We were visiting from out of town and stopped by this pho spot - and we’re so glad we did tbh. Service: The staff were super kind and patient, especially with my grandparents who speak limited English and have a strong Asian accent. Service was also really quick - our food came out in about 10 minutes. Food: I ordered the Wonton Noodle Soup, and it was so good. My sister and I basically inhaled it. The broth was flavorful, the wontons were tender, pleasantly surprised. The reviews on this place made me hesitant, but the food proved me wrong. Atmosphere: Pretty chill overall. There were some teens customers giggling in the corner, but nothing disruptive - it’s a casual place, so it's kind of expected. Didn’t bother us at all. Overall, great food, fast service, and very kind staff. Would definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again.

This was, by far, the worst Vietnamese restaurant I've visited. Cleanliness was clearly not a priority — from the sticky condiment bottles on the table to the grimy furniture around us, everything felt neglected. The pho we ordered was overwhelming with star anise, making the broth almost undrinkable without squeezing in half a lemon just to tone it down. To make matters worse, the bean sprouts served alongside were noticeably old and yellowing — a clear sign they were past their prime. Overall, a very unpleasant dining experience. I recommend avoiding this place and saving your money for a better option.

I guess the store has a new management or new owner as the food are not the same anymore. This place was run by a Vietnamese mom and her entire family, they make every food satisfying to your taste and the service was really good, Went by today and the cashier was latino, the cook was latino, and I was surprised and did not ask thinking maybe they have a new people around as they get busy at lunch time most of the time, I use to chit chat with the owner as she usually come over to my table whenever I am waiting for my order. Today was a not just a bit but completely messy. My order takes like almost an hour I put an order at 11:59 and did not get my order at 12:50 and the other people after me was been served, I understand I order to go and they are dine in but it seems like my order was left forgotten, until the cashier/waiter come over and realized I’m still there. So back to my order, which part of it my fault that I should’ve triple check. I order 2 P1 soup but only charge 1, D1 Viet coffee with condensed milk but he punch D2 without milk, 2 order of B1 which is combination pork bahn mi to find out when I get home after 35mins of drive and all you can taste is the mayo, and I was surprised there was jo cilantro in the sandwich but to find a romaine lettuce like it was a american subway sandwich with a little bit of touch of banh mi so what I got is 1 combination Pork order and 1 is beef. Then I also order the E7 which is Mixed veggies that supposed to NOT have a broccoli but GOT VEGGIE PLATE full of Broccoli, as they have 2 veggies one is beef broccoli and other one mixed veggies which has no broccoli which I order. I did not take a picture anymore as I am frustrated already and hungry and so my kids are. But of course my kids ended up giving the broccoli to the dogs. I used to come here, take my family, co-workers and friends like I owned the place as I highly recommend this to f&f. Basically I am regular customer here, as I always stop by on my home even though it’s almost 30mims away from my house. It used to be good as in good. But since I haven’t come by here in a couple of months and got busy and was on vacation, I wasn’t able to come or stop by to get food for my lunch break when I’m still on the clock or lunch food for my kids on my way home. And today was the day of ok missed mama’s banh mi just to find out it’s all not the same anymore. So not sure if they have new management or the family is just not there or idk. Spend $70 but I’m not going to drive back for 30mins just to have them fixed it. I guess that will be my last time coming and will find another local and family owned viet restaurant.

I recently stumbled upon this little mom-and-pop spot after the restaurant I initially intended to visit next door was closed. Since I was in a bit of a time crunch, I decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did. The place definitely had a local vibe, with plenty of regulars, which gave it a welcoming, cozy atmosphere. I opted for the P1 to-go, and I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful the broth was. It had a great depth of taste, and the portion size was more than fair for the price. However, the Thai tea was a bit of a letdown. As a big Thai tea fan, I found it a little too sweet for my taste, and the Boba that came with it was undercooked, making it chewy rather than the perfect texture I’m used to. I’d probably skip the Boba next time and just enjoy the tea on its own, especially if you prefer your Thai tea on the sweeter side. Overall, I’d rate this place a solid 3.8. While I wouldn’t go out of my way to return, if I was in the area and needed something quick, I’d definitely consider stopping by again. Also, shoutout to the person who took my order—they were super friendly and made the experience that much better.

