Pho Ann Nashville offers a delightful dining experience with friendly staff and a surprisingly pleasant restroom. The seafood noodle soup is a standout, packed with flavor, while the panna cotta provides a sweet, creamy finish. Highly recommend!

I had such a fantastic experience today with my mom and sister! We tried the pho, and it was absolutely incredible. I've been exploring Vietnamese cuisine in Nashville for about ten years now, and I can honestly say this place is among the best. Every slurp was a burst of flavor! Our server was incredibly kind and attentive, which really added to the overall positive vibe. Plus, the restaurant itself has a really cool, modern feel to it that sets it apart. If you're in Nashville and looking for authentic, delicious Vietnamese food, this is a must-try. I can't recommend it enough – definitely a 10/10, and I'm already planning my next visit!

Google
Absolutely delicious & authentic Southeast Asia restaurant that nails the traditional banh mi. The Phnom Penh soup is adventurous and rich… probably my favorite in town. Beautiful environment with friendly staff… tables are spread out to have intimate dinner, even when busy. Lots to choose in the menu and will 100% be a regular here.

That’s amazing experience 🥰 the food was so delicious and still good hot when they served to us, I have tried all of Vietnamese restaurants food with my Chefs in Nashville, so I can tell here is the restaurant can be flexible Asian and American favor 😋 I love them a lot ❤️❤️❤️ I love the way the waiter they serve for me, just a time I eat the beef spicy soup and I want the bean spout to be steamed, and he still remembers and always serve to me the steamed bean spout 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Google
The Best Pho in Nashville! I’ve tried many pho spots in the city, but this restaurant is hands down the best! The broth is rich and flavorful, perfectly balanced, and clearly made with care. The ingredients are fresh, and the portions are generous. The ambiance is cozy, and the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious pho in Nashville, this is the place to go. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves good food!

I dined in and bought to-go also. Service was very good. We came in lunch time, so it was quite busy, but the waitress was fast and checked customers very often. The food was very delicious. We order spring roll, vermicelli noodle bowl with pork, fried wonton and spicy beef noodles instead of Pho. I never have spicy beef noodles that good from multiple places I tried before. All my friends who came with me tried and liked it. Recommended if you want to try Vietnamese food 😉 Another good point that they packed the to-go order well, thoughtfully, and carefully. You can pick up and eat for lunch, no extra bowls or utensil required. Love that!

Google
Quickly becoming my favorite Vietnamese spot in town. Things do run a tad salty here though (esp the pho) but you're not going to find another spot in town with Bun Cha and other Hanoi Style versions of dishes. Portions are on the generous side and their new space is much nicer than the old spot. Highly recommend!

Google
Some of the best Pho broth we’ve ever had, and we’re Pho connoisseurs. Pho Ann is moving to a new location soon, which I’m sure will keep up the quality food and quality people. I had Pho Ann’s Special. The pho broth was complex, sweet and meaty and savory and umami, all in every spoonful. No need to add hoisin or soy sauce to this broth. The bowl was huge, able to share between me and my wife while she got the appetizer veggie spring rolls. The meatballs were good and the brisket was tasty. There weren’t enough onions or other green options for me (although the bean sprouts and Thai basil was delicious), but the broth more than made up for it. The spring rolls had sesame-soy peanut sauce and hot chili sauce. The hot chili paired perfectly with the sweet of the peanut sauce. The service was helpful and nice as well. I’d come to Pho Ann anytime, even in summer for a big bowl of Pho!

