"Pho Ha is the no-nonsense, straight-to-the-point pho spot of our dreams. A strip mall corner restaurant at 6th and Washington, you’re seated at a communal table, order, and served within five minutes. But the sparse decor and efficient service is not a reflection on the food–this broth, perhaps our favorite in the city, has the richest beef flavor of any we’ve tried, and every bowl is packed with large portions of meat." - Alison B. Kessler

Pho Ha in Little Saigon is a casual place for great pho and other Vietnamese dishes. Review - South Philly - Philadelphia - The Infatuation

For Temecula … not bad. It’s no Vegas, Houston, or NYC BUT I liked it and it served my cravings. A little disappointed they didn’t have hot Vietnamese coffee. That’s such a staple. But the iced viet coffee was good too. There’s also a plethora of other drinks but coffee should be a must. Next time will come back and try the bahn mi’s and rice dishes to decide if it’s still good :)

The large pho bowl is huge. The food and service was great. Will definitely come back.

Great clean broth, good flavor and perfect salt. Noodles are perfectly cooked. Good meat, tendon perfect. Portions are great. Spring rolls are very good.

I was kinda hesitant to try because not all Pho restaurant makes the same Pho. But I try it any way. Their food tastes authentic Pho . I loved the flavor and taste . Served with big lime half of it. Loved the egg rolls and Thai iced tea is very delicious . Place is clean . Chairs are clean and comfy . Servers are nice . Service is good . Very happy to go there and ate my lunch. I highly recommend this Pho Ha in Temecula .

Google
The prices are decent and amount of food is good same as taste and atmosphere. The only opportunity to improve is the peanut cream coming with spring rolls since it is lack of peanut taste and Bathrooms could be cleaner.

I have to admit I go to this place a couple times a week. The food is unbelievable. It’s like grandma is back there putting love into everything that is served. I tend to be picky. I haven’t ordered anything I haven’t liked. Their attention to detail shows they care about what they serve. You will not be disappointed.

Super tasty. Never got his name but had a waiter who was from Hawaii and was super nice and on top of everything. Great service. Our family is all from out of town and we came in for a brunch-time feast and everything was delicious. Will come back if we pass through again!

Google
My girlfriend and I love the pho there. Me personally love the chicken pho and the qauntity is huge and can never finish it and she loves the veggie pho. The soup is amazing and so the spring roll. Thai tea is good but a bit sweet if you ask me. Overall, food is amazing very fresh very nice taste and ohhh try mixing your pho with that little bottle of the chili oil, it tasted good to me and squeeze a lime juice to the soup!

Yelp
We haven't been here at this location for a long time until a couple months ago. I have to say I'm glad I decided to come here again because it was fantastic!!! The service, food, portion size, variety of choices and cleanliness was great! I don't know if they got a new cook and new management but everything was just impressive and delicious! We have come like 2-3x week sometimes lol! Some of our favorites have been, bun thit nuong (vermicelli noodles with fresh mints, lettuce, cucumbers and pickled carrots and daikon and grilled pork), bun bo xao (same as above but with lemongrass beef/onions), Tom rang muoi (flash fried shrimp with head on stir fried with red and green bell peppers, onions and garlic - AMAZING) , mango salad (we ask for shrimp instead of squid)....just to name a few. Unfortunately I'm not really a fan of their Pho as I feel it has a strong cinnamon/spices taste and smell for my liking. But that's ok cause they have a huge menu and there are plenty to choose from. I highly recommend this place, especially now so go checkout them out if you haven't already! ;)

Yelp
Great Pho! Undoubtably delicious the best place in the Temecula Murrieta region. Always packed with customers and people continuously coming in for takeout over the course of the day and evening. P2 is my favorite and unless you at starving and have a huge stomach I suggest the regular size. Highly recommend.

Aimee A.

Yelp
Closer to 4.5 stars, but not quite 5. Good size portions (we got large) for reasonable (for CA) cost. Hit the spot after a long travel day. Got Pho Tai, Pho #1 (all) and Pho Shrimp. Discount for military also. Recommend, and would return.

