This restaurant is a true hidden gem for lovers of authentic Vietnamese cuisine. The food is incredibly delicious — every dish bursts with fresh flavors and traditional spices. Portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry! The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. What really sets this place apart is the atmosphere — the vibe immediately transport you to Vietnam. A special mention goes to the salted coffee — it's exactly like the one I had in Huế. Rich, perfectly balanced, and unforgettable. If you're looking for an authentic taste of Vietnam without getting on a plane, this place is a must-visit!

I didn’t get the pho this time but went with the N5 – Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò. It was solid—good portion and fresh ingredients—but not my favorite version in town. At $18, it’s a bit on the pricier side compared to similar spots nearby. Service wasn’t anything to rave about, but nothing bad either—just neutral. What really stood out was the space itself: surprisingly large with plenty of tables, bright, clean, and has a lively energy that almost transports you to Vietnam with its hustle and bustle. I plan to return and try their pho next time—will update the review after that. Worth checking out if you’re in the area. Original Review: June 2025 FOUR STARS (Excellent) Superior. Memorable, high-quality food; unique environment; notable service. If you found this review helpful, please hit the ❤️ button and consider following me.

Google
Great Vietnamese food if you have a craving for Pho and other traditional south Vietnamese dishes. Good size portions. Service and great and the food came out quickly. A little far from the strip and prices are higher than what I’m used to but the food and atmosphere is great! No alcohol served, just FYI.

This is my first time here, and it was an incredible experience. The customer service is top-notch, friendly, and cares about the customer experience. Based on my experience with Vietnamese restaurants, the food is the best. Decoration inside will amaze you at first when you step into the restaurant. Super highly recommend for anyone looking for the best Vietnamese restaurant in Las Vegas. Be back whenever I’m in Las Vegas

Google
A+. I can’t wait to go back! It seems to be very popular for takeout, and there's a special menu posted by the entrance. I dined in, and it was marvelous! The food was fresh, even the side vegetables, and my soup was extremely flavorful. I love the open kitchen. Service was prompt and attentive.

It was the best meal we had in Vegas. I am a professional at eating bun bo and that bowl was the best I have ever had in my life, regret not buying five more bowls to take home🤤

Google
Everything about Pho & Beyond makes me want to come back! Wonderful ambiance and music. The staff are very kind and multiple people will visit you with great service to ensure you enjoy your food. I ordered Vermicelli Noodles today, I cleared my plate and am leaving stuffed for my evening work shift. You should definitely come try this place!

Google
Thought I had found my new permanent Pho place. After visiting over a handful of times I started noticing inconsistency. Soup temperature varies (warm-mostly), serving size varies. Though their broth is decent and flavor is pretty consistent, a 20% undisclosed “service charge” on a 6 top? Is not worth my 20 minute drive there. The staff was nice but I did have to waive them down multiple times to get their attention, they only came to check on me once throughout our last visit. Too bad, my search for a new pho spot continues.

Yelp
I love the seafood pho and egg rolls and spring rolls I like the ambiance of the restaurant and the it is very clean.

Yelp
Sumptuous soup, Excellent and friendly services. And the ambiance is so nice . Very clean.

