I came here thinking about trying out the bone marrow soup. I thought there were baguettes we could eat it with but I may have seen an old picture since they don't offer it anymore. The service is decent and we were able to be seated when we came at around 5pm on a Sunday. The QR code was not working for me or my other friends at the table in the back by the restroom. I ordered the #1 Pho Đặc biệt small along with the bone marrow soup. The brisket was very tender and the tripe was just right for me. The bone marrow was super smooth like butter in my mouth and when I added it to my pho, it made it more better. I may have been overthinking this but there seemed to be such a small portion of rice noodles. It was way less than what I was expecting to have. The broth was flavorful with all that meaty goodness. The price was not bad for everything.

Very good Pho, not over priced. Nice cozy place I went for dinner tonight. I had Brisket Pho with Hot Tea. It came up to $13 & some change. Very reasonable. Very polite people. I will return. I also was able to have my bean sprouts steamed which is the correct way to eat Pho so your sprouts don't cool the Broth down. Broth was very tasty with nice thick pieces of Brisket. Definitely getting 5 🌟 from me. New spot on list ❣ (Only issue didn't have Bone Marrow which I needed tonight 😁) but still was excellent.

Google
Came here due to a pho craving and wasn’t disappointed! The place overall is very nice and clean. Prices on the menu are pretty cheap, and the pho itself is good too. Got the meatballs and it was good. I also got the egg roll, and if you like shrimp, I reccommend you get it! The noodles in the Pho were also really good. Overall a nice place :)

Google
Man this place is the stuff. After seen a buzz video about this place, we decided to visit it. We being from Cypress it was a good drive to it, but man was it worth it. We are not Asian, so we can't compare the pho to maybe a more traditional one, but what we can say is that we loved it. It has a small menu, but man was it overwhelming mostly because we didn't know what to expect, wish I would've went with what the waiter recommend, but my choice was still awesome. Will surely go back again.

Google
Their bone marrow was heavenly. The chicken pho tasted better than the beef pho but their both very delicious. The salted plum drink was really good and my girlfriend's green Thai tea was delicious as well. Would definitely go again if we're in the area.

Finally got to try the Legendary Pho binh by night. And our high expectations were well met. I had chicken pho, dry style with the soup on the side, and some shrimp eggrolls. My wife had rare steak in her pho. We loved the fresh vegetables, and wonderfully seasoned food, and to top it all off, it's not expensive at all. It was only $20 for us both, and we were both full and happy afterwards. The place is small, and homelike on the inside, and it was clean. The staff was very nice and was patient with us as we haven't had pho but one other time. We will be going back soon, and HIGHLT recommend it.

Google
I have been going to Pho Binh By Night a few times over the years. Prices have gone up as a Large Pho is now about $12. I know costs have gone up. The food is always hot and I appreciate they offer fresh or steamed bean sprouts for the Pho. The Large pho is a big portion to be ready to eat, I was stuffed. They also finally added Shrimp Spring Rolls with peanut sauce to the menu, something that was noticeably missing. I appreciate this place is open late and close by and will continue to come here.

Google
GREAT service, and the BEST Pho we've had in a long time! A wonderful place to go for the late night Pho fix. YUMMMMM!

Yelp
A midnight snack that won't fail to disappoint while not being your typical, greasy hangover food. Now I wasn't Raving about this pho or thought it was extra ordinary but it's neat, filled with protein and noodz, and decently priced. I got the #10 and all the meat was pretty good, the noodles cooked perfectly. My only complaint is the broth lacked some serious body, but throwing in six jalapeños, some squeezed of lime, and the big leafy bois with a twinge of sricha made a hecka difference. Strawberry lemonade was sweet and delightful! You can taste the real chunks of lemon and strawb If it wasn't for the other wonderful ingredients, good service, and fair price- I would've given a three star. I'd come again! Treat yourself to something healthy and local instead for a midnight snack ;)

Huyen N.

