Pho BamBu

After a very long convention day, we were craving comfort food. We got here around 7pm on a Friday night. Plenty of tables, and we were seated immediately. My sister ordered a regular sized Brisket Pho -$13.95 - the bowl was VERY small. The soup was a tad sweeter than what were use to but the meat was very tender. I had their Grilled Chicken Vermicelli bowl that came with egg rolls -$13.50- generous portion, the scallion oil on top of the chicken was delicious! The marinade on the chicken was very well done, flavor of the filling for the egg roll was addictive. Interior is spacious and clean, service was friendly and not rushed. Great value and great flavor! Totally recommend when in the area. *they don't take American Express!

I actually ordered from this restaurant through DoorDash. I asked for no pork in my shrimp & pork spring rolls in the requests box on the app, AND THEY ACTUALLY HONORED MY REQUEST and only gave me shrimp in my spring rolls. I also ordered the brisket pho (large) and it was so flavorful. The broth was packaged in a separate container, and even though I filled my bowl up to the top with the broth, I still had some broth left over to dip my shrimp spring rolls into. Absolutely delicious. Everything was so good, I ordered again the next day. 10/10 recommend.

I was impressed with the food here at Pho Bambu. The broth was the best compared to many other places, the shrimp spring rolls also very fresh. The restaurant is. Lean, comfortable seating, very pleasant dinning here.

I've ordered from them delivery three times in the past week as I'm home with the flu and this is all I crave. They are phenomenal. I call and make sure to ask them to send plenty of sauces as I enjoy a lot of hot sauce, hoisin sauce, and lemons, and they always come through. I have not been disappointed once. It's absolutely delicious. 🍜🥢👍🏽

I was in the area and decided to check out this Pho place based on a Google search. We were not disappointed! The pho arrived quickly and was delicious; the soup and ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The prices are very reasonable, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

This place is amazing! Genuine food, service and ambience. Their egg rolls are delish and have become my favorite egg rolls in Rancho Cucamonga. Love Mom and Pop restaurants who stay loyal to the quality of their foods and their customers. I'm loyal to Pho BamBu.

Went there because another highly rated Pho restaurant nearby had a 1 hour wait. Food was good, but the broth was not as rich and flavorful as other places I've been to. Service was a bit slow.

Honestly pretty damn good pho. I personally have a saltier taste so adding salt to it definitely made everything better. They also have the classic sriracha bottle and hoisin sauce available. Environment and service were great; food came out quickly and our server was very quick serving us and refilling our waters. I also asked for a side of extra garnish and got more than we thought we would. would definitely come back!

they have really quick service, their food is great, and their ambiance is very chill.. great place for a casual lunch or dinner. Their Thai teas are amazing!

Pho BamBu is always such a good place!! We usually always get the pho tai, fried rice, and the banh mi! All the meats are tender and the soup broth is so flavorful! The service is always nice and attentive. Inside is cute and cozy and has been clean all the times we have came. Definitely try if you are in the area, we drive all the way from Riverside to eat here!

I looooove this place and i'm so picky about spring rolls specifically lol but OMGGG this spot is so consistent i feel like someone's mama is cooking for me everytime!!! They're always so kind and attentive and everything comes out so cute and did i mention delicious? its so zen and calm 11/10

Service was prompt, I was seated right away. I put in the order for Bun Bo Hue, a brown sugar milk tea boba and 2 egg rolls. After waiting for about 5 mins, my food arrived. The broth was so hot I burnt my tongue but that's ok, I wouldn't want it any other way. I was impressed with the taste. It had everything that a traditional bun bo hue had, so I was happy with each bite. They put so much meat in this bowl, it's crazy. The egg rolls were delicious and crunchy, again I enjoyed every bite. The milk tea was ahh, ok. Not bad but not fire. It was a great Sunday meal for $22!

