New Restaurants are Opening in Downtown Las Vegas - Eater Vegas

"Pho Ga Tony Tony in Chinatown is now Pho Ga Bac Bac. The Vietnamese restaurant known for Chef Tony Le’s chicken pho will soon be open 24 hours under the new name." - Janna Karel

Pho Ga Tony Tony Finally Opens in Chinatown - Eater Vegas

"Pho Ga Tony Tony is opening tomorrow, February 8, in Chinatown. The restaurant was originally aiming for a summer 2021 debut, but was delayed significantly. Pho Ga Tony Tony is famous for its chicken pho that they claim is 'so delicious you’ll cry.' The noodle soup is served with juicy poached chicken on the side, ideal for dipping in the broth. The restaurant replaces Pho Little Saigon inside the Spring Mountain Square retail center. Pho Ga Tony Tony was started in Georgia by chef Tony Le, as a tribute to his parents’ restaurant in Philadelphia, Pho Ga Thanh Thanh. The two Georgia locations are popular in the area, and the Vegas location is the first outside the state." - Maddy Sweitzer-Lamme

Google
A 24/7 hour Vietnamese restaurant that I was able to hit up after the after-after party. There’s a “homemade” element that gives it charm whether the egg rolls are slightly too oily or the sauce is a bit too sweet or seasoning is a bit too salty. That “homemade” quality having a bowl of pho at 6 am with some egg rolls just gives me the rejuvenation I need before trying to catch a few hours of sleep at the break of dawn. I commend them for dealing with Vegas night life at all hours of the day! Not an easy thing to do and the selection of food just hits after a night of drinking. Lots of open tables and a wide range of customers. Ambiance was nice and well kept.

Google
By far the best Pho ever! Also, they have delicious types of rolls that make a great addition. We had the Lemongrass Chicken bowl and an order of Paradise Rolls. Amazing food!

Google
Best grilled chicken lemongrass pho I have ever had. Also got the charred beef bun and it was so good. Fresh ingredients coupled with delicious out of this world broth make for a do not miss this place in LV.

Google
$18.50 for the Pho Tony - the pho served with chicken and beef. This is a good one to get. The chicken bits were very lean on meat. The mango smoothie was too sweet and tasted syrup-ey. Hope it was a lot more fresh mango taste. The lemon tea tasted watered down.

I came here around 3am with my friends for a late night dinner. We ordered a lot of food it was yummy. They even had a chicken egg dish that I haven’t had in like 20 years. Good service, good food. I recommend this place especially for a late night food binge, we had a great time.

Google
It's a great place for a warm bowl of noodles. Portion is big, lots of veggies come with it. The special and the beef rib pho are great! Perhaps next time in vegas I'd try some other places and see how it compares to this one. But definitely not disappointed by this place.

Ordering was easy. Scan the QR code on the table and select your items. Changing orders is easy as well. Just inform the server. Add items as desired via the website. Servers are friendly. Promptly gave us extra bowls and utensils when asked and cleared empty bowls and plates quickly so there was no clutter on the table. Staff went out of their way when we told them of our food allergies. They made suggestions on which foods would be safe to eat and prepared the plates separately to limit cross contamination. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food came out pretty quickly. Everyone enjoyed the food greatly. We will come again whenever we are in town. This will be our new favorite eatery! We ordered cafe sua da, pho dac biet and bun thit nuong. All dishes were polished off. Great balance of veggies, noodles, and meat.

Google
Being from Hawaii I’ve had some really good Pho 🍜 but the broth and the flavor profile here was by far the best I’ve had. I ordered the combo Pho and Portions were generous, the amount of noodles and protein was a large amount. The basil, sprouts , jalapeños were also plentiful but I did ask for extra limes. Service was quick and friendly and the best part is this spot is open 24 hours. I will definitely be back with the entire Ohana. This will be my go to for Pho 🍲

Yelp
Pho Ga Bac Bac in Las Vegas is a popular spot for authentic Vietnamese chicken pho. The restaurant has a clean and modern aesthetic, which my party and I appreciate as it complements the comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Many reviews highlight the flavorful broth, tender chicken, and generous portion sizes, making it a standout for pho lovers. So you already know I had to get the pho from here and see what the hype was about! Being open 24/7, makes it a convenient choice for both late-night meals and early morning bites. Besides the pho choices, the rest of the menu is a bit limited and could use more variety. Additionally, though the service is generally attentive and friendly. Making it a fulfilling experience and I would recommend it to anyone who is hungry for pho in the late evening when most restaurants are closed.

