Fire Tears Through a Red Sauce Institution of South Brooklyn - Eater NY

"Pho Ga Vang, a Vietnamese restaurant located in Falls Church, Virginia, at Eden Center, is throwing its hat in the New York ring. Chef and owner Tony Le announced via an Instagram post that they’ve signed on storefront at 30 Market Street, at Henry Street, in Chinatown — the same block as Golden Diner and the forthcoming Vietnamese American bakery, Bánh by Lauren. The Virginia location made Washingtonian’s 100 best restaurants for 2024 list." - Emma Orlow

Phở Gà Vàng at Eden Center 🏮🍜 — one of the best spots for authentic Vietnamese chicken pho! 😋 Cozy place, tasty broth, and friendly service 🥰 Always my go-to when craving comfort food ❤️ After moving: Phở Gà Vàng’s new location 🎉🍲 — bigger, cleaner, and still the same delicious flavor we love! 😍 The chicken is tender, the soup rich and flavorful 🤤 Highly recommend checking out their new spot! 🌟🇻🇳

Google
I've been to Eden so many times and never really noticed this chicken restaurant. It's delicious! It reminded me of the Hainanese chicken rice I ate in Singapore. Dip the chicken in the ginger sauce they give you and it's so good. The pho broth that comes with it is full of flavor.

Google
The store is combined with a boba place, but it has been confusing as to where to order boba vs. the restaurant menu. The staff there always seem clueless and confused about the menu. There have been multiple times already where I have ordered boba from the front-facing kiosk, then the staff disappear after ordering, and a new staff member comes out of nowhere and is confused if I have ordered or not. I saw a few customers come in to sit down and eat, and the waiter looks confused if they have been attended to or not. I just mind my business, get my boba, and get out.

Google
Truly some of the best chicken pho I’ve ever had. Highly recommend the lemongrass chicken pho!! Their gizzards, pop chicken are also amazing. Recently their new boba addition is also a game changer. I loved their passionfruit tea and coco mango the best. My partner loves their brown sugar boba. There are so many options to choose from and we can’t wait to try them all!!

Google
The lemongrass grilled chicken pho was good and filling with a generous portion of chicken. The beef combination pho was tasty but nothing exceptional. Our appetizer, chicken gizzard, liver, and young eggs, was okay but nothing extraordinary. The service was alright, but the interior ambiance, especially the dirty toilet, could be cleaned up to improve the overall dining experience.

Google
I have heard a lot about this place from friends. Tried out the lemongrass chicken pho onsite. It was delicious. The broth was amazing and the air fried lemongrass chicken on top was amazing. The traditional chicken eggs were so hard, probably from frozen but it was a side order. It doesn't come with the pho order. However when I Order carry out of the lemongrass chicken with rice it was not great . Not great at all. Ordered 3 portions and they were sooooo dry . Like chicken jerky dry. Very disappointed. This dish at Pho Saté is a billion times better. Pho Ga Vang needs to reformulate this dish. It seems like they are short staff too. Overall I would come back for the chicken pho but you can get that anywhere that serves pho now a days. The gem could be the lemongrass chicken if they perfect the dish Update 9/14 . So I went back to this restaurant cause my brother swear it has gotten better. 🙄. It has not . The broth is not even a chicken broth . It’s all 5 spice . Horrible . For $70 (3 bowls of pho) the broth better be kick ass. It’s flavored water. So disappointed. Plus the restaurant was not crowded. Should have known better . Ughhh

Google
I got the traditional chicken pho and it was pretty mediocre. The chicken was not that good, the sauce for the chicken was good but the chicken itself was bland. The broth was supposed to be where it’s at but it was also not that good. I expected a strong chicken soup flavor but it didn’t have a strong taste. It also cost me $19.50 which is a lot more than I’m willing to pay for mediocre pho

Google
Really enjoyed the 1/2 chicken (À la carte) and chicken Pho. The 1/2 chicken seems pricey at $18, but the pho is competitively priced. This was my first experience here. I felt bad for the server who coughed and sneezed her way through lunch service. We had already been served when it began, but hope she’s ok.

