Google
Most authentic Vietnamese soup in vegas for a dude who been to Vietnam. Love the bone hock found in their bowl. Rich flavor in their pho. Red and white cabbage for soup adds another layer of crunch in the soup while adding fiber. Not found in any other pho place I know. Family owned hole in the wall.

Google
I had pho and the soup is very tasteful! I love pho so i am a pretty hard critic. Lovr the pho. Everyone is super friendly and very accomodating.ni also ordered spring rolls to go, also super delicious as i would make it myself! Will def come back again!

Google
This restaurant offers a unique dining experience. Upon being seated, you scan a QR code to access the menu, order, and pay online. Once you've placed your order, they bring your food directly to your table. We arrived around 2 p.m. and were immediately seated. The atmosphere was cozy, with curtains covering the windows, creating a nice, dim ambiance that I really appreciated. The vibe was quiet and relaxed, perfect for enjoying our meal. We ordered the Pork Sausage Spring Rolls, Shrimp & Tomato Crab Soup, and Cơm Tấm (grilled pork). The spring rolls came with a warm, savory dipping sauce, which added a great flavor. The grilled pork in the Cơm Tấm was delicious and the portion size was generous. However, I found the tomato crab soup a bit too salty for my taste and felt it lacked variety in toppings. They are a bit pricey than other Vietnamese restaurants but it's totally worth it. The service was excellent and professional, and the restaurant itself was clean. Plus, there’s plenty of parking right in front.

Google
Food was alright but they charge for everything ridiculously! $1 for satay sauce for your pho, $1 for rare beef on the side? And a 20% compulsory tips even though you order from a QR code at the table. I can now see why the restaurant is almost always empty. They are also not always open. You have to call to make sure. Not going to get ripped off like this! Do not recommend. There are other better pho places out there.

Google
Really love their Vietnamese food! We had the grilled pork, spring roll vermicelli which was so flavourful. Our other friends had the pho and also agreed that it was delicious and authentic. For drinks, their coco cane (coconut & sugarcane) juice was so refreshing and a perfect food compliment. It can be a bit of a wait for all the food to arrive but it’s worth it!

Google
I'm a Vietnamese person here. I think this restaurant should be known more. Their food is authentic (I have to say that), and the service is incredible. I don't brag, but this restaurant has REAL GOOD FOOD.

Google
This place is must know where to go place. I did enjoy it. The atmosphere got 4 stars because it felt really dark until I got to my table, and the server explained the restaurant to me. I was spoiled with a drink of sugar cane over ice. It was surprisingly amazing. I then engaged in the shrimp rolls. I am a sauce lover, and the peanut sauce provided was THE BEST... beat me there and enjoy the food. And remember to always trust a big girl because she knows what and where to eat!

Google
We ordered 2 bowls of the oxtail pho. The broth has a smokey taste (I'm not a fan of personally) and could have used more flavor. It was lacking for me. We went in around lunchtime, and it was dark and gloomy inside. The pho was extremely pricey, but the amount of oxtail that we got was decent.

Yelp
The best Pho in town, but what truly separates them from the rest....the smoked oxtail pho! It is incredibly tender, literally falling off the bone in my video. Lots of smoke flavor, in a rich oily broth. Little splash of lime is all you need. Yes, the broth is different than the Pho Tai and similar, so you'll need to spend the extra bucks for the tails, but you'll thank me later ;)

Yelp
Came here on a wintry Friday night and the restaurant was literally empty of customers, so we got seated instantly. We were told by the waitress that they use online ordering and paying so despite the restaurant being completely void of other patrons, my party had to take several minutes to type in our credit card payment information and contact information on our phones just to place a simple order for a bowl of pho. I would say that was my biggest gripe about the meal. The pho itself was above average in my opinion! Would not hesitate to come back. Portion is very generous for about $17-$18. I wish their meat options were more extensive like at other pho restaurants. Here, you're limited to only choices of rare steak, brisket, tendon, chicken, and meatballs. They also have their specialty oxtail pho. I love tripe in my pho so was disappointed to see it wasn't offered here. They give a very generous amount of garnishes on the side. They have hoisin, sriracha, and sambal on the table. We had to ask for black pepper. Overall not my favorite pho in Vegas but it's good enough to come back!

