With the Summer Weather, Right Now Is the Best Time to Walk and Snack in San Francisco | Eater SF

"I stop into Pho 2000 in the Tenderloin for chả giò, which are far more portable and just as good a reason to grab something to eat while walking." - Garrett Schlichte

The food is great. The price is also great because is a good amount of food for the price you pay. Also they give you this sweet dessert for free. Is delicious by the way.

Let me tell you this place is soooo good!! Its so clean and the staff is amazing. Came here yesterday and ordered the egg rolls, sausage spring rolls, and the special combo pho. Came back today for more.

Great pho place with nice bamboo decor. I felt so relaxed sitting in this restaurant. The pho and vermicelli salad are great and worth trying. Their rice plates have rice that is better than most Asian restaurants I’ve been too. It’s very tender! The ice shaved dessert was a bit too sweet for me but the free tapioca dessert was just perfect.

Delicious Vietnamese foods and fast service with two servers helping serve our food. Not busy when we went around 6-7pm on a Saturday. They also give a free complimentary sweet mung bean after our meal. We paid $88 for our dinner but we have some to go for a friend, it’s fair for 5 people. Great location too, easy to find and around the shops and hotels nearby.

I have been here twice and got the oxtail pho both times. I brought my daughter with me the second time and she loved the pho as much as I did. The next time I go I'm going to try something different

Their Pho still tastes very good. The last time I visited this place must have been more than 3 years ago. The serving portion is still the same although they have understandably raised their prices. Blame inflation!

I am completely disappointed in this visit. It appears that new owners are in charge and didn't make changes for the better. I know times are hard but come on! The beef was dried out and tough to chew, so tough that we couldn't finish this plate. I brought it to our server's attention and they just said "oh" and ignored us. I also found a hair in one dish and tried to let them know and again, they didn't want to hear it. No attempt to refill our waters. Service was slow and our bill was very expensive and exceptionally high for the inferior quality of food and service. We will not return.

The portion size is large, but the soup is salty and has a strong chemical seasoning taste. The fried squid is also fried in very old oil, giving off a rancid and musty smell. But the staff were friendly.
