We went in on very short notice for funeral flowers and they had a big wedding on the same day, but they were so kind and were able to squeeze our order in. The flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. I will continue using them for all future flower orders and I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Called for custom funeral easel and flowers for the family just two hours before viewing. Exceed expectations with a beautiful cascading display packed with gorgeous blooms in the colors requested and custom ribbon. The family flowers were so well received that each family member commented on them and took pictures of the easel display. They will take care of you! P

Parkwood Flowers did my wedding flowers in January. Every single detail that I voiced that I wanted incorporated in my bouquets and table arrangements were put in place. They were the prettiest flowers I’ve ever seen! Even made a call to incorporate blue dyed roses and had other options to add if anything fell thru. They added all the bling that I wanted and loved! Very nice to deal with!!!

Just like when I purchased and paid for in the store itself, there was no difference and the opposite even looked bigger than the picture itself!!! And the chocolates are high quality, delicious and have the right expiration date! The delivery is very efficient and serviceable! Thank you very much!!! I ordered these flowers for a friend who recently got engaged. The online experience was okay but there were not as many choices as I would have hoped for. I tried to shop locally to cut down on delivery cost but it was still pretty pricey! The flowers did show up to be as pretty as the picture though so that was great!

So me and my fiancé were planning to get married at love park and the one thing we overlooked was flowers. She had mentioned about maybe getting a bouquet of fake flowers from Amazon or something before so I thought maybe she had done that already. But when I asked the day before she said she did not order any flowers. So luckily I saw that down the street was a florist. I stopped in and asked them if it was possible for them to do a wedding bouquet last minute. The man I talked to was super nice and asked me what time the wedding was (it was at 1pm but we were looking to leave by 11:30). So we said it could be done and I could grab it on the way down. I stopped in the next day and the bouquet and also a boutonnière were ready and looked amazing. I used to always order my flowers with 1-800 flowers which always gave me problems and even FTD. But why go through them when you can just go to the local florist yourself? I'm going to get all my flowers for all my future occasions through them from now on. They are awesome!

I've used Philadelphia Flower Co. on several occasions and have always been very happy with my orders and the service I've received. Before my wedding, I called to order arrangements for my mom/stepdad, dad/stepmom and fiancé's parents. When I asked if they delivered to NJ (where both sets of my parents live), they initially said no, but they made an exception since they are still relatively close to the city. The delivery charge was slightly higher, but worth it since I have been so happy with Philadelphia Flower Co. in the past. All of the flowers arrived the next day as promised. I was worried at first when my mom revealed that she had not been home all day, but there was a note in the mailbox that the flowers were left with our neighbor. All of the arrangements looked great and everyone was happy to have flowers in the house for the big weekend. I will definitely continue to call Philadelphia Flower Co. whenever the need arises!

I'm so disappointed. I ordered a super special arrangement and spent over 60$ and unfortunately the arrangement that arrived was nothing like what I had ordered. The arrangement I ordered had 3 different type of purple flowers, a purple ribbon and purple vase. Purple was the recipient's favorite color. Instead she got one with only 1 purple flower (6 roses), some cheap baby's breath filler, a blue vase and no ribbon. I've tried calling and emailing and I've gotten no response. Clearly my return business is not important. I'd suggest hiring a different florist for any flower needs. Pictures of what I ordered versus what arrived attached. I'm so embarrassed.

We've been going to The Philadelphia Flower Company for years, and have always been happy with the results. From just because, to Archbishop Ryan dances and proms for all 4 of our children, and we've never been disappointed. So when it came to ordering flowers for our wedding it was our go to flower shop. Ron was so easy to work with. I showed him pictures of what we wanted for our centerpieces - plus I had been collecting old tea cups, bottles, china tea pots, and just a collection of pieces I wanted worked in - and he was very excited to work with us. He offered some suggestions and we emailed a couple times. I also needed some personal touches added to all the bouquets and boutineers and again he was so happy to help make everything perfect. Everything was absolutely perfect and beautiful! I can't begin to express how happy we are with the turn out. I wouldn't hestitate to work with him again for all our flower needs, or to refer him to our friends and family because we know they'll be just as happy as us in the end.

I have been using Philadelphia Flower Co. for years! They are the best around when it comes to floral arrangements. I was here recently ordering roses for my wife and daughter for Valentine's Day. Chris is fantastic and their customer service is top notch. The prices are very fair, especially during Valentine's Day. The bouquets are always very nice and look more expensive the what they actually cost. Their deliveries are always on time and the drivers are always nice. I will continue to support this small business, solid 4 stars.

