"Despite expanding, Phở Chào has lost none of street-side charm. Choose between a rich three-day beef-bone stock and chicken broth. Top dishes include phở bắp hoa with medium-rare beef, crispy fried chicken gà tôm mắm sốt, and phở tine – a fusion of beef noodle soup, French fries and cheese." - Michelin Inspector

Nice pho spot that got a Michelin nod. Their fried chicken is quite good & their home made hot sauce is amazing. Not a huge fan of their pho-tine (Viet-Canadian) dish but it’s a novelty. The owner Mama Dung is so nice.

The serviced apartment where I stayed was in the Japanese town. I wasn't interested in Japanese food, so I came across this restaurant looking for Vietnamese food. It was a very reasonable restaurant, with Pho Bo at 50K and fried rice at 20K. The Pho Bo was filled with plenty of beef. The lightly cooked Vietnamese fried rice was delicious. The total of all this came to 70K, which I think is quite cheap considering the market prices in Ho Chi Minh City. There were a lot of foreigners there. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

First time here and had a blast. Was told to try the photine. Was a bit skeptical but it works! Really nice combo of the fries and pho bo ingredients. The ragutine was even tastier, with some more sauce blending all the flavors and going well with the fries texture. Size L is pretty large.

Is this best hangover food, eva? 😍 I love local fusion food - beef pho-tine and delicious fried chicken. Awesome little restaurant near Pham Viet Chanh. Highly recommend to go all-in on the big serve 🤪😋

It's Pho restaurant. I knew that it's kinda popular but I didn't know that it has been slelected as Michelin Bib Gourmand. Actually the Pho that they serve was really good. The price was also not expensive as of the place. Also the staff speak English and their service was really good. They didn't advertise as Michelin Bib Gourmand. I really like it.

I eat pho back home at least once a week. This place is a must go if you are in Ho Chi Minh. The owner and staff are so nice! Broth is so delicious. Trust me go if you can! I can’t believe this place has negative reviews. They treat you like family.

Good pho with rich, aromatic broth and fresh herbs. Portions are generous and service is fast. Prices are a bit higher than average, but the quality makes up for it. A solid choice if you're craving a comforting bowl of pho in a clean, relaxed setting.

This is one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten in Vietnam, and is definitely my favourite spot for Pho Xao. Here they have the option to have it with crispy noodles, and for me they were absolutely perfect. It is definitely deserving of being on the Michelin guide, unlike many other spots. The flavour of the gravy on the beef is amazing, and the accompanying homemade sauces on the table are delicious. Especially the chilli oil, which is slightly citrusy. I literally scraped the plate clean it was so delicious. This is somewhere I would happily return to, and honestly say if you’re in Ho Chi Minh - then it is a MUST VISIT. As it’s family owned, the vibe is also super friendly. They’re also very proud of what they’ve built which is nice to see. The owner lady even gave us some free cake, which was the lightest fluffiest cake I’ve ever had - so she’s a great cook and baker!! Definitely go here, and try the Pho Xao , it’s a must. Can’t wait to try everything else on the menu

Decided to go to this side of the city to find Pho Chao from my friend’s recommendation. Pho was excellent and the fried rice also top! We will come back to try more dishes :)
