"This shop specialises in beef noodle soup – choose between sliced beef, brisket, or both. As opposed to raw beef instantly blanched in the hot broth, its signature phở tái lăn is topped with wok-seared garlic beef, alongside heaps of chopped scallion, onion and coriander that impart rich aromas. If you fancy the brisket, we recommend the phở dặc biệt. For a different texture, dip the fried dough sticks into the broth before sampling." - Michelin Inspector
Pho was very good. We'd gone there based on the Feed Phil program on Netflix. The service was very cursory. Looked round to see we didn't get any dough sticks or bamboo shoots compared to everyone else. Asked for a sugarcane drink but was told no despite it saying on the wall and other people appearing to have it. Maybe because we asked for it after the main Pho and they just wanted us out for the next customers. Anyway cheap at 4 Pho for £8 or £2 each! We then visited the lady outside who had her sugarcane store and crushed it in front of us which we bought 4 drinks for £1.80 or 45p each. They were delicious!!

Great pho soups with different variations of meat. The portions are decent, meat is plentiful but the broth can be tasteless sometimes, however, there are plenty of condiments to make the broth to your liking. It is slightly on the pricier side (60-80k a bowl), but the food quality reflects it well. Can recommend the "pho bo tai". Note the place closes from noon until early afternoon.

Staying closeby and saw this was michelin recommended for the fire beef garlic phở 70k ( phở tái lăn). I tried it and the fried beef makes it so beefy, probably the beefiest phở I ever had. Overall it is pretty good I'd give it 4.5★ and I'm reading it has been open 30+ years.

Had to pay for parking. Pho isn’t great. Don’t need to come here. Go to pho vietnam, Michelin and does not charge for parking.

Glad to have made the trip based on a recommendation. Finally got to try the northern style pho. It's beefy and salty, and not masked by aromatics and sugar. I probably lean more towards souther style but boy this northern pho was still delish.