Yelp
Close at midnight. Pho smelled good but lacked flavor. It tasted a little watered down, even. You may have to request fish sauce to alter the taste. It was nice to have an option of regular rice noodles or fresh noodles for a small upcharge. Overall, ok.

Akela L.

Yelp
My late night go to for years! If you're looking for great pho this is where you'd get it. Quick/great service always. during the chilly months and maybe a rainy day there may be a wait but well worth it. I don't eat beef but I do indulge in beef bone broth and theirs is yummy! This is one of my comfort food favorites!

Yelp
Decided to come try Pho Binh 4 By Night after coming across it on social media, so I did have a perceived high expectation coming into this one. Came on a Thursday evening and it wasn't really packed, just one other party at the time so we were able to be seated and served quickly. Pho was good but nothing mindblowing or anything to be raved about. The atmosphere was very chill and laid back. I did have to call to grab the staff's attention when it was time for the bill.

Ann G.

Yelp
I love how they're open until midnight. My husband and I decided to eat here after we got home from our flight at 10pm. I liked their traditional chicken pho but my husband thought that he had better pho dac biet (combination beef bowl). We also ordered spring rolls which was new and it was not on their regular menu but it was good. The prices were fair and service was good. Do take into consideration that they have a $10 minimum if you pay with credit or debit card.

Juncel A.

Yelp
This place is pretty much a staple in Chinatown late night dining. If you're a local, you have more than likely heard of Pho Binh. This is their by night version, and long story short, it delivers. They've recently added more items to their menu like springs rolls etc. They offer your typical beef and chicken pho, and they even have the dry pho with the broth on the side. My wife particularly likes their chicken pho. It's hard not to appreciate a place like Pho Binh by night. I wouldn't call it the best in town, but it's pretty good pho especially when you're craving it late at night.

Nicole M.

Yelp
Probably my favorite pho place in Houston, my mouth is watering as I'm writing this review! The food always comes out so fast and super fresh. Their portion sizes are also huge- I got the medium and was super full, they only charge a dollar more for the large and it's pretty big too! We asked for double extra of the fresh veggies and they gave it to us pretty quickly (I didn't take a pic of the extra veggies). Nothing like a warm bowl of some of the best pho in Houston on a cool day :) they're opened super late too, so get your late night munchies on! I personally always get the #7, the one with the fatty brisket ;) they aren't shy with the amount of meat you get. For its value, you get a ton of food that's super delicious. Also, per the rest of the reviews written below, I remember watching (at the time) Buzzfeed featuring this place and I was pretty excited to see this oldie featured. Very much deserved, 10/10 probably will be back again tonight. Service was great, everyone is super kind and again, pho came out probably less than 5 minutes after we ordered it, piping hot, super fresh, very delicious. Reliable. Ambiance is pretty great, a nice quiet area with super super clean bathrooms.

Jason O.

Yelp
Had a rough weekend and I just wanted some late night love. Stopped by PHO BINH 4 by night and they didn't disappoint. From the short 5min wait after ordering to the delicious and piping hot food they gave me. This trip I kept it simple just their #13 (chicken pho with hard boil egg) last time I was here I didn't even know they offered hard boiled egg. This was a great way to end my Saturday night. I slept like a baby. Thank you PB4BN. See you again soon

Yasmine N.

Yelp
The pho is very bland!! Normally when I go eat at pho places you could taste the traditional pho but this one tasted like the instant pho you could by at Costco! I told the waiter I didn't want the fresh noodles and he gave it to me and charged me 2 extra dollar which is annoying and I told him twice that I didn't want fresh noodles but he proceeded to get the fresh noodles! Also it's hot and very unorganized in there! We waited at least 5mins for someone to serve us and it wasn't even busy! Never would go here again

Edward W.

