Amazing Pho!!! The broth was rich and flavorful, and definitely request a side of hot oil since I didn't see a spicy noodle soup option on the menu. The regular size was a perfect portion size in my opinion, but they offer large if you have a big appetite. I tried their Pho Deluxe and the green papaya salad. The salad was okay, a bit too sweet for how I like it and I couldn't taste the dried shrimps at all, not sure if there was any in it... The only thing I wish they'd do is adding some background music, it was pretty empty when I went there and not having music on made the meal a little awkward.

As soon as I walked in the server was very nice and took my order promptly. The soft noodles with shrimp and the mocha buble tea was really good and tasty. Restaurants very clean and neat.

Google
Review for Pho Deluxe Tyson It was my first time visiting Pho Deluxe Tyson, and I had an amazing experience! The service was excellent, and the waiters were so friendly and welcoming that it made me feel right at home. The food was absolutely delicious and authentically Vietnamese. I ordered the grilled pork chop and shrimp rice plate, which was flavorful and perfectly cooked. The pork was tender and fragrant, and the grilled shrimp was fresh and seasoned just right. The fried egg was cooked to perfection, paired beautifully with pickled veggies and fresh greens. The fish sauce was well-balanced and complemented the dish wonderfully. One small suggestion: adding a small bowl of soup to go with the rice would make the meal even more perfect! Overall, I was highly impressed with both the food quality and the professional, cheerful service. I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic and delicious Vietnamese cuisine in the area!

Google
My husband and I were staying at a hotel nearby and stumbled on this place - it’s delicious! We had the veggie spring rolls which were decent and satisfying, but our entrees were excellent. I had the Green Papaya salad with sesame beef and ate every bite. My husband ordered the egg noodle chicken entree and enjoyed it thoroughly. The service was friendly and accommodating. The restaurant and bathroom were clean. We’d recommend this spot and dine here again!

Google
The portions were generous overall, but the amount of meat was a bit lacking. The staff were friendly, but since we were in a group, they seemed to mix up our orders—we had to swap dishes among ourselves. There was no wait and the place was relatively quiet, which was nice. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but if I'm nearby and need a quick meal, I might stop by again.

Google
We ordered the spring rolls, summer rolls, number 86 chicken sautéed with lemon grass and chillie, and the pho deluxe! Overall the experience was really good. The server was super friendly and attentive. The spring rolls were crunchy and warm and the phó had a good amount of noodles although I wish there was a bit more soup but still good. My friend really liked his food. He is a super big fan!!

Google
Long time customer. The place used to be good but has completely given up. Took 20 minutes to get water - pho had a hair in it - and when we left the waitress CHASED US DOWN in the parking lot demanding more money (we tipped 7% even with the hair). Absolutely unacceptable, never coming back again.

Google
I got a take out ordered of two large pho noodle soups for about $15 each. Small is only about a dollar cheaper. We ordered take out and the ingredients were easy to reheat and re-plate. The meat was still a bit red but was able to be further cooked once we reheated the broth. They thankfully pull all the sauces and garnishes to the side rather than other places that put them directly in the noodles so customization was a bit easier. Picking up my order was very easy as well and they responded to my order and prepared it very quickly. I’d totally love to go back and eat in store some time and try some of their appetizers as well!

Yelp
Delicious Pho! Authentic flavors and generous portions make this one of my go-to spots in Northern Virginia. Tip: Order a side of Onions in Vinegar and add brown sauce for an extra layer of authentic flavor in every slurp!

Yelp
this restaurant was close to the Embassy suites where I was staying after convalescing after procedure at Kaiser Permanente. Pho Soup warms the soul. It's my go to potion to make me feel better and this one certainly did. What I appreciated since I was still a little under anesthesia was the quickness of the order. I ordered it online and it was ready to go when I got there.

