We came here for lunch on Friday. Their menu has a good variety of Viet dishes that I like. I ordered the Com Dac Biet, and my husband ordered a bowl of Pho. I didn’t like the pork skin (very chewy) and egg cake (tasted off) on my rice dish at all. Service was pleasant but food was 7/10.

Grand Bistro served high quality Vietnamese food with excellent service. It’s a small restaurant and bustling with people, and you will most likely have to wait in their waiting room during peak hours. On a Sunday evening, our party waited 20 minutes, and when we were seated, the time it took to order and receive our food was far less than our wait. Everything was incredibly fast! Portion sizes are a little less than others, so be aware before ordering.

This place the wait was long for us considering we went on a Wednesday evening. My friend and i waited for over 40 minutes or so to be seated for the two of us. They were super busy and only using the lower level of the restaurant at the time. My friend had Vietnamese pho noodles and i had their vermicelli with egg rolls. The egg rolls were either refried or in the fryer a tad longer than how i like it so to me it was a bit on the darker brown side. The owner( son and his parents) seem nice. Friendly service.