Yelp
I quit eating Chicken Pho because the Pho Binh on Bellaire & Wilcrest changed owner and the chef left too. Their chicken broth just wasn't the same. Fortunately I found this place and tasted their chicken broth and it was super good!! Even better than the other Pho Binhs! I later found out that the one of the original chef that cooked at Pho Binh trailer opened this place and has his own SECRET recipe for the broth!!! I am not a big fan of gizzards at the other Pho Binhs..... I found it surprising that the gizzards here with Chicken Pho is soft and very tasty. I asked the CHEF what his secret is. He said he buys higher quality gizzards separately from the whole chicken and he cooks it a certain way. They have decent Beef Pho but I only come here for their Chicken Pho with the broth on the side, which is called Pho Ga Kao. They close late at 12am on several nights so it allows me to enjoy a late dinner. Aside from the Chicken Pho, they also have bone marrow and freshly squeeze lemonades.

Yelp
Houston has a lot of food options. So many in fact that prices remain reasonable, but one is overwhelmed by having to decide on where to go. Whereas typically I might not go to Pho Binh By Night (I've driven by it hundreds of times), I specifically sought to eat here recently because of its participation in the Rewards Dining Program. I was trying to top off my airline miles. As far as Vietnamese pho restaurants go, this place is par for the course. Parking is easy. The shop is spacious and clean. Service is prompt, if inattentive (this is to be expected in standard Vietnamese restaurants.) The food was as you would expect. The flavors were good. The rice noodles were a good texture. My only issue would be that my bowl of pho was unartfully made. It's not that it didn't look pretty -- it's that the meat in my bowl was clumped together without care. The perfect bowl of pho should have the different cuts of meat distributed throughout the bowl, creating layers of deliciousness as you slurp down the soup and eat through the noodles and meat. Whoever made my bowl did so without much consideration. That's a minor complaint though. If all you care about is food quality, you won't be wowed here, but you won't be disappointed either. Pretty standard and that's not a bad thing.

Yelp
I usually go to one of their other locations, but I decided to stop by for a quick dinner since this one opens late. I got the pho tai bo vien with bone marrow and the shrimp egg rolls. The bone marrow was great, but the pho broth was a bit lacking and bland. The shrimp egg rolls were on the small side and definitely tasted different than the typical Vietnamese shrimp egg rolls you'd find. Overall this location was okay. I prefer their other location so much better.

Yelp
Came here for dinner with my husband and friends during our Houston trip. I originally knew about this place from the Worth It show so we naturally decided that we should try it. We were seated quickly. They had a QR code on the table for you to pull up a menu with but they also give you physical menus to look at. Their menu is super simple -- they had about two types of appetizers, pho, extras and drinks. That's it! They normally have three different sizes available: large, medium, and small. But that night, they did not have small available. Not sure if it's something they just took off the menu or if it's temporary. I decided to go with their medium Dac Biet pho, which has rare steak, brisket, tendon, and tripe. I really liked their soup base -- it was light, not too heavy, and pretty delicious. The noodles itself were a bit on the softer side. I think they cooked it a little bit too long. Would have liked a firmer texture. Meats were decent, pretty normal. We also got an order of their Cha Gio Tom, which is their shrimp eggrolls. It came with 6 pieces and are smaller than regular the regular Cha Gio. They were cooked well and the shrimp had that nice bouncy texture to it, which usually means that it was pretty fresh. Service was quick. We asked for extra sauce packets and they got it for us pretty fast. Coming from the West Coast, their prices are great! Would recommend!

Yelp
An oldie but a goodie! It's been 10 years since my first review here, and their pho still ranks as one of the top in Chinatown. And tonight I decided to order and add something new to my meal. It was their Goi Ga, a chicken cabbage salad with ginger and fish dressing. So fresh, light, and a wonderful appetizer. My favorite meat with my pho is the Bo Vien (meatball) and I usually also get the Tai (steak), but I've been enjoying the Nam (flank) lately. Never too late to try something new!

Maya G.

Yelp
best pho in houston + open late = perfection. beef pho of any kind never disappoints, and the chan muoi is a must-try

Jeffrey N.

Yelp
I got pho of course. The broth was a bit too salty for my taste but otherwise was a solid bowl of pho with depth of flavor and aromatic notes. The kicker was definitely that there was bone marrow available as an extra side and that gave the pho an amazing layer of taste. Shout out to my friend for the rec and food hack with the bone marrow!

