My daughter and I visited the Philly Pretzel Factory last night for the first time. The store is immaculate clean and everything is brand new. The staff was busy at work but they all were smiling and greeting everyone as they walked in. I took several minutes to look at the menu and all of the fresh, hot pretzels being loaded into the large display case. As I stood in line, one of the employees offered three of us a free pretzel to sample and I was impressed. Excellent texture and flavor. I'm not much of a pretzel connoisseur, but I can tell you that this was the real deal. I decided on the cheese steak pretzel. After my daughter ordered I was informed that we were "good to go." I was puzzled, but the cashier told me that their card machine wasn't working and that this one would be on them. I couldn't believe it. They turned a disaster into an opportunity that has made me convinced that their focus on customer service is their first priority. I didn't want to wait to get home to eat, so I ate in the car. Let me say, best pretzel ever. That cheese steak pretzel has become my favorite new treat. I cannot wait to return. You all knocked it out of the park! Thank you so much.
