The owner is a very nice lady. She moved to the US from Da Lat, Vietnam 2 years ago. Her young son helps out at the restaurant, still learning the rope. She plans to go back once her 2 sons graduate college. Lovely people.
The restaurant is still in the soft opening stage. It's not even on Google. As far as the food, it has a homemade vibe. The beef and brisket pho tasted like homemade pho. It's VERY far from the best pho in Oklahoma City. The pho needs some "works."
I would say the same with the hot tea. As an Asian American, I need jasmine or oolong, not Lipton. A tea pot would be nice but obviously not required.
Hopefully, with this review, more people are aware of the shop. The price is very reasonable, $10.50 for a large pho.
P.S. I am being lenient due to the place being new.
