103 Restaurants Shine In The Inaugural Edition Of The MICHELIN Guide Hanoi & Ho Chi Minh City, Including 4 MICHELIN Stars

"This phở shop has been around since 2008 and the owner Mr Hoang is justly proud of his clear beef broth that takes over 12 hours to make. Feel free to customise your beef noodle soup by ordering tendon, flank, minced beef or even a raw egg on the side. Every bowl comes with garnishes like coriander, basil, lime wedges, onions and bean sprouts. For drinks, try their monk fruit herbal tea made with over 10 different herbs." - The MICHELIN Guide

We’ve been going to this place ever since they opened and the food is excellent. There are many Vietnamese noodle places but hard to find a good joint. If you want a good pho noodle soup, this is the best place in Centreville. If you want to experience pho and other dishes, pho Saigon at Chantilly is the place to go. Saigon has other tasty food for people who wants different food. My family recently went there and ordered bunch of other dishes and they were all excellent.

Grabbed some lunch while I was there for the fish store next door. The egg rolls and the beef pho were soooooo good. I made mine super spicy with the Sriracha and chili oil they had.

I didn’t know that this was under a new management before I tried their pho again. I haven’t had it for so long! In my opinion, it is not as flavorful as before, something feel like it’s missing in the broth. We got the pho tai. Pro: Alot of meat though. Every bite of mine of lots of meat in it so that’s a plus. I might consider giving it a try again next time to see how it go. Also, restaurant have a lunch special . A drink, a pho and an appetizer rolls for $15.99 only! Perfect for lunch day! They have lots of space to sit!

*5/5 I'm thrilled to see the transformation of this Pho restaurant under its new owner/management! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a modernized decor that sets the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The menu boasts a variety of authentic Vietnamese dishes, but the star of the show is undoubtedly the Pho. The rich, flavorful broth is simmered to perfection, and the generous portions of tender beef or chicken will leave you craving for more. What truly impresses me is the attention to detail and care that goes into each bowl. The fresh herbs, the perfectly cooked noodles, and the vibrant garnishes all come together to create a culinary masterpiece. The service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who are passionate about the food they serve. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous, making it an excellent value for the quality you receive. If you're a Pho lover like me or just looking to try something new, do yourself a favor and visit this hidden gem. The new owner/management has truly elevated the dining experience, and I can't wait to come back for more!

If you are looking for an authentic, delicious truly Asian experience, Pho Hoang's is the place to be. There were so many lovely things on the menu, it took me a while to choose. Finally, I decided to have the rice vermicelli, with chicken something I had not tried before. My dining companion chose the Pho with flank steak. The restaurant was not very busy so our food was delivered within a few minutes. Everything was served piping hot, well seasoned and the portions were quite generous. In fact, I was able to get a total of three meals out of my order. It was so tasty. I felt like I could eat the entire bowl in one sitting but that did not happen. The entire restaurant was immaculately clean, the staff extremely friendly and polite. The restrooms were spotless and well supplied. I'm looking forward to the next time we are in the area so I can try something else. In the meantime, I will see if the rice vermicelli dish is available at any of our local pho restaurants.

"5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I'm hooked on the pho here - it's absolutely delicious and has me coming back for more! But what really impressed me was the recent renovation. The new furniture looks fantastic and the place is spotless. The owners clearly care about their customers and are dedicated to providing a great experience. Even with the crowded, they did very good in setting up the seats for us. We didn’t have to wait long our pho orders arrived fast and flavorful. Can't wait to come back and slurp down another bowl of that amazing pho. Great service and food, highly recommend! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Old school pho joint. Stalk of clean chopsticks ready for use. Standard siracha and sweet hoisin sauce. No website. ..... all adds up to a true authentic classic pho place. And my favorite among all pho restaurants, the sweet chili paste sauce tastes so unique and different here. And with Bún Bò Huế (with blood cake) on weekends is just 'icing on the cake'. Now there is a moderate penalty being committed here which requires addressing. That is why-oh-why is shredded iceberg lettuce being used to stuff the spring/summer rolls - that's just a huge sell-out penalty here. Am told that you'd need to separately tell the server to use authentic asian herbs and leafy greens if you order the spring/summer rolls. I'm not a fan of being treated like a tourist so I certainly hope Pho Hoang just stops using shredded iceberg lettuce in their summer/spring rolls moving forward.

$22 is a little high for a shrimp, chicken vermicelli with an egg roll. I've never paid that much for this dish. Shrimp was also bland and over cooked. Overall the food was decent and I'll be more conscious on pricing if I decide to go back.
