Pho Asian Food Truck

Always excellent food! Delicious and fresh and what kind people running this truck. It is a food truck at a far station, so nothing fancy, but there's a picnic table if you need. The food is worth it!

So delicious! I got the Combo Pho and Egg Rolls. Both made it home 20 minutes and were delicious. I warmed the broth some after the drive. Yum! Will eat again.

I always get pho with chicken and omg I love it! my husband gets orange chicken that also Is really good !!

Good food real fast to serve out and very clean might need to have some tables outside for the future that's how good y'all are doing

this little truck is incredible. the service is always amazing, the owners are so sweet. the spring rolls and orange chicken are genuinely some of the best things i’ve ever had in my entire life. you HAVE to come here.

17 dollars for just the chicken lo mien barely any food in the container. Food was not anything special. Would not recommend.

We just left from this place, and the food looked and smelled great. The plates were super light, though, so I wasn't surprised when the portion was small... especially for that price. We were told for our two plates that our total was 29 dollars and some change, but our card for charged for over $32. The food, however, was decent, no complaints, really. My husband enjoyed his more than I did. But, next time, if I choose to return, I'll make sure to get my receipt bc none was given at the time of service, and I didn't think to ask for it.

I came here with my family and had an "okay" experience. We ordered Steak Pho, Pad Thai, Chicken Banh Mi, and Pork Eggrolls. Steak Pho came out piping hot and did taste like "authentic" Pho but flavors were "okay". Pad Thai was bad, overly sweet, and instead of actual padthai noodles - pho noodles were used. Chicken Banh Mi was good. The bread/baguettes weren't crispy and I think was panfryed with butter making the bread soft. I prefer a softer bread so this did not bother me. Pork Eggrolls was good and came with the correct sweet/spicy sauce. Customer service was good and food came out fast. Gas station parking lot so don't expect best atmosphere. Overall the place was "okay" considering it's in Taylor. Miles better than Bien Hoa Restaurant in Hutto. I will not be returning and rather drive into Austin or Pflugerville for my Pho fix.

Great food truck and very friendly owners. I come here multiple times a month and I highly recommend this place if you're in the area. Everything I've tried is good but definitely try out their Bahn Mi sandwich, it's possibly the best Bahn Mi available in the Austin area!

The food was fresh, tasty and cooked to order. On this most recent visit I ordered the meatball and steak pho, & the pork vermicelli bowl. Prepared quickly but a super sweet woman. I'll definitely be back, don't let the fact that her food truck is just that...she has amazing food!

I used to like this place but today i ordered 1 wonton soup 1 Pork Pad Thai and 1 Thai Tea for 41 bucks, Are you kidding me ?! Wonton Soup 14 bucks alone and VERY LITTLE PORK in the Pad Thai , NEVER GOING BACK , Rather go to Panda Express

One of the best Pho soups I have had in a while. Very fresh. Great pork fried rice. We'll be returning soon.

I just ate dinner there. Pretty good vermicelli. I'd go again. Service is pleasant. Ambiance is as good as a food truck next to a gas station can be. They have two tables for eating there.

I went there for the Pho, which was really good. But OMG the chicken lo mein was fantastic! Wonderful!

We were visiting the area from California and wanted some Asian food. So glad we found this food truck. This place is delicious! I only have pictures of the wings and the fried rice, but we had some of everything and it was ALL good. We had the Vietnamese sandwich with pork, shaken beef, steak/meatball Pho, spring rolls, dumplings, crab Rangoon and chicken wings. A feast! My personal favorite was the shaken beef and the pork sandwich. Tony and his wife were so friendly and hospitable. If I lived locally, I would be a regular here. Highly recommended!!

Food is one of the best in Taylor,Texas. Little pricey but inflation stinks right now! Groceries aren't cheap so I understand. Super friendly staff! Will be back!

Amazing Asian food! Always hot and fresh. We had the egg rolls, pork belly bao buns, chicken fried rice and the orange chicken with fried rice. A must try if you like Asian food!! Yummy!!!

This food truck was great pre-Christmas 2021. Post-Christmas, the food quality has gone down significantly. We hope that the crew finds its way back to the previous level of deliciousness.

I love Asian food! I am always looking for a good variety of Asian foods where ever we go. I am glad we found this little place. They have a variety of Asian dishes and all that we ordered were delish!! We had: Asian wings: Lemon peppered wings: Vietnamese sandwich: Fried rice: Crab Rangoon : Steamed dumplings: Steak meatball pho: We stayed to eat and the owners were super nice, their service was fantastic!! I would definitely come back again.

Frank & Sandi: We've been in Taylor for a little over a year; were disappointed that there were very few Asian food outlets here. This little place is like an oasis in the desert! We had the steamed dumplings, the charbroiled combo of chicken & pork, and the orange chicken with fried rice. Taylor needs to come out and support this place! Very good!

We ordered Chicken Pho, Asian Salad, and Shrimp Fried Rice. It had a good presentation, tasted fresh, and the portions were big. The Crab Ragoon was so delicious! The sad part is that we had only four ragoons in our order. I will make sure to add an order just for myself the next time. I would definitely go back there if I'm in the area.