Yelp
Service was fast though not really friendly. Food came out fast - the beef brisket pho was decent but the broth wasn't as flavorful as some other places and I needed to add a lot of hoisin and sriracha and the basil wasn't fresh and had some black bits. The spring rolls were decent but nothing to rave about. It was on my way somewhere and a convenient location but I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

Yelp
Curiosity got the best of me as I noticed this rather elegant from the outside pho restaurant on a pilgrimage to the neighboring Wal Mart. I might as well stop in while I was in the area as I am always game to try pho I have not had before. The inside of this place may be the only saving grace as this broth needs work. I still ate the whole thing and I felt a little bad as it appears this location is not ideal for foot traffic of the restaurant saavy crowd. Didn't there used to be Fuddruckers around here? I felt sorry for the staff as although I do not understand Vietnamese, I could tell they were having a somber conversation. I ordered an extra order of Summer Rolls to go to add on to my bill of extras. They were accomodating for my special add ons, sadly, the extra fatty brisket was not nearly the quality I was hoping to find. Summer Rolls were good but it's hard to mess that up so to avoid the one star review... the last star was for the summer rolls.

Yelp
I took a few friends from out of town for lunch here on a Sunday. The waitress was very rude and terrible. We sat down less than two minutes she came by and ask if we were ready to order. We told her give us a little more time. Her facial expression and mumbling comments in Vietnamese was rude. Mumbling " why we taking to long to order." This is supposed to be a dine in service not a fast food service in and out. My friend ask her if he can get two small bowl to us for dipping sauce and some hot oil as she brought the bowl and the hot oil. Her attitude was ignorant when my friend ask for another bowl because she only being one instead of two that was ask for. Terrible Terrible Terrible service I would give a zero. This is how much I finish my pho and it's a regular bowl. Think about your day before coming in. This gonna ruin your whole day.

Yelp
Since then weather shifted back to being a bit chilly Pho was just what I needed for dinner. I happened to be in the Tyson's area and this restaurant was the closest so I decided to give it a try. It's worth sharing that you can totally drive by and miss it as it's tucked away in a parking lot that's attached to an office building across from an older Quality Inn with no other eateries or retailers around. I was immediately greeted and seated upon entering and the host was super friendly and attentive and also took my order. The summer rolls were out in no time and while really fresh and tasty, you could tell that the peanut sauce was sitting uncovered refrigerated in the little serving cup as it had a little film formed over it ... yet it wasn't anything that a quick stir with the chopstick couldn't fix (& the taste was good). As many other reviews mentioned, the pho broth lacked flavor, yet the noodles were the perfect consistency and the meat was tender. They also served lemon with it as opposed to lime which was a first for me ... definitely a slightly different flavor but still added the acidity needed.

Yelp
Fresh delicious food! We are regulars here because it's always consistent, fresh food and a clean place! It's not like some pho restaurant that smells heavily with different spices! Our service is always satisfying, and pleasant

Yelp
Pho is quickly becoming my comfort food when traveling after a long day of shopping and driving. We were in the area and wanted something warm and easy to eat and found Pho Deluxe in DoorDash. I ordered the shrimp summer rolls and rib eye pho, husband ordered beef fried rice. Arrived in about 20 minutes. The broth was luke warm but a quick zap in the microwave fixed that. The toppings were packed separately with plenty of noodles and fix ins. Summer rolls were tightly wrapped and had plenty of lettuce and shrimp. Husband commented his fried rice was some of the best he's had in a while. All in all a solid place to get take out from.

Yelp
Love the pho here! I've been coming for years and always have great food and great service.

Yelp
The wings and pho was so good here you must try this spot I like the fact the distance is close to my job in Tyson

Yelp
Fast, friendly service. Great food! Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed a quick bite to eat with an excellent price point.

Yelp
Consistently good. Their pho broth is very flavorful. The beef bun is some of the best I've had. I usually order through Doordash, and the delivery is quick.

Yelp
Pho Deluxe is my go to spot for pho with my mom and sister. We usually start off with the summer rolls, which comes with 2 for $5.50. The rolls are packed with vermicelli noodles, veggies, and shrimp, and paired with a yummy peanut sauce. For the main, we always get the #38, the pho tau chin, in a large ($12.95, regular is $11.95). The portions are quite hearty, packed with noodles and meat. They also provide bean sprouts, basil, and jalapeños on tbe side. Two bowls are enough for the three of us to share (my sister is 10 tho haha). Overall, I recommend the spot for reasonably priced and yummy pho!
google avatar

Oh M.