Yelp
Great place for pho! First time getting pho in the Temecula area and had a great experience here. I ordered the Bun bo hue and my fiance ordered pho. We shared the pork spring rolls. Everything came out piping hot and tasted fresh and authentic. Spacious restaurant with booths. We were in and out within an hour and will definitely be back.

Yelp
My all time favorite is the Vermicelli bowl with grilled pork, shrimp and egg rolls and Bahn Mi. Especially if it's our first time. That's how we compare restaurants. No matter what cuisine it is, we have our favorite dishes to compare. We ordered the vermicelli bowl. Grilled chicken rice plate and the bone marrow pho. It's a large beef bone with tender meat with slivers of tendon in a beef broth. Everyone enjoyed their choices. The vermicelli bowl was packed with fresh lettuce, cucumber, bean sprouts & carrots. The bowl had plenty of vermicelli, which is a plus. Sometimes we've been to other Vietnamese restaurants and I can see the bottom of the bowl after a few servings. The pork was crispy and smoky. The beef broth was clear, rich and savory. The beef tendon was very tender. They really took their time preparing it. We actually spoke to the owners son and praised him about the pho and how delicious the broth was. He proudly mentioned it's his dad's recipe! We highly recommend trying the food here, especially the pho.

Yelp
I think this is becoming a weekly, "Lets get pho!" kind of thing. With the crazy weather happening here, either allergies or colds are messing us up, but pho is great thing to have! It helps relieve our sinuses by adding the sauces they provide. Service is awesome as ever! And it's very clean and fully stocked of what you need.

Caleb D.

Yelp
Really good quality and tasty pho. Food always comes out really quickly. Service is polite and hospitable. The restaurant itself is always clean. The trinket stand is always a plus! One of, if not, the best pho spot in the Temecula area. Ole' reliable.

Sarah G.

Yelp
I came here for the first time with some girlfriends on a recent Monday lunchtime. This Temecula location is in the Target shopping center and parking isn't too bad. The decor is what you'd expect in a traditional Vietnamese restaurant. They weren't busy at all, with only one or two other parties there. We ordered some spring rolls for the table and while my friends all ordered pho variations, I had the bone marrow soup without noodles. My bone broth was delicious but definitely a tiny portion, especially compared to my friends' very full bowls! See the attached pic of my dish as it arrived. The gigantic beef bone took up most of the bowl. My bad for not asking for more broth. Our server was not attentive - had he come over to ask how things were, I would have mentioned my scant portion... But I did take that big 'ole bone home and threw it in my Instant Pot, covered with water and cooked for 8 hours, which resulted in more amazing bone broth to make my own soup! Service was definitely lacking. As mentioned, they weren't busy at all, yet we had to repeatedly flag down our server for forks, knives (he only gave us one for the table and said we could share lol!), more water, containers for leftovers, etc. My friends all loved their pho and my soup was yummy - just not enough of it! I would try this place again and order the pho next time.

Yelp
Good food and reasonable prices ! Easy parking... plenty of parking spaces around. Friendly customer services!

Yelp
I've been to Pho Ha #1 on two occasions now. The first time was a few years ago and the most recent time was last month. Both times, they had a wait out the door. The first time we waited and ate at the restaurant and this second time I called in my order which was luckily ready for pick up in around 15 minutes. I decided to try something new off the menu this time and I am happy I did so! // FOOD // P21 Pho Duoi Bo (oxtail rice noodle soup): Three pieces of oxtail with one piece being absolutely humongous! The broth itself was very flavorful, but it was still clear and not too heavy. You can definitely taste the spices and herbs that they used to make the soup part. It was a chilly night so this definitely hit the spot and the oxtail was nice and flavorful and tender. The next time I come back here I will most likely just order the oxtail pho again since I enjoyed it so much this time around.

Keila N.

Yelp
Pho Ha has multiple locations. This was my first time here. I went with my daughter for lunch. We ordered the rare beef pho. I also ordered the escargot with peppercorn. This is a legitimate Vietnamese spot. The food was spot on. I would recommend this place.