I wanted to try the Pho chicken again and give it another chance because last time it was really dry and I'm not feeling the best today so a soup sounded really good, but unfortunately it was so dry that I couldn't eat it. The chicken tasted old and a little rubbery. I could tell the chicken was not fresh it tasted just as a rotisserie chicken left out for days... Unfortunately, I will not be ordering chicken Pho again from this place. And they gave me spoiled condiments, how do they not check that before they serve it to customers?!

For the area, it was tasty. It's way nicer on the inside than the outside. I guess don't judge a book by its cover. I live by and have lived with parents who make delicious pho. But, sometimes the craving hits and you're at work in the IE. Sauce for spring rolls is good. I like the vinegar onions for the pho (IYKYK). I've only been here twice and I would come back! Oh, and fountain soda! Sometimes you just need a little carbonation lol

I ordered this on DoorDash. I will never do that again. I was served a large piece of metal in my noodles thank God I saw it before I ate it. It was sharp and large enough to do damage. I would steer clear of this restaurant.

We have been coming here for quite some time. Every time we fly into Ontario Airport, we stop by here to get our Vietnamese fix. We have never been disappointed. On this stay, we order the Shrimp Spring Rolls, Egg Rolls. Brisket Pho, and Grilled Chicken Salad (I thought I would try it). All the flavors were excellent. The atmosphere is cozy and clean for a whole in the wall, the service is prompt, the food is delicious. I also could not believe the price point since California seems to be hit with higher inflationary prices where ever we go. We will be returning once again when we fly in.

Delicious veggie pho with beef broth!!! To die for . Any dish is great but something about these veggie pho no tofu no fish balls . Keeps making family come in over n over. Service on point, to the point of they know our order as son as we walk in . Tables always clean

The Pad Thai here is out of expected! It came with fresh vegetables, well-seasoned protein, and a sprinkle of peanuts that tied it all together. If you're looking for something beyond pho, their Pad Thai is definitely worth trying.

We wish to give this small business a try. We went in there and seated right away on Sunday afternoon. I was having Pho Noodle and Steak which I substituted rice noodles with egg noodles and my husband tried the fried rice. I chose regular bowl which was a proper portion for me and the soup was tasty. While my husband was also enjoying the fried rice, portion also just 'right' Food was coming quite quick after we ordered. The one that needs to be improved to my opinion is communicating to customer in case the substitute incur additional charge. As I was not informed that changing noodles for my pho will occur an extra charge. The charge is not the problem for me but the heads up will be great to customers. Price we're paying for the taste is really affordable though!

Always excellent staff and great service. Always welcoming and accommodating. Always great tasting foods and drinks. Always cool and lively ambiance. Best Pho and Pork Chop Rice in town! It's the real deal! Maybe one day they'll add Bun Rieu to their menu... it'll be heaven in my book because I love Bun Rieu. I used to eat their Bun Bo Hue, but I stopped eating beef, hence, I stopped eating it altogether. I have been doing take-out from here for many years now. I don't do as much dine-in here as I would like due to limited weekend availability. I will have to dine-in from time to time more often in the near future. Come on by and support your neighborhood Pho Bambu! No one compares to them really. Keep up with your craft! We love you Pho Bambu!

Came here after going to the movies. It was cold and cloudy and slightly windy, with a bit of drizzle. So it was perfect timing to come and get some hot and nourishing pho. Inside looks a lot run down. Definitely needs a face lift. But at least it's clean. Not too many people in here. Maybe 1 or 2 other tables were taken. Employees just standing around. Needless to say, we got seated right away. Customer service was good. Checked in on us quickly and regularly. We got our drinks, and our food brought out quickly as well. Regular sized bowl of pho came out to only 12.50, which is really good!! I got their pho with slices of tripe, tendon, brisket and steak. Everything was sliced well and cooked to perfection. The proteins were all soft and easily chewed and broken apart. A good amount of protein too was in the bowl. Noodles were kinda stuck together (old? or prepackaged?) but after it got infused with the soup, it was not so stuck and clumped together. The broth was amazing. It was deep. Seasoned. Tasted great. They have their customary add on. The bean sprouts, lemons, hot sauce and jalapeños. Everything worked well together. Tasted really good. And it definitely hit the spot. We also got an order of their egg rolls. They were crisp and crunchy. Lots of filling. Sauces were really good. Tasted great. Pricing is really good. Food is tasty and amazing. Could work on the aesthetics and vibes in here. But overall, a small, hole in the wall pho restaurant that is unassuming but serves really good food!!

