Great place been here many times with my mom! No problems with the service or food they’re both great, service is always good. I always order the brisket pho and it’s always great and there is little to no wait for it!!! My favorite food place in town.

Ray S.

Google
So yummy, the broth is so well seasoned and good, the meat is nice and thin not grainy at all, my favorite comfort food. Kiss the chef on the mouth yummy. Would eat here even if they yelled at me. Maybe don’t get it to go tho.

Eric Y.

Google
Great tasting pho, regular is $11 and the large is $12.49. The soup tastes great, and the meat is well cooked. Service is quick and waiters are nice. Tons and tons of seats. Would recommend!

Rude. Rude. Rude. When I asked if they had a charbroiled option with the pho, the owner raised his voice, pointed his finger at me, waved it and told me to never order it like that. He said in a loud tone “don’t do that.” It was rather embarrassing and maybe he was offended because he proceeded to tell me not to order it like that. Ever! I was embarrassed, because the entire restaurant can hear and he yelled at me in front of my child. He mentioned other guests ask for the charbroiled meat too. Apparently he gets angry when you ask for this option. Honestly, if other people are asking for it, maybe it should be considered. He returned to ask if I had been to this place before and I said yes, and he continued with the pathetic scolding again. He did not return to refill my water and never asked how we were doing. Poor service. Rude dude. Bad experience. BUT wait…it gets worse! As I go up to pay I said, “let me ask you a question: if I were a man, would you have spoken to me that way?” He couldn’t answer me with a straight response. He said, “ No, I speak from the heart cause you can never ask for it that way.” I became very stern because he couldn’t answer me with a straight yes or no. I told him that it was embarrassing and I was simply asking if he had that option and that I didn’t need to be scolded about it. He kept trying to justify his tone and why I deserved the lecture about how it should be served. I get his passion behind the dish, but to humiliate your guest in your restaurant?! I then said, “ if my husband were here I don’t believe you would have spoken to him like this.” His voice rose even higher and in a threatening tone he said: “Bring your husband here.” Ummmm what? I said you know after this experience I don’t believe I should have to pay for this meal after how you’ve been treating me. He said, “go ahead and go, that’s what you want that’s who you are.” He proceeded to walk away into the kitchen and I lectured him back about how he is treating me as his customer and how I asked a simple question that seemed to offend him and he was being rude. I was like, I shouldn’t have to pay for this. He said go and said nothing else. I waited a few seconds, grabbed my bag and told my daughter, “let’s go.” She heard him say go. Halfway out, he YELLS at me again, this time with more force, yelling that if I leave he will call the cops! Did he not tell me to go???! I waved my card at him and reminded him that I was there to pay with my card in my hand despite the terrible experience and him embarrassing me. I stated I didn’t think I should pay and he was the one that said go. He proceeded to humiliate me in front of the entire restaurant, still yelling, while my little girl is watching her mom get threatened by this owner after he said. “go.” I paid my bill in utter humiliation. To have this owner scold me, degrade me and then yell at me in front of everyone is a disgrace to this establishment. As I paid I reminded him that all I asked was a question about a food option and that he didn’t have to scold me. We’ve had pho everywhere and this option is always available so I was simply asking if he had it here. He said I had given him attitude. Well heck, after he scolded you the first time, would you sit there all nice and sweet? I reminded him again that when I asked him all he had to say was, “ we don’t have it here” instead of humiliating me for asking. I asked if he was the owner and he said, “yes.” After the bill was complete he actually said, “thank you.” Are you serious? And all I could think was: Thank you for an awful and humiliating experience in front of your guests at your restaurant and in front of my daughter. Awful experience. Think twice before dining here. Think about this experience and how he humiliated a mother in front of her child. He didn’t care and he told me he didn’t, and that’s not how to run a business. What a shame. All he had to do was apologize for scolding me and belittling me.

Google
Love this place! Usually we order to go but we have also eaten at the restaurant as well. They pack the fixings and noodles separate from the broth to ensure everything is fresh and not soggy. It’s always delicious, definitely recommend!

Google
I went 2 times dine in and 1 take out before writing a review. The pho here is phenomenal. I really love pho so I’m always eager to try a different Vietnamese restaurant and to be quite honest, I’ve been kind of over the other pho restaurant I would alway go to. There’s a lot of aromatics in the soup and it’s just so perfect. I would 10/10 recommend eating here. I’ve had the lumpia rolls, beef bahn mi, seafood pho, brisket pho and boba. They’re all great. They do get busy so the waitress I’ve had does seem to be a little more rushed and she’s usually the only one waiting the tables so I understand. It is very clean, the drinking glasses, silverware and restroom are always clean. Again, come try it here!

