Phi Restaurant - Giancarlo Morelli

"Glamour and fashion are the hallmarks of this restaurant in Phi Beach, one of the most attractive nightclub-cum-lounge bars on the Costa Smeralda. Take a seat on the terrace right by the water and soak up the romantic sunsets and sea views as you enjoy Italian and Mediterranean dishes created by a famous chef from Lombardy who adds just the right touch of contemporary flavour. Also open for lunch, with some of the evening menu dishes available alongside an array of simpler options." - Michelin Inspector

Very nice place to be and it’s a pleasure to have a drink or two there. Unfortunately, one or the other waiter feels better than the wealthy guest and you are only served with a lot of arrogance if you don’t show that you also have a lot of money. Pecato! The friendly customer service is missing…

Superb location with wonderful panomaric views and sunset. Drinks highly overpriced but you pay for a fantastic atmosphere and ambience with beautiful people.

Great place! Lots of space, great view! Girls on thin heels, be aware!

Phi Beach Club has an absolutely magical setting, nestled among the rocky coastline of Sardinia. We visited to see Carlita perform, and it was a fantastic experience! The sound system was impressive, and the lights created a stunning effect as they stretched from the stage out toward the ocean. They served food throughout the night, and the pizza was delicious. We had a table right by the water, which was cozy for the two of us but spacious enough to fit a few more comfortably. I really appreciated how open and spacious the venue felt—there was plenty of room to enjoy the atmosphere without feeling crowded. Overall, Phi Beach Club offers a unique and unforgettable experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sardinia!

It seems like a joke, a beautiful place, good music, and the crowd leaving, sitting on the couch, my friends as a DJ, I can say we have to have a free dance floor for people to dance and not a closed dance floor with ropes and security for 2% of the audience. The DJ is the saddest guy of the night... seriously... open up that dance floor and be happy! It's regrettable! Take this as constructive criticism.

The place is unique in my view. Have been at various beach clubs and venues in places like Ibiza, but this has a great location, views, vibe and lineup. Many of the greats play here in the summer. Recommend free parking on the street (always saves 20€) and making a reservation (80€ online vs 130€ at the door). Get here between 19:00 - 20:00. Drinks are 20€ for all spirits (good selection). I remove one star for the generally rude staff, but unless you are a high-roller, the same thing happens in many places. In particular, did not like the fact that my GF was recommend a gin by bar staff, hated it, asked for a different one, and was told “sorry.” Also, the gentleman who instead of walking in the middle of the path, just had to rudely barge through without even saying “excuse me” (last photo). If you are not a “VIP” you spend a lot of time waiting about for the main act, in fear of losing your place. This is made somewhat more bitter, as the VIPs occupy the space immediately in front of the DJ booth, so you end up just gazing on in as they eat and drink, whilst what you just wait…genuinely saw lots of bored/tired faces. More toilets too please!!!!!

Very bougie. Never in my life will I pay €10 for a small bottle of water. But people did. I must be poor.

Great place with lots of potential. We have had high expectations due to their glam Instagram posts but it turned out to be quite deceiving. Pros: The location is spectacular. Amazing views during the sunset. Better to arrive early to enjoy nice cocktail with some space around you. Parking close by. Cons: Unless you have an access to Privé/VIP from 9pm onwards the space is compared to tin of sardines. Crossing the venue to get a cocktail is an absolutely dreadful experience. Dancing is virtually impossible. We managed to get fairly good spot with some views of Bob sinclar but if he was replaced with a CD and the mannequin most of the people wouldn't even know. Ladies queue to the toilet was approx 20 minutes wait. Tickets €120 each Cocktails from €20 each Parking €20

Yelp
The night we were at Phi Beach Restaurant, we weren't sure if we were at a disco or a Michelin ratted restaurant. Fact is we were at both. The food was excellent from the appetizers to the pasta dishes to the second courses. All well prepared and tasty. Service was good too as was the wine selection and drinks. The club itself is a scene. The night we were there a well known DJ group from Germany, Claptone, entertained. The got place hopping and between the light show on the rocks, the food and crowd, it was a night to remember. The meal was about 250+ euros per person including wine. The cost included entrance into the club.

