Yelp
Pho Ever Story (Off their website): Our parents opened the Gardena location in 2009 to create a new life in America for their children. Growing up in a household where tradition often conflicts with culture, food never failed to help us understand each other better.
Pho Ever Mission Statement: Food is our family's love language. As our brand evolves, we aim to build community bridges & grow exposure for Vietnamese cuisine.

Restroom: They're available.
Credit Cards: They're accepted.
Price Point: A bit high, but seems like other places are pricing the same.
Location/Parking: Located on the NE corner of Garfield and Hellman. Limited parking in the shared lot in front, but you can find parking along Hellman, Garfield, or in the residential streets.
Ambiance/Decor: Pretty cool ambiance, modern furnishings to sit on, and music playing in the background. They also have a pretty chill outdoor patio. If you're lucky, you can see the owner water her plants. :)
Service: Service okay. Staffers were friendly and offered good suggestions. They aren't that attentive. I sat at my table for a bit wondering if they were going to ask if I wanted the bill or at least check on me to see how I was doing. The stand still ended when I got tired and just asked them for it.
Food Of Choice:
1) Nem Nuong Banh Hoi: Combined with the background music, I actually had a great eating experience. Prepare to get your hands dirty, because your hands will definitely smell like all the ingredients (woven vermicelli noodles, pork sausages, mint, basil, and pickled daikon and carrots) that makes up this dish. Make sure you use up the fish sauce (Nuoc Cham) and perhaps ask for more!
2) Pho Dac Biet: I thought it was good. They did give a decent amount of meat.
Drink Of Choice:
1) Lion's Dance: I really liked this drink very much. When I patronized this shop this week, the manager/co-owner (Hanli) said that they ran out of the key element (dragon fruit) and couldn't get it shipped from Vietnam in time. I was very bummed about this, but at least my total bill was lowered without being charged that drink
2) Thai Tea: Thai tea was very good when I had it the next day. Ask for less condensed milk, if you don't like the sweetness and if you can't take much dairy.
Pho Ever For Thought: Wouldn't mind coming back to try other food items and I'll definitely check back to see if they have the Lion's Dance drink in stock so I can enjoy that glorious drink.
