Pho 95's is a newer Vietnamese/pho place that opened up in the Van Dorn Plaza. They offer starters such as summer rolls, egg rolls, and basil shrimp; salads; rice dishes; vermicelli noodle dishes; and smoothies and ches.
I had the P6 - Pho Tai, Chin, which contained rice noodles, medium rare steak, brisket, scallions and sliced white onion in a beef broth (the broth itself was pretty flavorful and had a hearty beef-y flavor; it was a tad bit sweet, but with adding some sriracha, it sort of alleviated that sweetness. The meat was definitely plentiful as well and can be quite overwhelming! I really liked that it contained a generous amount of rice noodles, which seemed like the bowl contained an extra helping (or 2) of it!
The hubs had P11 - Ga Den, Pho Chicken Dark Meat, which contained rice noodles, dark meat pieces, scallions, and sliced white onion in a chicken broth - this was super sweet, and I wasn't a fan of it. There were, however, a generous amount of chicken meat and noodles.
We also shared R1 - Com Suon Nuong, Grilled Pork Chop - a dish that had steamed white rice, 2 grilled pork chops, a mixed salad, and a side of fish sauce; I was not a fan of this dish, as the pork chops were super bland - it seemed to have a nice color to it, but it didn't seem to have been marinated long enough and just tasted like a naked grilled pork chop. Dipping it in the fish sauce didn't help, either.
I just wished there was chili oil/sate sauce, as I think that could enhance the broth even more.
Service was very friendly and warm. The place itself is kept clean and is pretty spacious.
