The Best Dishes Eater Dallas Ate in January 2023 | Eater Dallas

"This spot serves steaming hot bowls of pho with a clear, flavorful broth, backed by terrific service and an easy-to-navigate menu with many options; the crispy egg rolls are a noteworthy side that impressed alongside the beautiful bowls of broth." - Courtney E. Smith

How to Eat the Pho Trail in Garland | Eater Dallas

"I found that pho lovers can follow the Pho Real Trail around Garland, sampling bowls from a collection of 19 small, locally owned businesses; the city built an app so participants can track where they’ve eaten and win small prizes, and while the gamified element draws some people, Maldonado says the real appeal is visiting small, local restaurants, getting to know neighbors and their cultures, and being invited into a different world of eating." - Courtney E. The best pho in Dallas. They are located in the same shopping plaza as one of the busiest Vietnamese grocers in DFW which is very apparent in the freshness of their ingredients. Garnishes (mint, basil, Thai basil, bean sprouts, peanuts, etc.) are all very fresh and crisp. Generous portions of meat. I’ve never had brisket in pho that was the same thickness as brisket in TX bbq. Pretty sure the meatballs are the ones made daily from the grocer next door. It’s the same 5 Vietnamese ladies working the floor every day and they are very fast and attentive. Amazing experience time and time again and fair priced. (Pictured is the vermicelli bowl with pork, shrimp and egg roll which was fantastic)

They gave us the wrong food. I asked explicitly for no meatball in one of the orders, only well done brisket & well done flank. Pointed & verbally advised. Two different people scoffed at me and one lady shoved me aside and muttered rude comments. The portions are bad, the food is over priced, and the flavor is lacking. Never coming back and cannot recommend this place. Will go to the plethora of other pho restaurants.

Quite good. It gets busy. I recommend getting a table close to the kitchen to flag the waiters down for refills and such. Delicious spring rolls both fresh and fried. Combination pho so good. Highly recommend.

The coffee delicious, the employees all so nice and very welcoming. She sat us down quick and even gave suggestions on the best. We will be coming back thank you !!

Came here from NY to visit family and decided to eat pho. The service was good, the lady was quick and attentive. Gave me auntie vibes suggesting a thing or two to eat. We ordered 3 orders of pho, goi cuon, and eggrolls. It came came out super fast as expected since pho is being made all day. The pho was not as herbally as I’m used to but it wasn’t bad. The eggroll was wrapped in rice paper so the crunch was good. Goi cuon came in 4 rolls NOT cut which was surprising because most restaurants in NY give you two rolls cut in half. I’ll say the price and service is great, taste is okay but I’d come back to try other things.

August 2024 We haven’t been back for a long time. This is still one of best Pho around this area. Beef broth is smooth snd flavorful, can’t get enough. Great grilled pork plate as well. I believe the sliced pork was cooked to order. The only down side is the corridor to the bath room is heavy congested and dark. It was the store room for their dry goods. Storage space is the struggle with most restaurants in this area. I waited in the corridor to ensure my young daughter is safe visiting the girls room. If you can overlook that, this is a good place to have a great pho and Vietnamese food. My rating as 5 is very satisfied. Taste 5/5 Temperature 5/5 Speed of service 5/5 Attentive and Courteous 4/5 Cleanliness 2/5 Will I revisit? Yes Will I returned? Yes.

I love Phở. I had brisket, meatball, rare noodle bowl. This is the best place in Dallas area. The briskets so good no other pho place can’t beat. I am definitely coming back and will recommended to all my friends. Thank you Lan and Henny recommended to me this place 😀

This place is amazing. I love everything from this place. All the staff are super friendly, plus the food is excellent. I love how Pho is cooked and this place reminds me the flavor of the authentic Pho where i was born. The Com Tam is the best so far. Come and join and experience this family cozy restaurant.
