"Located in Grogans Mill, the second iteration of the award-winning Katy Asia Town created by the late Chef Alex Au-Yeung offers an enticing menu of Malaysian hawker-style street food. The award-winning beef rendang and roti canai are requisite for a first-time dining experience, but be sure to try its many noodle and rice dishes, the sizzling egg-made tofu, the classic Hainanese chicken, and the salt-and-pepper calamari. The cocktails are also riveting, with an Island Gin and Tonic that blends gin, shiso tonic, Sichuan peppercorn, and chili for a tingling but pleasant sip.
