5 people working, still it's super slow. One guy doing cashier and pastry prep and coffee beans.!! Whole bunch of mobile orders getting cold waiting for the customers! 20 mins for a coffee with 2 people ahead of me. Something's broken here.

When downtown sunnyvale with your furry friend drop by philz coffee on maltida plaza. Ample space to walk kimmy while I sip of coffee ☕️. Kimmy gives two paws 🐾.

A busy coffee spot in the bay. Their service is smooth but the wait time is long. Luckily it was less busy at noon. I’ve seen this place packed with people. Their service is amicable and I also like their customization for every drink. Their ambience is great and you will always see people working on their computers here. We got Mocha Tesora and sweet & Harmony (cinnamon flavor). Both were fresh brewed and tasted good. Though I went with full cream whole milk, I felt the coffee was a bit watery. Although the texture was not to my liking, I loved their fresh coffee flavor and it was refreshing. Overall a great experience an I look forward to tasting more of their drinks.

This is obviously a chain, so it has a very fast foodie vibe. What works for this particular branch is the location. It is located right in front of the Caltrain station. The interiors are very bare and industrial, but they have some art hanging from the local art school, and that is pretty cool. The cafe was quite busy whenever I visited, but almost everybody seem to be working. But then again, I was not surprised because the vibe of the cafe was a work and meeting kind of cafe. Like I wouldn’t come here to read my book. There is plenty of seating, but only some seats have power outlet, so you have to choose carefully where you want to set if you want to work for long hours. The coffee itself is pretty decent. You can specify the level of sweetness and creaminess, which is new for me, and I’ve never seen this before any other cafe. I tried the specialty rose coffee, which was pretty dang good. Overall, a nice place, if you just want to work in a cafe. There are some food options as well, but I honestly would skip it. There are plenty of nice food options, walking distance from the store.

I ordered hot chocolate and the experience was awful. They added unbearable sugar in it and when we asked they said we can’t do anything about it, these are premixes. How can someone decide how much sugar will be required by the customer