Yelp
Was seated right away! Pho came out super fast and super hot. I asked for extra beef and extra noodles, only got extra beef which is fine. Broth was good. Staff was super friendly. Definitely would eat here again when I'm in town because it was right next to my hotel. Hope I get extra noodles next time I ask.

Yelp
Great spot for vegetarian pho and delicious summer rolls! I ordered delivery via Door Dash and within a 1/2 hour, the food arrived pipping hot in a pho DIY style with the toppings, veggies, noodles and broth all separated out. While the clumpy vermicelli noodles congealed and stuck together, once I added them, the noodles were delightfully swimming in the warm savory pho broth - ready for some slurping! The mixed veggies of broccoli, corn, cabbage, and tofu were a bit scant and was hoping for a large heap of veggies. I wouldn't even mind paying a small upcharge for more veggies if there was an online option. The Veggie Summer rolls stuffed with leafy lettuce, carrots, tofu, and vermicelli with a tasty peanut sauce was scrumptious. Vegetarian pho is tough to find. If I'm craving Pho, Pho Deluxe has got me covered!

Yelp
Very very good Pho. Large portion definitely worth it. Great service. Cool comfy spot. Will definitely be back.

Yelp
For those that want a hot meal close to the Spring Hill metro station (within 2 blocks) that is prompt and delicious, look no further than the Pho Deluxe. Directly across the street from Honda and within a building that features such venues as the Hair Cuttery and Pot Belly, Pho Deluxe is an Vietnamese restaurant with really good customer service, and plenty of seating. Pricing is quite reasonable here. Considering that you are dining in an expensive region of Northern Virginia, you would think that pricing for Vietnamese food would be on the side of abnormal, right? Nope! Pretty close to the pricing that you would find in any major city, to include the San Francisco Bay area (highest in the US). The soup bowls have portion sizes at pricing which are excellent, and other dishes such as the chicken fried rice with beef and shrimp are served in much larger portions than expected (I usually can't finish these plates). Really good Pho here. Will certainly return.

Yelp
Good Pho. Nice "clean" broth i.e. not a lot of fat floating in the soup. I've eaten just about everything on the menu, and for me 2 items stand out (aside from the great pho): Their beef fried rice and pork chops. Give em a shot you won't be disappointed.

B. W.

Yelp
I try to support small businesses, but feel compelled to write this review because it is a second time that things are missing from my take out order. The first time our order came without the meat for one of the Pho dish. This time, two items were missing. There was no customer present on a rainy night, so volume is certainly cannot be the excuse. The food has also gotten mediocre over time. There are so many Vietnamese options out there for this area. Don't waste your money here, unless you want to have to waste time chasing after missing items to be told to contact the app for a refund.

Yelp
They're using a cheap sriracha and taste very sour with h a poor service. I'll never go back there again

Yelp
So here is one of my rules. If you gonna be rude your food better be outstanding. Like when you go to an awesome restaurant and the owner and servers are rude af but you don't care cause there is a party in your mouth. In this trashy dump only the former is true. Owner Lady cant be ruder if she tries. She is at the front desk ignoring every customer who walks in, shouts orders at her "staff" and then takes a to-go order at full volume. We were killing ourselves laughing at the spectacle unfolding. The server ripped the menu of the front table an plonked it in our dirty cubical. "What you want!?" I remember saying "the food better be insanely good for this to ever fly".....well....it was not... lol. Average food and you treat me like you doing me a favor? Uhm....dont think so rude lady! Best of luck peddling that bs around here. Would still be giggling if it was not that tragic.

Yelp
New client site means trying new places for lunch and this happened to be the place of choice this week! I ordered the Deluxe Vermicelli w Beef - Bún Deluxe Grilled Shrimp, crispy Spring Roll Grilled Beef I was torn between the pho and the Deluxe Vermicelli. I'm glad I got the vermicelli! So much food for a good price. The beef was tender and grilled perfectly. Shrimp was very flavorful! Will have to go back for the pho!