Google
the brisket pho was DELISH ! even for a hot summer day , it hit the spot ! the shrimp spring rolls i got were a good size being two per order :)

Google
I really liked their Pho! It was my very first time eating here today, and I was not disappointed. I didn't plan to come here originally, but the place I wanted to go was charging dinner price for lunch. The cashier said it was because of being a "holiday," Since when did Valentine's Day become a holiday ?! I quickly looked for another option nearby and Pho 24 popped up on my Yelp radar. I decided to give it a try. Upon entering the restaurant, the place looked bright and inviting though besides two TVs, there weren't too much decor on the walls (or elsewhere for that matter). The dining area had ample tables - 10 (seating for 4), table for 8, and table for 20. So, if you want to bring a group, 20 folks can sit together. I ordered Pho tai as I usually do when visiting any Vietnamese restaurant for the first time. That's my way of establishing the baseline, especially comparing taste of food - particularly the pho broth. The broth was very good, perhaps the best I tasted in El Paso. Rare steak was very tender - sometimes it's very tough and chewy - no issues here. Rice noodles were perfectly cooked and not clumpy though I thought the amount could be a little more for a large bowl. Maybe that's the reason it's only $ 8.95 instead of $ 11 or $ 12 elsewhere. Service was prompt and polite. The old lady who was bussing the table and filling your glasses didn't speak English, but it was just fine. She was pleasant enough. This probably will become my No. 1 Pho restaurant in El Paso. I will definitely be back. If you like pho, you need to try Pho 24!

Yelp
U alrdy knw any pho spot that end in numbers goin be the spot. Bun tet nun,. Pho,. Ambiance, Overall, as a SoCal resident, this has my approval.

Yelp
Still nice and quiet, mainly bumped down due to smaller serving sizes, higher prices, and a very negative experience with a server that came to sit down and push his religion onto me and my partner. Then proceed to try to be condescending. When you go out to eat you want to enjoy your food and relax, not have your server force himself into your private life and give you a talk about religion no one asked for.

Yelp
Very nice and good food. Workers are kind and welcoming, and our food was amazing and very well done.

Yelp
Pho 24 | Happiness is a warm bowl of pho! Perfect weather for my favorite type of food! This place never disappoints. It is fairly new to the east side of El Paso. Every time I visit this spot, the staff is very nice and welcoming. The ambiance is peaceful and pleasant. The restaurant is all white and looks very clean which I enjoy because there's not too many distractions. It really makes me happy when I get to enjoy my food and focus on what I'm eating. I always order the Brisket Pho, it is DELICIOUS.. the meat was so tender, the warm noodles & broth are also delicious! The broth is made with a great flavor which can be seen very clear, that's how you know it'll be yummy. You can't go wrong with any of their specialties, the brisket option is one of their popular items on the menu. We also had the P8 Pho with seafood - shrimp, scallop, and squid. That one was also very good! I recommend trying both. Trust me, it won't disappoint. The boba is a must when I visit, I've liked all the flavors I've tried there. Overall this hit the spot! I can't wait to be back! Ordered: Brisket Pho 10/10 Seafood Pho 9/10 Thai Tea Boba 8/10 Ratings: Overall 10/10 $$ Service 10/10 Location: Pho 24 1346 Lee Trevino St. 109, El Paso, TX 79936

Yelp
Food is fresh, delicious and flavorful! Some of the best Vietnamese I've had in El Paso!

Yelp
The place is super clean. It is well organized and you are not back to back with another table. The servers are nice but could be a little more attentive being a slower time in terms of offering water refill. The food comes our pretty quick. They did get my order wrong though. I didn't notice it really because i figured it was at the bottom. At that point, I just took what I got. It wasn't a price difference and my mistake for not noticing sooner. In terms of taste, the broth is okay. It is not super heavy or anything. It feels like they added a good amount of pepper if I had to describe the taste difference. I am glad I am not superbloated. The spring rolls are not too bad. Overall the place is not bad and it is super clean. They could be a little more attentive and maybe add a little less pepper to it?

Yelp
Terrible service, terrible food. The pho had three pieces of brisket that were mostly fat and maybe an ounce of noodles. We had to ask for utensils and the vegetable accompaniments and were greeted with a bad attitude.

Yelp
Pho was delicious at this restaurant! Was traveling cross country and had some car issues. Got stuck at a dealership waiting for work to get done and found this gem!