Rebekah B.

Yelp
I have loved coming to place for years. The service is back to good after a slump they had. The food is still delicious. Will be back again

Bella P.

Yelp
Great food/drink menu and service! I'm glad they're open until 9:30PM because I usually get my pho cravings during cold late nights.

Brian D.

Yelp
Their chicken pho is on point. Best one yet. According to the wife, the need pho is great too.

Joelle C.

Yelp
It says a lot about their food if an autistic teenager took off and ran up to the restaurant full of excitement and joy. He knew he was gonna get yummy Vietnamese food. Our favorite is the bbq beef vermicelli noodles and veggies and Vietnamese sauce. The ambiance here is pretty nice, booths against the walls of each side and tables in the middle of the restaurant. There was a humble vibe here from the people that work there...from the people who seated us to the people who brought out the food.

Camilo G.

Yelp
I stopped by here while visiting a nearby business. The Pho was really good. I also had the pork spring rolls. I would recommend several spring roll options. The post wasn't my favorite, but overall staff was great and the place was very clean.

Rod D.

Yelp
as always, Pho Ha delivers as expected. The prices of entrées are pretty high, but you do get a large portion. The food is great and they check up on you regularly. But not where it feels suffocating. The dining area is large and the service is. Very consistent and I go to if you're in the area.

Kaelin A.

Yelp
I needed a reminder of delicious this place really is! The ambiance is really welcoming and there were plenty of seatings if you preferred a booth or a table. The man taking our order was so nice and attentive when we needed something. We ordered #9 & combination fried rice, and two Thai teas with boba, & chicken wings. The sauce that the chicken wings were tossed in was so delicious. It was the perfect amount of sweet and spicy! So good. The Pho was delicious with all the standard toppings like bean sprouts, limes, & Thai basil. They had chili oil on the table which gives your pho some heat! Yum. The combination rice was good, it comes with different types of meat and seafood. I really can't say enough more good things about this place! We will definitely be back!

Larry E. M.

Yelp
It's a very dirty restaurant... restroom his like an outhouse! The food we ordered was not good, at all.

Gary M.

Yelp
This place is very good. I ordered an oxtail pho and it didn't disappoint. Lots of meat, noodles, broth, beansprouts, mint leaves, and sauces on the side. The Thai tea is also very good, it's very authentic and not many places makes it like Pho Ha and Thai Orchid. Both places are up to par when it comes down to authenticity. 2 nights later we're back and this time, we dined in. The service is very good, fast and everyone is smiling. Again I got the Ox Tail noodle soup. Very very very good. My lady got the seafood pho and it was also very good. Worth revisiting. We also got the spring rolls. Very refreshing and the dipping sauce is very good. The place is clean, dedicated cleaner doing the tables. They're open til 9:30pm. Lots of people with good diversity having late dinner. We'll be back again to dine here.

Yelp
Zero stars if i could. First time here, 2/13 - My party of 4 walked in at 4:15, instantly sat down, ordered within 5 minutes & waited FOURTY FIVE minutes for our food to be brought out and NOTHING. 5 parties were sat after us and they all received their food. Meanwhile we sat there so confused. Mind you, we only order 3 soups (1 being noodle only) and an order or egg rolls. There was zero communication with the staff and we were never even approached to be told our food was almost out. We ended up canceling our order and walking out. Zero apologies were given from the staff and we were just told "we'll cancel it" so disappointing!

Jeff F.

Yelp
Came here with moderate expectations, but we all departed and were enthralled with the urge to return in the near future. The service was sufficient, but the food is where it's at. Salt & pepper fish ($17.95): unique and delectable! Batter was light but crispy, and fish was tender with a balanced sweet & sour sauce, 9/10 rating.

Jessica D.