Google
Absolutely not worth the money. Soup Broth? How about Bowl of Grease. No flavor. Just hot Grease. Added 6 packets of hoisin STILL NO FLAVOR. Also asked for No white onion and just rare beef pho. I got brisket, flank, tripe and white onion. Gross. Shells still on my shrimp in my "spring rolls" which were Lettuce and shrimp with shells.

Google
Every single thing we ordered was amazing! A4 and A5 (the pork spring rolls and the pork salad rolls) were so good, as well as the bahnmi and rare beef pho. The people who worked there were super nice and the food came really fast. We will definitely be coming back again!

Google
I'm so glad I found this spot so close to where my mom lives, east side las vegas. The pho was good, but I've had better. It was the chicken wings and egg rolls that got me wanting to come back. Very tasty and so flavorful.

Google
Used to love this place, but every time we try to go posted business hours, they are closed. Not sure if temporarily or permanently closed, but there isn’t any signage on the door providing more info. Don’t waste the drive!

Yelp
Pho Bistro is a hidden gem that has quickly become a family favorite for us. Hands down, they serve the best pho I have ever had in my life. The broth is incredibly flavorful--truly delicious, delicious, delicious! We find ourselves returning a few times a week, and each visit is just as delightful as the last. The new owners have done a fantastic job; their friendly service and warm hospitality make each meal special. They are so welcoming and friendly, making us feel like part of their family every time we walk through the door. The restaurant is always clean, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience. If you're looking for top-notch pho and excellent service, Pho Bistro is the place to go!

Yelp
Updated review since it has been a while. Pho Bistro has been around FOREVER. I remember eating here in high school 8-9 years ago. It has been so long since I ate here, and I was hoping it was as good as I remembered (and it is!!!). Ordered 2 combination pho, a grilled pork banh mi, egg rolls, and a couple drinks. Everything was packaged nicely and was piping hot still by the time I got home. The portion size for both the pho and banh mi are really nice especially for the price! The pho broth had great flavor, and the banh mi was super refreshing with the bread being hot/toasty and the added cucumber and lettuce for toppings.

Yelp
After 3 years not much has changed. We stopped in after a 4 hour kayak trip and it did the trick. Crispy fried Cha Gio egg rolls were firm and filled with ground pork. The accompanying cool lettuce wraps, cilantro, pickled vegetables and dipping sauce contrasted with the piping hot rolls (4). Still simple beef noodle soups served in a humble ambiance were huge. Plates of mung bean sprouts, basil, cilantro and jalapeño were fresh garnishes I love. Combo Pho is the one to order that's chock full of rice noodles, beef brisket, tripe, meatball, and usually tendon. Stock was flavorful, but a little thin on strength. Friendly very quick service but it was around 2:30pm.

Yelp
The service here is little chaotic sometimes. Be ready for it lol. This is my local pho place in the neighborhood. It takes me 5 min to get here so I support them. Beef steak pho was great, but the amount of beef was little small, so I ordered extra. Very good soup. I love it.

Yelp
Review #71 of 2023 3 P.M. visit on December 21st Met the owner and she shared that the business has been opened for 11 days. We ordered quite a few items. Mine was the beef pho and my wife had the seafood pho. My daughters enjoyed shrimp fried rice, deep fried egg rolls, and fried tofu. We also ordered a BBQ pork Banh Mi to go. Definitely some feel good and tasty food served here. Mellow vibes, but with the expected traditional Vietnamese service. Good, fast, tasty food. The only item that took long was the Bahn Mi. Prices are reasonable which makes this a definite spot we will come back to.

Yelp
The establishment is clean, the staff is very friendly , I felt welcomed right away . I ordered it to go since I was a bit busy and was recommended this place and I'm so glad I've taken the chance to come here , if you want pho GO HERE! It's so good . I feel like they need more customers for what they provide . I'm a big foodie and let's just say I was excited to dig in and when I did k was in heaven . Thank you phobistro

Yelp
Food is great and service is good also. This place is literally a mom and pop place but they take pride in their food.