Yelp
Got the beef bahn mi and pork vermicelli bowl. Everything was great and fresh. Very good

Yelp
Best Vietnamese coffee ever! Chicken pho was excellent. Absolutely everything about the pho was right. Broth, garnishments, noodles. A big bowl soothed every pho withdrawl I had been having. The place filled up quickly after we got there and everyone seemed to be having the soup. Pho has amazing medicinal features, in my opinion. Having a bad day - pho. Catching a cold - pho. heartbroken - pho. This worked it's magic on me. Go. Get this pho. Since moving from Houston, where excellent pho is everywhere, to Las Cruces, where finding even bad pho is difficult, we set out with the help of fellow Yelpers to find edible pho in El Paso. This was one of the two places we narrowed our choices to. And it was definitely worth the drive.

Maria A.

Yelp
Best Vietnamese food in ElPaso, place is clean. The Pho is delicious and the ambiance there quite becoming.

Gladis R.

Yelp
Delicious tender meat, super balanced flavors. Friendly staff love the vibe and its small restaurant but very clean I loved it.

Yelp
Flavor of the food... Amazing !! Service was !! Ambiance is a blank canvas. We'll be back for the Pho again! Pho in my opinion.. "Best in El Paso." The flavor in the broth is made with love! But don't ask for fish sauce.. I think I insulted the owner. I tried to explain, I just like the taste of fish sauce in my Pho. So he brought me the whole bottle from the kitchen. Next time I'll just bring my own fish sauce. Lol. Very delicious... again, in my opinion... " Best Pho in Town!"
google avatar

David L.

Yelp
Love visiting here with my mom when I'm in town. Best pho spot in town. I usually get the spicy beef soup. Service might be slow since I see two people and that's with the owner. Be mindful of that but food is great. Clean place.

Yelp
I ordered over the phone and the guy who took my order was very nice as well as the girl who helped me when I picked up. Prices posted in the photos here didn't match what I was charged. Over priced, the food was just okay, and small portions. The restaurant was bright and very clean.

Inci N.

Yelp
Amazing pho with authentic Vietnamese basil. The broth is my favorite and their chili oil has actually chili flakes in it. (Most places only have oil) the staff is friendly the service is amazing. Best place to get a bowl of pho by far. They have a couple of TVs plying the games so you won't miss out but it's not noisy or excessive.
google avatar

Myriam F.

Yelp
The servings are never the same. I guess it depends on their mood for the day (LOL) but the food is delicious. So try it and hopefully it's on one of their "good" days.

Yelp
The rare the steak pho was great! We ordered the coconut boba it was ok. We'll be back.

Yelp
Another excellent pho restaurant located on Lee Trevino. I had the pork spring rolls (2) and a large pho with rare steak. The spring rolls were good, but the pho was exceptional. The broth was wonderful. I have eaten twice and plan to make it weekly ritual. Their website is listed below. https://www.pho24.com.vn/en/menu/

Yelp
Went to pho 24 to give it a shot. Upon walking in, the staff were friendly and said to take a seat anywhere. Interior: the restaurant offers a good amount of seating for parties of all sizes. The decoration is simple but the interior is bright and cheery. They have TVs set up too in case you wanted to go in for a quick bite alone and need some entertainment. Food: Ordered the pho tai Nam which is brisket and rare steak. The broth is very clear and has good flavor. The clarity of the broth suggests lot of care during the process of making the soup base. The meat is very tender and holds its beefiness against the broth. They offer the option to add extra meat for 3.00 which I may take up on the next visit as I prefer a bit more meat in my pho. They offer two sizes, regular and large and their prices are quite affordable. You can easily get a bowl of pho for ~8-12 dollars depending on what meats you choose and if you decide to add extra. Condiments: they offer the standard condiments such as sriracha, hoisen sauce, soy sauce, pickled red chili sauce etc... sometimes at other pho restaurants I've noticed the sauces being watered down but Pho24 seems to have fresh condiments table side. Can definitely see myself going back when I crave pho!

Yelp
Me and the fam recently moved to the vicinity and has been craving for a good pho noodle soup. We stumbled upon this place on our way to do grocery shopping and decided to give it a shot. I ordered Pho with meatballls along with beef sandwich and iced Vietnamese coffee with milk. The coffee has perfect balance in taste. It is strong with a hint of milk, just the way I like it. The sandwich is omg, one of the best I've ever had. The meat is so tender and the vegetables are tasty(that's a lot coming from someone like me who doesn't like veggies lol). The sauce that comes with the sandwich is heavenly, just the right amount of sweetness. Last but not least, I want to talk about the Pho. The broth is amazing, I did not have to add anything to satisfy the taste that I'm looking for. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the meatballs... the best! The inside of the restaurant has music on with good vibes. Tables are clean, utensils and so are the sauce containers (always a huge plus for me and the fam). To top it off, the service was 11/10. Our server, Jonathan, is super funny and attentive!