Yelp
A friend recommended this place for good chicken porridge. After a long night of partying in Vegas I was craving some rice porridge. The chicken porridge was a little on the bland side but I was able to add some chili oil and fish sauce to add some flavor. I love that they add chicken innards in the soup. The innards included chicken gizzards, chicken liver, and chicken egg. My favorite dish was the banh khot because their dipping sauce ( nico mam) was very flavorful. The ordering process was quick by scanning a QR code and place your order there. It had a lot of glitches and didn't inform us if there was items that was no longer on the menu.

Yelp
Really nice staff, but the food was just subpar. We ordered the bo kho with pho noodles and the pho dac biet. The pho broth was off; didn't have that pho aroma you're used to and something else about the broth just didn't taste right. It did have a good amount of meat (although no tripe, which is listed on the menu). As for the bo kho, I prefer a thicker base. It also tasted as if they mixed it with pho broth and didn't have much meat for the bowl size. -I really liked the chicken posters and the staff. Maybe I'll come back and give their chicken pho a try (since that's what their name is...), but I wouldn't order these two bowls again

Yelp
Meeting some friends from out of town and they wanted Vietnamese food, this is the place to go. A good variety for everyone to get something they want. We did 3 different types and all enjoyed our food. I had to get the small eggs in broth today. I've not seen it in other restaurants in CA. It's so worth it. Definitely a nice add to my pho ga. Ask for ginger fish sauce when you do eat pho ga. Life changing to dip your chicken chunks in the sauce and the pho broth compliments it well. I'll be back.

Yelp
Our food was tasty & fresh! Egg rolls were yummy too! We were seated quick & the service was prompt. Didn't wait long at all & arrived around 10am. We chose this place because they were one of the few restaurants open & we're craving pho in the morning. The restaurant was, nice & clean as well! The prices are a little more than most other pho places but I say they're worth it. Portions are a good size, along with the service & 24 hrs, nothing can beat that! Parking can be a little tight too as they're tucked in the corner right off Spring Mountain.

Yelp
Great recovery food! The place has a big parking lot. The restaurant is big with many tables. Could be great for a large group dining. Definitely enjoyed the food. It's authentic Vietnamese chicken noodle soup. I love that I can get this in Vegas. I did see some reviews about slow or bad service. In my experience, when I first walked into the restaurant, the first employee walked by me and ignored me. Then a second employee greeted us and took us to a table. Maybe it's not the first employees job to seat guests, but she could still say hi or let us know someone will seat us. Overall, I'd still like to return for the chicken pho.

Yelp
Very satisfying meal! It was a really hot day but we couldn't resist the comforting appeal of pho. I opted for the Pho Tony Special and it tasted exactly how I wanted it. The broth had so much flavor on its own that no additional sauce was needed. The pho came in this giant bowl and was plentiful with noodles and meat. Overall, this was a satisfying meal! The waiter was great as well and he really took the time to have a conversation to us.

Yelp
The food took them forever to bring out. They directed us to order on the QR menu, but after 20 min nothing came out. We ask them about it and they realize the orders didn't go through. We order through the waitress but she got confused by our 6 item order, needing us to continuously repeat our order for 10 min. My pho came out warm and was barely able to cook the meat. I am a little worried the food was reheated and I may get food poisoning. The veges they brought out were brown and soft, definitely old. Also 18% gratuity fee Please do not come here

Yelp
This is the vietnamese spot thats open 24/7 thus far in all of Las Vegas It is close to the Rio. There a couple of other restaurants that close around 3am. This spot is actually really good quality if you do not want to settle for fast food at night. Food: I got the pork chops with eggs, rice and salad. The eggs were extra crispy around the sides. The salad was garnished with pickled carrots and didn't need any dressing. The pork chops were cooked perfectly. Service: Average, there was only a handful people here so it wasnt bad for my experience. Ambiance: this place feels pretty trendy, not your typical vietnamese restaurant. This place is met for people to party and drink. They do have happy hour specials. They have a couple of TVS for games to watch. Parking looks pretty small even when I went to around 1am.