I wanted to send an arrangement to be delivered the next day, less than 24 hours from the time of ordering. Not only did they agree to do that, but they reached out to me to discuss some changes they needed to make and to assure me that they would be able to deliver them on time. I received an email the next morning verifying that my flowers had been delivered. Hopefully I will not need flowers for an unexpected memorial any time soon but should it be necessary, I would definitely be using this company.

Warning, Do not order the "Deal of The Day". I sent this to someone for Valentines Day. I get it, it's one of the cheaper options, but at $39.99, I expect more than carnations and baby's breath in what appeared to be a cheap Easter basket.

Very poor attitude when questioned about why are there more negative Yelp reviews than positive. Told me to "go somewhere else" if I believe Yelp's reviews. Um, yeah...........I do! Didn't even say anything positive, like "I promise you'll be satisified" etc. What a bunch of jerks! Having been a florist myself for years, I found that response to be unprofessional, ignorant, and bad business judgment.

These guys are rock stars at the Philadelphia Flower Show every year. They've won several awards including 'Best in Show'! Their shop is great, very accommodating and they do impressive work!

I have been so pleased with the flower arrangements and gift baskets I have ordered from the Philadelphia Flower Co. Their flowers and items are fresh and beautifully arranged. They provide prompt delivery and ordering is a breeze. It's nice to have a florist I feel comfortable about handling flower and gift arrangements for my closest friends and family. Outstanding presentation and service! I called Philadelphia Flower Company for my Daughters Life Celebration and gave them an idea of what I wanted. She was young and I wanted something to reflect her vibrant personality. They couldn't have been more perfect. I was so happy with the displays that they arranged. They were so Incredibly Beautiful and EXACTLY what I had in mind when I explained how I wanted the flowers to look. They did not look like just your typical arrangements. They were STUNNING. The Colors,Freshness,Sizes,Diversity and Added Touches to the displays were Incredible. So many people remarked on how gorgeous they were and later asked where I got them. I highly recommend Philadelphia Flower Company for wonderful and personal customer service, very reasonable pricing and absolutely beautiful flowers.

I am very disappointed and upset with this flower company. I ordered flowers to be sent to my cousin on Friday. Today is Tuesday and she still has not received the flowers. When I try to call the store, the phone just keeps on ringing. Is this a scam? What kind of business wouldn't pick up the phone or have some kind of messaging system. UNACCEPTABLE do not use this store

I just received the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. The designer who made this has such talent!!! I just got off of the phone with the receptionist Sharon she couldn't have been any nicer & professional that's awesome because with it being the day before Valentines day I wasn't rushed off the phone she spoke to me & it felt like I was talking to a friend...someone I've known for a long time. I wanted them to know how happy I am with the flowers I received! !! I will definitely use this shop for all of my floral needs &I'm going to tell everyone I know to use Philadelphia Flower Company ...BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS!!!

I blindly ordered flowers from Phila. Flower Co. for a funeral (no recommendation/prior order) and was thrilled with the result. The arrangement was exactly as pictured, despite a disclaimer that said different flower types could be used than what was pictured. I also found the arrangement to be quite affordable, given the higher costs associated with funeral sprays. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

I work for a non-profit (501c3) in the public health sector. I needed to order flowers and called Philadelphia Flower Company to place the order. Being a 501c3, we are exempt from paying sales tax. I deal with vendors constantly - for a variety of services - and have never once been told that we have to pay tax, once I provide our IRS letter to them. The first time I called this company, I was told that tax-exemption does not apply to flowers. That is literally what he said. It sounded weird to me, so I called our Director of Finance and checked on Google to confirm (the man was wrong). I called back and asked to speak to the gentleman that I had just spoken with. They hung up on me. I called back again and asked for the manager. The manager said that tax-exemption on flowers does not apply in Philadelphia. What?? I told him that collecting taxes from a tax-exempt entity is stealing and is also a federal offense. He said I am free to use another company and hung up. I am reporting this to TelaFlora and the Better Business Bureau. I am wondering if I should say something to the IRS. If this company is collecting taxes when they don't need to be collected, there's something wrong . . . Will never call them again. Based on the myriad of negative reviews on here, I suggest you don't either.