Yelp
We arrived at Eden Center around 9pm without realizing most places close at around 8. Luckily the server at this place was willing to seat us as they were closing and we were really grateful for that. Their pho ga was very solid and their chicken was very juicy. I especially liked the dipping sauce for the meats as it reminded me of a smoky salty dip for kbbq meats.
google avatar

Yelp
I only come here and get the chicken pho with glass noodles. Their specialty is the chicken so it only makes sense to get chicken here and expect it to be at high standards. The chicken is fresh and they make it similar to the famous Philadelphia chicken pho which is bone-in with chicken eggs (unless you get shredded boneless). The broth is light yet flavorful. I do notice the store changes stuff around a lot from the dishes to the store layout, etc. because they share the space with a drink shop. They are open later than most of the restaurants at Eden Center so you can actually expect more of a crowd dining at night.

Yelp
Not great I was so bummed that my favorite pho place ever, pho va, is no more. So I gave this a shot. Having just traveled internationallyi just wanted a feel good meal I was surprised by their menu 1. No summer rolls ..,.wahh? 2. No way to customize the bowl.,.egads I got the bowl with flank and steak. It came with a lemongrass pepper spice bowl on the side. For me the pho really comes to how flavorful the broth is. And I didn't dig this one at all. Way too salty and not the body to it that I typically relish when I enjoy some pho. The meat cuts were tough and chewy.... Cheap The place is also a little on the dirty side, they don't seem to clean tables well and there faint odor of urine. Service is slow but nice Parking is in the Eden center jumbolot Overall, this is a one and done

Yelp
This place is located in the Eden Center and their specialty is Chicken pho! I got there later in the day and the dish I wanted to try was sold out! :( But I wasn't going to leave without eating something. Order the liver and gizzard side dish and the Tony Pho Special! The liver and gizzard was delicious and had a spicy sauce to dip in. The Pho broth was so good! I didn't have to add anything to it. The service was good and fast. The food was hot and came out quick! This is like a small diner and very relax. I could stay here and eat all day. But remember if you're in the area, stop by and give it a try!!!! Also get there early!!

Yelp
I love chicken pho and was excited when my friend suggested we try this place. There are so few good chicken pho places around anymore. Also, it was one of the few places open after 8 at Eden Center. Pho Ga Vang is brightly lit with friendly staff and plenty of seating. I got the grilled lemongrass chicken pho. It was so fragrant and delicious. I loved the salt and pepper dipping sauce too. My friend also enjoyed her pho. I'm looking forward to returning.

Yelp
The restaurant seems cannot keep up with their quality and portion control. Visited 8 weeks ago and enjoyed the 1/2 chicken noodle with plain soup and satisfied. We went back yesterday with the same order, the bowls were full of soup and so little of noodles, chicken appeared to be over dried and so small. Services were long, took almost 20 minutes for our soup to be ready. We were still hungry after ordering 1/2 a chicken and 2 plain soups. Ended up going to other restaurants to makeup for this bad experience.

Yelp
This is the only place to get chicken pho anywhere in VA. I was first introduced this place when I went to the location in Philly where they had free range steamed chicken, delicious rich broth, and a spicy and savory dipping sauce. You will find all of those things at Pho Ga Vang. The food is freshly prepared and taste delicious. Do yourself a favor and order the chicken separately from the pho so the chicken doesn't get soggy from sitting in the broth while you eat. Then get a small bowl of plain pho and enjoy! The only downside (and not really a downside because you get so much chicken) is you have to order 1/2 poached chicken but it is worth it even if you have it for leftovers. The service is not so great.. they basically bring you your food and you never hear from them again. The restaurant itself could benefit from a few upgrades but it's good enough.

Yelp
Blast from the past to see ol college friends. Jojo, the girl to my left is a huge pho buff and says this is the best pho she's had in the area since she's moved here. Food came out quick, the waiter was a high school student which makes the food better : ).

Yelp
I don't know what is going on with this place! It use to be my go to Pho Ga place. It was so amazing and clean before. I don't even wanna say what I saw. But, I won't be back. The food now is just okay. Service was the best it can give.