Yelp
This place is across the street from me and I couldn't be happier. Growing up in Orange County the Pho is plentiful and good most places you go. Pretty much everywhere. After moving to Temecula my goal was to find Pho like I could get in Orange County. I thought my search would be fruitless, there aren't many let me tell you. However Pho Ha is just what I was looking for! A small little Pho place situated near Target, the inside is cute and quaint. Plenty of tables and the AC is blasting always, so summer time doesn't feel like summer while you're eating delicious hot pho! The service is always 5 stars and the staff is friendly and efficient! Now on to the part we all love, the Pho. The broth is so rich and tasty, you can tell there is a lot of love put into it, a lot of soul. With or without sriracha and hoisin, it's absolutely spectacular! The toppings are always fresh and plentiful! Their fat brisket is to die for! Egg rolls are always on point too! Also grab a Thai tea while you're at it, because they have one of the best I've tasted in this area, it's just right! Feeling under the weather? Grab Pho! This is my go to when I'm not feeling well. I ate it 3 days in a row before because I was sick. Hot day? Grab pho and enjoy their AC. Cold day? Grab pho! Any day? Grab Pho! You won't regret giving this place a try!

Marie M.

Yelp
The food here is excellent!!! I highly recommend the Grilled Chicken w/ Rice, Fried Pepper Fish (mild), Chicken Eggrolls, and the fresh fruit smoothies. The smoothies, IMO, are the best! So thick and creamy made with real fruit.

Albert H.

Yelp
My favorite pho thus far. Been going there for quite some time now and it never gets old. I highly recommend this place. One of the best pho in the area. Check it out!

Samuel R.

Yelp
I decided to treat me and the family out for some Vietnamese food. Pho Ha, is our new spot. As you walk in, the place makes you feel you're at home. People were chatting eating, and just smiling while enjoying themselves. For starters, we had egg rolls with a sweet fish sauce, and pork rolls with a peanut sauce. We ordered the P 11 with the rare steak and lean brisket. The broth itself was amazing and then adding everything else to it just elevated the pho. We also had shrimp fried rice, and a beef fried rice. Everything was amazing and our waiter, a soft-spoken gentleman, took care of us and made the experience even better. We will definitely be back!

Maureen J.

Yelp
Delicious Vietnamese food in Temecula! Prices are decent. Service is good. The restaurant can get busy depending on the time of day so there may be a wait. I really enjoy the Cornish hen meal (C14) and Thai tea. My family loves coming here to eat!

Shauna G.

Yelp
Came in for a quick snack and some boba while waiting for my child to get out of school. 2 orders of egg rolls, 1 bbq pork roll, 3 bobas and 1 smoothie totaled to $70 after tip. I was definitely shocked by the prices, but service was still good, food is still phenomenal, but it's just sad that inflation is causing it to be so hard for people to afford a good meal. 3 appetizers + 4 drinks = $70 is crazy!

Paul R. F.

Yelp
I'm not sure why there's any negative comments, but yet again, I don't give a f$&@ about how the bathrooms look or how it looks inside. How was service? Amazing!!! They sat me wherever I wanted(it was lunch) and yet it was almost completely full. They served me immediately. On top of that, I accidentally spilled my water all over the table and the man came over IMMEDIATELY! I was apologizing, but he cleaned up my mess and told me not to worry about it. Such a nice guy. The Pho I ordered was on point! It came out within 5 minutes. I've had Pho A LOT of different places and this Pho jumped up to the top of my list. I'd be on here all day explaining it, but y'all need to experience it for yourself. BLUF: Amazing service and amazing Pho! Check it out! I will definitely be back.

Enrique M.

Yelp
Wife and I made a pit stop driving back from Las Vegas. I have to say we really enjoyed the pho. We ordered two flank steaks #9's with pork spring rolls. broth was tasty and wasn't greasy. The service was pleasant. Restaurant was small but cozy. Thank You! EPM

Tom S.

Yelp
Ordered 4 large bowls of Pho to go and it was fantastic! They did not skimp on meat or fresh veggies. Normally you'll see a little bit of veggies but Pho Ha provided everything that we needed and packed the broth and noodles separately. The veggies were fresh and they gave me extra jalapeños as requested. I was a bit leery of getting it to go but we were all pleasantly surprised. The broth was flavorful as well. Definitely our go to for Pho in Temecula!!