Yelp
#fatjared say...best Pho I have had in Nashville. Authentic, quaint, not an overwhelming menu, and really tasty food. When I do my grading I always think about whether I have a complaint or not. On Yelp, 5 stars is perfect, so to get 5 stars you must give me a perfect experience, which means no complaints. It is also important to go in with the right mindset and expectations on the type of restaurant you're dining. Pho Ann is not an upscale meal, but it is authentic. My wife grew up in Vietnam and she told me it tasted like what she would have where she was from. The menu items were not always just the standard as you'll see from the photos. We had spring rolls and egg rolls and fried shrimp, but the Bun Bo Hue was a special I had not seen anywhere else and it was amazing. Not too spicy even though they warned me about the spice, but enough to make me need to blow my nose, which I like! Couple that with a Vermicelli noodle boat my wife got and you end up with a great meal! This was a referral my wife had from a nail bar, and it did not disappoint. Great service, great food, great time, and no complaints. Thanks Pho Ann!

Yelp
Love this Pho spot! My first Pho experience was here and it did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and they have very interesting drink options as well. It's tucked away so you have to be intentional but it's definitely a place to keep on the radar for a nice hearty meal.

Yelp
We found this on a long road trip back in 2020 and we are so thankful! We love good pho but this place might have the best pho broth ever! Recommend the beef broth. Also delicious is the pork but sometimes a little too fatty. Tons of flavor. Vietnamese coffee is a staple for us and it really tasting. Leave full and happy every time!

Yelp
It's a small casual restaurant that's on the more expensive side in terms of pho and bun bo hue. The bowl of pho was $14.50 and the bun bo hue was $16.50. The flavor of the bun bo hue was okay but the noodles were hard and mostly broken up into smaller pieces. This made it harder to eat with chopsticks. The pho tai broth was good and the noodles were a good texture. However, there wasn't any sriracha but instead a brand called cholimex. I understand that there's a shortage so that's likely why but the sauce had a vinegary aftertaste which wasn't pleasant. I probably wouldn't visit again if I was in the area.

Yelp
As another reviewer put up, their pho broth is really good on its own. I usually get rare steak slices in a large bowl--it gives me some to take home. I've never had any trouble with food or things being older stale or second quality. They hidden back behind the outside common area w/chairs/tables shared between them, Starbucks, and Cigar Shop. No smoke has made it inside so if there is smelly cigars lit, it just takes 10seconds to walk by it and be inside their door. It's a typical foreign small restaurant mom and pop setup. Pick a drink from cooler (no alcohol) order at the register-have a seat. Younger family speaks good English if there's some unusual topic. Bathroom is fine. We need more mom and pop businesses like them. I hope they are able to relocate while the shopping center's rebuilt. They have had a sign up about labor shortage at the service has been fine for me although I typically go when I'm. That side of town-about 3:30 so no lunch rush. Enjoy!

Yelp
Good pho. I love pho and find most places to be excellent. Pho Ann was no exception. It is ere ever in the area again I will be back.

Yelp
One of the best new Phö restaurants I have in Nashville. I didn't even know it was a thing to get dark meat chicken pho but it is and it's so good! Great authentic taste and the service and staff is always amazing from to go orders to eating inside. Oh and the price is good as well!!!

Yelp
Food is a 5/5, service is a 1/5, hence the 3/5 rating. From the start, our server was just being rude. We were ordering appetizers and the server was sighing and visually making annoyed looks as we changed one item out at the end. Then, as we all ordered entrees, I had repeated an item that someone said, and the server looked at me and with a terse tone said "I heard what he said." The final straw is when our order was placed well before several other larger tables, yet we were the last to have our food made and sent. Besides this, the food was excellent. The vegetable spring rolls were bright and fresh and served with a sweet and thick peanut sauce. The tofu banh mi was excellent, with beautifully seasoned and spiced tofu and veggies on a soft baguette. The various phos were great. Vegetable pho had many veggies and a delicious vegetable broth. Chicken pho was loaded with chunks of white meat chicken. And the pho special was seasoned perfectly (wish there was a little more actual beef in the dish). I would order from here again, but I definitely wouldn't eat at the place (I'd order to-go).

Yelp
The pho is always amazing aswell as everything else. The service is great and the workers are so sweet I really enjoy this place.