Yelp
I've been to a couple pho spots in Vegas and this one is probably my favorite so far here! 'Pho Dac Biet': Combination Beef Pho, portion size is pretty big! Broth came out hot, and it was clean, but savory, flavorful, and slightly sweet if you're into that. Noodles were nice and soft, and there were a good assortment of meats, tendon, bo vien/meatballs. Restaurant is pretty spacious and clean too! Service was good as well. Overall, pretty good pho spot!
google avatar

Ed F.

Yelp
I think their Beef Combination Pho is now better than Pho Kim Long--sorry I'm just being truthful. The broth is so good that I asked for more! There's not a lot of people here at this hour (almost 9 pm) but I think you guys should check this out! And William was a great server! Thank you!

Yelp
We arrived late in Las Vegas and was so hungry! We headed to Chinatown to kick off the weekend with some pho. As we were on our way to another spot, our Lyft driver mentioned that wasn't a good choice and recommended this one as his favorite pho places in town. Naturally, we had to give it a shot :) The restaurant's name was Pho Ga, so I opted for their signature dish - the Traditional Chicken Noodle Soup. While the chicken didn't quite match the picture, the soup itself was delicious. The portion size was enormous, but I wished they offered a smaller, more affordable option since I couldn't finish it.

Yelp
Zero stars- do not come here on your mother. They are so disorganized. I can not explain to you how frustrating the process of ordering was. They told us to order on the app, we ordered on the app. For the next 15 min they did not acknowledge us. We flagged them down to see if they got our order. They did not. It's late the restaurant is empty. They missed half our order. When we ordered with the lady she could not keep up. We told her our order like 5 times.

Charles T.

Yelp
The Vietnamese food at Pho Ga Bac Bac is outstanding! I had the combination pho, and the broth was rich and flavorful with plenty of tender meat--a perfect balance of flavors. We also tried the lemongrass pork chop with egg, and it did not disappoint. The pork was well-marinated with a delicious grilled flavor, making every bite enjoyable. Another standout dish was the com ga hai nam. The chicken was perfectly cooked, silky smooth, and paired beautifully with the potent and flavorful ginger sauce. If you're looking for authentic Vietnamese food in Las Vegas, Pho Ga Bac Bac is a must-visit!

Yelp
This review is only one star for the service we had while there. This place is open 24/7 and upon entering, they had a couple of parties already seated. Initially, we were seated & mind you, we are a party of five and this was already 12am midnight. Please remember the time bc it's important to why I'm writing this review. We order on the digital menu and the servers come w/ our food. We ordered a bowl of Bun Bo hue & two phos, one spring roll & and two small bowl of soups (as my friends weren't too hungry) so this is nothing too extreme. So as time goes by, I'm sitting there and looking around, I hear a couple of disappointed Vietnamese customers asking the waitress when the food is going to come out because it's been so long. It should've clicked to me as a red flag but I didn't realize how long they've been waiting for. The table across from us which is also another Vietnamese couple left angry w/o any eating any food as they also waited for so long just for the waitress to say that whatever she ordered, they ran out After sitting there, waiting and listening for approx 40 mins, another party of two is seated and they have their food. So I'm like where are the appetizers we ordered or the drinks we ordered. At least something bc the party of two got seated after us and their food before us. So another 30 mins flies by and it has now been 1 whole hour & half since we ordered, no appetizers and no drink and no food. Everyone who got seated after us all had their food so we asked the waiter to cancel our meal and left as it is ridiculous for us to have to wait almost 1.5 hrs for us to get our food while everyone else around us got theirs in a timely manner.

