Went there this past weekend first time ever going with a group of people. Some young bartender named Trinity I think it was…. HORRIBLE! Walked in and looked like nothing but a bunch of underage kids in there and they just kept coming. Two came in and she proceeded to tell her friend that “he better not be lying and they better be of age because the cameras were “stalking” her 24-7. They clearly they weren’t of age because she kept winking and they kept laughing. She’d go missing for 10 + minutes leaving people waiting for beers and checks. Went into the restroom and was held up by her standing/leaning into the door calling another young girl in to take fireball shooter shots. I figure that’s what they were doing each time she went in there 4+ times for 5-10 minutes each. She was stumbling around dropping everything and being obnoxiously loud and yelling. Didn’t even acknowledge people except the young guys. She spilled a drink all over my phone and leg and just let the beer run everywhere…..told me “clean it up” and proceeded to throw me a rag which sat there because I was not cleaning it up. She was too worried about all the young kids in there who definitely did not look of age at all. Was mouthy telling people to wait a minute and give her a minute to get herself together when we were waiting 5-10 minutes for a drink and check because she was too worried about making sure the group of teenagers were taken care of and too busy going into restroom to take fireball shooters. Will not be back and do not recommend unless you want a bunch of teenagers in your way and a rude bartender.

As a truck driver, I've been across the country and experienced many bars/restaurants. This small town bar with the home town feel has been the highlight of my driving career. The atmosphere and the food (cheese curds & wings) were so awesome that I didn't want to leave. This small jewel is forever marked on my map!

I've grown up with my parents going here and now I do when it's time to get a little tippsy. Always a good time, good people, good atmosphere! Owned for years by the same couple. $1.00 cheeseburgers on Fridays and they are AWESOME! I suggest you stop in and check it out! :)

Great place to play pool and socialize. Only negative is smoking is allowed inside and I'm a non smoker and have asthma. By the time you leave you gotta wash your clothes and shower to get rid of the smell.

Celebration of life for dearly departed, Robert Kramer. I was asked to say something about his kindness. Mike Radibold handed me the microphone and I told of Kramer's kindness and the fact I received a life time ban!! 🤣 Everything is good. Oh, great bartender's! Especially, Ace!!

If you are in the neighborhood or a local nearby to Phil's is the perfect place to get a drink even if it's a drink of water. They do have really good appetizer for at way more than reasonable price. The people there, the clientel they keep is 'TOP SHELF' and then some. Stop in and see Cheryl and don't stop going there til you do. She's a welcoming owner that treats you like family. This us definitely a stop in Shelby Ohio to make.

I’m from Arkansas and had a load to be shipped here. Wanted play some pool so me and another truck driver went here and had a great time. Good vibes and felt very welcome

Always have a great time bartenders are fun to deal with it's a great atmosphere good people never have any problems good place to just kick back relax and enjoy yourself