Clara C.

Yelp
Delicious pho in this area! Haven't been to other pho joints in Temecula, but this one felt home-y. Our servers looked like they were still in college. :') There was a line for lunch on Friday, but I didn't have to wait too long for a party of two. There is a small waiting area that can get cramped. Pho dac biet was good. I enjoyed my #11 regular size and actually finished all of it. I have a tendency to have leftover pho noodles. The egg rolls were really good too. Lots of meat in the egg rolls. We asked for more basil, but they said they ran out. Restroom is available in the back of the restaurant. Parking is easy because it is a pretty big shopping area. I'd come back when I'm around here!

Enrique V.

Yelp
The food was exceptionally delicious and flavorful. The service provided was impeccable and highly commendable. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience.

Jeff M.

Yelp
With heavy influence from my wife I give Pho Ha #1 four stars. My rating, if up to me would be 3 stars. Let me explain: I had the chicken wings and chciken pho. The cost for 3 drums and 3 flats was $14.75. In the words of Cheap Pete "good lord, that's a lot of money". The wings were not great but only somewhat good. Not worth the nearly $15 at all. The chicken pho was good but also not anything that would flip my skirt. A bowl of chicken pho set me back $14.95. Pho Ha prices seem pretty damn high. Higher than the Bay Area which is the highest cost of living in California. Now for my wife: She ordered the shirmp spring rolls and chicken pho. The spring rolls were $10.75 and seemed to provide a large amount of rolls for the price. The peanut sauce however was not that good, in her words. She liked the chicken pho and did not give me a Cheap Pete expression or phrase. She was more like Mikey "she likes it, hey Mikey"! Her influence led to the higher ranking. Pho Ha #1 might be the best in Temecula (we have only tried one other) but it is expensive. We might be back but don't know if I will order anything myself. We might have to make a second stop somewhere on the way home for me.

Cristal G.

Yelp
From the bay (with high pho standards) and this place didn't disappoint. Delicious! Amazing protein to noodle ratio!

Rhea H.

Yelp
Visited family and we have been ordering their yummy Special #1 here. We love the broth of their beef pho! It's ample enough to share with people at home. Gives you enough noodles, and meat! This place is a must visit

Joy J.

Yelp
Womp, womp, womp... It's been 6 months since I last dined here, and OMG WTF?! I understand inflation, covid, trying to keep your business afloat, blah blah blah...but sweet baby Jesus, the prices here have gone up significantly!! A "regular" size bowl of pho stole $14.50 from me!! I paid $4.25 less in December of 2021... that is an insane price hike if you ask me! I came in for lunch yesterday because I thought I was meeting up with a Yelp buddy, but that fell through. I was in the area so I figured why not hit up my #1 spot for pho? After I paid my bill, I realized I should have went elsewhere. =/ I searched around my area before writing this review to see if all the other pho places cost this much. NOPE. Pretty much everywhere I looked, the pricing is around $10-$12! And the higher end of those prices at some places is an "XL size" bowl. I am sad to see the delicious Vietnamese Mini Savory Pancakes (Bánh Khot) also went up in price. =( Those things may be the only reason I will return here because they are DAMN GOOD! There are other places closer to me, if not the same distance as Pho Ha #1. I guess I'm gonna have to explore in the coming months to find a new pho spot. I have never had bad service here, and the chick with the lashes is always cool. She served me the last two times. I am just not willing to pay almost $40 for a meal for only myself after tax and tip! If there was an alcoholic drink involved, I'd be down, but water?! Nahhhh fam, you can do better, trust!! Parking here is nuts too, especially during the lunch rush and sometimes on weekends. I have to remind myself to drive my lil putt putt instead of my huge SUV since the stalls are somewhat narrow. It's a huge lot shared with the neighboring UFC Gym and other businesses. I'm sorry Pho Ha #1, it's been a great pho-loving relationship, but sadly, the time has come for us to break up. =( I wish you well, and I'll still come around for your Savory Pancakes, but it goes no further than that. Good luck! \m/

Susie T.