Yelp
Haven't had pho in years because it was always a little too lemongrass-y for my liking.... What a mistake that was. This is one of my boyfriend's favorite local spots and we came for dinner and it was perfect. His beef tendon pho was somehow both rich yet light, and my char siu banh mi was amazing. Sweetest servers who went out of their way to provide great service and educate me on the menu. And the Vietnamese iced coffee was to die for.

Yelp
Still the best pho and definitely the best nem nuong. The nem nuong would be my last meal on earth. Mo is ALSO still the best! Good conversations with good people! Always excellent service and always plays the best music!

Yelp
Place is so clean and food was great!! Super nice people serving us. Authentic Vietnamese food. A lot better than some of the Vietnamese restaurants in OC, CA. Meat was marinated and barbecued to the perfection and flavor was just right. It's nice that they offer a simple pho menu at low price since kids don't eat a lot. We found the nice place to eat while in LV!

Yelp
We got take out to take back to work by ordering in restaurant. It was a pretty easy experience and the person helping us was very helpful with the menu. The place looked a little bit older and was a bit dark with the paint and window availability but it was clean and didn't smell weird. The front is a bit cluttered with some to-go locker thing but it wasn't too big of a detriment. While we waited, they gave us updates of when things would be ready, offered us water and gave us a sample of the fresh pressed sugar cane. They also seemed to give a lot of attention to the people dining in on the other side of the wall, so with my experience, I'd say the service here was pretty good. The to-go items were packed really well. My co-workers and boss loved the chicken pho they got. My boss is a pho aficionado, and said the broth was excellent. I got a bun bowl and I thought it was excellent. There were plenty of noodles and veggies, all fresh and delicious. The grilled chicken had great flavor and was moist and tender. The nuoc cham had great flavor as well. My bun bowl also came with a spring roll that was very good as well. I also highly recommend their drinks. I ordered a pineapple, peach, mango black tea special and it was perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness and perfect additions of the basil seeds and longan bits (and fresh pineapple!) This place was so good, I'm hoping we order from it again, instead of the fast food/casino food we have in our immediate area.

Yelp
Food: salad noodle bowl with grilled chicken and egg roll. We have been coming here for years. The food is so fresh and special. What makes this place a standout is the extra touches that make it next level. The umami flavors and textures (love the leaves that taste like ume plum), along with the most tender chicken and freshest of ingredients. It is clear there is love and care in each of these dishes from the owner. Service: use your phone to scan the code on your phone and pre-pay on your phone. A robot will bring you your food. When people come in from out of town, we take them here and they are always impressed and the quality and flavor.

Nick N.

Yelp
Surprisingly solid bowl of pho. Large amount of ingredients and meat. Bonus for having a good portion of mint cudaments on the side. Came in on a Thursday afternoon. Found this hole in the wall. I like to try a new pho place as opting as I can living in Las Vegas so decided to try here. Off the beaded path. I was the only one in the restaurant for the first 10 minutes. One person came after me. Overall I would come back

Yelp
This review is for Father's Day , Sunday, June 15. Went there for dinner and 2 large groups were there and us. As always we have a good experience dining here, and always our food tastes good and fresh. As you can see we frequent this place. The manager Mo is always nice to us and we always talk about business and wealth. lol. And Mommy, I call her mommy, she's the mother of the owner always come to our table and greet us. I feel like I'm almost part of the family here. The space is huge they occupy 2 spots in this building. It can accommodate huge groups. They have clean and always maintained bathrooms. Plenty of parking and it is situated near Chinatown.

Yelp
Hospitality was amazing but the food managed to be even better. Highly recommend this place if you're on the strip looking for fresh Vietnamese food in a warm environment.

Yelp
This is the best Vietnamese food I have had in Las Vegas. I guess it all depends on what you're ordering. I like the grilled pork with rice and I add Chinese sausage. I like the oxtail pho and the Chicken egg rolls they also have a great Thai tea.. I've dined in,but I an order pick up more often. It's a very casual clean environment and the service is prompt and friendly. Id highly recommend.