Yelp
The day beach club vibe is just ok. I think the real chill is at Nikki Beach. However the sunset (amazing / beautiful) The night club aspect is very fun with a good chill. The place becomes a happening . The location is very unique / off the side of a mountain overlooking the water. I strongly suggest opting for table service rather than just entry tickets. But do what ever your budget allows. The food is actually good both at the day bed lounges during the day as-well as the restaurant for dinner. Regardless of price, still highly recommend the experience!

Yelp
My friend had made the reservation and pre-paid in order to finalize our reservation. We were charged again at the table, so we paid twice for the meal. The staff is being difficult to work with regarding this situation and keeps giving me the run-around. If you make a reservation here and order anything additional not included with the set meal price, be sure they don't charge you for the meal a second time.

Yelp
Music was not great (was a guest DJ), AMAZING sunset, do not miss! Bit pricey. No fee to get in, took a taxi so not sure about parking (I think they were charging). Had bottle service in the Veuve lounge area, server was great 5 stars (Matteo), got a small snack with the bottle, we chose the fruit platter. You can sit there before sunset and have a drink, just have to order from that bar. They close it off to close or for bottle service only as soon as the sun goes down. Moved to a different day bed to finish our bottle and order drinks/food (limited food options but good for a snack). Service was a bit slow, but he was very funny/nice. Got very cold at night! It was early in the season. The owner flies his helicopter with special music around the club during sunset. Kinda takes away from the sunset. There are Phi Beach kitties!! We saw one, server said there are about 8 that live and hangout at the club.

Yelp
Costa Smeralda of Sardinia is not a place where you can easily find a club even half-friendly to your wallet. However, Phi is a relatively affordable location to go out in the evening, if you have also lost the compass a bit and ended up in the area around Porto Cervo, among all the yachts and villas so perfect and hidden, that you can't even see anything but the gates and servants' Fiat Pandas in front. And other clubs called Billionaire or so (had to wonder if that one is only for the rich-wannabes, or the real stars also drop by sometimes). Phi had the idea to get rid of the usual doorkeepers and guestlists, make the club approachable for everyone, and still stay fancy in a way. Even a family with kids who are maybe staying in Baja Sardinia and are just curious to see the place can be spotted. Because the club itself has an amazing setting above all. A helicopter landing spot (with coordinates on the website, if that is how you want to arrive after all), typical Sardinian amazing and bizzare rock-formations, even a tiny stripe of white sand beach. A restaurant behind the white curtains, almost floating on the sea. The club area is open for general public without any particular filtering, but there are indeed two private zones with security guys, where people who have decided for Phi on that night, even though they do live on a yacht, can still enjoy their VIP status accordingly. It was partly fun to watch one such crowd on this evening dance on the white low furniture between champagne bottles on ice, celebrating someone's birthday, in which the DJ participated actively by making us all sing a happy birthday to you song - almost. I saw a pair of absolutely fabulous designer shoes at least. This way or another, Phi is really a welcome attempt indeed. Instead of setting individual fantasy prices per drink, there are 4 sorts of vouchers costing between 10 and 25 eur, depending on the general type of drink - a very practical way to deal with the ordering process. You get your vouchers at the cash desk, and redeem them at the bar. The entry is free of charge, there is only a 5 eur cost for the parking for the night. I couldn't give Phi less than 4 stars, even though it is not a sort of club which could impress me greatly these days. However, there are definitely more positive than negative things about it, even though I could not but think that it lacks a bit of character - which could earn it the fifth star. The music is plain mainstream club attempt and I would not even mind if it was selected in a fun and not in a boring way. I could also not but reminisce about any club in Ibiza for a bit and the sound that even a beginner DJ would play there. But if not for the yachting, you basically come to Costa Smeralda for the uncomparable beauty of the emerald coast, and Phi makes it possible to have a drink in addition - so yes, it is definitely fine with me.

