"Pho 305 is a casual Vietnamese spot making one of the best bowls of pho you’ll find in the City of Miami. There are 14 pho options on the menu, and our favorite is the sirloin and brisket, which comes with thin slices of brisket and rare steak that cooks in its delicious broth. The small plates are great too. They make an excellent spring roll, fried tendon with a spicy dipping sauce, and solid vermicelli and rice plates. For dessert, there are several Vietnamese puddings, and the teas and juices are great—especially if you’ve gone a little too hard with one of the spicy sauces. It’s a quiet restaurant, so don’t expect much of an atmosphere—but you’re coming here for the food anyway. photo credit: Tasty Planet" - Ryan Pfeffer

Haven’t tried any other Vietnamese places in Miami to compare to but it’s not too bad. Rice is a little dry. Lemongrass beef has a good flavor. Pho broth I would give 7/10. Prices are 17 for medium bowl and 20 for large.

Google
Delicious traditional Pho! The passion is evident with every bite of the food as it stands heads above similar restaurants in the area. Everything here is good and it has quickly become my go-to for pho in Miami.

Google
First time I came here and it’s so amazing. I’m Vietnamese so my taste kind of picky of Vietnamese food but I love Pho here the broth is so fresh mix with homemade chili was the best. My bf got hangover so Pho is the best choice. And the noodle is exactly the same in Vietnam. Besides I ordered chicken wings (new dish) it was so good too. So tasty and fresh. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Google
Delicious! Clean, modern decor, quick service and reasonable prices. But wait, there's more! Clear, well prepared authentic beef pho, served piping hot with all the necessary condiments. If you have never tried real Vietnamese Pho, you must try. In my opinion, it leaves all other beef soups tasteless compared to the layers upon layers of flavor. Add in your basil, mung bean sprouts, lime, Sriracha, and other vegetables /condiments make this soup a highly customizable hot bowl of awesomeness!! Other options are bun dishes(noodle dishes w/no broth topped with various protein). Rice plates, spring and egg rolls as well as bubble teas, and of course Vietnamese coffee. The owner, Tommy, is extremely accommodating. Closed on Wednesday and Sundays.

Food was ok not great however I would like to point out the gratuity. I’m not a stingy person and would tip based on how well I am served. But there’s basically no waitress but the gratuity is 18% when it was not even justified on the service that I got. I got a pork sausage while my families got pho but I don’t even have fork or spoons to eat with. In the end I just used my chopsticks. And our pho does not come together but some of us finished our pho and some pho is mot even out yet. As I said the gratuity should not be charged but should be based on how well you served your customer. Or if you are going to charge it then at least live up the that tips that you took out. We came beforehand and reserved the tables for our people already and she said yes we can have those tables but as soon as more people came in she took our tables away for other customers while she joined all of us 18 people into 3 tables. Well done on customer service I guess. Will be the last time visiting this place and I don’t recommend for any group dine in or is the pho even worth the price. Not to forget that gratuity for no service. It’s not fair to charges for gratuity unless you really have someone to serve and take care of us. BYE!

Google
Wow! I was ECSTATIC to find a place that offers delicious quality vermicelli bowls. I can’t wait to go back since I live nearby. I want to try their bubble tea too. It’s so hard to find good Vietnamese food at a good price and decent portions. The beef bowl was so yummy!

Hieu Nguyen

Google
The restaurant worker not service good and clean the table next to where my family seat eat with the chemicals. The Pho taste not event like the vietnamese Pho and the vegetables it's old, cost $18 for small bow of Pho and it's not worth to eat here or spend money here Not recommended for any one visit Miami to stop here its pointless.

Google
Absolutely 🔥 pho! Definitely different than your traditional pho, but that’s what makes it great. The noodles are thicker, higher quality noodles, and the meat is also amazing quality. The broth is rich and amazing on its own. It has the layers of bone broth taste that many other restaurants try to copy by using shortcuts. The Vietnamese coffee, made with Cuban coffee beans, is absolutely incredible but be careful ... it hits hard! The restaurant has a unique artsy vibe that makes you feel at home, include custom tables handmade by the owner. For anyone saying this isn’t “authentic”, you should know the owner was born and raised in Vietnam before coming to the US. Open your mind to a new take on a Vietnamese favorite. I’m sure you’ll love it.