Yelp
Poor Wendy down there wouldn't know good pho if her life depended on it. I've had pho in multiple states at many different places. Pho Ann ranks up there with my favorites from each state. Surprising to find such a clean tasting broth this far in the southeast! If I could give 4.5 stars, I would. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because my favorite pho restaurants in the country offer a Kobe beef/filet meat selection with their rare steak/brisket options. Other than that though, it's 5 stars!
google avatar

Yelp
This place is cute and clean. The service was amazing. The pho was ok not the best pho in Nashville by any means. The fresh rolls and veggie egg rolls are not good. I wouldn't order them.
google avatar

Wendy G.

Yelp
This place is definitely a scam, for those of You that don't know much about pho, let me tell you the truth. This place is way over priced and give you a very small portion, a portion that's not even standard for a normal bowl of pho, and their quality isn't great either, they charge $17 for a small bowl of chicken pho when it reality, it's usually only $12 to $13!!! Compare to ALL of the pho place (actually good quality) such as VN pho, Pho T&N, Kien Giang Pho, and also Miss Saigon Restaurant, this restaurant is the worst of the worth, all those restaurants I named give you double the size this place gives you (which is normal portion) and they don't rack up the price to take advantage of you!! So check out all the other places I named if you want real good quality and quantity pho, and stay away from this restaurant!!!!!!

Yelp
If you've never had Pho start here. Vegetarian? Great get veggie with tofu! Like seafood? They've got it? Never had Pho, try the BBQ pho with chicken or beef. They even have brisket. Need to dessert? Get a Taro wave Boba. It's basically a milkshake. Basic but the flavors and quality is beautiful.
google avatar

Yelp
Veg. Pho is fantastic, servings are plentiful, and service is great! Highly recommend!

Yelp
A friend recommended Pho Ann awhile back so finally checked it out last Saturday night. There was no wait for a table for 2 at 5:30pm. We started off with the lychee rainbow boba which had the perfect amount of ice and a generous amount of boba. As an app we got the veggie egg rolls and the only thing stopping us from scarfing them down were that they were piping hot. For the entree we ordered the vegetable pho and the seafood pho. After enjoying the first half of our meal so much, we were a bit disappointed about the pho - they both seemed to have an odd flavor about them and the tofu was spongy. Would come back for the apps, but not for the pho.
google avatar

Diana L.

Yelp
It's been a few years since I've been back. Let's just say the pho doesn't hit like it used to. Sure, it smells fragrant but it's lacking in flavor. Something is missing. Maybe new owners or different cook now? The eggrolls still taste good and so does the iced viet coffee.

Yelp
I used a delivery service and ordered 3 vegan options. The tofu spring rolls I thought would be fried but they were the fresh, rice paper kind. They were the best item, mostly because they came with a fairly tasty sauce. They don't appear to do much more than slice their tofu to prepare it, so it is as flavorful as unseasoned eggwhites. Which made the tofu vermicelli basically flavorless. The dish needs fresh mint and or cilantro and a seasoned protein, like smoked tofu, to be anything other than the plain noodles on a sparse salad that it was. The sauce is supposed to be subtle but supported by those other elements. They just don't care about this dish at all, apparently. The tofu bahn mi was the same bland tofu and salad on an untoasted bun. I rejoiced when on the 4th or 5th bite I encountered a raw jalapeno slice and experienced the sensation of flavor. It didn't save the sandwich. All in all, my impression is that this restaurant is just phoning in their vegan options.

Yelp
Blah. Environment, food, service. Hardly worth the walk from the car. And overpriced for what you get.

Zhouli M.

Yelp
I am a regular and would die and take a bullet for this place. The broth is always delicious and the food comes out fast.