Yelp
Had spring rolls and smoked oxtail pho soup with added tendons. Very good with more of an East Indian than pure Asian flair. Very fast take out service.

Yelp
Hands down my new favorite Pho restaurant and I've lived in Vegas for 8 years. The pho broth is flavorful and the short ribs are some of the best in town. At first glance you might imagine that it looks dead after covid the owner has been working hard to keep business going. Don't waste your time anywhere else This place is delicious ! And I'm a harrrddd food critic
google avatar

Yelp
Pho Bosa is my favorite pho & banh mi spot in Las Vegas, hands down. The service is always quick and friendly, the food is delicious, and it's not too expensive compared to other Vietnamese spots in Vegas! I always get the rare steak pho and it reminds me of the pho quality you'd get back in the SGV or OC, and while their banh mi isn't always available, it's pretty much perfect. Soft but crusty bread, buttery Vietnamese mayo, tender grilled pork, and fresh pickled daikon & carrot all meld together for a delicious sandwich. I've been back at least 4-5 times since I first tried Pho Bosa, and I'll be continuing to come back as long as they keep serving delicious pho & banh mi.

Yelp
Love this place!!! We have been followed the owner for over a decade to three of the restaurant locations. With years, different (much better and more spacious) locations, but what never changes is the great tastes and friendly service. Inside the spring rolls are the extremely crunchy thing which is so delicious. The red broth noodles are my to go in a cold weather. And their rice plater is definitely the best. Love the dry noodles, too. Really hope they can bring the panini back!
google avatar

Yelp
Pho Bosa is a hidden gem. First off I don't really crave com tam but I've decided to venture out of my comfort zone. I ordered the rice plate with short ribs, the pork and egg loaf, egg roll, and it was SO GOOD. I've been converted. I came another time and gave the pho a try after hearing some friends mention how good it was when they came to visit and I'm so glad I did because so far out of the handful of pho places I've tried in China town, pho bosa has been the BEST in terms of flavor.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite pho broths in Las Vegas. The bowls are big and come with plenty of meat. The restaurant changed its ordering and payment system. This was okay except it asks you to leave a tip before you ever get to experience the service. If you want to leave at a tip after I suggest you bring cash.

Yelp
My husband was feeling adventurous and wanted to try out a different pho spot. I had high expectations about this place because of the reviews but I was not impressed. As soon as you walk in, you're welcomed with a funky coconut fragrant throughout the restaurant. Then going into the women's restroom, it smelled like pure gas coming out through the vents/AC. You order electronically by scanning the QR code on your table and must pay before getting your order. The order is then delivered to your table via robot assistance. Awesome concept! A staff comes alongside the robot to actually hand you your order. I ordered shrimp pho and the broth was oily and salty to my liking but they were generous with the amount of shrimp! I ordered chicken pho for my kids and as soon as I added ice to their soup to help cool it down faster, the oil immediately solidified. I know it's normal, but the amount of oil that solidified was too much. I had to scoop out most of the oil from my bowl. Some people love their soup oily, I don't. Although the service was great, the chances of me coming back is slim.

Yelp
This was by far the worst restaurant experience I've ever had -- and that is not an exaggeration. Pho Bosa Kitchen should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. We waited over an hour for food that never came, only to be told we'd have to wait another hour -- or we could leave, wait indefinitely, or request a refund. No apology, no empathy, just attitude. This wasn't an isolated incident. A customer ahead of us was also forced to ask for a refund after a ridiculous wait. Meanwhile, the table next to us was yelling out of frustration because they were being treated with the same rude, dismissive behavior -- and they didn't even get to eat either. The staff, including what appeared to be the owners, were shockingly rude to everyone in the room. Not overwhelmed -- just plain mean. They made no attempt to fix anything and acted like we were inconveniencing them by asking for the food we ordered and paid for. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration -- there are plenty of great pho places that don't treat their customers like garbage. Stay far, far away.