Yelp
Been to 4 other pho spots in Miami and this is my favorite so far. Broth was authentic, noodles were perfect size, texture and fresh. Egg rolls were good- they weren't the super bready fried ones. I wish they were the clear rice paper wrappers instead of the Chinese spring roller wrapper for more authentic Vietnamese taste. Hopefully they can make this adjustment. Loved my vermicelli as well, everything on menu has been good now we just need banh mi addition :)) They don't sell boba here anymore which was a bit disappointing but this will still be my go to pho spot.

Joyce L.

Yelp
Place: This is probably the only authentic pho place in Miami. We did not need a reservation and there was enough space for 8 people. Service: The service was good and they recommended thai tea and it was pretty good! Food $: We all pho and it was good! Audience: Solo Trip [X] 21+ [ ] Family Friendly [X] Friends [X] Date Spot [ ] Recommendations/tips: I would recommend this place if you crave pho

Gabriella V.

Yelp
Pricey, but worth it. Sadly, Miami is badly lacking in Vietnamese Cuisine... This is by far the best we've found! My Vietnamese fiancé approves the Pho Tai Bo Bien (Meatball & beef) My favorite app is the pork & shrimp spring rolls!! They actually put nice big shrimp and the peanut sauce is amazing!! I sometimes order it as my main dish too.. If I am very hungry I'll order the pork & shrimp vermicelli bowl instead. Something about the fish sauce I just crave!

Thuy P.

Yelp
We randomly chose this restaurant when were in Miami bcoz we craved for Vietnamese food. Food was ok but I think the prices are high. There was the cute little boy who worked in the restaurant, he must be around 10 and helped out his parents.

Wendy H.

Yelp
Very nice owner! He left us in earlier to sit because we thought they opened at 11am on Sunday. Bun bo hue was very good!! Definitely would come back and recommend!

Yelp
I am very happy to have Vietnamese food in Miami and not have to drive to Doral for it. I do wish this authentic and local business thrives with time. With that said it is a newer business and I think they are figuring some things out still. They are open for business for indoor dining and take away. This business is open and clean. It could use a little refinement or touch-up to make it a seamless environment but that is a minor thing. The big thing here is the food. The food is very authentic Vietnamese in selection, quality and freshness. There are two menus. They are essentially the same with one being in Vietnamese and the other English. It is even numbered to make ordering easier. My meal was the pho with sirloin and rare meat balls. I got this to go and was pleasantly surprised from the packaging. It was packed very well with condiments all on the side. It was also nice seeing s eco friendly bowl I could use to eat right out of with the hot broth. Speaking of the broth. Others have noted it is a little different. It has a strong cinnamon flavor but it compliments the dish and flavors well. I didn't mind it and liked the variation, everyone has their unique style. It may be off putting to some, if so just get a rice dish at first. The pho had a good amount of noodles and I liked their flavor and texture. I eat a lot of types of noodles from Asian dishes. They had a good firmness and what I would expect for a pho dish. Others have noted the noodles might be a little firmer or different ingredients from what they are use to. Simply give it a try or borrow some from a friend. The meat was just enough but I would have like a little more sirloin for the dish. The meatball was tasty but one meatball cut into quarters. For the price I thought it was a little high for Vietnamese cuisine. It is Miami and things aren't cheap and it is very authentic. I would prefer the price to be a little less or the portion to be a little more. One I do want to point out is that there was a service fee for paying with a credit card. I did not see anything nothing this. I did see a sign that mentions discounts for cash. However it makes sense to give a discount for paying with cash off the regular price. It does not make sense to pay the regular price and a service fee. I'll be back to try more and do hope this local business adjusts to be in the neighborhood for long term.

