Played two times while I was in town for business. Only mostly positive things to say. Clean room and bathrooms. Professionally run room. Relaxed but the dealers do a great job controlling the game. Snacks are prevalent and the snack ladies are around often. Cheap snacks rule! Some of the felt was worn but that means "well-loved". Great action on the 1/2 with a 500$ buy-in. Won 175 on a random Thursday morning with 6 tables playing. Won 915 on a random Thursday night with more action on the 1/2 table. This will be my local room when in town with business. I played another local poker room on another random night and I was jammed into a crowded room like a sardine.

Enjoyed my day. Andy was shocked when I turned over my hand and saw I flopped the straight flush.

Absolutely, without argument, the best card room in Texas. Staff is top rate. Service is excellent. Equipment and dealers are awesome. Promotions are out of this world. Do yourself a favor and play there!

I'll never go to WinStar again! This place is fantastic. The poker tables are extremely nice and larger than I'm used to which allows more space for the extra nice and large chairs. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and I never felt unsafe. The players seemed friendly at the table I was on, and the game was rather loose. Having a max buy-in of $500 on a $1/$2 table is nice. Update 5.14.23: Closing down, how disappointing. This place was awesome, sad to see it go. Update 6.30.25: I guess they are back! Let's see if you can stay open this time!

This poker room is the nicest poker room in DFW and one of the nicest rooms I’ve ever been in. The chairs and tables are comfortable, even after sitting for a 12/20 hour session. Also, the bathrooms are spotless and well maintained. The staff is also top notch. All the dealers are friendly and well trained. They know the game and rarely make mistakes. In addition to the dealer, the service staff and management truly appreciate your business and make sure that you know it. You don’t have to be somebody’s friend to play here, but you’ll leave feeling like you’re someone’s friend. Lastly, one thing that can’t be overlooked is the security. Unlike their competitors, the Poker House has a secure parking lot is safe and well lit, with access to armed security who will see you to your car. Upon entering the facility, all patrons have to go through a security screening & metal detector, so you know that there are no weapons in the room. This place has earned my appreciation and my business. You won’t find a better poker room.

It's a fun environment to play cash game in, the dealers were all personable and friendly. And the food is great! Especially the Cajun salmon and green beans.

Went in unexpectedly after shopping all day. Good poker spot for this area. The charge is 13 dollars an hour. Military get free membership so you only pay the hourly rate. I am not a big fan of hand shuffling. My personal opinion. Still nice time. Probably visit one more time before leaving. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff.