Susan Y.

Yelp
We wanted food for the wait at the airport and for our flight home. We ordered two bahn mi and two bun. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, as were the bun. It was the first time my husband had bun. He was surprised at how much he liked it. The portions were very generous, with lots of meat and lettuce. The perfect meal for the plane ride home. We look forward to ordering from here again.

Yelp
Finally got around to trying this pho spot after so many people recommended it to me! Service was very friendly and kind. Restaurant has lots of seating and is kept clean. They have you scan a QR code to order and pay through your phone. Then they have a server or the automated robot drop off your food at your table. The website to browse their extensive menu is pretty finicky and so my fiancé and I weren't that big of fans of the usability. I did want to try the smoked oxtail pho but couldn't get myself to spend $30 on it. Instead, I ordered the pho tai (rare beef $14), which came in a large serving size with plenty of noodles and delicious broth! We also got the pork spring rolls, which were amazing. Loved the dipping sauce and the veggies in the roll were super fresh. Would definitely return for my next pho craving!

Yelp
Amazing food as always , I would recommend the sandwiches and smoked black Angus short Ribs Pho soup

Yelp
Came here after visiting other spots, but they were busy and decided to check out here. It was a busy holiday day, so it was expected that there would be some wait time. Upon walking in, there's a written waitlist and instructions on how to order online (can be tricky if you aren't used to the online QR code process and paying in advance). Pho: The pho was meh, the vermicelli I wasn't a huge fan of, same with the broth. The wait time to get the food was way too long, especially for something like pho (took at least an hour) that's usually a quick process. The only redeeming aspect was that they were generous with their meats. The menu was more difficult to navigate, especially since the formatting is very different from traditional Vietnamese restaurant (a lot of "add ons") so I can see how this can be a challenge for most people as there's very little customer service interaction. I wouldn't recommend this place - long wait, difficult menu, and meh food.

Yelp
I was recommended this restaurant by a friend and this specific dish by another friend, god bless their souls and this restaurant so much for enlightening me to this delicious meal! My group came here after EDC weekend, a full weekend of eating absolute garbage and unhealthy food. I really wanted something healthy to cleanse my body and this bowl not only hit that, but also tasted amazing! The pork was perfectly grilled and flavorful, the shrimp cake was really tasty and crispy, the egg quiche was fluffy and soft, and all the other toppings blended together into each perfect bite of crunchy heaven. The only thing to note is that the food did take a bit of time to come out, but that just means they're making each meal fresh! I'd definitely come back here.
google avatar

Brenda H.

Yelp
The pho here is really delicious and the portion size is great! I got the combination beef pho and really enjoyed it. Really worth the price for the amount of food given. Service was also super kind!
google avatar

Andrew T.

Yelp
Super yummy. Ingredients were fresh and well presented. The staff was very kind. I had the bun thit nuong and it was really good. It was a large portion and I couldn't finish it. I'm definitely coming back and trying out more dishes.
google avatar

Eric L.

Yelp
Wow, some of the best Vietnamese food in Las Vegas I've had in a long time. We didn't read the signs so we sat at the table for a while before realizing we had to order on our phones lol. And a robot came out with our food . Love the self serve fish sauce and broken rice dish. Good food, good service, friendly environment. Definitely be back and highly recommend.
google avatar

Julie N.

Yelp
Very terrible experience. The owners were so rude to the tables around us including us. A lot of refunds were requested and very angry customers. Never have had such a poor experience in my life. Never eat here.

Tomiko D.

Yelp
This is my favorite Pho place in all of vegas. They do not "water down" their pho like Pho kim long does. It tastes amazing and you can tell its made with love. Customer service is always a 10/10 we enjoy talking with all the staff. Also recommend getting the boba or sugar cane drinks its very refreshing! Thank you Moe and family for amazing food and service!
google avatar

Elsie D.

Yelp
We decided to go eat pho few nights ago and the kids told me about this new place they discovered recently called Pho Bosa. They said the soup was really tasty and I should go with them next time so I can taste it myself. Well we went and I ordered the combination beef pho. And it did not disappoint! It was tasty and delicious! We will be back!!
google avatar

Hyoim K.