Yelp
As a Philly native, I intimately know Pho Ga Vang's owner's mother's restaurant Pho Ga Thanh Thanh. So, when I found out it was coming to Eden Center, I rejoiced!!! I've ordered take out from Pho Ga Vang 2-3 times now. Their menu is an expansion of the mother restaurant's; offering variations of pho, rice platters, and appetizers. I, however, stick to the tried and true, of ordering the 'plain' pho and half or whole chicken, and on occasion I'll get the 'chicken eggs appetizer'. I find that Pho Ga Vang does justice to his mother's. It brings me straight back home. It's always a treat. And the dipping sauce for the chicken is always straight fire. The service is always quick and efficient. I appreciate that they keep everything separate so it doesn't get soggy before I can eat it. Recommend asking for the noodles uncooked if you have the ability to cook them yourelf at home, otherwise they'll clump and be a soggy mess. Pho Ga Vang now shares a space with the Tea (they used to be with Mr. Wish next door). It's not the nicest space as it definitely needs some upgrading and has an awkward layout like it's trying to be a food hall. However, don't let it deter you from eating here because the food is good and it deserves more recognition!

Yelp
I thought the chicken pho was decent. It didn't have a strong pho broth, and I really didn't like how the pieces of chicken were so big. I had to get my fingers dirty to eat it, would have been nice if it was chopped up into smaller bite size pieces but that's just my opinion. I was excited to try this place for so long but when I walked in the place, it was half the size area, it's dark, and everything was plain vanilla so it really doesn't set the mood right. Depressing and it speaks meh food but I still tried it. Bought 5 orders to go, it wasn't cheap either for the portion given. Overall it's aight, good to give it a try once.
google avatar

Kyle N.

Yelp
I tried their yellow chicken; a free-range chicken recognizable with its yellow skin, it was ok. Would it be sacrilegious to suggest to deep fry it? Or maybe I should have stuck to a Pho! Maybe next time.
google avatar

Justine S.

Yelp
This place never disappoints. Consistency is key when the menu is limited and they do it right every time. Our go-to order is the shredded white meat pho and the fried chicken with rice. The latter is the perfect lunch portion and the pho always hits the spot after a long vacation away from Asian food or when feeling under the weather. The service is usually quick though we always order ahead. This place is a no nonsense type of restaurant so don't expect all the frills - but you will definitely leave satisfied.
google avatar

Celina G.

Yelp
Their service is as fast as the Flash. I ordered, went to the bathroom, and came back to a hot bowl of chopped chicken pho sitting on the table. Wow! I don't usually get chicken pho when ordering soup but this has me changing my mind about next time. The chicken itself was flavorful and I was satisfied with the amount of pieces I got. Plus, there was a heaping amount of noodles to eat. They've got other things besides chicken pho on the menu, but why would you want to try anything else?! I really love that they share the space with Mr. Wish. Convenient for boba!
google avatar

Angel P.

Yelp
Phở Gà Vàng is inside of Mr. Wish and specializes in chicken pho and offers other chicken dishes. I got the regular pho ga. The pho ga was pretty good, but the broth could have been better. I would come back to try other dishes. It's somewhat small, with only 12 tables. They also have a huge screen playing music videos. Service was very friendly and fast. After ordering, I got my food in less than 5 minutes. If it's not busy, just let them know how many are in your party and sit at any table. You pay at the counter.

Yelp
I had to drop off my dad somewhere very close and asked around to inquire about somewhere I needed to go while I was in the area. It's a rare occasion for me to venture that far into VA these days. A friend recommended this pho spot, and so after I dropped Dad off, I drove the 7 minutes to get my pho. I noticed a super cool arch for the turn into the plaza where it was, and I was shocked by how busy it was. Would you believe it took me 10 minutes to park? I came to find out this is the infamous Eden Center. I had no idea it was this packed! Anyways, I found a space and walked over to Pho Ga Vang... it shares space with Mr. Wish, which I'm quite familiar with from Rockville! Past Mr. Wish, there is a divider and a section with a bunch of low tables. There's a separate menu too. If you grab an empty table someone will come and take your order. I got the Pho Ga Xe (boneless white chicken breast pho)... I was shocked by how quickly it came! Excellent speed right there... and excellent taste to go with it. I'm used to jalapenos, but this time there was an orange pepper that was so hot I wasn't ready! Overall, the pho tasted great... I have no complaints whatsoever. Once I was done, I went up to the counter, closed out and was on my way. My one pro tip... unless you are prepared, don't come to Eden Center in the middle of the weekend. If you plan on bringing a big group? Carpool. If you can do a weekday, it'll probably be better.