Yelp
Pho & Beyond popped up on my activity feed and it sure caught my eyes, I checked the Yelp page and search social media to get more info. Everything sounds great and I am down for lunch at Pho & Beyond on a productive Saturday. After seeing photos of the Crab, seafood udon noodle soup, I am excited and had my mind on ordering this soup. My sister and her BF happened to be at Vegas, this is very rare that we are here at the same time. While enjoying the authentic, yummy foods we both agreed and raved about this place, really good, the quality and freshness of ingredients and the price for portions, are all great ratio. We LOVE it here! Its my first time here in this part of Vegas and I saw the 2nd new Zippy's location and also Pipeline Bakery too. So this is a great excuse to head to this side of town, For Pho & Beyond, grab Zippy's to go and malasadas! Wow, a dream for me if I was living there in Vegas. Lets talk more about Pho & Beyond, wow! I was amazed by all of the decor here at the restaurant, they put a lot of work and effort in to this restaurant. The wall has art work of Vietnam theme, even on your way to the bathroom. It such a nice, clean, very welcoming place! The staff are so friendly as well, We asked for quite an amount of items for our table of 5 and we got the requested items with a smile. ( ex. plates, utensils, fish sauce, take out box, containers, etc.) Everything on the menu looked so good, I want to try it all but... I had my mind set on N4, seafood noodle soup (Banh Canh Cua $24.) Combination pho, Bun Bo Hue, Vermicelli, and special platter ( $22.) with shrimp patty, egg rolls, nem nuong with ban hoi. The food comes out and I love the presentation, perfect for our photos. All the bowls of noodle soups were huge and piping hot. I loved my bowl of seafood noodle soup, so much crab pieces in that soup, love the flavor and the thickness of the broth. The shrimp I had was super huge-! (see pic) Lucky I shared this bowl with the other half as we also tried the special platter and this was so good but we sure has a feast! I miss eating this type of soup and banh hoi with nem nuong and spring rolls, sure hit the spot! Everyone enjoyed their meals and I am so glad to have picked this place. You know it, I am going to be back when I'm here at Sin City again. I love this place!! They also have special combos 1-8, note- the combos are great deal but for take out only! Check out Pho & Beyond, its legit good!!

Yelp
I am so happy this place was recommended by a friend who loves pho so I knew this place was going to be good. Upon walking in we did see a combo menu to the left. All combos looked perfect for someone who is coming here for the first time but to our disappointment combos are only for take out our waiter said. Appetizer: egg rolls - they were decent. We ordered brisket pho and fried chicken pho both were served hot and good portions. Would prefer to have had combos as you get more options for a better price but it was still very delicious and will definitely be coming back.

Yelp
Gave them a 2nd chance and ordered beef chow fun through Door dash. Tough, dry meat, hard noodles. Would not order from again.
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant. Broth was savory and flavorful. My pho had plenty of meat. Service was quick and friendly. $18 for pho dac biet & $18 bun Bo hue however is insane Good thing is portions are large
google avatar

Yelp
WOW best pho I've had in awhile! Broth is clean and not dark colored with too much anise taste. I ordered the combination which had brisket, steak, tendon and meatball for $18 which is pricey than the other pho places but serves pretty big portions. For the egg roll for apps and the rib eye steak pho as well. There is a waitlist through Yelp that's active but we got seated right away, service was good, like a standard pho style restaurant. Interior is clean and very spacious.
google avatar

Yelp
This fufilled my craving for some pho! The fried egg rolls was very crispy and the filling was just the right amount. There is lettuce, a sprig of cilantro and pickled carrots and diakon. I love cilantro and wish they had added more! The egg rolls wrapped up like a cute little package was the perfect bite! The Vermicelli with Stir-Fried Pork and Egg Rolls ( Bún Thịt Nướng, Chả Giò) was a great bowl just enough to satisfy. They way it comes packaged with the vermicelli and vegetables separated kept the fried pork warm and crispy and same with the fried egg rol

Yelp
Cute ambience and good customer service. My lunch was good and pretty legit. Price point is definitely catered to the Summerlin community. But because I live in Vegas and only drive out to the OC area once every couple of months to satisfy my cravings, I make do with what I can get here and Pho & Beyond is one of my go to places. I like how there's a little corner that sells hand woven purses, just like OC restaurants and I like how big and inviting this place is. The light up tree in the middle of the restaurant really makes you feel at home. Lol Service for the most part is very good. What really disappointed me is the iced cafe su da. If Pho & Beyond is suppose to be a legitimate pho restaurant (like all the other ones in vegas), why isn't the iced coffee come out in a drip coffee maker on top of the ice filled glass? My coffee tastes like the premade, just add milk kinda coffee. I asked my server and he said he doesn't know, they just make it. Oh well, at least the food is good.