Ahma H.

Yelp
Excellent pho. Consistently delicious. Come social distance with those in the know. Simple menu but delicious breadth and depth of flavor in each spoonful of broth. Covid Notes: Table social distancing, masks enforced for staff & guests, sanitizer gel at each table we saw. Dine in or take out this place can't be beat. Afterwards enjoy desert or a short walk across the parking lot is a boba place. Worth your time!

Nayeli C.

Yelp
First time trying this place it was pretty good until I decided to get some chili oil and pour it in. Come to find out there was a bug in the oil and I felt pretty disgusted I decided to let the server know and thankfully they gave me a free bowel to go. But I'm not sure I wanna come here again considering it was my first time and I found a bug. Just keep a look out in chili oil

Lou C.

Yelp
I have been to other Pho Binh restaurants but I do not know this one opens late until former Yelper friends Shawn S and Na S shared this little secret. Pho Ninh By Night is a little far for me but I love the taste of pho soup. I had to come over to fulfill my crave. I remember this restaurant was in a quiet strip mall years ago. But my recent visit shocked me. The parking lot was full and there were lots of other restaurants in the same mall. That's a good sign. I would definitely come back to this mall more often. I was greeted by friendly staff at Pho Binh 4 By Night. Cashier took my order politely and my food was promptly brought out by another friendly person. It was truly a hole-in-the-wall restaurant. I would come back to dine in next time. The food was awesome as I know how Pho Binh soup would taste. My only gripe was the soggy eggrolls. They sealed freshly fried eggrolls in a foil. They should had been in a vented box to let steam out. Oh well. I'll order something not fried on my next to go order.

Jason N.

Yelp
Pho is all about the broth, and this place does not disappoint. I typically get all the meats because I was raised to value each part of the soup. What I liked about here is it wasn't greasy. It was balanced and light. It paired will with the Green Thai Tea, something you can't find at many places. It's clear that they don't use powder packets, and the jelly inside was great.

Jingyan Y.

Yelp
This is a really solid place for Pho! Service is exemplary. The waiter came around a few times to makes sure everything was going well. The large portion is pretty big - and only ~$8. The amount of food for the price is really good. I like that you can choose from raw or steamed bean sprouts. The noodles were a great texture and the soup was flavorful. The meats were great (you get to choose 4) but I didn't personally like their meatballs as much - lacking a bit of flavor. Pro tip: ask for their spicy chili oil. It is so so good!

Jannah W.

Yelp
Soooo delicious and flavorful. I've never had beef pho, but this was a great first experience. The hot broth literally cooks the beef, which makes it really tender. I would usually use a lot if sriracha and hoisin when building my bowl, but this broth was so perfect, adding anything else just messed it up. 10/10 The eggrolls were suuuper flavorful. You could literally see the whole small shrimp when you bite into it. The sauce was a good touch. Honestly, after ab the third one they begin to become salty, but the taste was still really good while it lasted. Even tho they have many locations, this is probably my fav. Really hearty and filling food. It's kind of small, so there isn't a lot of room to social distance. I would advise picking up your meal to go if you're not fond of being near others right now

Nina T.

Yelp
Opened late. Sign your name for wait list upon entry. Prompt service. Eat, enjoy. Pay at the counter. Food coma. Just that simple. For sure, will redo! :)

Linh T.

Yelp
i was really craving pho for tonight and when i got the combo pho here, the broth was bland. not enough hoisin sauce or siracha could make it better. overall, i was really disappointed :(

Angie C.

Yelp
Always friendly Always tasty. I get some pho to go (rhymes lol) when my hubby feels under the weather. Seating is not to good for large parties though (8 or more).

Sunny A.

Yelp
Soup was delicious with good flavor meat was tender n good balance of spices service was good inside was little dark maybe it was closing time other than I did enjoyed it very much

Alexis N.