Yelp
The lemongrass chicken pho was delicious, and came with a lot of meat! We also got the fried chicken leg rice platter, and I loved how crispy the skin was. The chicken pho is their speciality here and I would definitely go again for it. This restaurant shares a space with Mr.Wish, and was decently busy for a Thursday night. We sat ourselves and got our orders taken pretty quickly.
google avatar

Melissa Z.

Yelp
Obviously this is a classic Asian restaurant where it's not super nice in the inside and the service isn't amazing but the chicken is. They give a lot of chicken in their chicken pho - I like the lemongrass one. Enough where my boyfriend and I split one and add extra noodles, but you can definitely eat a whole one alone if you're up to it. The chicken is so tender and flavorful.
google avatar

Jenna I.

Yelp
On the other side of our gym on a larger scale and Mr. Wish on a smaller scale, you will find this hidden gem. Get the lemongrass chicken pho with the chicken on the side - our entire table of 7 Asians who've tried all the pho favorites of Falls Church will all vouch that you will not regret it. Was reluctant to not get beef pho until I tried this, and now my partner who could care less about eating out is a frequent of this place because of this chicken pho. Highly recommend
google avatar

Gloria N.

Yelp
In the same space as Mr.Wish, Pho Ga Vang sells various Vietnamese noodles dishes and some other items. We got the pho Tony special and beef stew pho. Food was nice and hot but it was a little on the pricier end for these dishes. Service was okay and I did leave feeling full and satisfied.
google avatar

Kaitlyn C.

Yelp
Right in the center of the Eden Center, great spot for a rainy day for piping hot pho. Noodles weren't sticky like most other places and broth was clean and simple. The sauce in the heart bowls seemed to be lemon pepper? Not sure but good with the egg rolls. Egg rolls are a must- super crispy and fresh. They even came out later than the pho. Fast service and attentive. They have a boba shop connected but not affiliated and have to pay separately
google avatar

Yelp
I heard there was a new pho restaurant inside of Mr. Wish that specialized in chicken pho, so I knew I had to stop by. Also, it's super tempting to get boba after dinner (which I ended up doing, no shame). I came here with two others this past Monday evening after hearing positive reviews. The story behind Pho Ga Vang (found on their website) is pretty heartwarming - give it a read if you have the time. TRADITIONAL CHOPPED CHICKEN PHO - 14.99 Upon first glance, I thought the broth was a bit oily. But oil means flavor, so I didn't mind too much. My first bite (or sip) is always the broth on its own, which I found to be too salty (and lots of MSG, maybe, since I found myself dehydrated throughout the meal). The noodles were pretty soggy and the chicken didn't have much meat on it. Overall, worth a try, but I probably won't get this again. I was pretty disappointed. One of my friends got the shredded boneless white meat chicken pho and his broth was similar in sodium levels. He found the white meat chicken to be a tad dry, but he still killed his entire bowl of pho (+ the broth). If I come back, I'll probably try the Pho Tony Special, which has variety types of beef and chicken meat. Maybe their rice platters, too.
google avatar

Andy Y.

Yelp
Our family's favorite for pho and the many other options off the menu. The service is always very friendly and helpful with any recommendations. The food is prepared fresh from kitchen to table. The White Meat Pho Ga (Chicken Pho) is our go-to option as the portions are very fulfilling. Seating can be limited on a busy weekend. Also they are able to accommodating for large parties as well. Parking can be limited as it is shared lot with all the other businesses within Eden Center. Will definitely be back! Enjoy!

Michael F.

Yelp
Really disappointing chicken pho. It tasted like they used the same beef stock base as their beef pho. Chicken pho should be made with chicken broth. What they did was just lazy.
google avatar

Arwa L.