Yelp
I was in the neighborhood tonight when my husband and I had a craving for rice plates. We stopped by Pho Bistro and it was an easy in and out food stop. The menu here doesn't have the classic "com dac biet", but instead they seem to have more speciality plates like Wonton Soup with Egg Noodles, Hu Tieu Bo Kho (Beef Stew Soup), Bo Luc Lac (Shaken Beef) or Banh Mi (Viet Sandwiches). Everything was reasonably priced at around $13.95 - $15.50 per plate/soup. My husband got the Shaken Beef and the flavor was very very good, but the beef could have been a little more tender. The plate also came out with red and yellow peppers which we were not expecting. I got the wonton soup and it was soooo satisfying, the flavor profile was definitely on point. The thai tea was good but they put a little too much milk/half and half in there. Probably wouldn't get this again. BUT the dishes were fantastic... highly recommend coming here. Support your local mom and pop shops!

Yelp
Is rainy day again here in Vegas! Cold, cloudy and rain, what it good for, a bowl of Pho Charging my car across the street, have an hour, thought I stop by here again I actually been here before maybe a year ago, but not that impress, their broth is not that great, to me, Pho is all about their broth, a good pot of broth need to cooked for at least 15 hours or longer. I wasn't plan on going there again, like I said before, first time wasn't that impressive, but today is just a cold day, I really like to have some warm soup. Got on Yelp and see what is new, saw someone posted 4 months ago, they changed a new owner. Hm....okay, let's give it a try again, let's go! Walked in. Hm....everything look the same to me, I'm the first person there, seem like they open at 10am in the morning, earrrrrrrly. I was there around 11am Order the Spring Roll, and the Combination Pho The Spring Roll seem like they used Pork and Shrimp, most I tried they only giving Shrimp, the roll also seem longer, even tho it cut in the half, still seem longer. Combination Pho coming up, the soup is super hot, good job peeps! Because the beef is raw, also some raw bean sprouts, so the soup must be super hot, and they provide that. Soup is delicious, much better then the last owner/chef Now why not 5 stars? Well, to me giving 5 stars to a business, they must provide me 100% food, service, and the cleanest of the business While I was sitting there the whole 35 minutes, no one come and check on me, no one refill my drink, after I finish, I waited and called out I need a check, but no one respond to me, finally after a few attempts, I got up and walk to the counter and checking myself out. The little girl seem like she maybe 15-18 years old, no manners, no thank you, no come back again, no how is everything, nada! After I went used the restroom, after the door, there is a small hall way, and OMG, they need to clean that place up, seem like this new owner just took the restaurant over without doing any cleaning or remodeling, and continue with the business. The carpet 3 stars for sure for now, until they clean up the place, hopefully they see this review and spend some time to clean up everything, or else this place next inspection will be downgrade to B or C. Lean some customer services Will I be back? Hm...probably not.

Yelp
Super tiny hole in the wall place. Our waitress was very friendly and we asked her about a few of the items on the menu. We ordered the beef pho, the egg rolls, and a pork banh mi. Everything came quick and boiling hot to the table. The prices are also super reasonable. I think it was 12-14$ for the pho and for the bahn mi!
google avatar

Yelp
This was our neighborhood Vietnamese restaurant. Prices are good and it's close and fast, however the pho was always a little off to me. Now, they have new owners and I was quite impressed with the pho the last time we got it to go. Their sandwiches were also good and HUGE. I can't wait to try all their other items because I'm actually quite impressed with what I've eaten here so far with the new family running it!

Yelp
When I got in there it was no one in there? I only just really wanted their egg rolls. So when I got their I sat just waited and when I tell you the guy in front was seeming annoyed the way he was watching me at my table and rushed me then on top of that gave me the wrong order. Their services could have been better. He literally caught an attitude he kept asking how am I paying and while I was eating he gave me the check before I can even say I was done or if I wanted some more. Honestly it seem like he wanted me out for an odd reason. When I'm stress I eat pho or I go to relax and I will never go back because I felt like he maybe don't like black people in there. It's rare for me to feel that way. Over all the egg roll was great. What was even better the restaurant was empty. I honestly no wish there were people so he wasn't so up my ass. And the spring roll wasn't good and he got mad at me for just simply saying it wasn't good and what ever was in the dip I was allergic to and I wasn't paying for it cuz I took a bite. He wanted me to finish it. Do you want me in the hospital ? Anyways yall the egg roll was great I just wish the service was better. I thought I took a picture but literally I was uncomfortable the whole time. Btw I'm born and raised in Hawaii and the pho in Hawaii is better I just wanted to find somewhere that would feel like home sometimes.

