We ordered $75 of sushi to go. The restaurant was very loud, dark, and crowded. The to go window was in the back and hard to find, a long walk from the nearest handicap parking. Very small portions for the price and the ingredients were not fresh. The avocado was almost rotten. I have a hard time believing food is prepared there, if it is then it’s been sitting in their fridge partially prepared/assembled for hours if I had to guess. Publix sushi looks and smells better. Presentation was poor, sloppy, and squished into containers too small so the toppings stuck to the lid and not the sushi. The manager gave us a partial refund in the form of a gift card when we called, did not even question me or ask me to bring the food back which is nice so I would say service is good. We could not eat the food and threw it away. It didn’t smell good. I would have been ok with small portions if it had been fresh. This came across as a Fast Food chain disguised as a hipster restaurant.