Yelp
Pretty bad seevice , call for curbside pickup but when I arrived, they refused to do it even I told them I have kids in the car , they just stood there and look at me ,won't come back !
google avatar

Katherine T.

Yelp
We get the pho soup each time and I always add a side of tripe and we get the crispy spring rolls with pork and shrimp. So, so good we get it every time we have a hang over, feel sick or gloomy and it always makes us feel better! We haven't had a chance to dine in yet but we hope to! Definitely check this place out.
google avatar

Yelp
The setting: craving in Tyson's corner around lunch time for some noodles in clear broth. Extremely hangry and getting more agitated by the second. The solution: sitting down at Pho Deluxe, a short 0.3 mile distance away by car. Give me the largest bowl of pho you have = pho deluxe combo large at 8.95 before tax.
google avatar

Faith R.

Yelp
Pho ga is always great, lots of meat. I've gotten takeout from here many times and the flavor is consistent!
google avatar

Mike V.

Yelp
The pho broth had very little flavor and the meat was tough. The food was ready when we arrived and the service quick which was appropriate given there was only one party eating in the restaurant.

Jessie C.

Yelp
I came with my daughters and we had chicken pho and noodles with chicken. Excellent and fast service - and they were so kind to let my daughter special order her food without the vegetables. Food was amazing - flavorful, tasty and hot! We will be back.
google avatar

Amber G.

Yelp
Service was unfriendly from the moment we called to check if they were doing dine in to the moment we finished our meal and left. We both ordered a large. Interesting to see their definition of large. The portion of the bean sprouts was about 1/3 of what you'd get at any other pho place and the limes were cut so small you could barely squeeze anything out. Number of slices of meat was laughable. Had I not added the lime or basil there would've been almost no flavor/taste. Sad!
google avatar

Erik K.

Yelp
Home style Vietnamese cuisine where the locals have kept this spot quiet for a long time. Fresh ingredients, and fantastic Pho. The coffe is a great way to end the evening. Highly recommend.
google avatar

Yelp
I enjoyed my first visit to PDT, luckily within walking distance from my new office since I just moved to the area. I finally made it over for lunch when I had that Pho craving, which is quite frequent to be honest... Being seated and waited on quickly, I ordered a Vietnamese iced coffee and the large meatball Pho bowl. The iced coffee was delicious but a bit 'thick' since I believe they use heavy cream. On to the bowl.. the broth was tasty as were the noodles and all the add-ins! I really wasn't a fan of the meatballs. I just think I've had better 'balls elsewhere... But, am looking forward to another meat choice on my return visit.

Yelp
I have been back several times and am sad to have to downgrade my previous reviews. Despite the pros - reasonable prices, ok food, large seating area - the rude and poor service are just too off putting to give this establishment any more of my money. I stopped eating in due to the service being rude. Always feeling rushed to order and rushed to pay and leave. The past couple of times I have ordered carry out and since I often work late, sometimes I do not arrive until close to 9 to pick up my order. They have a sign that says the kitchen closes at 9:15, yet I still get greeted rudely when I am in at 9 to pick up food I had already ordered. While waiting for my order the last time I came in, a customer came to pick up his food at 9pm (he had already called ahead to order too) and he asked the man at the cashier if it was ok for him to sit and eat his food really quickly. The cashier said 'No', even though there were still several tables eating in their dining area. The customer promised to eat fast and pointed out that the kitchen was still open for 15 minutes and that he would be done eating by then. The cashier still told him 'No, our food should be enjoyed and eaten slowly and therefore I cannot allow you to eat it here'. I understand maybe turning the customer away if the restaurant was empty...but it wasn't. I just can't support turning away an elderly man from being able to eat his food over a 15 minute time period. Additional Cons: - Their pho broth has gone downhill and tastes like chicken or beef broth. Barely any anise or bone flavor - They water down their nuoc mam (fish sauce) so much so that I opted to eat my spring rolls plain I won't be back.
google avatar

Jingy L.