Yelp
Every time we visit Vegas, we eat at this place! We ordered a combination of pho and summer rolls. The soups here are rich in flavors and perfectly balanced! The service was super good! The waiter always gave us welcome vibes. The summer roll has crunchiness, which is my favorite!
google avatar

Valerie W.

Yelp
I really liked this restaurant when I came to visit during my Vegas trip in 2023. I ordered the two meats ombo which at the time which only costed $13 for a really large bowl. Its a price you can't beat in my opinion and I'd argue this was the best pho and thai tea I had in my life especially for the price, its a steal. The service is great and you can order directly from your phone, where a little robot will come and serve you the food. Its a mom and pop restaurant, so nothing too fancy but the ambiance is comfortable. I would definitely come here again anytime I'm in Vegas.

Yelp
First time here, our friend from Cali invited us since he is friends with the owner. The owners were so nice and I learned that they have been in business here for 15yrs. For a restaurant to last that long in a highly competitive city like Las Vegas is a huge accomplishment! The owner really has passion in what she does and shows when we got our food. First we had the various appetizers of fried egg rolls, shrimp egg rolls and the one with chinese sausage. It was amazing with the sauces that went with it. Then we had a banh mi and after readung here on yelp that it was the best in town, I totally agree. Best banh mi I have ever had, bread was crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and the meats and veggies all went well together with every bite. Highly addicting, am definitely coming back for these. We had the vietnamese coffee, and kids had taro milk tea boba, rich and creamy. On to the main dish, mrs had the oxtail soup, my son and I had the broken rice with pork chop, egg quiche and shredded pork. I never had this before at any vietnamese restarant and it amazing! The portions are huge and big enough to share for 2. The place itself is spacious, service was excellent. I think we found one of our new fave's in town and will be coming back again for sure. Thank you so much to the owners of Pho Bosa for such a wonderful dining experience, your food was impeccable!
google avatar

Matthew N.

Yelp
I have been a huge fan of this place for over a decade. They have by far the best com tam/broken rice dishes in Las Vegas. My additional favorites are also Bun Rieu and Bun Bo Hue, all so good. The portions are generous and the service is always excellent. If you never had a chance to try this spot then you are totally missing out. Highly recommended and my top favorite Vietnamese restaurant.
google avatar

Yelp
So good! Smoked oxtail pho is delicious. Perfectly cooked with cabbage and sprouts served on the side for you to add yourself. Broth has a slightly different taste and mouth feel (more fatty maybe) than I'm used to, but really delicious. Only reason for not five stars is the bowls are so big (Jumbo size in comparison with Seattle) that they can feed two. I'd love a smaller, cheaper option such that I don't have to leave so much or overeat. No issues using the table QR code ordering/payment system except ApplePay option disappeared after adding contact info so only PayPal or credit card appeared for me when it came time to pay. As others mentioned 15% service charge automatically added didn't appear until after tip prompt.

Katelyn P.

Yelp
Great service from Mo! Amazing food. Banh Mi was fresh and the bread was so good. Pho ga broth was amazing. Came back 2 days in a row.

Yelp
We had lunch here on our last day of CES as my coworker really wanted to eat here. Upon entering, you are greeted quickly, and you will get a run down on how to place orders. This is one of those places that faced a down turn in servers so they implemented an online ordering system as well as a robot assistant that brings out your order. The ordering system isn't really confusing, but there is a small learning curve on how to get through the whole process. I ordered the beef pho, and my coworker had bun rieu. We also had an order of spring rolls, and also ordered brisket sandwiches for or drive back to LA. The pho was good, but the flank beef should be served on the side as it was way over cooked as it was placed at the bottom do the bowl. My coworker enjoyed his order of bun rieu. The spring rolls was good, and the sandwiches were ok. Overall, I would recommend this place if you want some decent Vietnamese food. Would I go out of my way to eat here? Probably not, especially since you would be in Vegas.
google avatar

Adam F.

