"The Middle Eastern-leaning bakery and cafe Sidewalk Citizen and famed Calgary-based coffee chain Phil & Sebastian have other locations around Calgary, but their buzziest locations are at the Simmons Building in the East Village. The building is also home to the restaurant Charbar, which runs a rooftop bar serving easy-sipping cocktails and New York-style pizza.