Yelp
Excellent pho place!!! Im very excited to find another amazing broth that is near and dear to my Cali ways. I also love that they offer that thai basil to go with the soup too! Very few places bother these days since i imagine its hard to come by out here. Not to complain but man do i love that basil in my soup! So anyone that throws that in is top of the line in my books! The combo pho i got was so great! And the prices were also really good too. I would say the actual beef was also very fair versus tendon and tripe. I hate having a bowl of more tendon available than actual beef. This place did it just right. I also tried their shrimp spring rolls which was also bomb. I couldnt help but eat it all for once! I love it when the peanut sauce has a more watery type base since it tastes lighter and enhances the peanuts. I hope this place keeps up with a consistent delivery of delicious food and especially basil! Cant wait for more

Yelp
The food is okay. What set apart this place was its service or lack there of. The staff lacks common social courtesies or simple communication. There was no acknowledgment when I walked in. Less than 50% of the tables had customers, yet I waited 10 minutes before having grab a menu myself. Even basic service at a pho restaurant, such as bringing a plate of veggies with the pho, was lacking. I had to ask three times before it was brought out. To end it all, when I asked for the check, I got a check for another table. If you are looking for even simple basic service at restaurant, then I would say this place is not the place

Myriam R.

Yelp
The food is good, but the service is quite rude. Any time you ask for extra limes, they claim they don't have. It just frustrating. I will probably never come back. And I feel they recycle the sprouts not eaten, I saw the owner getting them from a table and getting to the kitchen.

Gaby D.

Yelp
Excellent service, server is polite and food is brought out almost immediately! Hit the spot for my pho cravings!
google avatar

Yelp
Absolutely THE BEST pho in town, broth is sensational. Service is good, owner is kind and wait staff is attentive. Regular customer with my family in tow.

Yelp
I was really excited to check out this place. I looked at a few of the reviews and saw the images of the pho and thought the quality of the broth looked up to standards I am use to being from the uptown Chicago Area where Great Pho cuisine Flourishes. I will say without a shadow of a doubt the broth at pho 24 was a exquisite. The beef brisket almost glistened off the broth base. I do believe that the meat to noodle ratio could have been a bit more robust however the highlight was the broth. I was disappointed that there was not a vegetable eggroll option. Pho 24 only had pork options not having a vegetarian option for eggrolls seems a bit irresponsible. If you are a fan of spring rolls they do have a vegetarian option for that. My sister got the chicken and rice and she did enjoy it. As far as the interior it was OK. I do think they could've done a better job to check the bathroom to make sure there were no miss placed towels on the floor which I could see. In my opinion during the Covid times we have to constantly be cleaning bathrooms. I did like the separation of seating and the fact that there was hand sanitizer and the wait staff were wearing a mask. I would also suggest they wear gloves especially when it comes to pointing at different food items. We all want to remain safe while we enjoy eating the delicious food Pho 24 has to offer. This was not my best overall experience at a restaurant of this type however as stated earlier the broth is what got the score to four stars. I would definitely recommend.

Yelp
We ordered take from Pho 24. This is the 3rd day in a row we ordered take from this restaurant. My father went to pick up the order and asked the owner if the order was spicy. (My mother just had a procedure and was admitted to the hospital. She can not eat spicy foods). We wanted to make sure the soup was not spicy. The owner of the restaurant (I believe his name is Oliver) got frustrated with my father and started to yell at him in front of everyone in the restaurant. We are regulars at Pho 24 and was disgusted by the owners reaction to my father. I called the owner after I heard the situation over the phone. I told the owner that his behavior was unacceptable and I will give him a negative review and put in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. On another occasion, we witness the owner yell and disrespect one of his employees because she made a minor mistake. Totally unacceptable behavior from an employer to an employee, which was witness by customers. She doesn't work there anymore. I always support small businesses. I usually do not complain about service, however the owner of Pho 24 was completely out of line and unprofessional. Yelling and screaming at my father in front of customers in the restaurant is unacceptable behavior from a business owner, especially to a customer who is a regular at your restaurant. Customer service and respect for others should be a priority for business owners. I am completely and utterly disappointed in how this situation was handled by the owner. I will never go back to Pho 24 again. I hope the owner is accountable for his actions.

