Serves a pretty good chicken pho, and definitely a must-try for people who want to eat pho but can't eat beef.
We tried both the dry and soup versions. Soup pho is better in my opinion. Their highlight is a light but still robust chicken soup profile, which is tasty enough just with a zest of lime. Not necessary to spoil the flavour with additional chilli whatsoever. The dry version is also doable, with it being lightly mixed with soy sauce.
Their chicken has a nice texture, though slightly tough to chew off, but cooked just nice.
It's somewhere that I'll definitely go back again for the experience of sitting on the roadside and having one good pho.
