What an experience! I personally underestimated this place. First of all the personnel and actors were out of this world. They were all SO GOOD at what they do, so their character felt like real people. They gave the same sort of attention to everybody and were really fun and witty. The decor was amazing. Well kept, immersive, super well thought out. The quests weren’t easy either, they were definitely challenging. I recommend getting there well fed and energetic, cause there is lots of thinking and walking around to do. Arrive 10 minutes early so you have time and don’t miss the opening ceremony (which we did). Add ons wise: I don’t recommend the cocktail experience at all. It was a short quest, that made you find a vile which once given to the bar, they made u a drink. There was no choice of drink or anything to do with the place. The added puzzle, we did not get to doing, but again, I would suggest simply explore and do other quests. Overall amazing, and I would love to return in the future

Went to phantom peak with a group of 4 on 1st November. Really great experience and had an enjoyable time while we were there. This was the groups second time there (so there doing something right) and we all said it was a fun evening. The end of evening closing ceremony is for want of a better word just pure confusion. It has no relevance to anything you have been doing, but it's just harmless (amd slightly bonkers) fun. All the characters that I have met/come in contact with are brilliant. Special shout out to the Dr. Winter (loved the character and the voice, did get sprayed in the face with water though... 🤣), the guy is the cinema place (so much energy but not in a negative way, just think he's brilliant) and the lady who last time I went was in Jonaco Law Centre (just think she plays the roles so well!!) Food was nice, no complaints. Good portion size and priced fairly. My only problem with the food is they have no sweet/dessert option apart from a crepe station.

Went with my sister for the lunar festival version. Was lots of fun. Many games to play and puzzles to solve. The actors are great to interact with and help out those not so good at interacting. We didn't get into each room and tried the mirror maze 'just for fun' as we hadn't gotten around to it on our adventure. I can easily see how you can return over and over and have different experiences each time. Would definitly say it's good for families, groups or just a couple of you and you'll enjoy it most by being open to fun and being silly. Well done to everyone involved it's quite an experience! 😁🥰🎃

The most fun immersive experience in London! All the actors were so professional and in character. Very big immersive physical world and environment. The plots were interesting and we completed 3 but we had to speedrun them. Funny as hell, puzzles are not too easy but very solvable, very depends. But overall such a fun immersive exprience would totally wanna do again to see all the other plots they have to offer. Recommend for any person or group that loves stories and games and especially if you love interacting with the story itself. 10/10.

Excellent attention to detail at this immersive experience! We joined the evening session, which started with an opening ceremony and then offered a few hours to explore different storylines and mysteries by discovering clues or interacting with actors, before a closing ceremony wrapped things up about four hours later. The production value is impressive - the actors are fantastic, and the mix of physical and digital clues (posters, hidden codes, interactive screens) makes it all feel dynamic and engaging. You can choose to follow specific routes or just wander and see what unfolds around you. Food options are limited but do include vegetarian choices like veggie hot dogs and chips, plus a bar for drinks. Definitely book in advance - it’s a unique and well-crafted experience that’s worth planning for.

Super fun experience, the actors were great and the missions were very interesting as well. Food and drinks were nice. One of the best 4 hours team building experiences I’ve ever had

Unbelievably good fun. We went as a family with two late teen kids and we had a great time. The residents of the town were 'on' all the time and made the experience really fun and immersive. Every element has been so well thought out and there are so many different quests to do that you could go multiple times and get a different experience each time. There were quite a few in our time slot group who had visited before. There is food and drink available to purchase inside the town square which was really good. There is also merch which we didn't have time to check out. Accepts contactless payments. We managed to complete one quest and had started to get into our second investigation when we ran out of time. Please stay until the end of your time to attend the closing ceremony, it was a blast. Would go back here in a heartbeat.

I originally hesitated to visit here thinking it would be just another overpriced short-lived pop up slapped together with minimal effort that are unfortunately saturating the market at the moment - I could not have been more wrong! I've been to Phantom Peak twice now and cannot wait to return. It's the most unique and fun experience you can do in London (possibly in the world?) and the best entertainment you can get for £40. The set is incredible and impressively high quality, with little Easter eggs and details to notice all over the place. The trails are all entertaining and laugh out loud funny. The food and drinks are great and a reasonable price - especially the pulled pork hotdog! One word of advice to guests - the more you give the more you get out of the experience, so if you are uncomfortable with playing along with a storyline for four hours this isn't the activity for you. But for those of us who love the fun it's one of the best experiences available. My only regret is I waited so long to visit!