Yelp
Based off reviews we had to come check out Pho & Beyond and it sure didn't miss! We tried several items including, bbq beef spring rolls, shrimp spring rolls, banh Mi sandwich, vegetarian pho bowl and combo pho bowl and boba as well! The flavors were amazing but the service was even better than that! The location is very clean and open space is nice so you don't feel crammed. Pricing is very reasonable as well Overall the family and I loved this place and it is now our officially go to pho spot in Las Vegas! Highly recommend because It won't disappoint

Yelp
Eating there is great and our little one loves sitting under their tree! But their takeout is so darn considerate. It was cold so we stayed in. They are so thoughtful. They even separate the green onion/cilantro/onion into a baggie for flavor autonomy. As an autistic with specific food preferences, I am very grateful. And I didn't even have to ask. It's like treat *tear* Also, their soups have 3 different broth options. Husband and I order 2 of the charbroiled beef rolls because they're that good, 2 of the rocket shrimp, and 1 pho cause it's BIG (we get brisket pho with vegetable Broth and we add tofu). Husband goes for the meat, I go for the broth. It's a match right? Little one had a feast loved it ALL. Prices reflect portions. Quality is great. I'm genuinely excited about this place. Thank you for literally going beyond for your customers :)

Yelp
Went because it was rated top 25 pho restaurants in the country. The soup was just fine. I really wanted to love it but the broths flavor just wasn't there. Their other dishes looked great walking by but I came for the soup. Thai tea was fine was well. My friend enjoyed her cheesy shrimp bread. Clean restaurant with a big menu

Cathy S.

Yelp
Both bowls were huge and came out steaming hot. Broth was very tasty. Brisket pho had so much brisket that I couldn't finish and had to take it home. Pho noodles on the skinnier side. The short rib bone was huge with a big portion of meat on it. However, the meat was not as tender and it was difficult to cut off the bone as they I initially gave you a "butter knife" to use. Hubby told one of the servers about it and they came back with pair of scissors to use. It still was cumbersome to cut the meat off. Rocket shrimp was nicely fried. Place is big and very clean. Lots of seating. Loved the hallway leading to the bathrooms. Place definitely deserves another visit with tasting some of their other dishes. They were constantly busy with walk-in diners and take-out orders. So, that's a good sign!

Yelp
Been coming here 1-2 times a month for a couple months now Has easily become our go to Vietnamese spot Everything is delicious, clean nice setting and good service

Yelp
(Think Dorothy) I don't think we are in Chinatown anymore. (Lol) Wow! This is a really nice and clean Vietnamese restaurant. It's like a fine dining restaurant without the fine dining prices. Food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely return! We ordered Spring Rolls, Pho, Calamari (forgot to take a picture) and Fried Chicken and rice
google avatar

Brian I.

Yelp
This is one of the earliest Vietnamese places in the Southwest that I know of that has great quality food. I don't ever really see them get super busy so the service is pretty quick. The interior of this place is actually high quality with their decor and location, I'm surprised it doesn't get packed. We usually get any Pho here as they are all good. Oxtail, Short Rib, Combination, etc. They're all good depending on what you're feeling. Typical combination is easier to eat, short rib is meaty and then oxtail can get more difficult to eat. A fun experience as well is getting their Special S3 which is where you pretty much make your own spring roll. You can choose different ingredients each time to keep changing the experience. Their Banh Mi's are good as well.
google avatar

Tee Y.

Yelp
Service was good since they just opened for the day. Pho was good, nothing extraordinary about it. Could it be better? Yes, I prefer beef-ier. The grilled pork chop rice plate and spring rolls were delicious. Great flavors!
google avatar

Athéna T.

Yelp
Lovely experience- we were seated quickly and taken care of immediately, our pho's came out extremely fast and was very hot which i love. I ordered the seafood Pho, the portions were very generous including squid, fish ball, quail eggs, jumbo shrimp! it was definitely on point and by far my favorite seafood pho i've had! Their prices are also very reasonable and i will definitely come by again. Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Alan M.

Yelp
Decided to come here for some pho and I saw they had bun Bo hue I never eat that but they had short rib so it sounded tasty and i wasn't disappointed they gave to big beef rib bones and the broth was delicious. The service as usual was so so not surprised so it brings it down a notch but the food it self was very good.