Yelp
Love that they are open 24/7. The Pho and egg rolls are excellent. Service is fast and friendly. Prices are a little high.

Yelp
This had to be my favourite meal in Vegas. The dried egg noodle dish was just phenomenal!!!!!! I cannot say that enough. Service is quick and efficient and super cool vibe with a bar and happy hour options. A GO TO from now on :)

Yelp
First of all, I love how this restaurant is open 24hrs, and Secondly, this place was delicious. I love the different varieties of vietnamese food and everything was so delicious from banh bot chien to the pho. The portion is also large and sharable . It was so flavorful, that I had to come back twice .

Yelp
Great late night spot for Pho. Always hits the spot after work or drinks with the friends. Tried multiple dishes and everything has been great! Will always be back. William was our server and he was fantastic!

Yelp
Great place to eat late night pho, I've been driving through spring mtn many times and never got the chance to check this place out. Me and my roomie were starving and wanted something hot for our tummies, for those who are late nighters. The servers were such kind people very nice. The place is great as you can see in the picture. Would definitely recommend and coming back soon.

Yelp
Ah.....hate writing this review, but I must share my latest experience. Just like my last review I wrote around a year or two ago, this place used to open until 0400am, but after everything all back to normal, they now open 24/7 Normally no problem getting in and getting your food and I been many times due to my late working hours. So last night which was Saturday night around 0230am, I walked in, almost all the tables are filled, I saw a table, I sat down. Nobody come by to say Hi, what to drink, nothing, that's fine, I see they are very busy, I did my usual, I scanned the bar code, ordered my food online with my table number. I sat there for 20 minutes, nobody stop by or at least bring me a glass of water. Also a single guy sat next to me, he came out the restroom, immediately got service, got his glass of water, got his food within 5 minutes, the guy literally sat at the next table, I know their server saw me sat next to him, still giving me no attention. Okay, no problem, maybe they really don't see me or don't want to see me? Also couple of times I saw one of the server acted like a manager, not sure he is or not, walked in front of my table, talked to the kitchen staffs, and still pay me no attention, now this is during the 20 minutes I sat down Waited...waited...waited...nothing, so I got up and walked out. Now I understand business got slammed sometimes, specially on Saturday night and they short handed, I understand all that. That's why I sat down myself, I ordered myself through the app, I didn't bother to call anyone "Hello! I need service here"!! I give them time to notice me, help other tables first, no problem But for 20 mins not one and NOT ONE person person stop by at least giving me a class of water? Or even just say Hi? Sorry, but that's not acceptable So my advice to the business owner If your staffs cannot handle the restaurant full of people, don't have that many tables, very simple or hire more staffs Overall experience I felt like they do not care one single oz about their customers at all. You show up, you order, if I have time to serve you, I'll be right with you, if I don't care for you, I will not even pay an oz of a customer service at all Now I understand all companies have a signs that says "we have the right to refuse all services" Which is fine to me, no point for me to be like one of them Karen's out there tried to argue with them why I'm not getting services, I have money, if you refused my business, I just go somewhere else, no problem, there are plenty other options and much better options out there, I can give my business to, like Pho Saigon 8, which is one of top to go, their soup is so good. The only reason why I go here is because of 24/7, but is okay, I can always wait for next day and go else where.

Tracie L.

Yelp
Excellent Food! Excellent service from Aong! He was very patient to help us understand options. He made excellent suggestions based on our questions! He was kind, fast & efficient! Great atmosphere & very clean. Highly recommend! My very picky children loved the food & experience!