Yelp
The owner lady is rude as hell and she cares little to none about her customers. There is no customer service at all at this restaurant. The food isn't even that great...pho broth is bland and it doesn't come with much meat.
google avatar

Elina Y.

Yelp
The more I frequent this place for pho, the more disappointed I become. First off, I ordered pho tai gau (beef and fatty brisket) but asked for the tai on the side. They charged me extra when I didn't order extra meat. When I complained, the cashier said he was sorry and that it was the waiter's fault...but still charged me the extra fee. I was extremely busy that day so I didn't feel like complaining and fighting the extra few dollars. A few weeks later I went and the service was still horrendous. The way they take your orders, it's almost like they don't want you there and they just want to go home. I almost felt guilty for asking them for extra limes. No paying customer should ever feel that way. Another time they told me I could not get my tai (beef slices) on the side. Which was funny because every other time I was able to get it on the side with no problem. He said he would ask the kitchen and when he did, he said they would allow it this one time because they normally don't allow it. I went earlier this week and they were able to give me my tai on the side. What the heck?! Besides crappy service, their food is also very mediocre. Their broth does not come out hot like before and their extreme lack of service makes their food taste even worst. I'm over Pho Deluxe. I'll drive a little longer to get better pho and service.
google avatar

Erich R.

Yelp
A very, very spacious pho restaurant with a menu of moderate variety. The chicken pho was absolutely delicious - perfectly balanced and fresh with a tasty broth. It's connected to a large office building complex which makes parking easy on the weekends but I would imagine it's a very different vibe on the weekdays. Quick service.
google avatar

Howard F.

Yelp
The Pho here is affordable and pretty good. Service is quick. And while we enjoy the pho, the grilled pork (whether in bun or over rice) is also quite delicious.
google avatar

Donald P.

Yelp
We occasionally come here after church on Sundays since it's the closest and most convenient place with Pho in the Tysons area. Service is usually okay and I don't think I've had any complaints about the food as it generally meets expectations.
google avatar

Lily C.

Yelp
Disappointed. Please beware - they stopped seating people 30min- 1hr before their closing time. I would recommend the owner to revise the business hours if you would not like to operate past 9pm. My friend found this place on google and saw that they open until 10pm on Fridays. We got there at 9pm and they turned us away and would not serve us.

L Y.

Yelp
Food good. Waitresses' attitudes so-so. Freezing inside on a 35 degree weekend evening. Unfortunately the restaurant is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows with cold air blowing through the vents. Young to old we wore coats hats hoodies and scarves while eating, even those of us whose bodies normally run hot. We were not the only ones.
google avatar

Leah J.

Yelp
I was so worried due to the 1 star reviews due to "rude staff" but actually, everyone was nice here and the food was good! There was an older woman who was very short and "what do you want?" but it was not at all rude. The place was busy, and she was direct and to the point. I can understand how someone can take it as rude, but take a moment to think about the situation: people working in busy restaurants don't have all day to wait around while someone "ummms" for minutes. I think people need to have a little empathy and understanding for those who work in a restaurant. Rebuttal for the old negative reviews: Don't come 30 minutes to close cause they know full well you're not gonna order and finish in 30 minutes and now they have to stay late for you, don't take up a clean table if you order take out and change your mind because you are stiffing them for a tip and they still have to clean your table before they leave, etc. I am really happy I decided to ignore those bad reviews and give this place a chance. By the way, the lady DID throw the receipt on the table while we were still eating, too, but she also said "take your time" and smiled before leaving. I respect that! Pho was delicious, spring rolls were good, and we ordered Thai iced tea which was bomb. We were in and out in less than an hour, perfect for work lunch.
google avatar

Nick D.