Yelp
I love love love this place.. this is a mom and pop restaurant I believe its only open Monday thru Friday but there pho is amazing and the spring rolls yummy service is good ive only seen one server but hes so nice place is kinda small but its def worth a shot portions are also great this pho is a must

Yelp
This place is good but overpriced, and the lady kept fat shaming people asking them if they were sure they wanted regular and not diet soda. Definitely i recommend the restaurant PHO T on Boulder! So much better pricing and it's owned by two sweet Vietnamese grandparents
google avatar

Madelyn T.

Yelp
If you're craving pho and looking for a spot to check be sure to stop at Pho Bistro. The restaurant is small compared to most pho restaurants in the valley, but for the price I paid and the great service from the owner, I promise you won't be disappointed.

Casey B.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place leaving Vegas and was not disappointed. Banh Mi and pho were both amazing and the egg rolls were hittin'. Highly recommend this place if you're a Vietnamese food fan. Very friendly customer service as well!
google avatar

Yelp
I love soup and Pho Bistro is one of my faves. My go-to is actually their Shrimp War Wonton soup. The broth is delicious and it contains veggies, pork wontons and whole shrimp, along with noodles and all the fixings! Yummy! They have a great selection of appetizers and entrees. I have never been disappointed and they have quick and friendly customer service..

Yelp
Just stopped here yesterday and fell in love with Pho Bistro . I grew up in East Las Vegas as a kid and as an adult decided to move back to this side if town. This place reminds me of why East Las Vegas is home. Ive been finding different places to eat over here and gave this place a try; so happy I did. I ordered the P2 which is just Rare Steak Pho. The broth was hot and rich in flavor. Our waiter is also the owner and he is such a sweet man. We had great conversations with him throughout the night. Definitely will be coming back.

Yelp
December 8, 2021 - I have been wanting to eat Fresh Spring Rolls for awhile, so Pho Bistro is not very far from me. Conveniently located on Sandhill and Flamingo, by Starbucks. First of all, comfortable atmosphere, spacious and a very nice Hostess man. I enjoy and absolutely appreciate great service. They have can soft drinks, but most times I prefer iced water. Appetizers didn't take long, neither did our meal. Mystery Arm spotted 4 Battered Fried Shrimp and 2 Crab and Shrimp Egg Rolls. He really enjoyed them. I definitely had to get my 2 Fresh Spring Rolls. This is one of the best I ever tasted! Mystery Arm ordered Shrimp Fried Rice and he was happy there were no peas and carrots. I had to get my Combination Pho, which was Rare Sliced Beef, Beef Ball and Tripe. Can't forget to add the Bean Sprouts, Basil, Lime and Chili Peppers, so so yummy! And the highlight, I got another order of Fresh Spring Rolls and a Combination Pork Sandwich. Definitely recommend these two things and the beef combo pho! As always take good company, try good food and have good fun!
google avatar

Karla B.

Yelp
Checked out PhoBistro a few days back and grabbed their pork banh mi - seriously delicious! The vibe there is chill, and the sandwich was a flavor explosion! definitely coming back this week

Yelp
If you want a good bowl of Pho, look no further. The small family type restaurant provides good food and good service. Next time the craving hits for hot chicken soup I will be here. I brought my friends here and they have been happy with the place too. I almost don't want to give this place a good review because then it will become crowded.

Jennifer E.

Yelp
We revisited Pho Bistro and it did not disappoint. We were greeted by our friendly and very attentive server. We truly received platinum service. We order spring rolls and egg rolls as appetizers each bite more delicious than the first amazing! Our party order the beef pho , the chicken pho and the shaken beef plate absolutely delectable. The broth very tasty and full of flavor. The shaken beef tender and cooked to perfection with beautifully caramelized onions and bell peppers a work of art! This place is truly a diamond and a must try!

Yelp
One of the hole in the wall places I find out of nowhere. I walked in and was greeted by a nice and welcoming gentlemen. The restaurant is not set for asthetic but reminded me of restaurants in Thailand or Indonesia. The prices are super affordable. I have the spring roll, crab and shrimp roll for around $3, and the combination pho. The pho was flavorful and the meat are tender, the rolls are good and portion equally. The guy was super nice to even change the channel on the television to accommodate my 18 month old baby girl. This was forsure a place to try especially this cold weather and We'll definitely be back.