Yelp
Amazingly good chicken pho! Best in the DMV! So so delicious! A must try with glass noodles!
google avatar

Scott W.

Yelp
This is a low-key place to get a delicious meal with a ton of free parking. Because it's in the Eden Center, just know that parking can still be hard to find. By low-key, you should know it started as a bubble tea place with food on the side but the food is so good there's almost an even split. The atmosphere is very casual, with a cafe feel to the seating. Service, even though this place is busy, still very good. Because my son raved about the grilled chicken lemongrass pho, that's what we all ordered, accompanied by crispy egg rolls. Everything was delicious, and in perfect sizes for us.
google avatar

Mark C.

Yelp
Tons of free parking. Accepts both cash and credit card. Located inside the Mr Wish establishment. We came here one day to try out this noodle place. We ordered their beef pho and their chicken rice dish. The beef pho was not bad. It's your typical pho noodle soup. Tons of veggies and beef. The broth had a strong beef flavor which packs a punch. The chicken rice dish came with some veggies and chicken broth. The chicken was seasoned well. Our ta Le also includes some salt and lime dipping plate. It's good with meats especially the chicken. It's a decent establishment. Once done, you can also visit Mr Wish to grab a hot/cold drink for a discount. Worth giving this place a try. Definitely try any of their chicken dishes. Soup is good too. Decent prices.

Yelp
Okay so I was honestly skeptical of this place but after hearing about it from a friend we decided to check it out. Usually I would never order chicken pho but since it was the specialty we decided to give it a try and I can say that it was SO GOOD. The broth was so tasty and the chicken was so tender. We also ordered a half chicken to add more to the pho and the sauce that comes with it is so amazing. My boyfriend ordered the combination pho and it was a really big portion for the price. If I ever want chicken pho I'm coming back here.
google avatar

David L.

Yelp
I had my fair shares of Pho around the DMV. I didn't expect much coming here. Just want to try a new Pho restaurant. You pick a table and then look at the menu. It's very simple which I like. I did end up picking Pho Tony Special. I was really looking forward to get the eggs but they're sold out. Bummer. The Pho came out very quickly. I took the first sip of the broth and my brain tried to compute what's happening. It brought me back to a place years ago in LA where I had the best Pho Ga. I took another sip to make sure my tongue is not deceiving me. Nope, same taste. No need to put hoisin sauce. The broth is perfect in every way. Simply put, this is the BEST Pho Ga in DMV area. I like how they give you a small dipping salt sauce for your chicken. But my heart said you can't eat this all the time because of your blood pressure. I also ordered the chicken innards which is pretty good. My ice coffee came out in styrofoam cup. When you finish, you need to pay at the register. Overall, great service and very clean place to eat. Driving home, I'm still thinking of the Pho. It is that good. Will be back again for the eggs.

James H.

Yelp
Nice variety of Pho, clean taste and very nice place to eat, very nice workers and service.

PHAN D.

Yelp
Welcomed by the owner as soon as I walked in. They have a decent sized menu but had to try the namesake dish. It came out quickly garnished with all of the types of onion. You have to season the broth to your liking. Chili oil, sriracha, and lime. The bowl of salt, pepper and lime juice is there to dip the chicken. This was a nice homey soup that brought back memories. I am sure that the place can get really loud and crazy. You'll be in and out with a full warm soup belly.

