly placed my tickets under someone else's name. Finally got my tickets. No apology. Nothing to make up for their mistake and my wasted hour. Management couldn't even come to the box office desk to resolve the issue or apologize for the massive delay. Meanwhile about a dozen other patrons had no problems picking up their tickets. I would think twice before booking through this theater.

Yelp
Love this theater for concerts! Just seen Disturbed here and I got an end seat, last row on the balcony. Hands down, still a great seat for the price.

Yelp
Wonderful place to attend a concert. The lines moved quickly and the drinks at the bar were quite tasty. The sound systems and lighting were wonderful. The seats were comfy, and the stairs weren't a drunken fall hazard. I took my little girl to see Miranda Lambert. It was her first concert, and it was money well spent. Thank You Zappos, we will definitely be back!

Yelp
Located in Planet Hollywood, came here to watch Miranda Lambert in concert. Seats were comfortable and the lighting and acoustics for the concert was awesome.

Yelp
When you're walking through Planet Hollywood, you kind of just walk into the Zappos Theater. There isn't much signage. Just a circle bar out front and a wide walkway to take you from the casino to a shopping district. Thankfully the venue had staff out front holding signs to help direct you into line. The venue itself is nice. It's outfitted with premium lighting and sound. Most of the seats are down low, but there is a balcony with gentle sightlines. I wish the balcony was a little closer to the stage, but overall, I could see the band I came to see. The video screens helped. I wish the venue had more bathrooms and more merch areas. It was tough to walk around in between acts and lines formed quickly. It was tougher leaving, though once the bulk of the crowd made it through, it was smooth sailing.

Yelp
We recently came to Zappos theater for the Miranda Lambert Velvet Rodeo residency concert; this was a very well put on performance!!! You access the theater inside The Miracle Mile shops, small walk, but always fun in Vegas! Security had a good handle on things, they were thorough but easy to get through. Merchandise and bars are set up in the lobby. We waited at the bar line for slushie margaritas in concert souvenir cups. Line was slow moving however the bartender was awesome and jovial, making us laugh as he poured our drinks. We felt very welcome. Once inside, the first thing I was pleased to notice was how comfy the seats were. This is a rarity I've noticed at concerts and a huge plus to choosing a show here. We all had cup holders and plenty of knee room to stand up during and dance! Whoever does the lighting and sound -- excellent job!! The artists vocals were highlighted without any annoying reverb that you get at larger venues and the lighting and pyrotechnics, ceiling confetti...it made for an amazing spectacle. My fiancé hates country and thought this was a great show. I would definitely come back to see other shows here in the future!

Yelp
First time attending a concert at this venue and it was very nice. We were greeted by security and staff and the entry was very quick with no hassle. We arrived slightly early and had to stand in line once we arrived, but it wasn't very long. We order two cocktails, two bottles of water and no food. wow I expected to be over charged, but 80 for the drinks we got and two bottled waters seemed excessive. Between ticket master criminal charges the excessive drink over charges, they really gouge you to death. The ambiance was nicely done with the lighting and all. The sound was amazing, can't wait to come back for another concert.

Yelp
We planned a trip to Vegas with our friends to see Keith Urban at the Bakkt Theater at Planet Hollywood. We purchased the " early entry " tickets that let us in a couple hours before the concert, to a VIP area upstairs that had lounge/ bar top seating, complimentary popcorn, candy bars and 2 drink tickets each for our own private bartenders. They were very friendly and made me an Old Fashioned and my wife had a Gin and tonic, both of which were great! This concert venue is a great place! Just small enough to have a good seat anywhere you sit. The light show is great and Keith Urban rocked the house! I am looking forward to coming back for another concert!

Yelp
This venue was amazing! Very intimate but I also got VIP seats to a few rows from Shania Twain! All seats are great views and the sound is simply amazing! Kinda tricky to find, but if you ask around, the workers are very helpful! Drinks are hella pricey haha but you gotta have a few drinks to enjoy a kick ass concert! I'll definitely be back to this venue and watch another act soon! If you check this venue out, I hope you enjoy fellow yelpers :)

Yelp
Saw disturbed here a few months ago. The venue is great (used to be the old Aladdin theater), the sound quality and lights inside are incredible and it's a decent sized venue with very good seating no matter where you sit. I ended up getting seats right behind the standing floor and it was so close to the stage! Venue staff are very professional and entry and seating is well organized. Already have 3 more shows I'll be seeing here this year so I'm excited to see if it's just as good

Yelp
Let's be real here, for a Vegas venue that has concerts and shows year round, Zappos Theater located in Planet Hollywood is just meh to say the least. While the venue (including the bathrooms) is spotless, and the drinks are tasty, the sound system SUCKS! We saw The Scorpions last Friday night, and while they KILLED IT, I would have expected a better sound system. It just didn't seem that loud. As for The Scorpions, WOW they were AMAZING! If you can get to Vegas to see them during their residency, run don't walk! They were AWESOME!

Yelp
A mid-size venue at 7,000 seats Bakkt Theater hosts the sort of act that can't fill T-Mobile but runs too big for Cosmo or The Palms, an apt description for Alice in Chains who benefited from premium acoustics across 2 hours on October 10th. Tucked at the center of Planet Hollywood both entry and exit were effortless while ushers were ubiquitous but not once obtrusive. Not quite on par with The Joint, but certainly a great place to see a show.

Yelp
This is a great venue! I have seen New kids on the block, Jlo, Britney Spears and One Republic here. I am a concert goer and I have been to several venues on the strip and off strip. My favorite thing abou this venue is that pretty much any seat is good in this venue. Last night we were in 104, Row D and we loved it. The stairs to get to the lower level are easy to walk on. Unlike the ones at allegiant stadium where they are steep! You can wear your cute shoes and not feel like you are going to tip over. It was awesome to be back on the opening night of the theater in over 18 months. It's so sad the hit that live music has seen during COVID, but I am glad to start going to more shows and I will keep coming back to Zappos. You have to go through metal detectors and scan your ticket, but entry is pretty easy. I recommend going to the bathroom in the casino nearby the box office before you head in because the lines are always long. Planet Hollywood has so many restaurants to chose from for a bite to eat before the show. They are now charging for parking. 1-4 hours is $12 and over 4 is $15. They have payment stations before you leave the casino. However they only have 4 and definitely, definitely need MORE especially after a show. Better yet include the price of parking with a show ticket :)

Yelp
First time at this Theater. My hubby and I went to see the Doobie Brothers. Parking could be a bit if a hassle but you plan accordingly when going to a venue of this size. I have to say it was well organized and the show started on time. We were seated close to the stage. Of course patrons want to stand , dance sing, there is no bad seat in the house. You might have someone next to you or in front of you that you might not be able to see over as well but it was still such an amazing show and venue. Definitely had a great time.

Yelp
This was our first time to Zappos Theatre and we really enjoyed it. The venue is on the smaller, more intimate side but not a bad seat in the house. It's located in the area of The Miracle Shops and very easy to locate. The sound was perfect and navigating around was extremely easy. Plenty of drink stands around and we didn't see any food stands but we were not wanting to eat either. There is a fun bar right outside the entrance that is perfect to enjoy while awaiting the doors to open. We went to see Miranda Lambert and she was perfect as always. We were on the floor next to the cat walk and had a perfect view of her at all times. Drinks were your average costs, for wine it was her brand at 15.00 a glass and a cocktail was 24.00. I highly recommended seeing a concert here and we will definitely be back to see more. Cheers!

Yelp
Shania nailed it last night! We went to her final show at PH and absolutely loved it. So lucky to see a living legend.