I had to try this restaurant twice before writing a review! The first time we ate here we had the Pho Dac Biet, Pho Ga and Bun Bo Hue. We've tried many different pho spots in Fontana and Rancho, finally found a place that had delish pho and home made tasting Bun Bo Hue! The second time we ate here was just as good as the first except the bun noodles were the thinner kind. It's still yummy however I was looking forward to the bigger chewy noodles. We'll be back to enjoy more of their dishes!

This Place is FIRE. We had some food here last summer. One of the only Pho Places in the Cucamonga areas. Me and my crew were here Monday on our business meeting, and i wanted to have a go at them again. Pho Bum Tu is my favorite here. You get more portions of food for you money here since they are a tad bit pricey. Nice crew and workers here. The Boba drinks and teas are fresh here. One of the best Pho places i know of.

On a Sunday noon, we have a lunch at Pho Bambu. It's not full, but they are short handed like a lot of restaurants. Service is good as they do pay attention and will notice you right away if you wave or speak to them, and act immediately. We ordered house special pho, lots of meat, good portion. However I think the broth may not be as good as competitors around. Next we order a 33b rice dish with pork chop. It's flavorful, and generous portion. Environment is clean. Will come back again :)

I am quite pleased with the friendly service and the delicious Pho. What impressed me the most was the Broth. Very tasty with a slight tang of Cardamom. Possibly the best Broth I've had. My Pho Duoi Bo was on point. The Oxtails were bite size and the Beef was tender Goi Cuon Tom Thit is a appetizer I recommend. They were loaded with Shrimp & Pork and perfectly fried. *** Unfortunately , I live almost a 4 hour drive away. Otherwise , I would dine here weekly*** 20 May 2022

The best place I've found in the area for Vietnamese food. Food: 5/5 Beef pho is good. Broth is clean and clear and the portions are big. Surprisingly the vegetarian pho is super good. My mom loves it- the broth is very flavorful and there are a ton of veggies. Price: 5/5 Good portion for the price Service: 5/5 Service is always on point. Quick and fast

Pleasantly surprised and pleased by this place! My party came in for a table of 8 an hour before closing, and were sat within the 10 minute time frame we were given for seating. The waiter took our order in a prompt manner, the food came out with little wait, and everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meal. I especially loved their pho and will be back for more. Great service and good food overall.

I normally don't leave reviews if I order takeaway, unless the experience is really unpleasant. And unfortunately, that was the case. I ordered a vegetable pho, with the vegan broth and knew from the first taste of the broth that the experience could be 50/50. It just tasted off to me; but I added some sauces and that helped. The veggies were okay, I tossed the mushrooms right away because they didn't look fresh and the baby corn tasted terrible - so I picked those out after the fact. The noodles were okay, not the best but not the worst that I've ever had. Yet; I got sick within minutes - and that tells me my first instincts were correct and something was off with the broth. It could have also been the veggies since 2 of the 5 provided were not good. This could easily be just a bad batch of broth and/or on the last leg of use veggies but I will not be chancing my luck again.

Since we've moved to the IE, this has been by far the best pho to eat at. This is our favorite go to spot for pho!

Came here right before they closed, and got beef brisket pho and their spring rolls. The pho came out great, with a really rich soup, a lot of the meat, plenty of additional vegetables, and a wad of noodles. The pho was great, and the soup was also just right; had a great beef flavor while also not tasting super spicy. The spring rolls were a little on the smaller side, but came out just right with the inside nice and warm and the outside super crunchy. They also give you lettuce to wrap the spring roll in and this sauce to dip it in. Overall, it's a great place, and would definitely recommend if you wanted to get some noodles.