Yelp
I heard from a couple people that I should try out this spot, so I went out to Eden Center to try it. Unfortunately, signage for it wasn't up yet and the one shop we stepped into to ask didn't know what I was talking about. As we were about to give up, I saw the banner in the front of the shop where Mr. Wish is! Finally, another restaurant at Eden Center I would return for ha ha The restaurant still looks exactly as it had when it was Mr. Wish, so I'm unsure if they're planning any changes or if they'll be co-locating off the time being. You will not get any vibes or aesthetics here, but that's not what you're paying for here! I got the phở gà and true to their name, the gà is indeed vàng lol (gà = chicken, vàng = yellow/gold). Portion is substantial! Usually, it feels like you get a couple sad pieces of chicken, but I had more than enough and it came with a lemon salt and pepper dipping sauce, but you can ask for ginger fish sauce if you prefer. There were plenty of noodles and I was considering leaving some, but whatever I ate it all and was full af ha ha ha Broth was well balanced, clean, and heartwarming! Didn't taste too salty or loaded a MSG (MSG is fine, it just shouldn't be the main ingredient). They also have a rotisserie chicken rice plate my friend got and they said it was enjoyable! Again, large portion sizes. Very happy with my meal there. The Vietnamese coffee was rich and bitter, just as it should be; remember, let the ice melt and drink it slowly! If you want any of the boba drinks, you need to order it at the Mr. Wish counter. That's it! Enjoy y'all.

Yelp
Pros: I got the regular chicken and rice. Parts of it were good. Cons: my regular chicken meal had way too much lemongrass. And weirdly my friend got the lemongrass chicken and she hated it and she had throw it away. The lemongrass chicken was all burnt. We got the artichoke tea. I thought it was too sweet but my friend liked it.
google avatar

Yelp
Came here for a second time in a period of 8 days, this time for their Restaurant Week deal. It's 50% off appetizers and 15% off everything else. The food here is good, and I really enjoyed the pho ga. Located inside the shared space with Mr. Wish.
google avatar

Tony S.

Yelp
I slept on this place until a coworker told me to go. It's good. We got 4 bowls of chicken pho broth with noodles and the whole chicken on the side. We ate the chicken family style in the middle with our pho. Enjoyed the pho. I recommend it. Other dish that we liked a lot and got more for take out was the 1/4 lemon grass fried chicken. They had a whole or half chicken listed on the menu but said they weren't serving the bigger portion yet. . It was so good I'll getting it as a whole chicken next time when they do have it. Service was fast. As a side bar they have a Mr. Wish in the same location and we got the waffles with custard and a mango passion fruit sparkling drink. I enjoyed both. I recommend Pho Ga Vang and the Mr. Wish. I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
A delicious addition to the Eden Center! Stopped by here for a quick lunch on a Monday afternoon - the place was busy, but we did not have to wait for a table. Service was quick and efficient. I ordered the chicken and rice, which was so flavorful, juicy, and comforting. The order also came with a small bowl of chicken broth and a cup of hot tea. Definitely will be returning when I feel the need for a simple, easy, satisfying meal.

Yelp
Was able to visit here as my first stop back in VA and it hit the spot! I ordered the long ga and pho ga and I enjoyed it. It's really a no frills sort of place and that's what I like, I thought it was funny it is inside Mr. Wish, but that adds to the experience! The long ga (chicken liver) was good! They have mam gung and pickled onions on the side so it helps balance the richness of the liver. The pho was clean and a good break from regular pho bo :) Service is quick and a good place just to stop by for a lunch break!
google avatar

Davina L.

Yelp
What's a rip off. They charge $15 for Lòng gà trứng non. When I took the order home there are some chicken gizzards and livers (not including young eggs) that tastes so nasty. Avoid order this from here .
google avatar

Keyin L.

Yelp
This is a great spot for chicken pho. The broth is nice and clean with good chicken flavor. The chopped chicken pieces go well with the sauce they give you. The food also came out very fast and the place was very clean. Highly recommend if you're looking for a good pho in the area

Yelp
Meh...My friend hype this place up! It good but not for that price for chicken base pho. Location/Ambiance 3.5/5- This place located in Eden center sharing space with Mr.Wish tea. Parking can get hectic on weekend at Eden Center. The place remind of food court style dinning. Nothing fancy more of quick eat and go . The service not the greatest, not bad just blah Food 3/5- Plain Rice Noddle Soup 3/5 ($10) - The broth is ok and pick the chicken flavor pretty well. Half Chicken 3/5 ($19) - Way over price for half chicken, I understand they use mature chicken which cost more but the cooking technique nothing special it just quick blanch boil and probably then steam. If it would include couple pieces of chicken inside ( Liver, Heart , Gizzard ,Ovary ) then it would be worth it. Chicken rice Platter 3/5 ($18) - Same stream chicken but with rice again over price for what it is. Most peoples probably come here because they intrigue and want to try young chicken egg which is egg that haven't come out the chicken. I wouldn't come back, it too much for chicken base product. It not bad , it was decent but just not worth it for me. Ice Coffee ($5) - Yummy nice and strong but the cup was mainly Ice