Yelp
Taro milk tea w/ boba is creamy & delicious, not too sweet. Boba is fresh and soft and has a hint of sweetness for a little punch. So good Fresh rolls were fresh, nothing special but good. Same with the vegan spring roll. Same with the thai iced tea. Nothing special but good. The pho was good. Would definitely come back!

Yelp
Pho 305 is the most authentic and delicious Pho in Miami. I've been to Vietnam and lived in Los Angeles for years (huge Vietnamese population with good Pho spots). When I moved to Miami, I tried a lot of Pho places (Tran An, Pho Mo, Phuc Yea, etc) and none of them compare to the taste and quality of Pho 305, it is now my regular spot. The customer service is fantastic. Get to know Tommy, the owner, he is passionate about his cooking. He spends 48 hours cooking every batch of broth and buys the freshest, quality ingredients and meat for his restaurant. This isn't fine dining, but it's a local authentic business worth supporting. My favorite is the Beef Tenderloin Pho!!!

Marley M.

Yelp
Authentic Thai food in Miami and the Thai tea is made fresh! The staff was super warm and welcoming and the owner made sure to let me know that the tea was brewed FRESH lol I love that :)

Fran C.

Yelp
Best pho I've had in miami yet. I tried the beef combo pho and it was very authentic and flavorful. I like how they have all the sauces on the table as well. I also got a taro boba tea, it was taro flavored. The drink had great flavor and was frothy and poured over ice. Some of the tapioca was slightly tough but that's the only complaint. Highly recommend this place for pho.

Lilianna F.

Yelp
Followed the 4 stars from Yelp to this restaurant while visiting Miami, my fist impression is an one pilot run . The whole restaurant ran by a gentleman, who was an owner, a waiter, a cook and a cleaner! It took 12 min for the Pho to come to the table and there were only me and a couple in the restaurant at that time . The Pho was rushed to cook so it had no flavors compared to the traditional one. The price here for a Pho bowl is $20 included 18% surcharge on tips and a biggest challenge for the customer is to find a parking lot , for instance, it's took me 15 min. To drive around the location for a parking space. It's time to reveal the stars from Yelpers so the new visitors can be appreciative of the reviews.

Jomar E.

Yelp
I love the pho and the shrimp spring rolls. The family owned business has yummy broth with tons of flavor and you can tell that it was cooked with love. The broth took over 36 hours to make according to the chef and you can clearly taste how amazing it was. I recommend this place to anyone wanting quality pho in Miami

Anton P.

Yelp
Very decent Vietnamese place. I got my usual vermicelli bowl with meat and shrimp. It's good but the amount of toppings is a bit disappointing: specifically it was just 2 shrimps! 2! I mean, c'mon, why you saving on shrimp?

Marcelino M.

Yelp
I don't know where to start with this review. It's been a long time since I've been so disappointed in a restaurant in all aspects of the matters. The cleanliness was terrible, the food was subpar and lacked everything, the service was atrocious and the over all restaurant ambiance was just not there. This place is still relatively new and the only thing that screamed new was the new TVs that were hanging on the walls where I would assume the menus would be displayed but they weren't even on. I love Pho, but everything about what they served was cheap. It felt like I was eating out of dirty water with barley any noodles and an over powering taste of nothing but lemongrass. I can only hope that this place improves because judging by the actual location within Wynwood/Midtown, this place would be a powerhouse, but not if they continue to serve that kind of food while not caring enough about the proper cleanliness that a restaurant lobby and seating area should have along with their bathrooms as well. If their restaurant and bathrooms look like that, I can only imagine what it looks like inside that kitchen.

Huu N.

Yelp
Take it from someone who has lived in Orange County, CA for 5 years: this is the best pho you will find in Midtown Miami. The broth has a flavor that you can only achieve by using quality ingredients and proper technique. You'll know by the first sip. Be aware (since this is Miami) if it's hot outside and you been sweating it up your taste buds are going to crave more salt, that does not mean that there isn't enough flavor in the dish. The broth is perfectly balanced, sweet, salty, and fragrant. The owner is equally proud and passionate about his craft and if you ever get a chance to catch him on a break (which is very rare) you'll see what I mean. Final word about that house chili oil: like Pitbull said, cuidado con el fuego (it'll burn you)

Andrew A.