Yelp
Okay so I'm happy to say that Pho Ann is some of the best pho I've tasted. It's perfect for a cold, rainy winter day like today. I got the seafood pho for only about $10.50 for your typical huge bowl and it was SO GOOD Seafood dishes at restaurants are usually relatively more expensive than other dishes, but the seafood pho was only like $1 more than the others, so it's definitely worth trying. It had your typical pho broth with pieces of tilapia, squid, shrimp, and mussels. I also got some of the spring rolls and an avocado boba tea. The boba tea was sweet and creamy and was like your favorite coffee shop's frozen frappé. The only thing I didn't like was how the shrimp still had the tails on them so I had to bite them off separately. But still definitely worthy of a 5-star bowl of pho. Coming back for sure

Yelp
After having to run to this side of Nashvillle we were hungry and decided Pho sounded good. You know the food must be good if you say eating in the car isn't bad. Bahaha Although the day was sunny and piles of snow everywhere. Made sitting in the car nice and something pretty to look at while eating delicious food. I had the vegan Pho and a veggie rice wrap. Sorry I can't remember the names but boy they were so tasty. I had to bring the rest home. Yay leftovers!!!

Yelp
Maybe it's good for dine-in but delivery was awful. I was staying 3 miles from this place and delivery took 10 minutes - so I know it wasn't the driver's fault - but my pho arrived ice cold. Not even lukewarm, just absolutely frigid. I don't think they even heated it up? Totally bizarre. Tofu spring rolls were not edible. They were disgusting and the peanut sauce was too thick and cement-like. I wasted so much food which I hate doing. Pho broth was okay but nothing special and the fact I was eating it cold did not help. Honestly such a disappointing experience.
google avatar

Cher Y.

Yelp
Higher prices than a typical pho place, due to its higher rent location. Pho soup was missing essential herbs like green onions, mint leaves, lime etc.... Overall, alright place.
google avatar

Yelp
Just not the best cooking , server was being akward, waitress was more akward. Okay food if you just want food tho
google avatar

Marlena M.

Yelp
Visited again and am torn torn torn. On the one hand, as I mentioned in my first review, the pho is fabulous and the broth is very very tasty. On the other hand the space is not clean and this last trip there was a heavy stale cigarette smoke smell lingering in the whole place. Pho is 5 stars ***** Service is 4 stars **** Environment & cleanliness 2 stars **

Yelp
As a traveler of this beautiful earth I have had PHO from some of the best places. I can without a doubt say this place is one of my all-time favorites. The people are so inviting, the food is always made perfectly, in the location is prime. If you know HA ( Vietnamese woman ) you know that she has one of the biggest hearts ever. She is there almost every day doing 3 to 4 different jobs. Every time I see her I feel grateful to know such a great person. Tip well! If you are in Nashville this is the best PHO you will be able to find. Even To go is made with LOVE. YOUTUBE @Whats Up Rosko

Yelp
My FAVORITE pho spot in Nashville. Note that they are BUSY so you gotta understand that during these times when it's hard to staff that these waiters are trying their best. Their beef pho broth is one of the best you can find in Nashville and I'm originally from San Jose, one of the meccas of pho in the US. Their milk teas are good too and their boba is always fresh - good texture.
google avatar

Karri S.

Yelp
We were hesitant to try this pho place in a shopping center but we moved close and can ride our bikes there. It's our favorite place! The pho is expert wrapped for to go orders. Everything we've gotten has tasted amazing. AND they take cards :)
google avatar

Stefano D.

Yelp
I have tried many Phôs throughout US. My favorite is at Saigon Shack in Soho, NYC. I went to CVS for a prescription and while waiting for it to be ready I stepped outside and I saw this place, and as I was hungry (and reading the generally good reviews) I said to myself "Why not?". Well I have to say that it absolutely matched my favorite in NYC! Delicious broth, juicy meats, crisp veggies and noodles.
google avatar

Mary Kate E.

Yelp
Pho Ann, in my opinion, is one of the better Vietnamese places in the area that I am willing to drive to. I like that they are nice people who offer good food and good customer service. I won't deny that I think the prices are on point for the quality of food but do wish they would put more content in the pho. I usually get my food to-go since you will generally find this place filled up with customers in the evening. Buyer's tip for when ordering it to-go: you get more broth getting it to-go than ordering it within the restaurant. I have tested and can verify this theory. This is what my experience has been. Apart from being busy, it is a clean restaurant. The bathroom is always clean and smells like it is. This makes me think this would also apply to their kitchen. Pho Ann is a Belle Meade staple and I appreciate the goodness of their food.
google avatar

Luke N.