Yelp
Opened as Phở Gà Tony Tony in early 2022 and rebranded as Pho Ga Bac Bac several months later it is safe to say the space on the corner of Spring Mountain and Valley View has found its following, 24/7 hours of operation finding the place continuously busy while its menu has expanded to include everything from appetizers to desserts. Specified as Northern Vietnamese, Chef Tony Le bringing his experience at Cafe Pho Ga Thanh Thanh west from Philadelphia before selling to partners, it is inside the sizable Restaurant that guests will access the menu via QR code while music plays faintly overhead. Largely populated by Vietnamese locals, the room otherwise featuring a nutcracker, full bar and DIY Cotton Candy machine adjacent televisions showing sports, guests will find everything from Omelets to Ribeye Steak in addition to crispy Eggrolls meant to be wrapped in Lettuce before dipping into Fish Sauce. Featuring an open kitchen with quick service, all the Broths cooked continuously and skimmed frequently, prices range $16.99 to $19.99 for enormous portions featuring tender Noodles plus bold aromatics including Star Anise and Cardamom that compliment Shredded or Grilled Lemongrass Chicken. Not only offering Phở Gà, the Broth taking on more depth with the addition of Beef, fans of funkier flavors will find "Pho Tony Special" upgraded by Offal while the version offered with a whole Short Rib develops visible droplets of Fat that accentuate the Onions and Coriander.

Yelp
Leaving Orange County California and moving to Vegas I thought I would never find amazing Vietnamese food like I had in garden grove/westminster until I found this place! Come here at least 2-3 times a week and doesn't look I'll ever stop lol
google avatar

Yelp
Inside was nice and cozy. Liked how the menu had so much selections. The server spoke Vietnamese so I ordered in Vietnamese. Food was yummy and I would definitely come here for late night cravings for Vietnamese food. Price is kinda higher but it's not too bad.

Yelp
Best late night pho in Vegas! Great broth with generous portions. One of my fave spots to warm up on cold nights. William is great and they have a full bar too

Yelp
I want to give a shoutout to my sugar daddy for making these dining experiences possible! Alright, let me fill you in on my recent visit--it left much to be desired. Food: 3/5 Service: 2/5 Ambiance: 3/5 So, it was a Monday night, and this place was the only one open 24/7. The interior was nicely decorated, I'll give them that. We decided to try the Tony Pho and grabbed a Pho to go. But let me tell you, this wasn't Vegas pricing--it was more like Bay Area prices. And while the portions were generous, they skimped a lot on the meat and noodles. It was mostly just broth. Despite the lack of patrons, the service left much to be desired. Our waitress seemed more interested in chatting than doing her job. We asked her to clean the table we were seated at, and she told us to wait but never bothered to come back. Overall, I definitely won't be making a return visit here. Save your money and go elsewhere for Pho.

Yelp
How awesome to have pho 24/7. Perfect hangover food. I took my family here for an early breakfast (around 8 or 9AM) and it was so comforting to eat a bowl of soup. We had to get pho ga or chicken pho because this place is name after it. In addition, we ordered an extra plate of chicken. It came with 2 different dipping sauces. Pho was light which I'd definitely prefer more depth too it. I'd definitely come back especially after a long night out in Vegas to try more items on the menu.
google avatar

Andy T.

Yelp
Love the customer service and the authenticity of pho "bác"! Been coming here for years and I can't believe I'm just now writing a review! Broth is flavorful and portions are huge! Vegetables are always fresh and abundant!

Angelina C.

Yelp
This restaurant being 24hrs is definitely its strong suit. There are better pho places in the area but this spot works if you're craving pho at a weird hour! The pho is good but I wouldn't recommend any drinks. The ordering process is very easy because you can just scan a QR code but the servers are still attentive. The restaurant is never really too full and it's a very relaxed environment.
google avatar

Ellen K.

Yelp
They say it's the best chicken pho in town but I think regular beef pho is 100% better than chicken pho. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the pho to come out. Longest I've ever waited for pho.. - Chicken Pho 3.6/5 The pho broth was OK. Noodles were below average (not normal pho noodles). The chicken pieces were mostly bone and so hard to eat? - Crispy Egg... pancake? 3.1/5 The egg was crispy and the sauce they give on the side is delicious. I didn't really enjoy the taste of the pork that was in it... Free parking in lot.

Jade V.

Yelp
Love that this restaurant is open 24 hours!! This is THE new after hours pho spot! William was a fantastic waiter; I loved that he took our orders in person, delivered the food quickly, accurately, and with a smile. The pho here is also delicious! Would highly recommend William as well as Pho Ga Bac Bac!