Yelp
10/10 across the board. The broth is not initially as flavorful as your average pho which typically contains lots of soy sauce or iodized salt. Two-three bites in you can really taste the complexity of flavor poured into this 36 hour broth. The owner makes everything with the best ingredients including the chili paste on the table. Service was fast and courteous. I got the flank and brisket pho and taro boba tea--both were outstanding. Best pho I've had in awhile.

Olga G.

Yelp
I hate to give bad ratings... but this place was very underwhelming.... The food was average and prices were very high (even for Miami)...I won't return.

Kevin A.

Yelp
Family owned and operated Vietnamese food. Arrived on a Monday evening and was greeted by young, smiling and enthusiastic staff. Order at the counter, sit down and the food is quickly brought out to your table. We ordered Three medium bowls of Pho; chicken, beef and seafood and everything was DELICIOUS! The medium was a perfect sized bowl. We also ordered the Vegetarian Spring rolls which were super fresh and the peanut dipping sauce was delicious. Three Boba Teas rounded out our meal. Thai iced tea and Papaya boba was huge and refreshing! Great value, great service and great flavors! We can't wait to return to try everything on the menu.

Yelp
AMAZING AUTHENTIC PHO / VIETNAMESE CUISINE PREPARED BY A FASTIDIOUS CHEF!! This is a small family run establishment - the father Tommy runs the kitchen, his son / wife manage the front of house. I stumbled upon this place driving though Edgewater and was blown away. I grew up in Houston which has its fair share of Vietnamese restaurants. This could easily hold its own in that competitive scene. The pho has a wonderful complexity given it takes 48 hours of prep. It's light, but it has many layers of flavor. The beef and overall ingredients were very high in quality. We also had the egg rolls, and the beef / shrimp vermicelli. We actually ate a large Pho and went back to order the vermicelli after we finished given everything was so good. They are adding new menu items, so we will be back ASAP to try them out!

Yelp
My main reason for popping in this review today is to say that anyone saying Phö 79 is better should not be trusted (LOL). I imagine those diners think you'll get a better burger at McDonalds than Shake Shack or Five Guys too. I've ate at maaaany family-owned authentic Vietnamese spots between Orlando and Dallas, and I even worked at one for a bit if you're curious to my credibility. Had the misfortune of trying phö at several spots around SoFlo including Pho 79 (weak, flavorless broth + old ingredients, ew), 3 Chefs, and a Wynwood spot that's now closed (won't be missed). Phö 305 was the first time my mouth felt at home in this arena. FINALLY. It took years of trial and error to find a fave. Hole-in-the-wall, friendly and straightforward service, don't expect anything fancy at all, sodas served in cans, dining room could def use some improvements tho I was comfortable -- but what matters most: you'll get a very tasty bowl of Phö here, and a generous serving too! Only a date spot if he/she/they are into you, low maintenance, and you've had the fancy first couple dates already. Go get it!

NY J.

Yelp
Great PHO!!! And Egg rolls!! The pho is a very home made taste. It def is one best pho I have had.

Setria A.

Yelp
I really wanted to love this place. The server was so sweet, I thought the tables looked cool and added festivity to my dining experience. Food presentation was solid. Unfortunately this pho broth tasted like water to me. Both my friend and I agreed we've had better. I did have a nourishing conversation with the company I came with though.. My boyfriend is Vietnamese so I've have had my fair share of bangin pho experiences-- however.. this was not one.

Aleksandra C.

Yelp
Delicious pho and fresh rolls. We had the chicken and steak one and loved them both. Deep flavorful broths with delicious noodles and the usual garnishes. We also tried their shrimp fresh rolls which were great as well. Great food for a good price - nice service (ordered over the phone and picked up) and good packaging. Excited to have this spot in the neighborhood!

Brian T.

