The best pho in Dallas.
They are located in the same shopping plaza as one of the busiest Vietnamese grocers in DFW which is very apparent in the freshness of their ingredients.
Garnishes (mint, basil, Thai basil, bean sprouts, peanuts, etc.) are all very fresh and crisp.
Generous portions of meat. I’ve never had brisket in pho that was the same thickness as brisket in TX bbq.
Pretty sure the meatballs are the ones made daily from the grocer next door.
It’s the same 5 Vietnamese ladies working the floor every day and they are very fast and attentive.
Amazing experience time and time again and fair priced.
(Pictured is the vermicelli bowl with pork, shrimp and egg roll which was fantastic)