Yelp
Pho here is good and what I like to order is the pho ga kho with hanh tran nuoc beo. What my order is is my bowl comes out with no soup in my bowl, the soup comes on the side. I add Siracha, hoisin, lime, and mints. Then I add a few spoon fulls to the noodles to easily mix everything together. Ugh so good.

vetella s.

Yelp
Been coming here for over 8 years and the owner and his wife have always been good to my family. I called him up to place a order for pickup asking him to leave it outside due to having covid. Her went a step further and brought the Pho to my house down the street. Another reason besides the sate, bone marrow, and fried chicken skin that I'll keep coming here. Fyi this was contactless.

Emily E.

Yelp
My boyfriend & I have been going here since the start of our relationship. Anytime we're craving pho, we'll always come here despite both of us living a bit far. The food always makes it worth it. Recently tried their iced coffee and now we always get that along with our pho & dessert ( che thai) 10/10 recommend. Delicious pho, delicious desserts, and delicious coffee!

Trevor R.

Yelp
Love this place been going for years. I do wish they would get fountain soda so I can have refills. Th pho and spring rolls are excellent. Fast service and we're pleasant.

Lucy T.

Yelp
Atmosphere (5/5): Late night pho spot for all. Pretty good at social distancing tables. Service (5/5): Seated, order, get food, pay - nothing more to it! Food (5/5): Whats better an a hot bowl of pho after a long road trip? It was delicious and the egg rolls were so crunchy! Even the pickled carrots were good.

Lana M.

Yelp
We were in Houston for a weekend and were craving pho, so decided to stop by here after seeing some good reviews. The place looks nicer on the outside than the inside. Inside had about 7-9 tables, and it was a bit messy. Boxes were piled in the corner, and the place had a very strong weird smell (maybe coming from the restroom?) that was hard to get over during our time there. The food is good. We got the vegan and chicken pho. It's nothing special, but it's good for pho. We did ask for extra mushrooms for the veggie pho, but the waiter came back 5 minutes later with a mini bowl of veggie pho with everything in it (not just the mushrooms) and he charged us for it. Other than that, the service was good. We were seated and waited on right away. We didn't like how the spoons and chopsticks were out in the open on the table, and the broth spoon had a bit of a chlorinated smell to it.

Chris H.

Yelp
Saw this on Buzzfeed "worth it", so I was enticed to visit and try the food. The pho was decent. Definitely not the best in Houston. I've been to better. Buzzfeed kind of overhyped this place too much, so we probably had too high expectations. Service was great though. I got the large pho with rare steak and lean brisket (~$8). It was alright. There was a reasonable amount of meat and the broth was fragrant. The pho was just like any other typical pho. I also got the iced chrysanthemum drink ($2.5) which was alright as well. Overall, borderline above-average pho for a reasonable price. My friends also agree that the pho was decent. Good thing it's open late, so I may stop by once in a while whenever I'm craving pho in the late evenings.

Nancy Z.

Yelp
Ladies who were serving us were super nice and attentive. Pho was pretty good- the noodles were a bit overcooked for my liking but broth was very aromatic! Very affordable pricing for a large amount of food.

Ann L.

Yelp
If you're craving pho past midnight then hit this place up. On a cold rainy night, we stop by here for a hot bowl of pho. They have a wide selection of pho on their menu. The place and its parking is spacious inside and out. We ordered two pho dac biet/ special combination and a pho bo vien (just meatballs). Food came out fast. Our waitress, however, wasn't very welcoming. I saw her refilling the other table's water but not ours even though we needed one. My friends didn't like the vibe she was giving us. Anyways, the pho broth was good and flavorful. We ordered the small size bowls. The portion was just right. It didn't leave us too full or still starving. Overall, a good quality pho place and a bonus that it opens late.

Candice R.

Yelp
Totally worth the drive from Manvel at 10:30pm at night. Even tho they didn't have any more chicken broth by the time we got there, the guy assured us we'd like the beef broth just as much and if we didn't, we wouldn't have to pay for it. I would've paid regardless, OMG!!! he was totally right. That beef broth was amazing!!!!!! He still put chicken in it, but it had a richer more soul soothing flavor. Bcz of him, I think I'm guna have to start asking for beef broth pho with chicken in it!! THANKS!!!!!