Yelp
I don't eat here anymore. It's been years. I stopped going when they had new workers, owners, cooks. They used to have such good food and variety but now they have nothing I want to eat. They have other locations and theyre better. They never seem to have bun bo hue, certain meat dishes and the servers that work there take my order and doesn't write it down. That's fine and all if you have a great memory, but they are always getting my order wrong and forgetting my sauce. I always ask for no onions in any dish, pho or salad, and there is ALWAYS onions in it. They 100/100 get my order wrong. One time I ordered banh khot, and it came out burnt. It was charcoal burnt! Anyways the server felt no qualms about serving that to me. My party was so angry that he pulled the server aside and said "look at this. How do you feel serving something inedible and I have to pay for it?" The server did feel bad, but if he wasn't called out, he would have served us burnt food. And yes, he knew it was burnt. It's laziness. From that day on, I just stopped coming here. Bring back the old food and the past workers, maybe even the guy that used to sit in the front bench smoking.

Linda H.

Yelp
Service was quick and easy. Restaurant was clean and ambiance was nice. I'd definitely come back for a sit down meal. Food was pretty good. I think I found my go to Vietnamese Restaurant in Murrieta.

Drew S.

Yelp
This is my favorite Pho place in SoCal. My wife and I come here almost once a week to enjoy their food. The staff is so nice. The service is great! They provide great portions and the pho is phenomenal. The broth has to be some of my favorite I've had. Try out the smoothies with boba too. 5/5 Stars!

Aivan T.

Yelp
The food was delicious and you can tell the food was made with some love. Service was very demure since we came in with a party of 17 and they were efficient with dealing with our large party. The ambience was extremely welcoming and warm hearted even with the random large party. Food came out pretty fast and the serving sizes were totally worth it.

Gene Paul M.

Yelp
The place was good. Clean with ample seating and spaces. I liked their fast service. Our server was attentive and refilled our water regularly. The food was tasty with big portions; had to get a to-go box. Price was very reasonable. I would definitely come back when I'm in the area again!

Mary ann C.

Yelp
The food is amazing and savory. The portions are very well sized. The matcha milk tea is creamy and not too sweet. The service is as always amazing! The ambiance is calming and the music is a perfect volume.

Sung C.

Yelp
Original rich flavors on all foods. Highly recommend. Plenty of parking spaces. Comfortable and good clean moods. Great foods and clean environment

Jarek M.

Yelp
I heard good things about this place without even checking Yelp reviews. Based on that we decided to try this restaurant since we like Pho and had it at several other restaurants. Unfortunately, the overall low rating for this establishment matched my experience. The only thing that I can say about the starter is that the spring rolls were super oily. The vermicelli pho with bbq meatballs wasn't serve the way I had it served before (in a bowl). This dish was served on a flat plate with three big leaves of lettuce and some carrots. The meatballs looked like fried sausage cut in half. I couldn't mix the ingredients together. Sadly our main concern was cleanliness. There was some bits of food on the chairs from the previous guests, the silverware (forks) were stocked in a box on the table where anyone could touch them before and leave them there! Some service staff wore masks and some didn't. I don't think this is good idea in the current pandemic climate. The toilets were dirty which we discovered just before leaving, otherwise we wouldn't have ordered any food. I read good and bad reviews so could tell that some guests had good experience. This wasn't our case.

Yuko L.

Yelp
I wasn't a fan of pho until i came to this restaurant but this pho is too tasty! people are super nice and quick service. 10/10

Nicole V.

Yelp
the place is always clean. Portions are great. everything is always hot and fresh. Great customer service as well. Definitely my favorite pho in the IE

Mayra C.

Yelp
Amazing pho! I'm a very picky person when it comes to pho...they truly are a 10/10. 100% recommend!!!!!! So flavorful. I had the seafood pho

Laken P.

Yelp
Food is yummy.! I don't like how they can't make the spring rolls without the mint included but they're amazing with or without everytime we order. Service is quick and the workers are super helpful.! The inside is super spacious and clean.