Yelp
It's excellent!! Definitely coming back!! It's in a convenient location as well. Right in the middle of the strip

Yelp
Tl;dr: Disappointing experience at Pho Ga Bac Bac: skimpy portions in chicken pho and bun bo hue, weak broth, forgetful service, and decent coffee. Trendy ambiance, ample parking, but won't revisit. **Elizabeth's Star Rating System** 1 star = Terrible, would not recommend, will tell family and friends to avoid 2 stars = I won't be back but you might enjoy it 3 stars = I'll be back eventually 4 stars = I'll definitely be back 5 stars = I'm telling my friends and family about this place! **OVERALL IMPRESSION:** Pho Ga Bac Bac advertises itself as the go-to spot for unforgettable chicken pho, but my recent experience fell dishearteningly short of expectations. **FOOD QUALITY:** Their specialty, the chicken pho, was a major letdown. The photo on the menu set high expectations, yet the reality was far from it. The dish arrived with scanty chicken, a far cry from the advertised abundance. The broth lacked the expected essence of chicken and instead seemed overly sweet, leaving me wondering if it was trying to mask a lack of flavor. Even the bun bo hue, while slightly better with its spicy notes, suffered from the same issue of skimpiness when it came to meats. The paltry portions of pork blood cubes were a mere tease, hardly more significant than a pair of dice. **SERVICE:** The disappointments weren't limited to the meal; the service also left much to be desired. Despite specifying my request for a small bowl in my online order notes, I had to repeatedly remind the server before finally receiving it. The oversight and forgetfulness only added to the frustration. **DRINKS:** The saving grace was the Vietnamese coffee, pleasantly strong, albeit missing the iconic taste of condensed milk that typically defines it. **AMBIENCE & LOCATION:** The ambiance attempts trendiness with its numerous artworks and pop art displays, including robotic cotton candy machines. However, these attempts at contemporary allure couldn't compensate for the unsatisfactory meal. The large shared parking lot is convenient but hardly enough to redeem the disappointment. **FINAL VERDICT:** Sadly, Pho Ga Bac Bac failed to meet the mark on several fronts, especially regarding food quality and service. Despite its attempts at modernity, the overall experience left a lasting disappointment, prompting me to exclude it from my future dining options in Vegas.

Yelp
Great service and food. Open 24 hours. I love the PHOs, egg rolls, pork chops. Very convenient for people working late shifts. Location is excellent too, it's only about two blocks from the Strip.

Yelp
So I live in Vegas and I've been here before, but I didn't know they were 24/7!!!! Omg everything I ordered was beyond delicious. If you're thinking about going to pho Kim long because of the reviews then you're definitely missing out. This place has way better food. I went at 1am and the service was great. The place was not extremely packed neither so that was a plus for the late am! Look at my photos for reassurance!
google avatar

Yelp
There is no way this place should have these low of reviews. This place is awesome and the food is delicious. One of the best pho spots - I think they deserve to be 4.5 or higher. The egg rolls Lemongrass chicken and pho are all amazing

Yelp
We came here on a Sunday afternoon. There was plenty of parking in the lot. This place was busy, but we were seated within five minutes because the space is pretty large. It took a while for someone to come and take our order, but when they did, the food came out fairly quickly. I had the shrimp pho and the Vietnamese iced coffee. Both were delicious.

Yelp
I love coming here because they have great food and fast service plus it's 24 hours. We come here after work for flavorful soup and it's always a plus when William is our server. He is very efficient and always a pleasure. They also have a full bar and good music. The vibes are vibing!

Yelp
There aren't many places to get a bo ne and we found a place! It's called a sizzling plate instead of bo ne, so we were lucky that we didn't let this slide! Bo Ne is basically a Vietnamese breakfast dish that is consist of hot plate of beef or pork with liver pate, diced tomatoes and onions, and an egg on top. You scoop it with a fresh hot French bread and eat it fresh! Parking was feasible with a parking lot in front of the store. The restaurant also has a claw machine for kids to play. We wished we could stay longer to try their pho ga. This is one of our food list the next time we come back!