Favorite place to get Pho. I have never had a bad bowl of Pho and they allow me to customize to my liking. The waiters are always very nice, and prompt in being the food. Very pleasant atmosphere, a must try.

I'm so happy to find a Vietnamese restaurant on this side of town and it's authentic too. We got there about 11am on a Saturday and we were the only ones there which was nice. The place looks nicely decorated and so does the bathroom. I was very impressed with the banh mi ga because the chicken was charbroiled which I've never experienced in my entire life. They gave big portion of the chicken and very little of the pickled veggies. My kids love their bun dishes as well. Overall, the service and food were great. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff, accompanied with a hot combination Pho is a warm welcome to the cold weather. Coming here, there's almost never a wait which is great when one needs to run errands. The restaurant is clean and floors are not sticky or dirty. Tables are wiped down after every guest leaves. My favorite items to order are their Egg rolls and they #8 Pho. They offer you adequate amount of veggies to wrap the Egg Rolls in and they are not too oily. Their soup base is flavorful, but somewhat heavy on the MSG. Overall, not too bad.

This place is so delicious we have had it 2 days in a row. The Bahn Mi meat is grilled to perfection and very flavorful, the baguette is so fluffy inside with a nice toasted outside. But, it's doesn't crumble into a mess like some. The peanut sauce is sweet, thick and not spicy just the way I like it. The spring rolls are a great portion and holdup to the feeling. Vermicelli plates our out of this world with flavor. The fried shrimp is so fresh, crispy and they use real good shrimp thats is meaty. If I weren't leaving town I'd probably go back tomorrow. Thank me later folks.

Nice pho place near Ontario mills mall. Friendly staff. Restaurant was clean. Ordered their pho filet minion and fried tofu. Both were excellent. Place was busy and staff was a little understaffed when we were there. But overall was great. I would come again

It's a really good spot and the food satisfy. The people are friendly with a straight forward approach. They always gives a smile and it still feels warm.

If u like oxtail u got come here n order the oxtail pho, the best of the best so tender and the broth is flavorful, can't go wrong with that.

I had the best chicken bahn-mi here that I've ever had in my life! So good! I'm so glad the Thai restaurant in this shopping ctr was closed on this day so we thought let's have pho. We had pho, filet mignon steak and fried rice - great meal!

Moved to the area last year and just found this pho restaurant recently that has oxtail pho. This is our second time here and I've ordered the oxtail for the second time, both time it's been consistent in flavor and tenderness of the meat. Nice and clean inside with friendly professional service. The rice dishes and other pho options are good too.

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I had the #24, which was the Vegetable & Tofu Pho, minus the tofu, I just wanted veggies..Man I tasted the broth before doing the works (you know what I mean) & the broth itself was so delicious. Once I added the works *mwah, Chefs kiss*. The ambiance is calm and nice, at least when I went (5pm). The service was lovely as well, not overbearing yet attentive. I HIGHLY recommend!!

I have always passed by this place and always made it a point to stop by and try their food. Well I'm here and I haven't tried there food yet but I have to say their customer service is above and beyond. They greeted me and quickly showed me to their menus since I requested to go. As I was waiting for the food to be made the young man so kindly brought me some water with lemon. I'll be back with review of their food but for now I'm impressed with their hospitality. Alright guys I had my pho special combo and it was delicious. The broth had flavor and it was nice and hot. Definitely will be coming back to try more plates. I forgot to take a picture before I finished it.

It was fine but they brought one entree, then both appetizers and drinks, then after waiting ten minutes i finally asked where the second entree was and they completely forgot about it. edit: after finally receiving the seafood and other pho, it was a unanimous decision that it just wasn't good. Save your money and time and get some instant ramen or pho from the 88 ranch.