Yelp
Shady bill. All they do is bring you your food, after you order at the counter. They charge you 15% Service charge. They automatically charge you for there "tip". They, you put with a credit card- they card you $0.62 more for that. So on a $16 bowl of pho, they are charging you another $3.02, making it $19.02 Now that doesn't include the required tax. So they rip you off, with a "service charge" and "no -cash adjustment".

Rachel H.

Yelp
I understand their sharing policy, but the point is large portion is not even enough for two people to share. Which it makes the sharing policy $3 extra so stupid from my point of view. Please don't come, not recommended!

Madisaun G.

Yelp
I'm obsessed.. I've lived in several big cities and this is the best pho I've ever had. Most veggie pho's lack flavor but their vegan pho is amazing. So happy I found this place!

Minh T.

Yelp
We tried this place because it was rated 4 stars but we are not sure how it could get any star. First, the restaurant informed us it only have Pho and nothing else. We should get a hint that it is not a good place when we see no one in the restaurant during lunch time. They do not know how to make pho. It was $23 for a large one which is not large at all. They asked us to pay for all of it plus 15% tip at the time of order. The service is so bad because the restaurant has a 10 years old boy to serve us who was obviously did not like to work. He threw everything on the table very angry. The owner seem to force him to do the work. Do not try this restaurant!

Lisa N.

Yelp
Best pho in miami!! Owner is so nice and everything is perfectly balanced every time. So good!

Julia S.

Yelp
Tried this spot for the first time, feeling a little sick from the second vaccine so Pho was in order! Take out chicken Pho was $17. Price is a bit high but its hard to find Pho in Miami! I'm adding all the accoutrements and going in. Will report back later.

Vicky S.

Yelp
Hits the spot! I was actually skeptical because of the low rating I saw but they food was really good. We got lemongrass beef and shrimp bún (vermicelli noodles), lemongrass beef rice, and beef pho. I got the the bún and it was so yummy! The shrimp was crispy and the beef had a nice seasoning flavor. They give you lots of bún. The Nước chấm (fish sauce) was flavorful and sweet. Overall I really liked it :) please check it out if you're around the area and are craving viet food. Oh by the way, the prices are pretty high compared to other viet places I've been but I think it's bc of the area!

Daniel P.

Yelp
UNREAL CHICKEN PHO AND HIBISCUS LEMONADE TEA 100/10.. Nicest family working there and everything was incredible! Will be coming back once a week minimum

Sara J.

Yelp
A welcome addition to the neighborhood. We stopped by as my partner is a big pho fan. We had spring rolls and I had the chicken pho. The portions were good and the broth was uniquely spiced. I'm sure we will be back.

Kevin C.

Yelp
Best pho in Wynwood/Edgewater! Boba tea is excellent. Service is excellent and the broth is fresh and portions are perfect!

Juliette G.

Yelp
I am a pho addict and this place is everything.... When I die I want their Pho Tai as my last meal on earth

Luis R.

Yelp
Best phocking pho in the 305!!! I'm usually not a pho fan but after being dragged to a million spots with my wife and her best friend. I finally found the right phocking one.

Angela B.

Yelp
Mean owner. Commented the price was high for a small pho (21.00). Came for lunch. Owner was extremely rude and told me to leave... never going back. I used to be a regular. I am a big fan of pho and eat it in cities across the country(NYC , LA) ... this pho is okay ( nothing to write home about) I've had better. I was coming here somewhat often for the convenient location but the owner was so mean for no reason I will never go back! I was so surprised by this persons attitude.... Ruined my day. Horrible person, extremely unprofessional. I've never experienced anything like this...

Dez B.

Yelp
Absolutely the best Pho in Miami and even better than Los Angeles. It's the same perfection every time and I eat here 2-3 times a week. Soooo good!

Tom M.

Yelp
We were visiting Miami from California and were craving for pho. This pho is over priced at 21.00 a bowl and tasted alright. Personally, I don't like cinnamon and that's all I tasted was that in the broth. Nothing to brag home about,

Nialasha H.

