Philly Billy

New favorite philly in Portland Very nice and amazing service with friendly smiles and the philly cheese steak and the Billy potatoes are great, the cheese steak could feed 2 but I would recommend getting the potatoes also with it. My bread did not get soggy even after I finished it 25 mins later and it's not over powered by sauce and spices that you can't taste the meat (cut not thin or to thick 💯). If you like a little heat but not one that burns or stays long ask for their orange (kinda color it's in the pictures) and you will thank me later. Edit 5/23/23: Just added a photo of the chicken philly and it's a good size and taste great but I'm still a fan of the beef, will be trying the lamb next.

I got the chicken loaded fries and it was so good. All that food for 13 bucks! And the lady that was working was so sweet. Definitely will be going again!

Stopped by here over the weekend with my roommate. It was my second time and their first. I ordered a Lamp Philly and some Philly Steak Fries while my roomie also got a Lamb Philly. It was all so good. Lamb phillies were super tasty and flavorful while the fries was just as tasty and their were plenty of them. I was super happy and definitely full after I finally made it through it all. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back even more.

Decided to try this place because of all the great reviews. Found they were misleading. Food was ok, got Philly Fries. Fries were not seasoned and undercooked with not that many toppings, barely any meat. Portion was half the size of the photos of other reviews and the photos on the menu. Was it terrible? no. Would I order here again? no.

I waited 18 minutes for one order of cheese fries. Warm fries covered in fridge-cold cheese sauce. Disgusting. Do not waste your money.

In a city full of hidden gems, this one shines bright. The cheesesteak over rice is one of my favorite dishes ever. Worth the drive from anywhere in town!

Delicious! Steak and cheese were perfect, and I loved all the pickles and pickled jalapeños. Friendly staff, too. Definitely will be back!

One of my favorite cheesesteaks I’ve had in Portland so far! Great service and reasonable prices. The lamb cheesesteak was excellent!