Yelp
So went to pick up my food after ordering online. The girl was not able to find it even though she looked at my phone for the confirmation number, I provided my name AND phone number. 6 minutes later it was on the counter. I was given a window of 20 minutes to pick up and it was 6 minutes after the deadline, so now the food it not as hot. Do better Pho Beyond

Yelp
We saw the high score from the internet reviews, therefore we went there with high hopes. The waiter put us at booth that was in the dark side of the restaurant far away from the rest and totally ignored us. After a while, I realized that no waiters paid any attentions to this side of the restaurant, hence I walked up to the counter wanting to ask if we can change booth. However, the manager at the counter just totally ignored me and kept on typing in orders to the system. I finally caught a passing by service person and asked to be reseated. We ordered a beef pho soup and a dry noodle dish with meat and egg roll toppings. When the waiter asked me what kind of meat I wanted, I said how about pork and chicken. He said, sure. The beef soup pho arrived, but was lukewarm to cold. We put bean sprouts into the soup for a long time, but the bean sprouts remain hard and stiff. When I mixed the dry noodle dish, cannot find any egg rolls in the topping. I thought they might have forgot an ingredient, hence I walked up to ask the waiter at the counter. He said because you ordered pork and chicken, of course you don't get egg rolls. I was very disappointed, because I've eaten in many Vietnamese restaurants and they gave mixed meats and egg rolls. I said: "Oh, I didn't know that, if I knew it, or if you told me when I ordered it, I would have just pick one type of meat, because I really like to have meat and egg rolls mixed with the noodle." The waiter said: "You know it." I said, "No, I didn't know it. I wish you had told me." He said: "Oh, you knew it. You knew it." His attitude and response was really arrogant and unprofessional. As far as the food is concerned, we found the two dishes we to be way too sweet in flavor and the quality of the beef in the soup pho to be mediocre. I will give the ambience of this restaurant 4*; the food 2*, and the service 0*

Yelp
Vietnamese food is so much more than Pho! I love that Pho & Beyond explores more Vietnamese cuisine and gives access to those who want to try a variety of things. Service was really great, everyone's friendly, smiling, generally seem happy and engaging with other customers. The inside is fresh and decorated beautifully. We came for fresh wraps. If you've never had Vietnamese wraps this is your time! So fresh and filling we had the Banh Xeo and a platter that comes with banh hoi which are woven rice noodles, egg rolls, nem nuong (grilled pork sausage) chao tom, a bunch of lettuce and different herbs. These are build your own types of bites. You take a lettuce, maybe some rice noodles, some herbs, cucumber, a little fish sauce to dip and dig in! Every bite is customizable to your taste. I will say though I wish there was a little more variety with the herbs & I feel like there wasn't enough lettuce, but maybe I just eat a lot lol. The banh xeo is a really thin & crispy savory crepe that is usually filled with pork, shrimp & bean sprouts. This banh xeo was huge and can definitely be shared. You can tell a lot about a restaurant from their dipping fish sauce as well! I personally like mine with a little more umami. It felt slightly watered down to be more gentle on the palate. Other than that I am really happy with all of the options on the menu and can't wait to try out
google avatar

Yelp
Ordered two chicken phos to go . Absolutely disgusting... Salted n the chicken is black. And that's not just the bone in the picture . I had to throw everything away. Never again !
google avatar

Yelp
Large parking lot, quick service, clean and great decor, and very spacious restaurant. I was actually surprised and my wife made a comment about how spacious inside was. We got seated immediately on a Friday night. Order was taken and within maybe 7 minutes the food was being brought out. We have no complaints on the food. It was amazing. BUT. The bean sprout and basil plate that came out for two phos was a little lacking. It looked like it was for one pho. And we waited a few minutes to flag someone down but they were running around pretty busy. Also you can definitely hear mostly kitchen noises thoughout this place, all the clinking and clanking in the kitchen of pans and plates was nearly non-stop. We just scarfed our food down and left. Food was great, but wish they had served up some more on the sides, or came back and asked if all was well. Will be back again in future in hopes of this just being a fluke of a busy night
google avatar

Mary B.

Yelp
This is my second time here. The place is clean and well kept. The pho was hot, tasty and had a good amount of meat. The service was prompt and we got our order fairly quick. I'd definitely recommend this restaurant.
google avatar

Nazh D.