Amber F.

Yelp
Saw this place on "Worth It" so we wanted to try it out. Very good! Not the style of pho we are used to, but the base broth was very good. We will definitely be back!

Jennifer T.

Yelp
Pho for me is usually more of an afternoon lunch food. Because Pho Binh by Night is a late night place it doesn't open till 4pm. Intrigued by the Buzzfeed Worth It video and other people raving about it I wanted to give it a try. (3/5): PHO GA KHO (Dry chicken pho with soup on the side): The boiled egg it came with was overcooked. There was a ring of gray around the yolk. The pho soup was very mild. It didn't have the aromatic flavor of pho that I'm used to. I wanted to like it more than I did but it just didn't cut it for me. I ordered a side of CHEN TUY (Bone marrow). This is one of the first places I've ever seen this option. I highly recommend sharing it with someone because it is extremely rich. I used the marrow in my dry pho to give it some moisture. From the heat and stirring it melted in and coated all my noodles. It comes with Large, Medium, and Small for the sizes. The medium was the perfect amount.

Sean D.

Yelp
Delicious! Me my wife and especially our two young boys love the pho, salad and the friendly staff. The food service is incredibly fast and very fresh. If pho is you're thing, this place will blow your mind!

Sophiaa N.

Yelp
This pho place is ok it's quite good . My boyfriend sister has pick up some pho for us . I had the small pho with steak and brisket . My boyfriend had the large special pho . The soup was actually pretty good I will say . Lot of the pho places now but a lot of msg in their food and it does not taste good but this place did it We were not feeling good and after we ate pho we had felt way better I had Drink the soup and I was a little scared about to much msg but nope it was good did not die of thirst because of msg . The broth was good

Hanna D.

Yelp
We usually go elsewhere for pho but after a whole night out, my boyfriend and I found ourselves hungry at 11:30 pm on a Saturday night. Since Pho Binh 4 By Night was the only place open, we had to give in to our cravings. The have solid pho that really hit the spot. The broth is flavorful, the ingredients were fresh, the noodles were cooked just right, and the service is friendly as well. I got a small and my boyfriend got a large. The prices here are great as well. $7 for a small, $7.50 for a medium, and $8.50 for a large. The portion is huge. My small bowl was more than enough and my boyfriend's large bowl was huge. We left the restaurant really satisfied. I'm glad they have this location to accommodate night owls. Whether you were drinking like us, have a late shift, or just want pho at midnight. This is the place!

Josh L.

Yelp
Credits to Andrew, Steven and Adam from BuzzFeed: Worth It for telling me about this place. Their YouTube series is amazing and you should go watch it if you haven't yet! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QpyHrQYeoIE&t=329s Here's the link to the video above. You're welcome! I have lived in Houston my whole life. Grew up here, went to school here, went to college at UT, and came back to Houston for a full-time job. But I never knew about this Pho place on the other side of Bellaire. I have been eating at this other Pho place near my house (see Pho Saigon on Gessner Road for reference), but little did I know about this gem on Bellaire. The best thing was, I sat in the seats where the Buzzfeed people sat at! It was so cool to experience that place for the first time. From the first check-in on Yelp, to the people I ate with, it was an awesome first experience. If you probably haven't heard, but their bone marrow is the absolute best! Get a bowl of Pho with your favorite meats, put some bone marrow inside of the soup, and everything will be great and content to your hearts desire. What more do you wanton a cool/cold day then a bowl of Pho?

Brittaney M.

Yelp
Food was bland, place seemed uncleaned and dusty. One of those restaurants where you can smell the restroom while you eat. I expected more while reading reviews will not be returning.

Christina H.