Yelp
I am really glad I stopped by Pho Ann for a bowl of Pho. The portions are generous and broth is flavorful. I do recommend giving them a try whether you have eaten Pho your entire life or trying it for the first time. I will be coming back again whenever I am in the neighborhood.
google avatar

Chelsea P.

Yelp
I discovered this place simply because I am attending Real Estate school in this plaza. I have now eaten there 2 of 4 days and I would've gone today again but they are closed on Thursdays. Day 1 I have Veggie Pho with Tofu and lots of veggies, which they even had veggie broth available ( Hey Vegans I'm talking to you!) Day 2 I had Pork Banh Mi which was huge so I put half in the box, that's why it looks small in the pic and a small soup of broth and noodles. All AHHHHMAZING I have my favorite Vietnamese places in Nashville & there are some I think are just awful. I don't know but this may be neck to neck with my favorite. I suppose I will have to keep trying the menu to find out

Yelp
I was craving pho all weekend After having so much oily and heavy foods while staying in Nashville so I decided to come here for lunch before heading back on my flight back home to SD. This restaurant is located in the Bellmeade Plaza with a few other restaurants and shops. I got the Pho Ann special combination which had rare steak, brisket, and meatballs and the bf got the char-boiled beef banh mi with a jasmine green milk boba tea. The pho was good, not great, but good. It had a lot of slices of steak and brisket but not a lot of meat balls but that was ok because I didn't really like the quality of the meat balls that was served here. It had the texture of hot dog like meat and not the firm and meaty meat balls that I'm used to eating. The broth was not too bad either and I enjoyed slurping it down while taking a bite of the sliced jalapeños. However at $10.50 a bowl, I feel like it could've been more better in the quality of meats. I also tried some of the grilled beef banh mi and thought it delicious! It was perfectly toasted and packed with an even ratio of vegetables and meat. The bread was toasted and crunchy on the outside but nice and soft on the inside. The only thing I would change about this sandwich is to have the daikon radish and carrots served more in a julienne style cut which would've made it more crunchy and crisp rather then shredded which is how they had it here. Over all, I give this place a 3.5 stars.
google avatar

Paula C.

Yelp
This is some high-quality pho!! That's the first thing I said when eating this. Seriously the best pho I've had. So fresh and the to-go packaging was perfect. We got the brisket pho and the vegetable pho with beef broth. Both of them were delicious! Would especially get the vegetable pho again. I wish we had tried appetizers here but I'm glad we didn't since the pho itself was so filling. I highly recommend this place!
google avatar

Abigail F.

Yelp
My rating is primarily based on service. I'm not a connoisseur of Vietnamese food, but everything I've had here is very tasty. But most of all, the service is always so great. The waitress is kind, attentive, funny, and just has such a great attitude. Coming here always puts me in a good mood, and I'm happy to give them my business any day!
google avatar

Yelp
I live close to Pho Ann, so it's become a regular spot for me. The food is good quality and tasty. The person that makes this place is Ha. She's a hostess/waitress. Ha has a genuine glowing personality that makes you feel at home. Her sense of humor will entertain you and make your dining experience enjoyable.

Will W.

Yelp
Best food in nash. Not commercial. Super friendly. Extremely chill. Would recommend to anyone.
google avatar

Jessica G.

Yelp
The pho broth was tasty and meat nice and tender. Veggie egg rolls were perfectly fried and tasted great w the taro inside. Minus a star because they had no hot oil and no cilantro, both of which I put into every pho. I'd still be back when I'm in the area for my pho & eggroll fix.
google avatar

Sofia P.