Yelp
I tried this for the first time tonight for dinner but ordered it through ubereats. I'm not sure if there was a mistake or the way I recieved my order tonight was how they usually prepare their food but, I ordered, the bon bo hue oxtail and fried eggrolls with lettuce. The bon bo hue oxtail didnt have the oxtail, it was sliced flat meat no bones. The veggies that usually come with vietnamese soups were not included. It was literally just soup, meat and noodles. The fried eggroll came with 5 pcs but only 1 pc of lettuce and a small amount of pickled veggies. It was really confusing aa to why there was literally only one leaf of lettuce for 5 eggrolls. The taste of the food was good but the missing or lack of ingredients was dissappointing.

Yelp
Have been craving Pho ever since Vegas weather has been getting colder, decided to come here and do not regret my decision at all. Very delicious food great service. The staff was very attentive and kind. The ambience was a little fancy they had piano classic music playing. But do not worry you do not have to dress up to come here I saw people come here during their work break dress in construction uniform, and etc.. My husband really enjoyed his place. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

Yelp
We love a good bowl of pho--it's like comfort food for us. Naturally, we're always on the lookout for pho restaurants, and this place caught our attention. The bowls here were huge! We ordered the short rib pho, expecting regular-sized ribs, but we were pleasantly surprised with massive Dino ribs that had a generous amount of meat. Unfortunately, while the portion was impressive, the tenderness and flavor of the meat didn't quite meet our expectations. They were also experiencing issues with their Wi-Fi, which made checking out take a bit longer than usual. The atmosphere was fine, though the place was very busy and seemed a bit short-staffed.

Yelp
The food was so yummy my egg rolls were perfect!! I got the shrimp pho and wow let me tell you those shrimp were as big as my hamd and so juicy!! Will be back definitely

His Le P.

Yelp
I had the Pho Dax Biet and it was transcendent. I've eaten at many pho places and am originally from the SF Bay Area. Their pho here is better. If you order the special, they are more than generous with meat portions and give you your own plate of fresh veggies with 2 limes per bowl!? The broth was mad beefy and the perfect amount of salt and umami. The service was impeccable as the food. The setting was so beautiful and clean. I wish i would have took a picture of my bowl but by the time I tried, it was all gone. 10/10 all over. Support your local family owned businesses. They also have us a rice pudding desert on the house.

Yelp
Before I even get into the details, let's just say that this place healed me. I was in town for the weekend and needed my pho fix. After scrolling on yelp, I decided to come here because of the good reviews and the place looked clean in the photos. I'm super picky when it comes to the cleanliness of pho places. I need the place to be clean and inviting or else I'm not going. It was pretty busy around 11 am on a Saturday, but we were seated immediately. We ordered the banh xeo (Vietnamese pancake), the bun bo hue, and the brisket pho. The food took a while to come out (maybe 20 minutes) but it was worth the wait. The banh xeo was very crispy and paired well with the fresh veggies and fishy dipping sauce. The bun bo hue and pho were so flavorful on its own, that we didn't even need to add any hoisin or sriracha. At many other pho places, the broth is so bland that you need to add a bunch of stuff just to make it taste good but not here! Oh, their chili oil is really good too. This is the perfect place to come the morning after a night of drinking or if you're simply craving pho. I'm definitely coming back here. Next time, I'll try the woven vermicelli sheets with egg roll, shrimp patty, and grilled pork.

Yelp
The family and I stopped by here for lunch once we got to Vegas. The pho soup and the spring rolls were ok. The portions were pretty descent and it had enough meat in each bowl too. Some of the kids ordered sandwiches, which were pretty descent too.

Yelp
Super good service especially for a Vietnamese restaurant! I usually don't expect much service for pho places, but this place was on top of it! Never once had to look for a server to ask for anything. Food also was really good! Everything you'd expect from a pho plus with the service!!
google avatar

Sue P.

Yelp
Service was good, restaurant is nice and clean. Ordered one combo pho and rib eye pho, the meat, noodles and veggies that came were good, however the broth was not very favorable and kind of bland.
google avatar

Yelp
This place is ALWAYS SOLID!! I got the oxtail Pho and it was worth it ... flavor on point! Just wish I got one more oxtail (got 2 medium and 1 baby) but it was still good! Check this place out ... you might like it'

Yelp
I did a phone order for this restaurant and it really is cheaper than ordering online, so if you are planning to pick your food, call in your order. The place was nice and super clean. The staff that helped me on the phone and in person were extremely friendly. I ordered a Spring Roll - Gỏi Cuốn Tôm, shrimp tempura, Combination Phở - Đặc Biệt and Short Rib Phở - Sườn Bò. The food had great flavor and is one of the better pho restaurants I've been to.