Yelp
tre bien has been my favorite, but i would say the pho here is close to tied for my favorite now, i actually have to go back to tre bien one more time to compare lol. love the nice bunch of basil they serve, and when i asked for more white onion, they brought a heaping bowl and asked if i needed anything else. the soup is very clean tasting and light. the meat was great, especially the brisket (i had rare steak + brisket). Good price at $9 for the large bowl. i'm used to brisk asian service that is completely the opposite of western service but the workers here (probably owners) are all smiles. look forward to coming back :3

Gail H.

Yelp
We were just passing through El Paso, and read about the restaurant at our motel. We haven't had good Pho since we moved from Anchorage, AK. I was happy to read the reviews and they were 100% right. The only down side was that we ordered a regular size and got a large! As Seniors, our appetites aren't as big as they once were. I'm bringing the leftovers to my 2 great-grandkids for their lunch in a day or two. Can't say enough good things about Pho 24. Their wonderful Pho warms the body and the soul too. Fun Grammy Mesa, AZ

Yelp
Ordered the P2 Pho with rare steak and brisket... DELICIOUS... meat was so tender, noodles and broth are delicious!

Yelp
For whatever reason I found it hard to find a good Pho place but this place was clean, great service and food was just good. Definitely going back again before leaving town
google avatar

Yelp
The only complaint I have is I ordered pho for take out and while driving home I noticed the bag tilting. The broth was so hot that the plastic container was melting and some of it spilled. Overall the food was good just the packing needs improvement.

Yelp
Excellent excellent excellent. We just moved to El Paso & we are so happy we found this Vietnamese restaurant. The Pha is super good & so are the egg rolls & spring rolls. Oh & the bubble tea is also super good. Highly recommend this place
google avatar

Ana D.

Yelp
Such a cute place with amazing food! I had the chicken pho and my sister had the meat pho and they were delicious! Such rich broth and so much as well! We also got the shrimp spring rolls which are so good with the peanut sauce. Also, hands down the best bubble tea so far. Other restaurants don't make it just right like here.

Yelp
This is my comfort lunch spot. The people are very friendly and helpful. The food is great here.

Aivy V.

Yelp
I give this place 1 star because the way they treat the employee was beyond terrible. This is our third times here and each time we enjoyed our meals but the third time, I was scared to witness something that I can't unseen. The waitress who took our orders forgot to put "a kid pho" on the order and I cancelled after they brought out everyone food except the kid pho. She went and told the chef and the chef literally yelling at her and saying something like " where is the kid pho on the order?"...It was so embarrassing for her and I felt bad for canceling the order. No one should be treating like that...No job is too small to be treated like that...I can't support a business like this. I am Vietnamese and I'm embarrassed myself. We'll never come back here. For that young waitress, I am sorry that they treated you like that. I hope you find a better place to work.

Yelp
Stayed away for a long time after a bad first visit and was pleasantly surprised on this second go around. Got the combination pho very tasty broth and awesome fatty brisket!

Yelp
The pho here is ok. Nothing amazing but not terrible. It's a quiet place when I went, Sat afternoon. I jsut sat down and didn't even look at the menu, I just said I wanted a pho dac biet and was given a bowl.

Yelp
Absolutely delicious pho. You can't go wrong and the service is excellent. Put this on your short list if you are in El Paso and craving Pho!!!
google avatar

Charlene A.

Yelp
I stayed for a week in Saigon in March 2018 and Pho 24 does an excellent job preparing its dishes to briefly transport you to Vietnam by giving you an authentic meal. The seafood Pho is my favorite dish, but I have tried the Three Bean Dessert and various shrimp rolls as well as the shrimp Vermicelli. All three meals are charbroiled and come with various sauces at an affordable price. Pho 24 offers savory meal options and you don't have to worry about breaking your budget!
google avatar

Jonathan B.

Yelp
I had the steamed rice and pork. The rice was cooked nicely and the meat seasoned well. This was a nice change of pace from the other places around town. Not to mention I don't feel gross after eating it since it's pretty clean food for the most part.
google avatar

Hector T.

Yelp
Can't go wrong with this place. Great food, best Pho I've had in El Paso. The only problem is they gave me an old menu with old prices but the price wasn't too bad. Definitely going back!
google avatar

Yelp
I moved here to El Paso a few months ago and have tried pho places and it never quite was what I wanted. I saw this place on yelp and decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed. The food was amazing, the hostess/waitress was amazing. I definitely found my new favorite spot for pho.

Yelp
Everything was delicious the staff was really nice the prices are very good. you wont regret going to this restaurant if you want some spicy viet food. Highly recommend.

Yelp
By far the best Pho in El Paso. The steak bowl is a tasty one and the vegetables are fresh. The price is affordable. The boba teas are also delicious! I love going and I always feel welcome by the staff.