Yelp
I saw so many good reviews of this place and decided to try it on Sunday afternoon. I was actually very disappointed with the food. I ordered their special pho with chicken, sausage, and beef in it. It came out in a generous portion, but there were chicken hairs not removed properly on chicken skins. I wasn't sure if I should be happy because it wasn't human hair but bunch of chicken hairs were nor removed, and I just felt little gross to take a bite off of a chicken leg afterward...Otherwise broth tastes pretty good. Service was really nice. The owner noticed me staring/dissecting the chicken hair on the chicken leg and replaced it with another one, but again I felt disgusted with the place enough that I will bot visit again. Also be aware that parking is terribly hard on weekend in Eden center!

Yelp
I've given this restaurant 3 chances before writing a review. The food is consistently water-downed and bland. I got the pho ga 2 times and another time I got the rice and chicken with no nuoc mam or sauce. I cannot honestly recommend anything on their menu. I really wanted to give it a good rating. Pho ga 0/5 - go to pho thanh thanh in Philly their sister location instead. The one here falls short. Chicken and rice 1/5 - rice was cooked with chicken broth which was nice but they didn't have any sauce to go with it so again it was nice. Should rename the restaurant to "bland pho ga vanh".

Yelp
A new and welcomed addition to the collection of Vietnamese restaurants at Eden. This restaurant shares their space with Mr. Wish, a boba/dessert place. I had the chicken pho and a side dish of chicken eggs. I'm quite picky when it comes to pho, and trust me I know what authentic pho should taste like. And I was very pleased with my experience here. The soup broth was absolutely amazing and tasty, the chicken meat quiet tender, and the side dish also a pleasant surprise. They have a limited menu with a focus on chicken noodle, which means each item on the menu would likely be good. Services were good and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

Yelp
We went to Eden center to pick up something and ended up going here for food and loved it. Pho ga vang shared the space with Mr. wish which seems to be very convenient to me where you can get food and bubble tea at the same time! The place is pretty spacious. They do have a divider that separate the bubble tea and pho area. We are usually pho bo (beef pho) people but the place looks good and we wanted to try pho ga (chicken pho) since we haven't had it for a while. My husband and I got the chopped chicken pho and the shredded chicken pho. Both were pretty good, including the broth! We also got a whole chicken to go at the end.

Yelp
Everyone needs to come try the chicken pho here!! One of the best chicken pho I've ever tried!! It's hidden inside Mr.Wish boba store. The chicken is so tender and soft, so much flavor. The chicken is cooked perfectly so easy to bite into and meat comes right off the bone. also got the chicken eggs that's also delicious. The pho is the perfect combination with the chicken, not too overpowering broth but still very flavorful. They also give you dipping sauce for the chicken which is pepper and lime.

Yelp
Obsessed with their chicken pho, it was soooooo good and restorative. The space is pretty large and can host a whole bunch of people. This place is in Eden Center so the parking can be scary but it should be alright!

Yelp
We ordered a beef pho and a chicken pho. Both were insipid, and the meat was tough. Will not return. After writing the above review, I edited it and downgraded their review from 2 to 1 star. Their bathroom was filthy.

Yelp
Walking in you think it's not gonna be good because it looks like a mini food hall but man this place is amazing! Servers were really kind and attentive. Everyone works with an attitude like they own the place and want it to do well. I had the fried chicken leg and was really REALLY pleased. It was delicious!!! The old lady had the Beef Stew. She really enjoyed it. The tea/dessert spot next door was good too. We'll definitely be back!

Yelp
We went because of the good reviews. After the horrible experience here we found out that the good reviews were purchased. This place is great if you want super chewy and dry meat in your bowl of pho, and a bathroom that's filthy to the point that the smell will make you lose your dinner and get to go elsewhere.
