Phinda Private Game Reserve

What a incredible place! Definitely gonna come back again bring our family! We live both forest lodge and mountain lodge. I love both of them, mountain has best swimming pool. Forest has the best facility! If you have time you’d better try both.

We stayed at the Rock Lodge and it was a 10/10 experience! The staff were all extremely attentive and kind! I have never had service like that before. Both managers were a sweet couple that made our stay magical! I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a luxury safari experience!

A simply incredible experience at Phinda. Our entire stay (three days) was basically perfect from start to finish. The staff was so nice & welcoming (and everyone remembered our names from the first moment!) and the accommodations were top-tier. But the true highlight were our amazing game drives— we saw so much incredible wildlife and we were led by expert guides (who were also very fun). It’s clear that Phinda is deeply committed to wildlife conservation and with supporting (and partnering with) the local communities. We highly recommend Phinda and we’re excited to return someday! I've already reviewed the specific lodges in the reserve if you'd like more specifics on those. The reserve itself is very well maintained and packed with wildlife. The game rangers seem especially knowledgeable and any staff member seems happy to help with whatever you could need. It's quite pricy, but me trip was worth every penny!