Sandra T.

Yelp
Very good, a bit expensive. It's what we were looking for Pho like back we got back home. The Ox tail should be shredded of the bone, do serve the bone, please.

Yelp
My cousin and I went here after running 10 miles. It was nearby and open late enough when we arrived. At first, I thought the place was empty, but people started rolling in after we were seated. The host sat us in a booth and brought much-needed water after our run--we ended up finishing about 4-5 carafes of it. We ordered spring rolls and two cups of chicken pho broth. We figured that if the spring rolls were small, we'd order the charbroiled ones next, but the single order was more than enough! My cousin mixed his dipping sauce with sambal oelek and peanut sauce, and when I tried it, WHOOOAAHHHBOIIIIISHABUYYAAAA was that an incredibly flavorgasmic experience. When the chicken pho broth arrived, the first sip felt like an elixir from a healing shaman. The broth was so clean and flavorful that I joked with my cousin about wanting it injected into my veins. Pho & Beyond was a pleasant surprise, and I'll definitely be back to try more of the menu. Next time, I might go for the Tamarind Wings or the Pork Bánh mì.

Yelp
I come here once a month. It has become a Vietnamese restaurant that I often visit. The taste is absolutely amazing, the environment is clean, and the service is thoughtful
google avatar

Yelp
Easy parking, clean restaurant, and service was okay. Food was decent, and portions were good. Price was reasonable. Overall, okay, but I'm from SoCal, so the bar is pretty high.

Marnina A.

Yelp
I went to the new location on rainbow. It was amazing! We had the fish balls that were very different and delicious. The the beef rolls that had a great fresh taste with cilantro and lettuce, delicious! My phone was probably the best I ever had. I got the shrimp one. The shrimp was humongous, the broth was really great. I highly recommend this place absolutely wonderful including the service.

Yelp
Friend and I came across this restaurant while getting coffee flights next door. We saw so many people walking by with a take out bag so we knew we had to try it out. When we walked in, it was a lot bigger than it seems from the outside. Inside was super clean and we were seated right away. We loved the hand painted mural on one of the walls. My friend ordered pho (P7) and I ordered a Banh Mi (A8). My friend mentioned they provided so much pho that she was able to take some home for lunch the next day. My Banh Mi was so good!! The baguette was toasted and was also the perfect amount to eat half and take half home. Our food was so delish I called my husband to see if he wanted something as well. He ordered Egg Rolls (A2). Later that week, we were craving this spot again. This time we ordered Beef Spring Rolls (A8), Brisket Pho (P2), and I again ordered the Pork Banh Mi (A8) and then Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Boba and a Vietnamese Milk coffee to go.... FYI the milk coffee was STRONGGG, we loved it. Tip: they are pretty busy with take out orders, things move faster if you get the servers attention rather then waiting for them to come to you.

Yelp
Super fast service!! Ambiance was calm and relaxing. Loved the banh mi and vermecelli dish! I would definitely come back.

Yelp
I've been to a lot of pho spots in Vegas but this one it top tier! The beef banh mi is phenomenal, definitely my favorite! And the gyoza is delish! Highly recommend!

Yelp
5 Stars without a doubt! This place is Incredible and I am hooked and ready for more! This restaurant is clean, fresh, delicious food and a sweet staff that treated us Amazing. They even have simple options for the kiddos with a flexible menu which is nice so there is something for everyone! We tried the following yummy dishes! Egg Rolls Shrimp Tempura Shrimp rolls Beef pho Beef and Rice We enjoyed everything and we will be back to try more dishes and enjoy some repeats! :)

Yelp
Food was good with pretty big portions. Seemed a bit pricier. I had oxtail bun bo hue and beef (or pork) roll and both were yummy. Not my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in town but I'd go back if I'm in the area.