Yelp
Rating (maximum points = 5) Value for money: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Food Quality: 4.5 Customer Service: 5 Look and Feel (Ambiance): 5 Thank you, Come Again?: 5 Late night cravings of comfort mixed with cold weather. All of these factors lead me to desire some delicious pho broth. I'm currently traveling in Vegas and drove past Pho Ga Bac Bac. Curiosity got to the best of me and I decided to try it out. This restaurant is spacious and offers plenty of seating. My favorite part of this restaurant is its 24 hour operations. You can have pho any time of day. Fried crispy chicken wings: $7.99: fresh, hot, chicken wings. These crispy and buttery wings were tasty and craveable. This dish comes with a sweet chili aioli/mayo dipping sauce. Pho Tony's Special: $17.99 - if you like the classic combo pho with all ther varieties of meat, then Tony's special is what you should go with. You begin with a sip of the rich chicken pho broth base. Next is is the thinly sliced rare meat, 2 meatballs, and generous pieces of tendon. Once you're past the protein, you get a taste of the thin rice noodles. They were cooked to perfection. Chicken and Oxtail Pho with Glass Noodles: $18.99 - Not a lot of places offer the glass noodle option and so I had to give it a try. Was it worth the risk of changing it up from the traditional rice noodles? Yes! Absolutely! Rice noodles get soggy the longer it sits in the bowl, but the glass noodles are a little more forgiving and retain its elasticity. The chicken is incredibly silky and juicy. The oxtail unfortunately was a disappointment. The meat was almost inedible because of how tough it was to chew. It needed to be slow cooked for another hour or two. Overall, I'm SO jealous that my hometown of Salt Lake Ciry doesn't have an amazing 24 hour chicken pho restaurant. The portions are generous and will make you full. I couldn't finish my meal. The restaurant offers a plethora of condiments. Including the hoisin, sriracha, chili sauce, and a couple of homemade dipping sauces that were created/designed specifically for the chicken. Skip the oxtail and just go with what the restaurant is known for...their chicken! I'll be thinking about the delicious broth on my flight back home. Would you go? Let me know. Follow me for all the sips and trips.

Yelp
We were seated as a party of 13! The service was very slow. The waitresses didn't know which table the food belonged to, even when the digital menu orders by table number. We looked around and we were surrounded by tables with dirty dishes that still remained after we left. They were definitely low staff, but it was pretty unacceptable and uncomfortable. The food was not bad. It was okay, but nothing spectacular. I really wanted to like this joint, but I would not come back--just terrible service and ambiance overall. Not professional, especially for a restaurant in Vegas.

Yelp
We came after the morning rush on Sunday and this was a great discovery. The broth was definitely next level. The portions were very generously sized, especially the beef rib pho, which included a two ribs and a ton of chicken. Everyone enjoyed their bowl and were completely satisfied. We were so full we needed a nap after this meal.

Yelp
My NEW favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Chinatown. The food came out pretty quick. Hot and flavorful. You can place an order with your phone thru the QR code and pay for your tab as well or place an order with the waiter. Everything on the menu was delicious, good size portions to share. Highly recommend. Definitely taking my friends and family from out of town here!!

Yelp
Wow, I don't know if it was because I was drunk and it was after clubbing, but the food here was amazing! They are open 24 hours, and their ginger fish sauce dip is life-changing. Mien ga with dark meat was so slurpable, and the pho ga had fresh noodles. The bot chien and banh Cuon were both solid drunk picks as well. My new favorite late night pho spot!

Yelp
Our first time back eversince they changed the name. They have a decent menu. Their scan for menu sticker was located of the middle of table. We ordered pork vermicelli, pork spring roll, combination pho and the steamed chicken. All the dishes we ordered were very delicious. Full of flavor and refreshing at the same time. We ordered Vietnamese ice coffee and Thai tea.. our server name mario had exceptional customer service. They are open 24 hours. Really big dining area. The lights when you walk in were bright.