Yelp
We usually like this place. The ambiance isn't the greatest but I'd rather have good food over that. The food is very good but you have to order and pay before you get your food, including the tip. If you decide to pay cash you can but it costs more for some reason. My son and his family came out so we took them there. Four of us and a 3 year old that didn't eat but still charged us 20% gratuity because he occupied a chair. Nickel and dimed for everything. Next thing they'll charge for water. We won't be going any longer. Lots of pho restaurants in the area to go to.
google avatar

Clarence W.

Yelp
Still my favorite pho place in Las Vegas and come every time I visit. My usual is the short rib pho but it was sold out so I went with Dac Biet as backup and not disappointed. Great service like always.

Yelp
Delicious food and friendly service crew. I visited Vegas from Little Saigon, Westminster, CA, so I was skeptical at first. But I was very happy that we decided on this restaurant for our Viet food cravings. My first order was via mobile order of a broken rice dish and a vermicelli, which were delicious. My second visit there was a dine-in, which I ordered Shrimp Spring rolls, a bowl of Grilled pork with egg rolls vermicelli. The portions were big, the fresh and quality ingredients they used elevated the overall taste of the dishes. From my attached receipt, you could see that prices in Vegas are more expensive, in general (at ALL restaurants), but their large portions and great taste still earned them a 5/5 on my list. They used a contactless order system even for dining in. However, we saw a family of Vietnamese ordered at-table the good old fashioned way as well. Both ways have their own advantages and disadvantages, in my opinion. As a person who eats Vietnamese foods on a daily basis, who is so spoiled because of my close proximity to Viet restaurants in Westminster CA, I highly recommend this restaurant for its authentic and delicious Vietnamese foods. A must visit when you are in Vegas and crave Viet foods.

Yelp
The best Bun Bo Hue in this world and spring rolls source and Vietnamese coffee but now I love cơm xương
google avatar

Denny L.

Yelp
Love this place! I always enjoy the pho here. BUT the must have is the coco cane with kumquat! The drink is so refreshing and just leaves you wanting more like 10 minutes after you've finished the enormously large cup they serve it to you in. The serving robot is pretty cool as well!
google avatar

Mark H.

Yelp
Go figure that I had a tough time enjoying a place named Pho Bosa when I'm not a big fan of pho, but I typically find other things to enjoy at Viet restaurants and this place made things very difficult for me. (For what it's worth, my partner got the Pho Tai which she enjoyed, and came in a big portion.) Despite going during prime lunch hours on a weekend, quite a few items were out of stock on the menu including their BBQ Pork Banh Mi and Sugarcane Juice which are unfortunately some of my favorites. I ultimately got a Grilled Pork Rice Plate ((Com Tam) Thịt Nướng - Grilled Thin Sliced Pork), and it was underwhelming. Ordering is done exclusively through their website via QR code on the table. They have free wifi if you don't have data. Unfortunately, the website is very clunky on mobile yet better optimized on desktop which doesn't really make too much sense. I revisited the website from my computer when I got home and it was way easier to navigate, but nobody is bringing a laptop with them when eating. Randomly, there's a section for "Robots and Technology For Sale" on their website, with actual listings for $15-18K restaurant gadgets including delivery robots. The restaurant actually employs these robots to serve food tableside occasionally, but they still also have waiters bring food out as well, so I'm not sure if the robots aren't quite ready for primetime just yet.

Yelp
If you're in Vegas and craving the best bun Bo hue and broken rice dish, this Vietnamese gem is your jackpot. The moment you walk in, the gentle chimes set a zen-like mood, making you forget the chaos of the Strip. The bun Bo hue is a symphony of flavors, and the broken rice dish is pure comfort on a plate. The egg rolls? Crisp, golden perfection that you won't want to share. Wash it all down with their refreshing salty lemonade (soda chanh muoi) or fresh-pressed sugarcane juice--it's like sipping liquid sunshine. This place is a culinary oasis in the desert. Thank you Vanessa