Mauricio J.

Yelp
No receipt provided. Just got this today and was disappointed with the food. Boiled beef and broccoli. Same type of beef for the sandwich as the beef and broccoli when I asked for the combination. Fried rice with no flavor. Got cheated out of a couple dollars no big deal but I'm pretty upset with the weird reach to my girlfriends leg when he came to give us our coffee. Everything was to go and he took his own tip from the cash I handed him. All happened at approximately 12:50pm 8/9/23.

Maryjose N.

Yelp
Very racist, didn't like the smell of the place, very rude customer service. Servers were really mean and very racist they said wrong place for Mexicans I felt very disrespected don't recommend.
google avatar

Meldie P.

Yelp
On the way home and needed something to grab something quick for the road so we stopped here due to the reviews. We wanted to give it a shot. I ordered to go and ate the food I ordered in car on the way home. I've ordered their fried egg rolls, combination sandwich, grilled pork sandwich, combination fried rice and Vietnamese coffee. I would definitely come back here for their deliciously made Vietnamese coffee. I really enjoyed their crunchy, nicely toasty outside and soft inside of the hoagie bread, very generous on the meat with the shredded pickled vegetables and a fresh piece of lettuce!?...that's something different you see inside a banh mi, but I don't mind it because it's pretty good. My favorite is their grilled pork sandwich! Thinly sliced, tender yummy pork meats! My kids said their fried egg rolls are very crunchy and tasty so they obviously liked one of their appetizer. I didn't get to the fried rice until today. The combination fried rice is too dry for me although, it might have been better if I seat it right away!? I wouldn't know, I didn't get to it til today. I've had better combination fried rice for sure. Environment inside is kinda old, but it was pretty clean around the tables except the walls, it can use some cleaning and touch up. I recommended for a Togo orders with limited food in the menu.

Elisa H.

Yelp
What a nice find! We were craving for Pho and this great. The owner, Jimmy, was so nice. The food was amazing. We ordered the Fried Egg Rolls, Pho Brisket, and combo Pho. All was hot & tasty. In fact, we will be back in Vegas next week and plan to go back.
google avatar

Fabiola H.

Yelp
This will be a strange review. Their PHÔ is phenomenal. The broth is exquisite full of flavor. But the egg rolls are not too fresh and over fried. The pot stickers not good. My Bahn Mi lacked so much flavor. So we will be coming back for PHO but that's it! The restaurant needs a good deep cleaning as well!

Christina A.

Yelp
The server was very rude. He instantly set me in the corner with another black gentlemen. There was plenty of seating. The seats at my table were dirty and old, the napkin holder was so gross. Other non black people were seated in the open area with the clean tables and new chairs. My table was dirty. When he gave me my food he said "here" and threw it on my table. He then proceeded to watch me eat until I left. The food was very good but sheesh
google avatar

Erika Phoebe D.

Yelp
Currently devouring the chicken wings and Pho sliced beef and beef ball (P3). Both are very delicious! Chicken is fat and delicious side vegetables looks fresh. But the best part for me is the ambience feels very homey. It's a small restaurant, nothing fancy, just a simple place with great food to enjoy!

LM H.

Yelp
A GEM away from the strip - don't let the humble store front scare you away a fantastic restaurant. Phobistro has some of the best Vietnamese food on the West coast, very authentic flavors and at a great price. A Vietnamese couple runs this restaurant with the husband out front and his wife doing the magic in the kitchen. You will be made to feel like family and the food will feel like a side benefit to such warm service. A+++
google avatar

Juno O.

Yelp
The environment of this place felt very wholesome. A lot of the people dining in were parents with their kids. The place almost felt as if it was at home. I enjoyed how quiet the restaurant was and the service was very quick, my food came out shortly after i had ordered it. I got the sliced beef pho and the spring rolls. Sooo good!! definitely plan on making this my regular spot

Joshua L.

Yelp
Pho filet mignon and spring rolls were delicious. This is a small place with one person doing it all but service was great and I prefer the "hole in the wall" feel. I'll be back!