Yelp
This place was cute, and we were so excited for this first food stop in Miami. As you can see from my photos, the presentation looks great. The spring rolls were good as well, but as my friend was eating his pho, he found fruit flies in his pho! We notified the manager right away, and thankfully, the manager was nice enough to give us a full refund for the pho. He definitely knew of this issue because he said they have been having problems with the flies and even tried using the zapper, but they haven't gone away. So disappointed. This is something they need to work on!!! We probably ate some fruit flies, and we didn't even know!

M K.

Yelp
I was glad to find pho because it is comfort food for me esp after a night of drinking but for the price, the portions were small and favor of soup was bland. I liked that they use the thicker rice noodles like they do in Vietnam.

Bk K.

Yelp
Came here for Pho and left a bit unsatisfied. I am such a pho person and I was super happy they are opening up near my house but the noodle they choose to use was off , not the usual pho rice noodle . it was too slick even with my killer chopsticks skill it was still hard for me . Broth has no flavor & The bowl was teeny tiny with 5 pieces of meat and it was $16 lol I've never !!! I might give them another chance to get it together but for now I would rather make a drive to my regular pho place instead of eating here .

Shenglong G.

Yelp
The pho is good, but expect it to be likely different than what you might be used to. The cinnamon in the broth here is front and center, rather than being a supporting spice. The limited salt in the broth lends way to a "sweet" flavor. The pho broth here is much more drinkable than elsewhere. The noodles are wide, and the portions are generous. I've had pho in Toronto to San Francisco, and Hanoi to Saigon. The pho here is solid--but it is different. Service is great, and the owner is very friendly.

Tian H.

Yelp
Price is too expensive for the size of the pho that you get. The soup is good, meat could be better.

Larry N.

Yelp
Great quality and solid Pho.The broth was smooth, not greasy and flavorful. Lots of subtle flavors and delicious.

Sonita T.

Yelp
Very overpriced. 18% tip will be included when you ordered. I was gonna ask for extra bowl but there is a sign saying "$3 convenience fees will be charge per sharing tableware (plate, bowl, dish, chopsticks, utensils". $3 for chopsticks you're kidding? What a scam. The noodles weren't anything special either. Will not come again. Will not recommend. Also, we had to clean the table ourselves. We haven't got any services after we purchased our food this place is not worth even one star

brandon d.

Yelp
We usually go to Pho 79 in Doral and we were excited because it was in our neighborhood. We tried the beef Pho and after one taste we threw it out. The texture of the noodles was mushy, the broth was heavy with cinnamon and anise overpowering everything. I would come back to try the chicken pho but I would still have an issue with the noodles. The lemongrass beef was good. Overall the price didn't feel like it was worth it.

Sheppria S.

Yelp
Everytime I come here the food is always a 10/10 the owner does everything on his own and the food is still amazing best broth in Miami

Tong Y.

Yelp
Let's start with what was good. The kids that were there helping out were rockstars! We had a big group and they took the orders, waited and served. Whatever our group requested for, they did try their best to accommodate. For that alone, they will each get a star! Now the not so goods... First off, adding a tip before even being served is a shady practice whether it's this restaurant or any others. I didn't know about this until I already placed my order. Given that we had a bigger party, I felt it was appropriate but maybe this should be posted somewhere visible. If it was, I missed it. Secondly, the pho wasn't as tasty. I've read some of the responses from the owner and he seems to care a lot about how he makes his broth but in my opinion, it was a little bland. The spring rolls were however very good and was very fresh. Lastly, the price was a little expensive. $20 for a large pho is a bit steep in comparison to other places I've been to. I don't mind paying more as I know making pho is time consuming but I don't feel like I got my moneys worth. Overall... wasn't the best. I'm not saying for folks to shy away because it may be someone's cup of tea but wasn't mines.

Hannah

Yelp
Super slow service, asked for 3 times of water and got it until we almost finished the food. $18 C5 only 4 pcs of meat and a bit of vegetables but it took half an hour to prepare with only 3 tables are occupied. Wtf??????? Worst experience ever in Miami.