Yelp
Pho Binh by Night is the drunk man's Pho Binh, but still retaining it's wholesome taste. I prefer the daytime Pho Binhs around Houston, only because of the rowdiness of the crowd and the limited menu that is served at night. Instead of the traditional Vietnamese Egg Rolls that are normally served, Pho Binh By Night serves Shrimp Egg Rolls, which tend to be over-fried at this location. I stick with Pho Binh's classic, Pho Tai. The reason why Pho Binh is SO good is because of their Pho Bac recipe-- beef bones engorged with spices to create a rich, flavorful broth. So whether it's 11 AM after church or 2 AM after the bars, Pho Binh always hits the spot.

Yelp
This place was featured on a popular YouTube channel "BuzzFeedVideo", and it's gotten huge praises for their pho. So I figured since I literally stay across the street from the restaurant I mind as well give it a try. I ordered the number 10. Pho with the Rare Steak, Tripe & Meatballs. Was it good? One word, "Textbook". It was made just right, the broth was very good. The only thing that I didn't like was that they were a bit stingy on the protein; they could've added some more meat considering I got the Large bowl (7.75$). Service was nice considering Pho places don't provide the best service & the place was very clean. Will I return? Yep *TIP for you guys who go out on the weekends such as clubbing, bar etc. This place closes at 3am in the morning on Friday's & Saturday's

Yelp
Some of the best pho in Houston! I always get the special beef combo with a side of bone marrow! This time, I was by myself. The marrow is rich, so it's ideally shared by two folks! This is a must on a pho tour of Houston!

Yelp
Are you pho real?? A Pho Binh open til midnight some nights, and until 3am other nights?? Why, don't mind if I do. The boyf and I came here Sunday evening and walking in, we were met with the smell of beef broth stewing for hours on end...aka the delicious smell of pho. We both ordered a medium (they have small, medium, and large bowls) bowl of pho. You can pick up to 4 meats - we chose lean brisket (a bit dry), brisket (good), tender flank (good, a bit fattier brisket), and meatball (seemed homemade, pretty good). The pho came out hot (it's gotta be hot to be good!) The taste itself was good, slightly above most other pho places I've tried. The pho broth wasn't as deep and rich, it was more clear with a good amount of flavor. We also ordered the shrimp egg rolls (6 for $4.50) and they came out with a sweet and sour sauce dip (not your traditional fish sauce). That was a bummer. The egg rolls were small and taste was just okay - not big fans of this. The customer service was pretty good, our waiter was very nice and showed us bowl sizes and explained the different cuts of meat to us. Overall, probably wouldn't come here again for the pho myself and wouldn't recommend the egg rolls.

Yelp
Mediocre is the best way I can describe it. While the bone marrow side is an excellent idea (it's actually good and I suggest you order it and eat it in between bites of the pho, or even with the pho, just don't dump it all in the pho), I didn't think the base pho itself was good. It just didn't have any body/depth to it like a really good pho does. Best way I can describe it is water with pho essence? I was expecting a fantastic beef flavor given the Buzzfeed video, but man it really seemed like it was a thrown-together pho that was only simmered for like 2 hours. The wife-owner was the ONLY staff-member that smiled at all throughout the entire service. Waitstaff themselves... eh. Then again, don't expect good service in Chinatown, so I'm not docking them on that or anything. Price was fair for what was ordered. Overall, the bone marrow great concept but the pho itself, the heart of the business, was quite underwhelming. If there was care put into it, it ultimately didn't show in the pho itself. 5/10, unfortunately would only come if someone made me.

Yelp
Yo what's up it's ya boy back at it with Pho Binh by Night. This place is hands down my favorite place to get pho. The pho broth is delicious and aromatic. The bone marrow is where it's at. It's very rich, fatty, and melts in your mouth. I like taking a little spoonful of it along with the noodles and broth for a combination of tasty goodness. One time we came here because of the cold weather. We were craving a hot bowl of pho to warm our hearts. Instead, it warmed our souls! While eating pho, we noticed the music change. And that music selection in the background made the whole experience euphoric. It was so good that I had to find out what songs were playing. It turns out, it was the owner of the restaurant. If you're reading this Kevin, thank you! Your music playlist/recommendations are fire and I look forward to coming here again.