Yelp
Absolute best pho that I've tried in Nashville. I've been eating pho for my entire life, and have tried 6-7 other Vietnamese restaurants here that aren't nearly as good or authentic as Pho Ann. The staff is always incredibly friendly, and the service is swift. I definitely recommend coming here for a tasty bowl of pho, and the tofu spring rolls and bun bowls are delicious, too!
google avatar

Ayns N.

Yelp
This the BEST pho I have ever had. I've been to every pho place in Nashville and this is the best broth, largest quantity and pretty decent pricing. I get the vegetable pho with veggie broth, and while most veggie pho broths are bland, this is filled with flavor. Whenever I come with people, they get all sorts of things off the menu, and always love it. I HIGHLY recommend coming here if you are looking for good pho. The service is also off the chain here. So kind, and even though I only come in once every few months, the main woman always remembers me and my order. They also put your food in to go containers for you, which if you've ever tried putting pho in a container, you know how wonderful that is. So the reason I took one star off? It's not even their fault, but they neighbor a cigar bar. I have a bit of sensitive smeller, so I usually won't dine in later in the day. I hope you can try this place, and literally order anything off the menu!
google avatar

Leslie L.

Yelp
Second time stopping by this year. They raised their prices on all items by 1-2 dollars in the last 2 months, but the quality of food and service hasn't changed. Everything is tasty, and the service is fast and friendly. As the name suggests, they specialize in pho. I got a banh mi and requested a small bowl of broth on the side. They were happy to let me try it for only $1 extra. They also assured me that the flavor is purely from bones and spices, not powdered flavor packets, and it really shows. I would definitely recommend this place for pho, but I will likely go elsewhere for banh mi due to the cost.
google avatar

Kara H.

Yelp
We stopped her amidst a long drive and Pho Ann hit the spot. It was pouring rain, and we all wanted warm soup. The soup was excellent with fresh ingredients and tasty broth. Service was also quick, which we appreciated.
google avatar

Yelp
The food was delicious, hot, and so authentic! I hadn't had pho in years, and this place brought back memories.

Yelp
My favorite Vietnamese Restaurant. Everything was delicious I ordered the Bun vermicelli with vegetarian fried egg rolls. Which was Scrumptious. Mike had the Bahn mi egg sandwich. He said it was an 8. We also had the shrimp spring rolls & home made peanut sauce. It was out of this world. Yum & my Bun was the same.

Yelp
Great price for the amount of food. Fresh food! Great service, quiet location. Server was prompt. Minimal wait on food. Free parking.

Yelp
Having spent a lot of time in Vietnam, their food is mediocre at best. Still, it's not horrible. Unfortunately, the service is consistently bad. Not recommended.
google avatar

Yelp
I ordered the chicken Pho and the pork egg rolls. Holy cow! It was delicious and extremely flavorful! There was actually way more than I could eat alone. Uber Eats delivered my order and it was still hot! I can't wait to visit in person!

Yelp
Great flavor! Missing Pho from back in California and this is the first spot in Nashville that fulfills that craving

Yelp
This is really more like a 3.5 star review. I will say that this experience was only my second with pho. I will also say that this experience was much more flavorful and tasty than my first. My friend and I ordered the fresh spring rolls to start. I have had fresh spring rolls MANY times. And these were just okay. The peanut sauce was delicious, but the rolls lacked something that I can't put a finger on. Mostly lacking in flavor and texture. I ordered the shrimp pho. It was $10.50 for a bowl which was okay, shrimp/seafood is usually much higher than other options. There were about 6 shrimp. They were really fresh. The broth was really flavorful and I only had to add a little sriracha to doctor it up-that was a huge plus. I feel like there were less noodles in the bowl than I expected, which is weird because that's like the least expensive part of the dish. Nonetheless, it was pretty tasty. The service was good, but our server definitely did not appreciate our humor. Me and my friend love to chat and pick, he wasn't really having it which is okay, just a heads up. Overall, it was a pretty cool place with some tasty pho. I would come again and probably order a different starter.