Yelp
Location is 4 stars. Prices however are -10 stars, therefore I am giving the very least possible. Come here to watch the sunset but don't think about drinking here unless you lay a golden egg daily or just want to waste money you can't afford. All mixed drinks €20, all beer €20, water €10....not even going to start on the lowest cost for a rather crappy bottle of wine ... nothing below €100. The prices are a just a pure tourist ripoff.

Yelp
From the moment we touched ground in northern Sardegna, we kept hearing great things about this place on the water. We were told to make sure we arrived early enough to see the sunset as that is one of the biggest selling points of this club overlooking the water. It had the feel as of it was an old castle of some sorts and the space along the water was transformed into a massive club but the view was the biggest selling point and well worth it. The parking fee should you drive is 5 euros and the entrance per person was 15 (you get 1 token for a drink of your choice). The only negative here for me was the problem with actually getting a drink as the night wore on. There were only 2 bar areas on the same side of the club that you could get a drink, but the rest of the space was open with seating and standing room of your choice. Overall, an absolute must should you come before dinner or after the day at the beach. Most people seemed to get a bit more dressed up but you did have people who did come off the beach in their bathing suits that didn't have any issues with getting in regarding dress code. Enjoy.

Yelp
Make sure you get there early enough to catch the sunset! Hands down, the best club in Sardegna, it's also one of the best lounge type places to hang out. I can't speak for the food as we didn't eat, and the drinks are as expensive as you can get, but you really can't beat the atmosphere or view. The rocks are a little hard to navigate if you're in dress shoes, the girls will most likely take off their heels, but if you're a guy, make sure you have rubber soled shoes on. On crowded nights, it's well worth getting the bottle service and reserved seating area.

Yelp
Awesome place! The location is unique...the great thing about it is the sunset so I suggest arriving early. It is in my opinion the best place in Sardinia

Yelp
Excellente place to go for a pre-drink dinner, location is fabulous and you can see wonderful sunsets. The music is excellent and you'll feel like in a club and you'll be dancing at 9pm. Go on a saturday but no later than 8pm as it gets crowded after. Drinks are expensive but it's worth a visit. For the restaurant, food has nothing exceptional for their prices, way to expensive for the quality. The only advantage is that you will eat on a patio on the water, which is nice. I was in Sardinia for 4 days and went there twice because it was a great Parking is 5 euros

Yelp
Alright-- lets start off by saying that reviews had me slightly concerned to go to Phi Beach but after finding out our resort in Punta Cervo had nothing going on after dinner, we decided to bite the bullet and go. Our resort was roughly 15 mins away but yet the cab cost us 40€ to get there-- whatever. We got there at about 8pm to catch the sunset (obviously!) The girl who greeted us tried to sell us a table/seats to catch the sunset for an absurd minimum, we politely said no and decided to do what everyone else with common sense was doing and take a seat in the large rock area (for free 99) and catch the sunset there. You have to purchase a ticket before going to the bar. at the bar you present the ticket and then you get your drink... if I remember correctly a mixed drink was 20€, wine was 10€, water was 5€ and a shot was 5€... compared to NYC prices I did not find it THAT bad. Sardinia is an expensive area to vacation in so it makes sense that these prices reflect that. They had a live DJ who was sponsored by Masarati (shows you what kinda expensive place you're at) We left at about 10pm so did not really catch the nightlife aspect of it but people are definitely dressed to the nines ( Im talking about club dresses and heels!) Surprisingly, there were a lot of kids there, some jumping around in the VIP area, from bed to bed which I found unacceptable. We did not eat there because we could just imagine the pricing for dinner so we walked to a near by restaurant about 10 mins away. The club definitely knows its selling factor: great area to catch the sunset so they work off of that which makes sense.