Yelp
Pho Bistro is located in a quiet shopping center on the East side of Vegas. My coworker suggested that we go out for lunch and we decided on a tasty bowl of pho. When we arrived I thought that maybe we would just grab our lunch to go, but the dining room was open and we decided to have a seat. Service was quick and friendly, which I really appreciate since we were on a tight schedule. My friend is Vietnamese and the server was very chatty with her! He even came back with some apps on the house. I'll be the first to admit it-- I am a pho newbie. I know nothing about pho. My few encounters with pho have always been good ones but very intimidating as I never know how to set up my bowl. Do I add mint? Do I add this sauce? Here at Pho Bistro, I ordered the Chicken Pho and the broth was delicious as is. Great flavor before I mixed in some sriracha and hoisin sauce. The noodles were perfect and they didn't skimp out either. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. Everything was fresh. This place is a mom and pop restaurant. Even though the interior can use some updating this place was busy for an early weekday lunch, so I can only imagine what it would be like for dinner on the weekend. Pho Bistro seems to be pretty popular around here. I want to be transparent with my review and mention that I am not really sure what safety precautions are being taken here as far as disinfecting or social distancing. Servers were wearing masks. Up to you, but I would probably call in an order over dining inside.

Yelp
Pretty good hearty full bowl of pho. To go home some pho filet mignon. Hands down. Delicious

Yelp
I came by today because it was the closest Pho place to me and I have to say this place is amazing. It has a nice "at home" feel to it and very family owned, the service was fantastic, the food- amazing. Their spring rolls are so fresh and not soggy or sticky at all unlike other places I've been to. The peanut sauce is also perfect, I honestly wish I could rate this hidden gem a score higher than 5. The ingredients were so fresh! I love this place so much

Yelp
Clean and delicious. We craved something to cleanse our stomach from greasy food. I tried to find a place close, and this place popped up. My family and I ordered pho and beef fried rice with egg rolls. It was very filling. I enjoyed the broth a lot. If we are in town, we will be sure to come here again! ***bathroom is clean. tables and utensils are clean. the owner takes away trash when he sees it and refills water without us asking. Thank you~ ***forgot to take a pic because we were hungry...oops

Yelp
I've been going to this place for two years now. Food is good and I like chit chatting g with the people that work there. You get a pho craving and nothing else will do.
google avatar

Jennifer M.

Yelp
I recently moved to Henderson and have been looking for a good pho place. I saw this place had good reviews so I gave it a try. Overall very pleased! Broth was fresh and flavorful and the pork rolls were perfect. The bowl was big, especially for the price. Definitely will be back for more pho!

Yelp
After my second visit in one week I think I can give a fair review. The first night we came here it was busy, really busy. We were told to sit where ever in a rather abrupt manner. The server seemed to be a bit overwhelmed and quite short. I played it off to cultural differences my partner found it unsettlingly. We ordered bin cha dac bet and springrolls (I'm so predictable) . The springrolls came out and were amazing! Very traditional with pork and shrimp and no tofu!! The Bun came out quickly after that and it was just as good! I really like this place, they seem to be 20% cheaper than the competition and the quality is excellent. On my second visit it was 11am so early lunch. They were pretty slow. This time the server was super friendly and went out of his way to make small talk. As I expected our first experience with his service was rough due to being extremely busy.
google avatar

Gordon R.

Yelp
Everything I ate was very delicious. The waiter/servant was one of friendliest guys ever, really made us feel at home. He had a good sense of humor and great food recommendations. I'm might go back tomorrow (Seriously). The inside isn't the prettiest place in regards to the decor but it feels great for a Mom & Pop type place and the food in addition to the customer service is great!!! I wouldn't order the pot stickers (if you actually want Pot Sticker) from the menu. The Pot Stickers are actually Won Tons. (Which probably taste great but they are not what's pictured in the menu.) Definitely give this place a visit if your in the area and want some good Pho.
google avatar

Michelle U.

Yelp
A few of ky co-workers and I come here between 2-5 times a month. Fried wontons are delicious, as are the potstickers and pork egg rolls. The chicken fried rice is a popular dish...and both the beef and chicken pho are incredible! I've never had a bad food item here. The only thing i could criticize is that once you are served your food, it is sometime difficult getting your check brought to the table in a timely manner.

Yelp
ordered the spring rolls and chicken and egg roll vermicelli. There both good. I especilly liked the spring rolls. Not too much noodle and good ratio of meat to veggies. Peanut sauce was good. I think the price was reasonable too. A good place to have vn food.