Yelp
Review #46 of 2023 1 P.M. visit on June 15th [Stopped by as we were in the area. We had previously visited their Bistro in Henderson and were sad to learn its permanently closing.] There is a slight learning curve on how to order here, but understandable as to why they made the changes they did, considering that there is a shortage of dependable employees. You order everything online. When you're seated, there is a QR code that you scan. They have free wifi due to spotty mobile service. After finding all of the items we wanted we finally placed our order. Keep in mind, that a service fee is tacked on after you pay, I saw it on the sign when I walked in, it didn't show up when I ordered, so I unknowingly double tipped. We ordered the smoked oxtail pho, crispy pork egg rolls, Thai milk tea with boba, and Vietnamese coffee for dine in. We also ordered a pork belly Banh mi to go. The food never disappoints! Talk about a mind blowing taste Bud experience. The workers here are amazing, they check up on you when they serve the drinks and drop off your order. The robot delivers your soup which is really cool considering that it's safer than having a server slip and fall with a hot bowl. Followed by a worker placing your bowl on the table. The environment is very mellow and definitely a place you can go to enjoy a delicious meal. We really appreciated the hospitality that the staff showed us here. Looking forward to coming back again soon as they have (in my opinion) the best oxtail pho in Vegas! If you do try this place out, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Yelp
BF is a local with a Vietnamese military friend that was based in Vegas years ago who recommended this place to him. That friend swore by their quality of broth being the best in Vegas and I had been begging BF to take me for months so finally on very sunny, very chilly and very windy day minus BF, I tried it! The day I went they had a few items that weren't available, bahn mi being one of them which was a bummer because I've been trying to find a good bahn mi in the city and still have yet to find one. While I wanted to get the pho oxtail, I just opted for the pho rib eye. I was told to scan a QR code to view the menu, order, and pay directly from my phone and the order would come out via Robot. I did all that but instead a very nice lady brought my pho to me not a robot. First sip of that broth without adding anything else to it, I was blown away. It truly was flavorful. Where I live in CA, there's plenty of pho places so I've had my fair share for sure and that's why I had kind of low expectations coming in since it's pretty rare to come across a pho place with a distinct, delicious, flavorful broth but this place had it. Usually most people will eat the noodles and meat and leave the broth but this time I actually finished almost the entire bowl, including broth. Thats how yummy it was. Pricing wise was a tiny bit above average compared to other pho restaurants in the area, I just ordered the pho rib eye and in total with tax and tip was $23. Just a short drive from the strip. Parking wasn't an issue and also Plenty of seating. Good service, by both Robot and Humans. I definitely recommend trying this place.

Yelp
5 Stars for the pho. Really excellent. 2 Stars for the ambiance. Dark and grungy. 1 Star for the service. Process to order food is absolute nonsense!

Yelp
This was my first time dining in because their business hours have been sporadic since the pandemic. In the past, I've had their banh mi a couple times for takeout and they are amazing. 10/10 zero faults, except the price of $9+. However, people seem to think banh mi over $5 is outrageous but willingly pay that amount for say, Subway. The banh mi is delicious and you're supporting a local family business that makes their food from scratch. When we walked in, someone kindly explained to us the online ordering (contactless) process. She also mentioned that tips and service fees are included. We're not new to this kind of system and did not consider the fees ridiculous unlike some recent reviewers. If you already intend to tip at a restaurant, this is no different. They now have robots delivering your food out which is cute. But aside from the novelty, I cannot find any faults in the food. We ordered some spring rolls, which were the best I have ever had (and I love spring rolls). They were plump, with large shrimps, and had a little crunch inside. The pork egg rolls were also great and were definitely homemade. I loved that every dipping sauce, including the fish sauce, tasted like they were housemade. The little spoons were a nice touch. We ordered a variety of noodles. I had the combination pho and it was fantastic. My mom had the smoked oxtail pho and the broth wowed all of us. Super fragrant. The bun bo hue and bun rieu were also among the best anyone of us have had. I was so excited for the noodles that I forgot to take any pictures of them. Despite having some bumpy moments in the past two years, I am so excited that this business has seemed to return to more regular hours, and I will definitely be back.