Yelp
For $8 for a small bowl of pho you can't beat that price. Although the signage clearly states that you must spend $10 or more to use your credit card I was lucky enough to get away with being able to use it still. The pho is solid, well done noodles, great broth that wasn't too salty or filled with MSG, but the one aspect I must say was lacking was the meat. It could have been more! The service was decent as it was pretty much stone cold empty when I was there on a Saturday evening. It is located in an odd area, off a main road but across from a card dealership. There's a lot of competition out there especially if you look down the road into Falls Church, cough cough, Eden center, but this place still can maintain a good solid 3 star Pho!

Emma R.

Yelp
Best chicken vermicelli I have ever had!! Such a cute hidden gem!! I highly recommend a visit here for great Vietnamese food!
google avatar

Paul R.

Yelp
I've had worse, but have had much that is better. Pho broth smelled of beef fat, very oily, and relatively flavorless. The eye of of round was very chewy and tough. Fortunately it was shaved into small peaces and there wasn't much of it served. Noodles on the side: generally this comes in broth. Not so here. Don't know what was used to cook them -- likely hot water. Meh. Garnish: sprouts, lime and jalapeños were fresh. Basil on the other hand was spotted brown. Ick. Ambiance: the owner talked loudly inside the restaurant and was incessant. Waiter wandered around clapped me his hands at random intervals. I don't think the room was redecorated from the previous joint that operated it. That's okay with me,but it is beguiling. Table did not have napkins, fish sauce or small dishes for condiments. Only sriracha and plum sauce available. Given its location in office parks at Tysons Corner, this place is like the honey badger: they don't care, they don't give a s**t . I can't imagine a circumstance that would bring me back.
google avatar

Namitha H.

Yelp
I would not go back here again. We were placing an order and they canceled because we were "on the phone for 10 minutes" and "taking too long". The call was actually only 3 minutes. Terrible customer service and I'm sure their food is equal in quality.

Tom K.

Yelp
Hidden away from main roads is this wonderful little place. you always hear it's the little hidden places that are the places to go for the best food. This is one of those. we eat here weekly. White meat chicken pho, and Autum rolls are the best. Great good, good service, great portions, this checks all the boxes.

H D.

Yelp
No more!!! This place has gone down the tube in the last 2-2.5 years that we have ordered take outs from them regularly. Every time I go to this place to pick up our order, I am discouraged by their poor service and even poorer attitude and mannerism. Tonight I picked up our dinner order (family of 5); when I got home, we realized one item in the order was missing ($5.50). This is the second time a part of the order is missing. When we called the restaurant, they told us to go back to get the rest of the order. We asked instead to refund our credit card. They said they were not able to issue a refund. To avoid dealing with poor in-house service and attitude, during the thanksgiving weekend, we ordered a large delivery order with Pho Deluxe. It took close to 1.5 hour to get the food! No apologies, regrets, or explanation! Done with Pho Deluxe Tysons on Spring Hill Rd.

Yelp
Pho Deluxe Tysons has been in the area for a few years now. When it had originally opened, I was so happy that a pho place was now open near me & that I didn't have to drive 15+ minutes away just for some delicious Vietnamese food. The food was delicious & service was amazing. Fast-forward to now (November 2018), the food is now a shell of what it once was. There is so little meat in the pho that i'm just paying for noodles & soup at now. Every time I go there, the service is slow. Mind you, I go after the lunch rush or before the dinner rush. The servers are always on their phones & I have to walk to the registers to ask for more water. To Pho Deluxe Tysons: You have lost a once loyal customer. To everyone else: Do yourself a favor & find another Vietnamese restaurant to dine at.

Yelp
We came for our second visit since we really liked it the first time. This visit did not disappoint. We got there at about 12:30PM on a Thursday and it had patrons but not crowded. The server was very polite and attentive. We had the crispy spring rolls, pho, vermicelli noodles, and the mango bobbo drink. The food came out very quickly and everything was the right temperature. There is ample parking though we were able to walk there from our neighboring hotel. Give it a try when you're in Vienna.

Yelp
Excellent spot for Vietnamese food around Tysons! We always get the shrimp summer rolls, some sort of pho and a vermicelli dish. They're extremely consistent and we've never gotten anything we didn't like. The portions are very large for the price. Would definitely recommend this place!