Yelp
This place is my best kept secret. Holy cow this broth is so amazing, I feel like it has healing powers! I can't go a week without going. It's so good We ate pho when the ac was broken, when the shopping malls roof collapsed and all through Covid. And don't even get me started with the bahn mi!!! Almost melts in your mouth. Such a good value and Tommy and Jimmy have become friends. It's truly my happy place

Yelp
I finally found a reason not to drive to Spring Mountain for pho. Pho Bistro is the place that replaced Beijing Noodle Cafe, which was a Chinese restaurant with similarly inexpensive, casual eats. This place has actually been open for almost two years, but I've found reason after reason to keep putting off my first visit, including disbelief that we could have anything good out here and lack of reviews from familiar Yelpers. I ended the procrastination today with a lunch visit. They offer $5.95 lunch specials daily from 11-3, and it's not just the typical fried rice and whatnot. There are 4 pho options, including vegetarian, beef meatball, chicken, and the Pho Tai that I got with rare sliced beef. The bowl came out quickly and was piping hot, which hints that they have a huge pot going in the back like all good pho restaurants do. Well, that would've been just a guess if I didn't get a spoiler because my seat was in line of sight with the kitchen door. That huge pot on the stove was a giveaway. But that doesn't matter if it doesn't taste good, and boy was the stock surprisingly delicious. It might be a little too sweet for some, but to me that just means that it plays well with the lime juice that I ended up fully extracting after a careful squeeze into a spoon of broth and a small sip. The pho noodles are pretty standard, and the meat was tender and savory. The Thai basil was fresh, and so were the bean sprouts, which I normally skip but decided to throw into my broth this time. Value-wise, it's a small bowl that works for a lunch portion and is great for the price. By the way, the lunch special comes with soda or tea. I went with a hot tea, which ended up being a bag of what was labeled as jasmine tea that was allowed to steep in a mug of boiling water. I was expecting a little more jasmine aroma, but it was a nice way to cleanse the palate and get a little caffeine to stave off the food coma. Pho Bistro is home of my favorite pho east of the Strip, and it should be the first stop for pho if you're on this side of town or if you're in the immediate vicinity. Henderson is pretty mediocre, and there's one spot on Boulder Highway that I still need to look at, but this is probably the go-to place. And this rating could actually rise if their other options are as good and if the pho is consistent. I was gonna try a banh mi sandwich, but I have other dinner plans. Next time!

Yelp
We had the Combination pho, Beef stew pho and egg rolls. This place is a mom n pops kind of restaurant. Makes it feel homey for sure. Service was prompt, not great but not bad. Our waiter wasn't personable but he always checked up on us and filled our water. Which is the main thing right? Food was ok. My pho I thought was ok. It lacked flavor but had all the entities a combination pho would have. My wifes beef stew was flavorful. The egg rolls was a bit overcooked but their sauce was really good. Best I've tasted in awhile. I might be back to explore the menu but the food didn't wow me enough to go back.

Yelp
very disappointed. the first time we tried Pho Bistro was before the pandemic and im not sure if i left a review here but that was a 5-star! Nothing fancy, but food was good (same as the phos in chinatown) and the staff was nice (seems like they were run by family) i said i would definitely be back, but then covid hit and yknow the whole world shut down... tonight i was excited to finally be able to go. Yelp says they close at 9pm and it was past 6 when we drove there... We got there probably around 6:50 and a lighted OPEN sign was beaming! Yayy! 3 occupied tables inside and at the door was a sign that greeted us with "No Mask No Entry"... im perfectly fine with that EXCEPT that the server himself wasnt wearing one! and he wasnt nice (i would like to say RUDE) in talking to us and taking our order - that kind that makes you feel rushed and they didnt want your business! While taking our order he said the kitchen was closing coz they close at 7! I told him online said 9 thats why we came. He said "Dont believe online!"... oh well, glad he still "fed" us right? But what a dreadful evening! the AC was sooo cold. it was in the low 70s outside which was nice, and inside was probably 50s! makes you feel like they turn it real low to make you wanna leave. plus who wants cold pho? and the cleanliness? I totally agree with a review i read here that it could definitely use some scrubbing. esp the walls! the bathroom was nasty and it was the only place you could wash your hands.. ugh.. like i said, dreadful. im never going back... driving to chinatown for pho would make it worth your while!
